1. Love love love it!! - Oh my gosh! I hated to see this story end. The Sheridan brothers are dreams come true and Dylan doesn’t disappoint! He’s just as caring and thoughtful as Logan and Ryan were in their stories. I didn’t want to put this down. I love seeing the family dynamics of the Sheridans and the end is so heartwarming. I wish there were more brothers so we had more stories to read!!I’m hoping the Aloha series is just as good. Suspenseful romantic wonderfully written entertaining - Holden along with a few other ex Navy SEALS and Melanie and Callie met while on a cruise vacation, they connected spending their time together. Holden and Melanie decided that Holden would stay With Melanie in the cabin that she shared with Callie. And Callie stayed with Grant. They were having a great time and really great sex. But Melanie and Holden said from the start this is not going anywhere. Melanie is a Professor and did not want to leave her career. And Holden was just starting his new job. So they went their separate ways after the cruise..two and a half years later, Melanie’s apartment was ransacked and most of her stuff was broken. She called her best friend Callie who married Grant after the cruise and they came over and after Melanie was all through with the police she went home with Callie and Grant. Melanie could not figure out who would do this. She was very upset, nothing was stolen. So she tried to work on her computer she was working and put the USB stick she had gotten from her Visiting Professor who had given her a few tips on the paper she was composing and he had them on the USB and it was all encrypted. Grant took a look at the Screen and called his fellow colleagues he worked with to see if he could decipher what was on the USB. Absolutely loved this, could not put this down.. This is the Basic Beginning to a Very Suspenseful Romantic Wonderfully Written Story.

3. Must Read - Yep, Riley Edwards has done it again. Another great book that if you’re a fan of military/security, protective alpha and a little suspense, you’ll have to read this series and her books. Genevieve and Chasin met when she fell of a dock and he was kayaking. They hit it off and it was a magical weekend for both of them. But because of a misunderstanding they went apart. And then because of a stalker they are back together and they are thrown together. Both main characters have a troubled childhood and trust issues and that’s the main reason of everything. Love this story. The main plot is their relationship and how they are trying to fix their issues. Love the suspense and I was on the edge of my seat as always in Riley’s books Now....about the secondary characters and future books.. Bobby was my favorite in this series. She was awesome and can’t wait to read her book in the future (hope very soon). Holden’s I think is next and I think it’s going to grip our hearts. I really..reallyyyyy can’t wait. My Review: STARS!

4. Loved it - Chasin and Evie meet when she falls into the water and they click. Unfortunately Chasin over hears a conversation and is horrible to Evie. They both come from horrible parents and have a past that you will understand when you read it. Evie needs help from Gemini Group and Chasin had no idea who she was which made Evie really care for him before he hurt her. The book has some very hot scenes, which gave me my title. I loved it. A stalker and lots of chemistry makes this book really exciting to read. It is a stand-alone book but you do see characters from other books which I love knowing the new things with them as well. 5. Chasin and Genevieve - Get you a couple of snacks, something to drink and settle in because you will not want to put this book down! I couldn’t...in fact I pulled an all-nighter. Ms Edwards has written another fantastic book. Chasin’s Surrender had me right from the start to amazing finish. Chasin meets Genevieve and has fantastic weekend where both think they have something special but a huge misunderstanding causes him to screw it up royally. He still can’t get her out of his head a week later when a country music super that has a stalker ends up in the Gemini office and she is one in the same. There are fireworks, a feisty bff, a crazy stalker, a sleazy manager and her assistant, too many suspects, very very H.O.T. steamy scenes and two people finding their dream.

The Blackfeet tribal members don’t care for outsiders on the reservation, but Zach is a quarter Blackfeet and engaged to Lani Running Bear, so he’s good. He’s still considered an outsider though. Elle James does not disappoint! As a Creek, I liked that the reservation was the crime scene. I’ve never read a novel based on a reservation. So the change was very good! The suspense and twists in the story had me reading into the night. Having a heroine and alpha male on equal footing was also a welcome change, no whiny women! This was a quick,easy, suspenseful read with a HEA. I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

2. Ranger Creed - I received a complimentary copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing it. If you LOVE your romance with suspense in it, you will adore this one. You don't have to read the prior books in this series to understand this story. The only word of warning, give yourself some time to read it all! I adore all of this author's work. I get completely pulled into the story right from the beginning. Many times I had to pull myself back from an old habit to read the last few pages. I haven't done that in decades but it is hard here. I never guessed the murderer but I should have. The author gave very slight clues but I didn't pick up on them. Lani is a Blackfeet Indian. She returned from her service in the Army as an MP to be a law enforcement officer of her reservation. She wants to make a different for the younger generation. Right as she is getting off her hour shift, she responds to a call. A young man is found murdered in the trailer he shares with his grandmother. Lani is pulled off the case but she knows that her help in finding the killer is needed as they are short-staffed (even though the FBI will be called in). She is capable of taking a man down and has but she wants someone who will protect her back. She calls a man that she actually did take down, Zachariah Jones. He would be welcome on the reservation as he is one quarter Blackfeet Indian. Well I just wanted to swoon over Zach! He is a strong very capable man but who is comfortable with himself to allow a woman to take the lead while protecting her at the same time. Hank and Sadie Patterson make a couple of appearances in the story and I loved seeing that. Also another thing that I loved, the story was written in my favorite dual POV format. Getting a glimpse into the characters' mind while in a given situation really helps me to identify with and understand the characters so much better. This story is a little on the sexy side but nothing in overly graphic. I would highly recommend this story to anyone over the age of .

3. Loved Ranger Creed - I loved Ranger Creed, the th book in the Brotherhood Protectors series. Each one of these books just keeps thrilling me. Every time I think I have it figured out, Elle James throws me another curve and keeps me turning pages. It’s like I’ve know who it, oh, no, oh, wait, oh! And watching (so to speak) Lani and Zach fall for each other after she called him for help while danger was all around was awesome. Especially since they met previously in the military, which is why she called him! You truly need to read this book. (And all her others!)

4. Great action! - This is book in the Brotherhood Protectors series and it features Zack and Lani. These two met while deployed in Afghanistan on the same Army base. She needs someone to watch her back while investigating murders on her reservation and Zach is the man for the job. Zach, like Lani, is a registered part of the Blackfeet tribe. They were attracted to each other while deployed and it’s only gotten stronger since. The action and suspense were fantastic! The characters were awesome! When it came down to finding out why certain events occurred, it would have been better to NOT know. Poorly thought out reasons but other than that, the story line was great.

Zach finally left the service and now works for Hank Patterson of the Brotherhood Protectors Agency while waiting for his first assignment he receives a call from Lani for help... What happens next is a fake engagement, working together, steamy, some suspense, have someone’s back, loyalty to her people, finding the truth are things that make this a great read!!

6. Why????? - Having read several books in this series I was curious how Ms James would pair these two. I was surprised by several aspects of this story. Obviously, who the murderer was. But the backstory for Lani and Zach. I enjoyed seeing Lani as a competent and capable female who didn't take grief from anyone. Her boss had respect for her abilities and didn't try to take credit for her work. I would have liked to see more about Zach's history with the Blackfeet. He does not have a tribal name, like Running Bear, so is that by choice? Since he is only % Blackfeet, does he still receive all of the benefits of being one? And I guess my main question is WHY? I just don't understand the senseless murder of those people. My mind hurts trying to understand why.

It has pretty much everything you want in a good story, love, intense heat, family, fun, and some emotional moments. I just didn’t feel the pull with them like the others. Still recommend it!

2. Absolutely Love This Book - This is the third book in the Oakside Military Heroes series. Another home run for Kaci Rose. Emotional story. The doctors believe he'll be completely mobile but he's not really trying to get better. Teddy is dealing with a huge pile of survivor’s guilt and is basically punishing himself over and over again. Mia is at Oakside for the summer to visit with Lexi and volunteer at Oakside. She knows a bit about survivors’ guilt too after losing a good friend when she was younger. Mia and Teddy are great together but will Teddy stop pushing everyone away talk to help deal with this guilt? Steamy and well written. A rollercoaster of emotions. 3. A great story with a lot of heart - These friendships are exactly what you expect with former service members. This is Teddy and Mia’s story and everyone else gets a little pice and we get to re-visit all of the other couples. These are great books about healing and finding love. This book is no exception Teddy and Mia hit it off from the start, but as we know, there is always a hiccup. And even though Teddy is physically healing he has the mental side to deal with and that is a lot harder for him. There was a HUGE “sign” for Teddy that was never addressed with Mia and that bothered me a bit, I’m hoping it comes up in another story. All in a great read! It also definitely touches on the male hypocrisy of women in sports roles of leadership, reporting, etc.. It’s also a sweet and hot love story of two people drawn together by tragedy and a huge emotional and sexual connection.

Not only do woman sportscasters have to put up with their counterparts thinking they can’t possibly report on sports as they do, but they also have to endure sexual harassment. If they report an incident, they’re viewed as “not tough enough”. When Jordan catches her big break, she does everything she can to get the story in order to be taken seriously. Little does she know her story is her biggest regret. Such an amazing story! Kate Meader takes serious topics and weaves them into an amazing storyline. Sexual harassment, homelessness, service dogs, are all difficult topics on their own. I loved that Levi was so protective of his friends at the food bank. Levi didn’t want or need the attention or accolades. I enjoyed Jordan’s antics and her ability to get Levi to open up. Once Levi realized he was a better teammate, player, and friend once he opened up to the idea that he deserved a good life—wow! What a transformation! I can’t wait to read about the other Rebel players! I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

3. Great Series Kickoff! - Good Guy is a great start to Kate Meader’s new Rookie Rebels series. The heroine and hero are opposites attract in every way, making for entertaining interactions. Jordan is fun, social, the epitome of the curious journalist. Levi, on the other hand, is quiet—almost broody—watchful, and goes to great lengths to keep his private life private. Tensions mount when Jordan is persistent in uncovering his secrets and motivation for starting a pro hockey career at an age when most athletes are retiring. There is a slow build up to the romance and customary steam delivered by this author. At times it’s almost overshadowed by the many other threads happening, some with the main characters and others setting up future installments. Without revealing any spoilers, there is a lot packed into this story. Those that impacted Jordan and Levi were resolved. Surely the others will be in time. The Rookie Rebels introduces a fun new cast everyone is sure to love. One of Levi’s teammates almost stole the show with his adorableness. Hopefully he’ll receive his own story sooner rather than later. Only time will tell if he’ll be paired with the brusque character who’s hiding secrets. What I loved most is catching up with several of my favorite characters from the Chicago Rebels and Hot In Chicago series. It was a welcome but unexpected surprise. Good Guy probably could be enjoyed without reading the previous two series, but I highly recommend at least reading the Chicago Rebels first. It will make the cameos that much more entertaining. . stars

4. Love a broody hero! - Kate Meader brings us a new series set in the same world as her Chicago Rebels world. Our first main couple is Levi Hunt and Jordan Cooke. Good Guy is all about a second chance. Levi and Jordan are both given a second chance at a career. Levi with an NHL career with the Chicago Rebel’s after his stint as a Green Beret. Jordan, a sports journalist after she set it aside to be a young bride. And years after losing her husband, Jordan and Levi are given a second chance at love. Levi’s decision to become a war hero before an NHL star is big news but he’s a very private person. That previous connection Jordan has with Levi has made her a shoe in for the journalist to get his story, but it won’t be as easy as every thinks. Levi has not had an easy upbringing and he isn’t open to sharing anything but his hockey career publicly. He doesn’t realize what an inspiration he is. The title of a good Guy really is an apt description for him. He’s honorable and protective but very private and a bit moody. I’m not much of a fan of journalist because they are usually portrayed as people who will do anything for a story. I was happy to see that Jordan is the opposite of all that. She is just as honorable as Levi. She can get the story the the right way. I really liked both main characters. Levi is that broody H that I love, and Jordan was a fun heroine that handles difficult situations the way I like to see. We also get to see the author focus on the imbalance of women’s treatment in a male dominated world. I loved all the new characters to this group of people as well as seeing some old favorites. I’m looking forward to more in the series!

Lead female character Macy was so weak concerning her ex-husbands abuse that no matter even if she became a “strong independent woman” later in the book, I could have cared less. Alec just needs to run and stay away from that mess. Have never disliked the heroine of a book from the get go like this one. Hard pass.......

2. What You Find When You’re Not Looking - Alec is a hot single dad not looking for more than a good life for his baby daughter, Jocelyn. He has noticed Macy, the single mother of three who works at his daughter’s daycare. Not only is she supremely good with little Jossy, she’s gorgeous. When he notes the difficulty the Macy’s having with her deadbeat, belligerent ex, he’s compelled to have her back. There was such heat between these two, and a lovely meshing together of families.

4. I love this! - OMG! Alec and Macy were such awesome characters. Macy was a truly strong character she just needed a-little push to come out of her shell. Alec was amazing in helping Macy and her kids when they needed it most. Caleb, Aurora, and Joselyn just gave the story extra life, and it was beautiful to see Alec with them! This was my second fav in the series!

5. Love this book so much!! - What a fantastic read!! As always Riley Edwards’ books are amazing! I couldn’t put it down. I love all Riley’s heroes, but Alec is my new favorite. Wonderful dad, protective, loyal and dirty talker. At the end of Weston’s Treasure Alec Hall got a surprise. He has a daughter he didn’t knew about. Macy Hartley is Jocelyn’s day care provider. Alec liked Macy. Liked how he was with his daughter. Jocelyn even calls her mamma. She’s a wonderful mom to her kids Caleb and Rory . Love the relationship between Alec and the kids. He was wonderful with them. And that scene when he made Marcy see herself was beautiful. Love the storyline, the suspense and the protectiveness of the Gemini men. This book and this series is a must read for lovers of suspense romance and protective alpha men. Riley Edwards is one of the best in my opinion. Can’t wait for Chasin’s book. My Rating: STARS!!

1. Murdock - I received a complimentary copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing it. While this is a part of a series, you don't have to read the prior ones to fully understand and enjoy this delightful tale. This story is told in a dual POV format. I love getting to know the characters better by seeing into their thoughts. It really makes them more humanized and believable. Gabbie is a veterinarian who comes to Sean Murdock's rescue when his horse bolts. To pay her back for saving him, he volunteers to go with her when she delivers a prized stallion to a location near a dangerous town of preppers. Surprises abound here and to this reader's delight, hopefully the introduction to another great series with Murdock's friends! This is a sexy read but if you aren't into that, I would just skip over those few pages so you can enjoy this story.

2. Another Thriller… - Another book by Elle James that I couldn’t put down. Murdock, Iron Horse Legacy Book , was excellent. When Hank Patterson introduced Sean Murdock to his group of Brotherhood Protectors, Sean was not seeking employment. He was happy as a carpenter at Lucky Lady Lodge. Until he meet Gabbie Myers, the lady veterinarian. Gabbie needed help delivering a horse to a dangerous survivalist part of town and Sean stepped right up to help her. Unbeknownst to Sean, this would be a rescue mission. At a truck stop waiting to refuel, Gabby hears banging from a truck near them. When they investigate they find a teenaged girl locked inside. Listening to her story and finding out there are more girls imprisoned, Sean and Gabby are off on their dangerous rescue mission. I received a copy of this book as an ARC from the author. All of the opinions are my own.

1. A very detailed story! - This is book in the SEALs of Honor series and it features Baylor and Gizella. Mason called it! It’s the magic! Baylor didn’t realize he would know one of the kidnap victims. It has been a few years since their one and only meeting. A meeting that made a HUGE impression on each of them but just wasn’t the right time for either. Baylor is good at his job and he’s very easy-going. Gizella is VERY snappy with everyone but considering the circumstances, snappy might be the way she’s dealing with it. This story line is fantastic and very detailed.

He makes snide comments and hovers around putting her on edge, hence the panic attacks. Hope, Liana's best friend, convinces her to accept help and allow a bodyguard to accompany her for the rest of her tour. Dean, the oldest of several brothers, decides it's time to live his life. For years, he's helped raise his brothers and decides it's time to do what he wants to do. He quits his job as an officer and opens a security business with a friend. His first case is Liana, country music star and the most beautiful woman he's ever laid eyes on. He's sooo screwed! Lol. While Dean's not fond of country music and has lots of preconceived notions about Liana and life on tour, he ultimately decides to take the case. While on tour, Liana exposes Dean to "life on the road" and social media. During one of her live feeds, her fans see Dean's arm and even dub him armguy. Dean also sees, first hand, what a snake Liana's ex is. He realizes that the songs Liana wants to sing and produce, aren't the ones her ex thinks will sell. Dean quickly realizes how much control a record label's producers have and they don't necessarily have checks and balances against someone who's bent on vengeance. The situation has gotten so bad that Liana no longer enjoys performing on stage in front of large crowds as she's afraid someone in the audience won't like her songs, hence the increasing panic attacks. Dean ultimately decides Liana needs professional help and sets her up to see a therapist. With Dean's support and love, Liana decides life on the road is not for her--for now. With Liana's ex finally out of the way, Liana decides to take some time off and concentrate on writing. Liana and Dean's story does end with a HEA! It is in a series, but can be read as a stand alone. I have not yet read this series, but did not feel as though I missed a lot of the "back story". I thought this novel would have a little more suspense, but I truly enjoyed reading it. I can't wait for the next novel to see how Dean's little brother deals with his war injury!

3. AMAZING! - I was so happy to return to Pine Harbour, the home of the Fosters and the Minellis. This book is recently retired law enforcement Dean Foster's turn to have his world turned upside down when his world collides with country singer, Liana Hansen. Liana is the best friend of Dean's sister-in-law. Liana is struggling with performance anxiety and ongoing emotional abuse from her ex-boyfriend and current boss. Dean is hired to give Liana a shield from upsetting encounters with her boss that trigger her anxiety. As they go on the road to finish up her concert tour, Dean also gives her emotional support and friendship. Mix in their strong physical attraction, and they soon start secretly hooking up. Both initially feel that it can't be more than physical given the differences in lifestyle and geography. But their feelings continue to grow, they each try to figure out a way to overcome their fears. Both Dean and Liana are likable characters that have the reader routing for them to find their HEA. As usual, Ms. York's writing is flawless, and it is always great to see the characters from other Pine Harbour novels. The epilogue sets up the story for Dean's youngest brother, Sean. Can't wait for more Pine Harbour!

4. Excellent - So happy to return to Pine Harbour! This is the fifth book in the series but each book reads as a standalone. Dean Foster is a former cop who is now working private security. His first job is to watch over Nashville superstar Liana Hansen. These two couldn't be more different but the spark between them is bright and fierce. He lives his life in the shadows making sure everyone he loves is safe. She lives her life in the light with tons of adoring fans and people pulling her in all directions. Together they can perhaps find the perfect balance for both of them to have it all. This story is wonderfully written and I adored these characters. This is one I highly recommend.

5. Dean and Liana's relationship burns up the pages - I fell in love with hero Dean Foster in the very first pages of Love on the Run. Zoe York is known for writing hero-centric, sexy stories and this one does not disappoint. Dean is the perfect temperament for hot-mess musician Liana. He joins her as his bodyguard but its quickly apparent he's so much more: part therapist, part bodyguard, % lover. Their relationship burns up the pages from the minute their eyes meet and by the time they get together, their relationship is explosive. Stolen moments in concert venues and shadowy corners heighten the intensity until they are able to find a moment alone. Dean's a protector in all aspects of his life, and that's why he's perfect for Liana. He quickly figures out how to read her moods and meet her needs, whether its for a protector, friend, or lover. I just love him. The author realistically depicts the life of a musician, at least as best as I would imagine, not being one myself, but the frenetic pace of life on the road comes through the words on the page. The interpersonal dynamic of Liana and her band and their differing personalities creates humorous and tense situations. In my opinion, that’s exactly how a romantic suspense novel should be. Sam was sweet and supportive, but also very Alpha. Reggie was so strong and determined! I so enjoyed the added “family” twist. This novel was definitely a winner! I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

3. I love their love! - . Stars This is book in the Brotherhood Protectors series and it features Reggie McDonald, Sam “Talon” Franklin and his retired military working dog, Grunt. This story is twisted and often gave me the chills. Reggie and other women are being held against their will by a psychotic rapist. Once she escapes and Grunt finds her, the race against time is on to find the other women before this maniac kills them. The story was great! It has great action and suspense but the romance felt a little rushed. Don’t get me wrong, it was still fantastic but for a book on the shorter side and considering what she had been through, I would have expected it to be a little more drawn out. The epilogue or last chapter was absolutely FABULOUS! I love their love and their commitment to their family. What a great feeling! Looking forward to more from this very talented author.

And his adopted military dog Grunt has found a woman in bad shape while they’ve gone fly fishing. With the help of Hank & Sadie Patterson, he nurses her back to health. Reggie is scared. When they found her she was sick and drugged and didn’t know who to trust. The journey of Sam & Reggie, and Grunt, is great and I loved it. Elle James has such a way of weaving a story that you can’t wait to finish to see what happens, then you’re sad it’s over and you want to read it again!

3. Logan and faith - This is the story of Logan and Faith. He was injured in a plane crash while in the military and he damaged his voice box so he cannot speak. That means he needs to use tablets to speak for him and learn sign language. Faith is brought in to teach him to communicate. Then romance happens for these two. While romance is not taboo in this story, they are asked to keep it quiet. I am a big fan of Kaci Rose and I really adore this series. But this story was a bit too quiet for me. I really did not feel the love/attraction between Faith and Logan. He also seemed not to care that he lost his voice. He acclimated pretty easily too. Then he decides he needs space, semed to happen awfully fast. I respected what he did but it just seemed out of nowhere and then he treats Faith awfully. I understood that it was something he needed to do but I would have wanted it to lead up to it. Not just for it to happen so suddenly. This was a good story and I found it interesting how he could communicate. I also really liked Faith and Logan as characters. I just didn't love the story like I had the other books on the series. 4. Loving Logan and Faith! - This book should be enjoyed by everyone! I loved getting to know the characters. This book is part of a series but can be read as a standalone. Though if you start with this book, you’ll want to go back and read the others. Logan is a veteran who had his plane shot down. As a result, he lost his voice and is no longer able to talk. He is sent to a special facility made for vets to use before they transition to life on the outside. They take excellent care of the patients there and try to meet all of their individual needs. Faith is assigned to teach Logan sign language and how to communicate with others. Almost on site, Logan takes to Faith. In turn, Faith likes Logan. Although both have their share of obstacles to overcome. I would definitely recommend this book - you won’t be sorry!. 6. Loved it! Great story! - I absolutely loved Saving Logan: A Military Romance Book of Oakside Military Heroes. This series is so amazing. You don’t have to read them in order but I love when I start at the beginning and the characters are intertwined. Logan lost his ability to speak when he was injured in a plane crash. Faith will be teaching him ASL as well as other ways to communicate with people. They have an amazing connection from the beginning. Although it’s wrong since Logan is her patient, Faith can’t help but fall for him. Can he convince her he never meant to hurt her but had things ti prove to himself? This is just such an amazing series. I love all the characters and their stories evoke so many emotions. The romance stands alone, but there has been an overarching storyline that could be beneficial to read in order. Jonah and Rachel have been best friends that have helped dig each other out of darkness, so when she asks him to expand their friendship to something more, he doesn’t refuse. But they have to navigate emotions, her wanting to start her life with him, and elements of danger stalking the bakery. Can they uncover secrets and face their future? I really enjoyed reading this book! This series has been full of danger and uncertain emotions, love triumphing over evil, and this book was no exception! I was drawn in right from the very beginning (okay, honestly from the epilogue from the previous book), and needed to know what would happen next between Rachel and Jonah! Rachel had survived her first love dying, so she was such a strong individual, and I loved that knowing that life is short, she went after and fought for what she wanted! I loved that she knew Jonah so well, too. Jonah was this ultimate protector, putting everyone else’s needs above his own, and I really liked him. He made a few silly decisions here and there, but his intentions were good. I loved them together. I loved their passion, but mostly I loved their connection. It felt so authentic and real. There are quite a few secrets revealed in this book, as well as some new dangerous elements that were unexpected. I loved this book, from beginning to end, and I seriously can’t wait for more from this author!

4. Just read it! - I have loved every Kait Nolan book I have read (for those who don’t know me, that means ALL of this author’s books). If you love books with heart, mystery, romance, intrigue, believable characters, and a town with residents you’d love to be a part of….This is it. This short series was over WAY TOO SOON for me. I loved and believed in these men. I craved happily ever after for them. And I was not disappointed. Jonah and Rachel have both been through…so many trials. They’ve learned to be each other’s rock and sanity over the last couple of years. But…the attraction is there. Both have been denying it to themselves, but sometimes life has a different plan and circumstances. And things happen. And boy do they ever. Take my word for it. Just read it. My favorite couple - I’m disappointed that the series has ended, because this whole journey with the Bad Boy Bakers has been full of intrigue, romance and breaking gender stereotypes…and I love it! Most bakers in books are women, I think we can all agree. So to not only create a series centering around men running a bakery but making them former military was a genius move by Kait Nolan. I’m always interested when an author puts an subtle but powerful spin on their books. Jonah was the character I was waiting for, both because he is the reason the “boys” start their bakery in his home town. And, because Jonah’s injury…his TBI…is mostly “unseen” to others but still has a powerful affect on his life. Having a family member with a TBI, I understand that to others, they may look “healthy”, when they are actually dealing with problems others cannot imagine. I thank Ms. Nolan for her honest, compassionate portrayal of Jonah’s TBI, without making him a victim. I adored his connection with Rachel and was hoping since book one that she would be the match for him. They were definitely my favorite couple in the series. Gotta love those friends to lovers! The overriding suspense was played out nicely, with a surprise or two thrown in. So I’ll say goodbye, for now, to this sexy group of men…but I can’t wait to see who Kait Nolan brings to life next for us lucky readers to fall in love with.

Trilogy Mystery Solved - The really cool thing about Kait Nolan’s books is that although each one is a perfectly crafted standalone story, there’s an even richer tapestry-effect for those of us who’ve read them all!! Not only do characters and small town communities recur in any given series - but they crossover from her other series as well!! It makes you feel like you’ve been living amongst them for years!! If you want to escape from an insane world where you don’t even know your next door neighbors names, Kait Nolan’s books will take you away in a heartbeat!! Which brings me to her final Bad Boy Baker story: Stirred Up By A SEAL. An archvillain from the Misfit Inn Series creeps into the overarching mystery that has loomed over the trilogy. While it’s gratifying to finally see Jonah and Rachel acknowledge their feelings for each other, their strength and pluck dealing with some dramatic challenges steals the show. This book is a perfect marriage of romance and suspense. Family and Community wrap their arms around this couple as they solve the mystery of their future together along with longstanding danger. 8. Stirred up by a Seal - Wow! Kait has delivered an amazing end to this Bad Boys trilogy.The mystery of who is after them is solved and the bad guy gets his. You'll be surprised, though, by who that turns out to be. Jonah and Rachel have had a attraction for each other for a couple years and we get to see their HEA journey unfold. 10. Love this story! - I've been waiting for this story since the beginning! A beautiful story for Jonah and Rachel . She's the teacher that taught him (and the other Bad Boy Bakers!) how to bake. They are crazy about each other but he has issues (and she has some too) but working it out is tough. 5. Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow - I have read many of Kaci Rose's book, starting with Saving Noah. Each book in the Oakside Military Romance series just gets better and better. Saving Gavin illustrates how choices of long ago impact the present but do not lock dreams away. A blind vet and a single mom. Beloved characters wander through each book. Reading this book (and the others) remind me of drinking hot cocoa with whipped cream and Kahlúa (warm, relaxing, sensual, appealing to many senses). These are books I read and reread, each time getting more detail and appreciating the characters found within. Bravo!. 6. Gavin and Lauren - This is the story about Gavin and Lauren. Lauren has been hired to help Gavin deal with his new blindness and get acclimated to his new life after he is injured during battle. But what he doesn't know, and she doesn't know until they meet is that they are high school exes. This was a wonderful military, surprise daddy and second chance romance for both Lauren and Gavin, who find each other years later. They both are just as in love with each other, but they also have to deal with her major secret and his breaking her heart after he signs up for the military. This was a fast read. I really love this romance series. It is told in a dual POV with Lauren and Gavin, but we also get some chapters with Lexi's side of things and i truly loved seeing how her romance has progressed over the years. It does easily stand-alone but you will love it even more if you have read the previous books in the series. 2. Superb!! - I LOVED this story!! This story is filled with intrigue, excitement and humor! Bryn is a genius and has a habit of spouting off random facts to everyone she meets and has felt like a freak all her life. Dane is ex-military and dealing with his own feelings of inadequacy. Together they are perfect! I absolutely loved Bryn's random facts! I learned a lot of things I never thought I would want to know! LOL!! This is not the normal romantic suspense, it's so much more!! Everyone needs to read this book!! A star read for me!

One thing leads to another and Dawg convinces Beth to go on a date with him. But after only one date, they are both deployed. Loved the action and suspense. I did feel as though the ending was somewhat quick, with some unanswered questions. I thought her ex was sneaky and kind of slimy. Overall, a very engaging read. I enjoyed glimpses of Nora and the rest of the Deltas. This is a standalone novel, but I’ve enjoyed reading the series from the beginning. Great read with a HEA. I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

2. Missing something - I was a little disappointed in this book. I truly love the Delta Force books by this author, but this one was missing something. It seemed kinda ho hum. Not a lot of excitement. I'm not sure if it's me expecting more and more from authors or if it's the story has already been told, but it seems like some of the books coming out now are not capturing my interest. Maybe I need to go back and regroup and take a break so when I start up reading again, I won't be bored or disappointed.

Zander is a good man and though he is everything Faith doesn't want, she has no control over her heart. Fantastic characters in a great story line. 2. Loooooooved it! - This is some serious Swoon worthy reading. Zander is what every woman needs. I love this whole serious and each hero has such amazing qualities but Zander really tops them all. You have to read it. It will make you laugh, cry, and get all hot and bothered. Such a great book. Zoe really knows how to create and tell amazing love stories that deal with real life scenarios.

3. An amazing addition to the Pine Harbour series - This is the best Zoe York book, yet, and if you've read any of her Wardham or Pine Harbour books already, you know what high praise that is! In Love on a Summer Night she has written a practically perfect hero in Zander, a retiring military hero who comes back to his hometown to figure out what the next phase of his life will look like. There he meets and becomes captivated by Faith, a fierce and quirky author, who is raising her young son after being widowed when her son was year old. Faith has eliminated all risk from her life as she wants safety and predictability for her son and their life. Being reawakened by her chemistry with Zander and taking a chance on a love with a bad boy certainly does not fall into Faith's safe zone. This is a beautifully written romance with lots of sexual heat. It's always an added bonus to visit with secondary characters and couples from previous Pine Harbour books. Since each book in this series is even better than the last one, I can't wait for the rest of the Foster and Minelli clans to find their HEAs!

4. You never know who you'll meet on a summer night - Love on a Summer Night brought me one of my favorite characters. Zander is a soldier an older guy and so grounded. And he just knew he was going to be a bachelor for life. Oh, what a summer night can bring. Faith is a widow and mother first and foremost. She has let her husband's death color the way she leads her life and let's her son lead his. She has her writing and online best friends, why does she need to socialize? She doesn't need to change her life and she absolutely doesn't need a tattooed Harley riding bad man (cause he's no boy) turning her life upside down, does she?

5. Love me some Zander - Love on a Summer Night is Zander's much anticipated story and the author doesn't disappoint. I wasn't sure what to expect from Zander when we were teased with him previously, but he's not what you'd expect from a leather-clad motorcycle-riding soldier. And that's what Faith discovers quickly as well. She forms an early opinion of him and spends the rest of the story trying to reconcile her heart and her mind regarding Zander. Zander is just, well, I'm not sure how to describe Zander except to say "I want me one". He's an alpha hero but extremely sensitive, patient, and understanding. He's incredibly sexy and confident and knows what he wants and makes no bones about it. But he understands where Faith is coming from with her perceptions and ideas of love and relationships and is patient with her, but makes his intentions known. He's great with Faith's son and sensitive to not usurping Faith's relationship with her son as his develops. Love on a Summer Night is well written and well paced. The relationship between Zander and Faith is well developed and very realistic and the intimacy scenes are well written and very sexy. A great addition to the Pine Harbour series. You don't need to have read the previous books in order to enjoy Love on a Summer Night, but you'll want to read them because they are all equally fantastic.

This time Molly, the daughter, enlists the help of Parker Bailey, the foreman of the ranch, to find her father. Not knowing who is the enemy leads to many intense encounters as they work their way through a maze of dead ends. Strong will and determination leads to many surprises that in the end hopefully will solve everything. Once again strong characters grab you and don’t let go until the last word.

While her brothers are home, as they investigate her father’s disappearance, she gets attacked and they assign Parker to be he bodyguard; not to mention Hank Patterson’s Brotherhood Protectors get involved also! Oh yes, this is an Elle James book so sparks fly - Molly doesn’t want a babysitter, plus they have big time chemistry, and people are attacking the family. I actually held my breath at times! This book was so good, I can’t wait to read it again!!!
