1. A Heartbreaking Must-Read - I kid you not guys, I was hung up on this story for like a WEEK. Almost cried again when I came across something related to it. Please, if you don’t read anything, READ THIS. It might be really difficult to get through the first few chapters but I can assure you it’s worth it.

2. Perfect in every way. - Unlike how some others think, I like how the story was neutral and sort of the same. It was just a reminder that not everyone’s lives have to be exciting all the time. Over
all, the writing is beautiful and real and relatable. Read the entire thing in one day because I couldn’t put it down! Left me in tears, but I suppose sad things are beautiful too ;)

3. Not that great - I felt like this novel dragged on and was predictable. Maybe I would’ve liked it in high school but I doubt it. I am confused why tic tok is obsessed with this book because it was not that great in my opinion. I didn’t even cry once and I am very much a crier if that makes sense lol. If you really want a good read sorta like this story, I recommend my heart and other black holes.

4. beautiful - Although the beginning did give information I didn't wish to know, I think I still liked it. I love this book!!! The way it was written was real to me. Yes, the relationship with Jamie seemed prolonged but people stuck in that position feel the emotions Autumn did and stick it out. The conversations are realistic and not drastically long or over exaggerated. Beautiful read and it's definitely a book I will think about for the next few months. If you're debating reading this book, do it.

5. Wasted My Time - This book wasted my time , they gave so much unnecessary information just for finny to die at the end. The relationship with Jamie is unnecessarily drawn out instead of her being with finny for half the book. I hated that they didn’t have a happy ending. And they didn’t even give a prologue.
2023-01-24
6. Don’t read this if you like a structured book…. - I enjoyed the store line, but felt sometimes the chapters felt short and all over the place, a few times I found myself needing to go back reread … I found myself reading just to get to the part where Autumn and Finny finally ended up together for it to only last a few pages, spoiler alert once he died I put the book down and refused to pick up back up. LOTS OF USELESS INFORMATION given, very drawn out

7. didn’t like it tbh - this book was recommended to me a few times and i finally gave i and read it. it was very long and drawn out, and a lot of unnecessary information was given. it was cliche and very predictable. i see the tragic romance, but this didn’t even make me tear up & i cry very easily. idk, i don’t see why it is so hyped.

1. Interesting - personally i feel like this book is more intersting than the original twilight it is cool to learn about the backgroud of the cullens and thier history but i wish we got more of that, especially about Alice. i feel like edward didnt have a lot of personality even though it was through his perspective i would have liked to know more about him that didnt involve bella

2. Amazing insight - I loved that this was twilight from Edward’s perspective you get so much insight into his thoughts AND others’ I love how much you get from him, essentially the entire clan, Jessica, Mike, and even Jacob. So much more insight to the Quileute’s and the treaty and just knowing what Edward is thinking is fabulous. It is a but repetitive but it’s so worth it to fill out the characters more ESPECIALLY Rosalie, her behavior and attitude makes MUCH more sense after reading this. I feel like it’s essential to understanding the characters fully. It was amazing. (It’s only a because of the unnecessary repetition and bit of filler that’s in the book but the positives outweigh that in my opinion)

3. Bittersweet - Absolutely loved every word and the vampire thoughtfulness was a welcome change and good touch to the story that is Twilight, knowing Edward’s thoughts alongside of what we already know with Bella’s, it’s almost like a completely different story, but at the same time it’s still the Twilight we know and love. Will read again, and again. And probably again, along side the original Twilight.

4. Out of the park - First, don’t read the one star reviews. They are just a bunch of girls not liking to read a book from the perspective of a man.
Second, they all say that Edward is creepy and a stalker. Yet he literally wanting to break up with Bella in the the first twilight. In the last chapter of the first twilight she’s literally begging him not to go. Her heart rate is through the roof cause she thinks he’ll leave her.
Third, I like Edward. He’s not creepy he just madly in love. And she’s madly in love with him.
So how about all you girls go read fifty shades of grey (which is crap by the way, this is much better).

5. A Great Idea For Fans! - I was wary getting into this book because of Edward’s famously dark and masochistic thoughts. However, it surprised me- his motives and turmoils were interesting to experience. And yes, I say experience! Stephenie Meyer doesn’t just present the above information, she writes in a way that drags you into the character and situation. This was a perfect end to my Twilight phase.

6. Midnight Sun is great - Great, that is the word I would use for Midnight Sun. It wasn’t good, it was great. I loved learning all of the details and kinda ‘behind the scenes’ actions made by Edward. I did get a bit confused with ‘the knot’, but I don’t mind. However, some people, and I think I agree with these people, think Edward was a creepy guy. I mean, we kinda just discovered that he followed Bella around all the time, even when she was sleeping. Does this vampire give no privacy? I would love to know Edward’s perspective in the other books, like when him and Jacob are talking. Anyway, book was a /.

7. Edward, sweetie, you’re a bit dramatic but so am i - This was truly a very enjoyable read. I can’t remember the last time I got this excited to sit down and devote any length of time, at minimum hours, to any single story. In a very cliched way, I couldn’t really put it down once I picked it up. I rather preferred Edward’s perspective. Though he can be very redundant and annoying in his almost always conflicted nature, you have to admit knowing what the characters around you are thinking was so so cool. Some parts were drawn out and might’ve sufficed better with shorter summaries (the race, hospital days immediately after the accident) but nonetheless the story had me captivated nearly the whole time. I just kept picturing emo Robert Pattinson in my head whenever Edward doubted his role in the relationship and I’ll admit at times i had to laugh but it’s what makes his character cute and worth reading about. Stephenie please, i beg you, please follow this up and at least give us New Moon in his perspective. You already put out a conversation he had with Rosalie prior to deciding to die, why not finish it? Please give us the whole story or a full story in Jacob’s perspective. Maybe Carlisle? Rosalie? Girl, give us something please..

8. Twilight forever - This book was amazing. In high school I was obsessed. I read all the books, watched all the movies. To be able to read it again but backwards through Edwards eyes was just amazing to watch how he fell for Bella as well, and all the inside vamp stuff that we missed. Please please do the rest in his perspective. Or another twilight book in some way. Any who. Great read. Greatest forbidden love story ever.

2. It is, in fact, better than the movies - As a year old who is positively obsessed with fiction in general, romance novel, regardless of their varying levels of sexuality, always get me giddy and sleepless. Reading this book with Strep Throat felt like the moment when Advil kicks in after a raging headache, and so, naturally, I didn’t stop reading it until it was over. I have to say that the writing style is nothing but enjoyable in a st person fashion that got me smiling like a psychopath every time Wes Bennett made an appearance. Every sentence made me yearn for more and more of Liz and Wes’s interactions, and tied it all together with an insanely satisfying ending and epilogue. I must say that sometimes I felt that some of the tropes were almost too Cliché, but the book seemed to embrace the cringier moments and followed through with consistent characterization. I also found that I really related to Liz’s fear with nearing the end of high school and Joselyn’s sadness that she’d gone through so much of it without her best friend by her side. I’m writing this as of my senior year in high school, and sadly that’s how I’m feeling at the moment, so if anything, this book has inspired me to try to make the most of this year, and enjoy the company of my childhood friends while it lasts. I appreciate this book in its entirety for its message and the lovely character arcs. Characterization:

1. So addicted - I haven't read a book so quickly in a long time! It's all about the big money, secrets, fights, and romances! The Royal family may be broken but you want them to work together so badly! Every time the sons come together to rally behind Elle it makes you want to cheer! Especially if Reed and Easton are leading the charge!
Easton is my favorite Royal!
2016-08-03
2. FIVE ROYALLY RUINED STARS - All I can say is WOW. This book picks up right where Paper Princess left off and takes you on the ride of your life! I am not going to give you anything to go on except you really need to read this series. I want you to experience it for yourself and not go in with any preconceived ideas! If you don’t like cliffhangers, then wait until the third book is out this fall and binge read all three. I know that will happen because these books get you so hooked you will want to just keep reading. I loved all the twists and turns and I was shocked at all that went on! This book is so packed with drama and suspense you can’t stand it! I was kept on the edge of my seat wondering when the next shoe was going to drop and boy did it ever! There is so much build up and then you are hit with the craziest ending with a twist! I sat there thinking what the heck just happened? Sure didn’t see that coming! I really enjoyed this book and I highly recommend you read it! This series is addicting and I can’t wait for Twisted Palace!

3. Yaaaaaassssss - This series is so great. Teens and their moms can/could relate (sort of, or may be we don't want them to know we do) to some of the family drama and relationship conflict that occurs. But even if it wasn't like that scenario, this book is young enough for older high school and old enough for a mom of a teenager (coff coff). Great books, and October doesn't work for our schedules. BUT!!! Early August release can be considered. Think about it.

4. wow! - Erin Watt is going to kill me! Totally addicting, intense, twisted and broken – The Royals will continue to shock and awe in this follow up to Paper Princess. Broken Prince begins where Paper Princess left us and I can’t help but love seeing Reed sulking because of his mistakes with Ella. This is a boy who grew up so spoiled and so self righteous who now finally understands what love is, what his feelings are, and he will fight and stop at nothing to get his Ella back. I can’t help but wish that he was truthful and honest with her from the get go so that they wouldn’t be in this place but I understand where he was coming from in wanting to protect Ella from getting hurt. This family is so broken and so messed up and it was really painful for me to watch their demise…everyone so lost…my heart just broke for them over and over again. Ella was truthfully that one bright spot in their lives; the one they needed to get them back into living, being their age and truly being a real family. Will Reed and the Royals be able to convince her to come back?? Well of course I won’t tell you but I have to say…I really love these characters and just want happiness for them all…. In true Erin Watt form, this book ends in a cliffhanger that will leave your jaw hanging to the floor. This series would make an amazing television show with all of the drama, deceit, and mystery. Yes, they are all messed up but what a freakin’ ride!!! OMG! I can’t wait for Twisted Palace – I am on the edge of my seat in anticipation!!!!

5. day later... - Oh. My. God. My heart stopped at the end and I legit couldn't put this down! And I'm a little young for these kind of books... I wasn't expecting so much- yea, that- but I pre-ordered and was so excited when it came out I needed to finish! I love how every few chapters was another person's point of view, and the storyline was amazing! I already pre-ordered the next one

6. ERIN WHY'D YOU DO THIS TO ME?!? - Just to let you know how addicting this series is: I stayed up until midnight, just for the release. Ended up all night, like an addict flipping the pages like crazy. My mind is still reeling. This book is everything you need right now. Forget the heat, kick back and read this book by a pool and think about Reed and his sexy brothers.
2016-07-25
7. addictive - Book one left me having to know what happened next. I’m normally not into soap opera drama, but this series is addictive. The lengths the characters go to continuously surprise me. I like all the Royals more after reading Broken Prince. They all already intrigued me, but now I’ve fallen for their special brand of dysfunction. The Royals have completely ruined me, and I have a crazy case of the hot’s for them (and their madness). Seriously this should be a TV show. It did an amazing job of riling me up again and again. The biggest shocker is that ending. Good grief! I need the third installment like yesterday. I have absolutely no idea what the world they’re going to get up to next.
2016-07-25
8. Spectacular! - I’ve got a fever for the Royals, and the only cure is more Royals! If you’ve read Paper Princess by Erin Watt, chances are that the stunning cliffhanger left you not so patiently waiting for Broken Prince. I’m thrilled to report that it surpassed my expectations on every level. This book is filled with all the delicious drama and angst I craved, served up in an incredibly addictive and unpredictable way. This time around, we get Reed Royal’s point of view in addition to Ella’s, but that’s all the info you’ll get from me. I will say that I continue to be impressed by the collaborative writing efforts by Jen Frederick and Elle Kennedy (aka Erin Watt). They successfully delve into the new adult genre while fueling the interest of older readers as well. Broken Prince is a captivating, exhilarating read from beginning to end. Curse the authors and their wonderfully plotted, positively shocking cliffhanger. Dare I say it’s even more jaw dropping than Paper Princess? Yes, I definitely do. Let the countdown until Twisted Palace is released begin!

1. Had my doubts but really enjoyed - I wasn’t even sure I was gonna read this book cause I didn’t want to let go of Ella and Reed but in the end I really enjoyed it and between the two books there’s some great character development. It get quite soap opera esk especially in the to the second book but hey it’s a YA romance/drama what do you expect. I have it four stars because I still liked the first three books about reed and Ella better
2020-12-08
2. Was certainly not a fan. - I have not finished this book yet, but I’m finding it so hard to read. The plot is simply not as good as the others, and the characters are making reckless decisions. I absolutely loved the first three books, and have reread them many times. I would have liked to see more of Reed and Ella in this book, even though it was Easton’s story. Hartley certainly had some secrets, but it really didn’t help. I felt adding Felicity in there, even though it wasn’t that potent, was useless. I don’t know if I’m going to finish this book because of how long and boring the plot is. This is for certain not one of my favorites.

3. Not as good as the first - Don’t get me wrong I still enjoyed reading it. But I didn’t care as much about the characters as I did in the previous book. I missed Reed and Ella! I also felt like I had to push through this one, while the other ones pulled me right along. I’m hoping cracked kingdom is better!!

4. Ok but not the best of the series - Even though I truly enjoy this series, this was my least favorite book out of all of them that I have read so far .I love Easton but just didn’t enjoy this book. I did not like Hartley. I found her to be a very unlikable character but I understand why she is the way that she is sometimes but nevertheless she was a very annoying character .Sometimes I thought she was going to redeem herself but she resorted back to her mean, prudish personality. I don’t understand why Easton kept pursuing her endlessly. This did have some great parts but was sometimes repetitive and not romantic. I hope the book and Hartley’s character gets better. Easton deserves a better story than this.

5. Holy Cow! - I have been trying to put this review together and I keep starting and stopping. Did I like it? Yes, I did. Was it what I expected? Yes and no. I have loved Easton from the beginning and I couldn’t wait for his book. I was happy that Reed only had a small part in this book, as he had his story. Ella and Val are involved in all that is Astor Prep as Ella is the reigning royalty since Reed left for college. Easton wants no part in ruling the school and is leaving it to Ella. My love for Easton still stands and my heart hurts for him. He is so misguided and has good intentions, but he still screws it up. He has addiction issues, fighting, alcohol and sex. When he met Hartley, I thought he would get a handle on it, however, he continued to flounder. He is tormented by his past and present. Hartley is an enigma to Easton. He can’t figure her out. He’s attracted to her and she shoots him down and he just keeps coming. He figures he can wear her down. There is a lot of push and pull going on. Secrets add to the intrigue as well. Easton is left to his own devices. What a tangled web and what a mess! I certainly didn’t expect that ending! Holy crap! Cliffhangers of all cliffhangers! Now what is the difficulty I was having? I felt that it dragged in a few places. Felt repetitive. I still love these authors and love the characters and I can’t wait for Cracked Kingdom!
2017-09-07
6. I am ruined! - I read the first three books in three days and could not wait for Easton's story! It was so worth it! I love Easton and the things he is realizing about himself. I love the female lead Hartley and how she calls Easton on his stuff, shall we say. But it was the cliffhanger that ruined me! Man, the next book can't come soon enough for me! I love this book series!
2017-08-30
7. Royally Hooked - I've been reading the Royal series since Paper Princess and I CANNOT get enough of the Royals. Erin Watt did a fantastic job(as always) on Easton's story. I absolutely love the new characters and still love the old. My only regret is that I read it too quickly and now have to wait till January to read the next book. If you're looking for a series to get hooked on this is it.
2017-08-29
8. Oh the drama! - I'd imagine it would be extremely hard to keep up the colossal success of the Royals series. What with the bar set so high from Paper Princess and all. Let me tell you, that this book is just as good as the others. All of the things that had me so hooked with the first three books are totally nailed with this one as well. The twists, the jaw dropping moments and mysteries had me flying through the pages. I have to say I didn't know how I felt about Easton Royal getting a book. I knew I'd read it, I knew I'd like it. But I had no idea that Watt would write a character so charming, that even with all of his screw ups, I'd become increasingly smitten with him while reading. I really felt for his character. Easton was stepping in "it" left and right, but no matter what he did he couldn't fix the events he ultimately set off. He's emotional and volatile. He reacts without thinking. But this was such a good look into why he behaves the way he does. I just felt an overwhelming sense of loneliness while reading. Like I said above, Easton is really easy to form a soft spot for. Hartley was such mystery in this story. I think that's why Easton was so taken with her. What started out as a challenge for him turned into a friendship that he genuinely wanted. I liked her character but man was she tough on Easton. He needed it though. I'm never one for spoilers so I'll finish with this. People are going to love this story just as much as its predecessors. The only problem you'll find is waiting until January to get the conclusion.

1. Drivel - I’m not sure why I keep expecting different from “one true mate” driven books. Normalizing abusive relationships and that you should fight for horrible people because they are “the one” is not a good ideology to put into the world. I get it, humans aren’t werewolves, but this could influence people to stay in relationships that need to be abandoned. It isn’t healthy. There are some cute moments, but this book clings to heteronormative tropes.

2. Book please - I found this book randomly and after reading the sample I was hooked immediately. I bought the book and spent the entire day reading through this book In bursts and then I just binged the rest until am. It’s a great book with comfortable pacing and fun characters. I didn’t like how forced conflict was especially with it’s final boss. But it doesn’t really deter from how good the book is. I wish we had more time growing the main boys who are in a game of cat and mouse (wolves). And man, the ending destroyed me, I really hope there’s a part on the horizon cause I need closure lol. I would recommend this book for sure!

3. Amazing - I picked this book after seeing it on tiktok and thought it was just going to be an ok read. But I was % wrong this book had me hooked from the start to the end and now I can’t wait to read the next book. I can’t count how many times I was about to cry from happiness or sadness. Pick this book up you won’t be disappointed.

1. Problematic and abusive - The main character, appears to be the brain child of two authors who wanted to try and create a strong female protagonist but failed. The way they have the brothers speak to and about her is completely off-the-wall and inappropriate, the premise comes off as unbelievable to me. The exploration of sexuality is not portrayed realistically for the age. What’s more, these authors glamorize sexual situations by trying to portray them at a teenage level And in a highly pornographic, gratuitous way. It doesn’t work. I’m all for a steamy sex scene in new adult level books— or even within the right context,YA books. But a lot of the stuff in this whole series is just extraneous, poorly written, and the tropes can be seen from a mile away. I don’t usually review books, and I started out really liking this series. But, too many things jumped out at me as unhealthy. The element of abuse I relationships being shown as OK/normal, as well as the way the female lead character is written— She is still OK with the main brother treating her like she’s a piece of crap, just because he’s supposedly hot and she wants to bone him. This is a romance series that should be left extinct. Try Christina Lauren if you want a steamy romance writer with class, great sex scenes, and quality story content. Also, just for side comment, I actually emailed the authors and asked by they portrayed their character the way they did but have yet to receive reply back. And I’ve read this first book about two or three times. The abuse and just the unhealthy elements in the relationship between her and read, become more and more blatant with the second read. It’s not realistic, and I feel like most girls would not tolerate any guy talking to them the way the male MC talks to the female protagonist.

2. Exactly what it should be - I really enjoyed this series, it’s exactly what a YA romance/drama should be. Beautiful rich people, heightened reality, extremely unrealistic circumstances, but a joy to get wrapped up in. The main selling point for me is that there is great charter development which can often be lacking in other YA novels. Read if you’re looking for some solid rich kid teen drama and some good romance.
2020-12-08
3. Sad teen romance - I thought the author writes very well and the story is interesting. I only gave it a because the story was almost akin to a horror story. Ella is in increasingly dangerous situations to her fragile emotions and virtue. This contained too much reality and I much prefer to disconnect from that when I’m reading a romance novel.
2020-11-28
4. Enjoyed it - Overall really good book. Ella is a very strong young lady, who has been through a lot. Thats why I dont like the ending, she got her heart broken at years old and decided she needed to flee town because she couldn’t move forward? Come on, you lost both of your parents, you know pain, a heartbreak? You can get over it at .

5. The best book series I’ve ever read!!! - I’ve read the royals series sooo many times it’s crazy, but I love the books and the characters not to read and reread them over and over again. While the themes may be a bit heavy for some people I relished in the writing and I was awe struck by how well the two authors came together to write a book about these serious topics. It also helps the rollercoaster love story between Reed and Ella has definitely captivated me. If you’re hesitant I suggest just reading the free content provided, but don’t knock it till you try it!
2020-03-24
6. Good book but very cheesy...a lot of rich kid drama - I’ve read this book several times and even though I do like it I find myself rolling my eyes a lot especially after out of the blue Reed calls Ella baby. What? Even though I don’t like a book to drag on,I think events in the book happened a little too fast. Everything that happened from the time Ella arrived to the Royal house to the end happened in a span of one month and a lot happened in that timeframe. I thought sometimes I was reading a CW show. Lots a rich kid drama. It’s like the author was obsessed with watching Pretty Little Liars, Gossip Girl, and The o.c. and wanted to write a book in honour of her favourite shows. I just personally thought it was just a little too fast and unrealistic especially for the audience that is going to read this book(young women)but for what it’s worth it is a fictional book. The book is good if you don’t mind a fast romance, rich kids problems, angsty rich boys(that are of course all sexy), soap opera-like drama, and predictable like a hallmark movie.

7. Stars! (minor spoilers below) - Stars! (minor spoilers below) This book was amazing! I need more!!!! I absolutely love Ella and Reed. Ella is so strong yet vulnerable. And Reed is so protective and stand offish but then when he's with Ella he's so sweet! The comment about him never ever doing PDA so the fact that he does it with Ella is awesome. I'm so intrigued by him though because clearly there are a lot of things we don't know about him. At the end i was like NOOOO!!! The next book can't come soon enough. I also love the rest of the Royal boys. Easton clearly has demons but he's so sweet. I want to know who he was thinking about when he kissed Ella!!! He was so super sweet when Ella got him out of a sticky situation and he asked her not to leave because se belonged with them . I'm intrigued by the twins as well! The fact that they're sharing a girlfriend is a little crazy lol I hope their father, Callum, can repair their relationship and become closer. Overall, this book was great and i can't wait until Broken Prince comes out.

8. Misogynistic torture porn - This book is a wreck. It reads like a poorly written Harry Styles x Reader Wattpad fanfiction and the characterization of the protagonist & her love interest (read: abuser / rapist) is kindergarten at BEST. Riddled with rape culture, abusive themes, slut-shaming and WAY too much flat out porn for a YA novel...this is grade school drivel that you’d do best to avoid wasting your time—&& brain cells—on.

1. I love this book SO MUCH! - I’ve read this book countless times, and no matter the “end spoiler” it doesn’t change it. The author Adam Silvera wasn’t looking at the end, but caring about the wonderful plot. SPOILERS (sort of) ! It’s heartwarming, queer, mysterious, dark, and beautiful mixed into pages. Totally recommend. I know I’m a little late to the comments, but I LOVE THIS BOOK! My favorite book so far.

2. i am inconsolable - everyone in these reviews didn’t seem to enjoy this, but i really loved this book. they both die at the end really connects you to its’ characters in a short time, and gets you sappy and emotional while you read. the whole time you’re left thinking “man, i sure hope this title isn’t true!” it made me sob, and reading it again a nd time really shows you how much detail was put into this book. definitely recommend!

3. huh. - i think im the first person to not care for this book. no hate to the author at all. i didn't connect with the characters very much and it started really slow. wasnt a fan of the ending, seemed very rushed. so much lead up to a page ending. i guess its so popular because it was trending on tiktok?

4. Read this book NOW! - Where do I start… multiple POV, love that. There are a LOT and every single detail is important. Imagining this world isn’t difficult— it’s so similar to now, but everything and everyone seems to be ruled by death. The detail put into this book… I regret letting this book sit for so long in my TBR. Really, truly, PLEASE read this book. I struggling to find words. This was nearly an instant five star read for me.

5. Powerful Book! - This is by far one of the best books I have read in a VERY long time. It’s such a powerful book! It did cause a wild dream/nightmare about knowing it’s my last day. It really makes you think about how short and precious life is and how you should live every day to the fullest with no regrets because it could be your last. This book made me happy, sad, nervous, and everything in between. I totally cried at the end and it’s not often a book has such an affect on me. I never wanted to put this book down and I was sad when it finally came to an end. I have a new favorite author. If you’re a book lover, I highly recommend you check this one out. I promise you won’t regret it!!

6. I love it so much! - This book is absolutely one of my favorites! The story is great that you end up feeling very connected with the characters. And throughout their time together, the anticipation of knowing whats gonna happen continued to make me finish the book. I really recommend this to anyone who is thinking of reading, definitely worth it!

7. “He lived for everyone” -Mateo - Tears blur my vision as I write this. I cannot tell you how hard this story drop kicked my emotions into a boiling pot of pure misery and stirred it up while laughing. It was beautiful. It was devastating. Call me dramatic, but you aren’t the one still sobbing after finishing this work of art. My heart is shattered, my eyes are puffy with hurt. I’m reeling. If you have any doubts about buying this, let this be your sign. But don’t say I didn’t warn you.

8. Couldn’t stop reading - Although the title tells you how the story ends you can’t help but hope that the author is lying. The characters are developed really well and I loved how he kept introducing the different connections everyone had throughout the story. It really put into perspective how one small thing you do in any given day can affect multiple people’s life’s. The story makes you question how you would react if you knew when you were going to die and I feel like the authors purpose was to remind you to live your life to the fullest every day because you don’t want to have any regrets on your last day. This is one I will definitely be recommending to all my fellow readers and will probably now go and by a paper copy to add to my bookshelf

1. Back and forth frustrating love triangle - Basically, they see women as people who need to be pretty, quiet, and reserved. That’s it- go host a party or somthing. I know they are supposed to be royal but women should be seen differently. And nothing exciting happens really- but I’ll see if I like the last one better. This review seems harsh- but I still recommend reading the book- this is just my opinion

2. An interesting series! - The books in this series were all page turners and had me completely wrapped up in Maxon’s and America’s relationship! I loved Aspen in the beginning, but I was rooting for Maxon the whole time! Sooo good! I have read books that have more of a mature or rather poetic type of writing, which I prefer, but this series is definitely on my list of favorites. I encourage you to read it!

3. Amazing Storyline! - If you thought the first book was good, wait until you read this one! It’s a little bit confusing, but at the end all questions are answered. Get ready for the history of Illeá’s secrets, Celeste’s Manipulation, a new crush of Maxon, A trial that holds Marlee’s secret, Kriss becoming a favorite?, America’s discoveries of different secrets and love and the king turning out to be good or evil? What’s going on with the royal family? Is the queen secretly depressed? Or is there a hidden secret kept from everyone about how the royal family really came to be and the castes became low and high? What’s the real purpose for the rebel attacks? Read this amazing to find out!!

4. understanding the beauty - I see people commenting about The Selection especially The Elite and how they’re frustrated with this book. If anyone really knows how Kiera writes, they would know it’s not her story she’s telling. Anyone that truely writes from the heart has a character inside their head, screaming to come out. America wanted so desperately for her story to be told, so Keira wrote it. Life isn’t always convenient and for most of this book it is frustrating. Watching America struggle to choose when for some the choice is obvious. i love this book because it’s realistic (even in its setting) because it’s not a perfect fairytale. But because it’s not perfect that makes it’s so much better. Thank you America for sharing your beautiful story!

5. The Elite by Kierra Cass - I have read this series times and I don’t think the rd time will be the last. These books are captivating and the storyline contains depth that you can’t find in a lot of books. There are so many different things that the author is able to connect into one big story that have ultimately made this an excellent read. I definitely recommends his book to anyone who likes romance mixed with suspense mixed with drama. It is a thrilling read.

6. My Opinion - I loved book I just feel like it was a bit Unnecessary, because it’s just America confused about her feelings and them going out and creating a lot of how do I say this trouble ah there we go trouble in this book America does get in a lot of trouble well she’s makes a lot of trouble, and Maxon is dumb for showing her the secret library he knows of much of a trouble maker she can be since like from the beginning of the book. Overall great book loved it. XOXO

7. AHHHHH - THIS BOOK MAKE ME FEEL EMOTIONAL. I REALLY WANTED ASPEN TO DIE IN THE REBEL ATTACKS (sorry, not sorry) IT STRESSES ME OUT, MAXON WILL FIND OUT AT SOME POINT. AND OH MY GOSH DON'T GET ME STARTED ON CELESTE (how in the world do you pronounce that? I feel like it's sel-es-tee) GAHH SHE IS A JERK, WHY HASN'T MAXON KICKED HER OUT YET?! AMERICA AND MAXON'S RELATIONSHIP MAKES ME STRESSED GUYS. THEY NEED TO BE TOGETHER BUT THEY KEEP DOING STUPID STUFF LIKE KISSING OTHER PEOPLE cough America cough maxon. IT KILLS ME BUT I LOVE IT. WHAT DOESN'T KILL YOU MAKES YOU STRONGER RIGHT? I GOT SO INTO MAXON AMERICA'S RELATIONSHIP I GOT ANGRY AND CRIED WHEN THE THING WITH CELESTE AND MAXON HAPPENED. AND KRISS REALLY PISSES ME OFF OKAY. MAXON IS SUPPOSED TO LOVE AMERICA FOREVER AND ALWAYS, NOT KRISS. But yeah it's a great book. You should read it. I read it in a day I was so freaking good. Well done Kiera Cass. Just stop messing up my ship please .

8. The Selection: The Elite by: Keira Cass - There aren't enough words to describe how amazing this book is. The book, and the series, are by far my favorite. I have read this book at least times, it is my favorite of the series. Now I am a big fan of the Harry Potter books as well as all of the classics but this book beats all of those by at least points .If you like fantasy, futuristic, the classics, a little romance, and a BIG twist then this is the book for you.

1. I couldn’t stop smiling! - I think I’m a big fan of the fake dating/enemies to lovers trope! This book was amazing, so cheesy but so cute! I really couldn’t stop smiling as I read! I started and finished within day. Irene is a freaking boss and poor Scottie trying to work through her first heartbreak. Such a great book! I recommend to all who are looking for a great wlw book!

2. A Joy to Read - The author did a great job of illustrating the characters struggle with old love and the crazy things people do when they’re hurting. Funny and a joyful read, my only complaint is it left me wanting more. Seeing as they are about to all leave for college I wanted to see how they handled that set of circumstances. But aside from that a true joy of a read, of which I’ve done a few times already!

3. Too real too real - I don’t think I’ve ever related to a main character this much. Loved the book, will be reading more from the author, BUT I would’ve appreciated maybe one or two But I’m A Cheerleader jokes. (Yes it would have been a bit too on the nose, no I do not care.) In all seriousness though this has probably become one of my favorite YA books.

1. Book in the Series - OKAY, YES! I absolutely loved the amount of plot twists in this book and well the whole series... I was constantly on the edge of my seat! Reed’s perspective on book and make them so much better and adds amazing character development to the book. A happy ending to a crazy story, L O V E. These need to be made into movies.

2. Ehh - I'll admit, I'm not a huge romance novel fan. So this may sound biased. However, my biggest pet peeve with this novel is with the romance between Ella and Reed. () the whole story was incredibly predictable, () it's like Ella completely lost her identity! It's like she's no longer able to stand up for herself or really do much of anything besides pine of Reed or worry about Reed, and () same thing with Reed! He's BEING ACCUSED of a MURDER that he DID NOT commit and his only worry is Ella? I don't buy it. It's past unrealistic and borderline mental. Then again the whole idea that a stripper could suddenly be adopted into a family of beyond wealthy and sexy boys isn't all that realistic either. Either way this story just frustrated me because both Reed and Ella didn't develop as characters but rather literally flipped and it just didn't make sense in the short amount of time that the books cover. Also high school relationships rarely last and if Reed is honestly as sexy and awesome as the book says, then within the first month of being at college he'll end things with Ella and find someone hotter so...just {extra} unrealistic. The first in the series is awesome though.

3. Review: The Royals : Twisted Palace - Twisted Palace by Erin Watt is the third book in The Royals series. It is the conclusion of Ella and Reeds story and is so cram packed with surprises and twists and turns that you won't be able to look away from the pages until the book is finished and you are firmly stuck in book hangover land. At the end of book two, Broken Prince, we left the Royals in quite a predicament, especially Reed and we pick up at almost exactly the same time. Ella has received a shocking surprise of her own and has to figure out how to deal with this new addition in her life. As things steadily go from bad to worse for Reed the Royals, Ella included, band together and try to weather this together. When the smoke finally clears from the Twisted Palace of lies, deceit and betrayal you will be shocked at how it turned out, pleased for the happy ending that is finally squeezed out for some of the characters and eager for more. I don't know if there will be more but I truly hope I was picking up on vibes for Easton perhaps having a book. Fingers crossed people.

4. Great end to the series! - Whew that was some series! I sure hope that the rest of the Royals get their own books, there is a plethora of great characters to choose from! I enjoyed Twisted Palace, but it dragged a bit in places for me. It felt redundant. Now don’t get me wrong, it’s a great book and a great ending to the series. I liked all the twisted plots, no pun intended. This book picked right up where Broken Prince left off and kept moving on through all the mess that was created. These people are some really messed up individuals, but man they make for great characters! I don’t want to give anything away; you need to experience it for yourself. If you have waited for the series to finish, it’s time to start reading, but I guarantee that you won’t come up for air until you are finished. It is that captivating. I am jealous for those of you that get to read it all for the first time! Enjoy!

5. Loved it, one question left - I loved the first two books and this one was no exception, I loved this one even more and it was just amazing and I'm really going to miss the royals, I have to say reading this one made me a little sad because I'm just not ready to part with the story or the characters yet, but I have to ask this question because it will bug me until forever who does Easton like?!
2016-10-24
6. Twisted Palace - Amazing!!!!!! I don't think I have ever been left wanting to know so much more about the characters. How does Gideon react to all of this, does he finally end it with the witch or is he really into Dinah? There's something not right with Gideon. Easton who is his love, Val?.. Do Ella and Reed stay together, do they go off to college. Does Steve get convicted for murdering Brooke? This could be the series that never ends.

7. Rushed and Sloppy - Fist, I loved this series. The concept was fresh and engaging. So, I was excited for the finale. However, between the logical inconsistencies and grammatical errors, I had a difficult time connecting. The entire book was Ella trying to figure out who the killer is with sprinkling of random teenage anxieties. It felt like a regression. Ella had come so far and was such a strong female character that her worrying about dance team stuff felt superfluous. You really only caught glimpses of the Royal men, besides Reed. The entire novel felt disjointed and rushed. Not exactly the ending I wanted, but an ending nonetheless.
2016-10-22
8. life of wealth and conflict - Twisted is a pretty good way to describe life for the characters in this series. The other two books were pretty dramatic like a soap opera. This installment is more like the daily life of a teen with something major hanging over everyone's heads and then a crazy finale. TP is mostly Ella's story. For those who love the Royal men, like I do, you get glimpses of them of course. Through most of the storyline Ella is trying to find out who the killer is and handle having a father in the picture. There are romance, mystery, coming of age and revelation bits. Fans of the series should definitely see how it all ends.

1. Totally Recommend - I loved the storyline, and just like her older books it ends in a realistic way. The world is not perfect but there is always something positive between it all. The characters were very lovable and I found myself relating to Nora. The romance was extremely cute and it is like enemies to lovers in the beginning.

1. Meh - I was really excited about this book and maybe my expectations were too high considering it’s a wattpad book, but I was just severely disappointed with this one. I have no problem with Brett, he’s a decent character with problems and he was decently written. My problem came from Becca. While Brett is a stereotypical football player, he does have redeemable qualities and he seems like a feasible person. Becca seems very hard to believe. It’s not fair to compare this book to “To All The Boys”, but I feel like for the sake of understanding what went wrong this is inevitable. Laura Jean has other interests and traits besides books. Becca does not. Becca is too deep in trying to be quirky and bookish while this prevents her from being a feasible human. Her flaws aren’t flaws and humans have flaws. She wasn’t relatable and I was frankly quite annoyed with her character. If the book were from Brett’s perspective alone it would’ve been a solid /, but they had to have the typical unbearable wattpad protagonist. It’s simply frustrating that the two perspectives were added because it’s poorly executed and Becca isn’t a great character. I probably wouldn’t recommend this book, unless cheesy romance is your thing. Even then, I think there are better books out there.

2. PLEASE READ - This book is personally one of my favorites!!!! I just love how I can relate to a character like Becca Hart. She is an introvert and she questions the whole meaning of love. Meanwhile, a boy she never thought she’d fall in love with, Brett Wells, shows her the true meaning of love and what it should be. Despite their stories behind closed doors, they both managed to stay above waters and lean on to each other. They both discovered that not everything is perfect as they expect it to be. And they realize to see the scars that were once open-wounds.

1. LOVE; MUST READ - I absolutely LOVED this book. It was a great continuation to To all the boys I’ve loved before. It gave us the edge of our seat feeling and made me think about it all day. 3. To all the boys Ived loved - I have read over , novels in the last ten years and this is the worst. Don’t waste the time I wasted on this book. Boring and very hard to finish. Felt like I got really ripped off. Slow read about nothing. As a very educated person, gifted psychology teacher, I can see how the author cons young people into reading this trash. Few of my high school gifted students started to read this book and felt insulted. Maybe if your a special education student it MIGHT give you some light on high school girls, but i don’t think so. One word to describe the author is CON GIRL that sees an opportunity to
steal money from young students. Sad Very sad.

5. My opinion - The beginning of this book was kinda boring but I’m like might as well try to finish it I never leave a series unread. Mid way it starts getting so interesting I can’t put my phone down! I was so close to falling in love with John but when it’s Laura jeans birthday and I can’t resist but fall for Peter again dang it Peter!! Loving the series right now one more book god! Finished the book in a day ahhh. Can’t wait to read the last book even tho it’s kinda sad to me because it’s the last book.(P.S this series has left me in cliffhangers!!!) .XOXO

6. One of my new faves! - I read this book in a day! It is so interesting and I love how realistic and personal Peter and Lara Jean's relationship feels, it's almost as if I'm there with them. This series is tied with another one of my favorites (The Selection) and that's definitely saying a lot, since I have read SO many books. I love this entire book and all it's little twists and turns. It's the kind of story that makes keeps you on edge and makes you feel the heartbreak and hopefulness the main character is feeling. Stunning work, Jenny Han. I am in love with your stories. :)

7. Cute, but not as good as the first book - Although not as enjoyable as the first book, P.S. I Still Love You is an entertaining and cute YA romance. The story picks up almost right where To All the Boys I've Loved Before left off and our MC's Lara Jean and Peter are reunited within the first few chapters. Thankfully, that plot point wasn't dragged out, but there were certainly other angsty, drama filled moments that took it's place. I felt that the pacing of this book was slow and I was sad to see the continued lack of maturity from most of the characters. I expected a certain amount of immature teenage drama, but Lara Jean came off as super whiny and Peter's arrogance was back in full force. So much of the story centered around Lara Jean's jealousy and her perseverating over what everyone at school thought of her. After a while, it just got tiresome and annoying reading about it over and over again. I also didn't understand a lot of Peter's actions and he seemed much colder in this book. The predictable push away was inevitable after all the drama, but it wasn't as emotional as it could have been. Honestly, I thought Lara Jean and Peter's pretend relationship in the first book was so much sweeter, that their actual relationship this time around just didn't compare. Kitty, again, was a highlight and I enjoyed her page time a lot. I did feel that the storyline involving her and the love connection she was trying to make between her father and the neighbor, Ms. Rothschild, was a little unnecessary, but it was nice parallel/side story about opening oneself up to love. Stormy was another fun character to meet and I liked her carpe diem attitude. She definitely made the chapters at Belleview funny and entertaining. The best part of the book, however, was John Ambrose McClaren. I know many readers aren't fans of love triangles, but after reading Han's Summer trilogy and book of this series, it was not a surprise at all. What did surprise me is that I would jump ships! I LOVED Peter in the first book and was so disappointed with how he acted this time around. It definitely made John's star shine brighter and he really did so many sweet and swoony things that it was impossible to resist. I felt that his connection to Lara Jean felt more genuine and sincere. I challenge you not to swoon after reading this gem from John: "I like you, Lara Jean. I liked you then and I like you even more now. I know you and Kavinsky just broke up, and you're still sad, but I just want to make it unequivocally clear." SPOILER or this one: "I don't think it was our time then. I guess it isn't now, either. But one day maybe it will be." The ending felt a bit rushed and I wasn't super thrilled with the resolution. It wasn't because of who Lara Jean ultimately chose (I would have been happy with either), but because it just felt kind of confusing and abrupt. It gave me emotional whiplash. Overall, I still really enjoyed this book and was sad to see it end. I actually would have been OK if this had stayed a duology, but I'm very excited now that a rd book has been added and we will get to see more of Lara Jean!

1. insta love isn’t my thing, found one MC very unlikeable - There was no build up in this story, it seemed like a love at first sight thing which I’ve never been a fan of bc it doesn’t give you a real reason to be invested in the relationship. Also, I really, really couldn’t force myself to like Morgan, an MC. She came off to me as pretty sanctimonious and annoying. I am all for people being out and proud (I am) but the way she treated the extremely closeted Ruby rubbed me the wrong way. Even % through the story she hadn’t barely asked or tried to understand what reasons Ruby had to be closeted (I’ll give you a hint, they’re good ones). Also, it generally bugs me when ppl date someone who clearly has no intention of being out expecting them to upheave their life, especially when they’re under and/or at the financial mercy of parents. Also, it was a case of just near constant poor communication. Rather than the standard trope of one time it was % of the book. It made it hard to become invested in the relationship bc they were always arguing with each other and had like only a few, unremarkable moments where they actually bonded. As a result, the relationship felt like it was simultaneously moving to fast but also hadn’t moved at all bc I couldn’t understand why either MC liked the other. The whole relationship was flimsy. Also, the political/human rights aspect felt super contrived. Without going into too much detail, it just felt unrealistic and Morgan drove me nuts when she was still upset with her parents after they remortgaged their house trying to further her goal. Overall, I think Morgan failed as a character because although we were told she cares a lot about others, she just doesn’t show that in her real-life relationships. Finally, the side characters were very forgettable and had no characterization and basically added nothing to the story. I wish they were fleshed out more and helped us learn more about the main characters. I’m giving this two stars bc I could drag myself to the finish and I did enjoy some of the witty dialogue. Also there were instances when I felt this book could’ve been good, just failed to deliver.

2. Boring - This book does point out realistic issues the community faces, but I just feel like it didn't give enough attention especially since the main characters were struggling with coming out. Other than that it was REALLY boring! I could barely finish the book, it took like pages to get into the real stuff. Wouldn't recommend.

2. The heartbreak I felt… - This book is something alright. Frustrating, addictive, heartbreaking, thrilling, etc I could go on I couldn’t stop reading. I cried and yelled reading this book but I can say that I never felt more Heartbreak for a character that wasn’t important ever! The character development that the girls had, won’t spoil it but one in particular really made me feel for her. Great read, great series so far can’t wait to finish it!

3. Innocent young romance - I’ve read The Selection, The Elite and The One . These books were ok . The typical love triangle , back and forth . The main character a young emotional teenage girl going thru all feelings of having love interests. The romance definitely fell short but I guess to be expected for a teen novel ?! I got done with the rd novel and didn’t have the interest to move on . I’m glad she ended up with the man I was rooting for , that’s what saved my interest in these books .

4. amazing!! i would sell everything to re-read this series again. i’m not kidding - i. love. it. i have no words to describe the feeling this book gives you. i hated reading until i read the selection series. it pulls you in and i could not stop reading. i love these books so much i can’t even describe it. my standards are set to the top for books and life in general. these books are magical. if you read this series your life with CHANGE

5. Trust me, read this series - I never liked reading books. But when I first opened up the selection I feel in love. I read each book within days. Now I just finished this book so I haven’t finished the series yet but I love it!! This book so far is my favorite! ( spoiler )- I’m really upset this is the End of America and maxon love story. But I get it what else can you write about them. I’m excited to see what the book about their daughter will be like. But after reading this book I did cry a lot! But I totally recommend!

6. Love - I just love the series when I got the first book I actually liked Aspen at first then he broke up with America I was like I hate him. I will for ever be on team Maxon. When Aspen was pursuing America I wanted him to die but I am and he ended up with Lucy and I was like I love him now and him and Lucy are perfect together!!!!

7. What a page turner! - This one is BY FAR THE BEST in the series!! I loved the outcome of it. The books in this series were all page turners and had me completely wrapped up in Maxon’s and America’s relationship! I loved Aspen in the beginning, but I was rooting for Maxon the whole time! Sooo good! I have read books that have more of a mature or rather poetic type of writing, which I prefer, but this series is definitely on my list of favorites. I encourage you to read it!
2020-02-10
8. Good Book - I really like the series, my favorite is the first one. The Elite dragged on a little bit but i still really liked it. The One was great but I wish the ending was more satisfying. Everything felt so rushed like SPOILERS America and aspen were discovered and then Maxon hated her and then the rebels attacked and people died and they got married, it was all so FAST! I really wish that Maxon and America had more time together before they got married because it seemed like it was rushed. But overall I love the series, I’ve reread it so many times because it’s so good. Much better than the Matched books. All in all, you should definitely read this series if you like dystopian settings, romance, and a good love triangle. Though there is some “action” in it, this book isn’t really intended to be an action book and romance is really its strong suit so you should focus on that instead. The action plot line wasn’t as fleshed out as other dystopian books I’ve read but the romance was great because it’s a ROMANCE book.

1. This book is racist - Very white, which isn’t a problem, the one coded black character was a massive offensive stereotype. Other than that it lacks real genuine dialogue and a sense of suspense. Everything that happens happens around the main character not to her. And the things that do happen are quickly washed away as if they didn’t.

2. ohhhh mygosh - I found this book through a friend of mine in middle school/early high school and it’s still one of my all time favorites. Mind you, that was TEN YEARS AGO! I have read this book—nay, this sERIES—two or three times. It’s always there in the back of my head. It’s literally my favorite. Thank you and goodnight.

3. Not My Favorite - Slow and incredibly unrealistic. I would probably have liked it when I was , but as a young adult I found myself rolling my eyes at the interactions of these year olds. Only thing I liked was Patch and Nora at certain points, but I also worried about it possibly glorifying unhealthy relationships.

4. Tenny bopper Jewish girls wild adventures - Vee is such a Mary Sue! If you are looking to read mindlessly this is your book. Vee is a VSCO girl minus the hydro flask but plenty of oop. Patch is mindless although the author is trying to convince you of his depth. Beginning is catchy afterwards I was banging my head reading this and only finishing because I’m too committed to reading. Only read this if you are in middle school and have delusions about what modern day reading is about. I mean she tried to write a modern novel but felt like it was written in the s.

5. Amazing - Literally the best book I’ve ever read. I’ve read this book three times and I can’t stop, very read I find something new to grasp and better understand. The whole series is great and keeps you wanting more, i would definitely recommend this book to everyone I know as I have already. This book deserves more then five starts. Once you start reading you won’t wanna stop, speaking of which I’m going to read the book again. It’s one of those books you can read times and not get bored but anyways, best book I’ve read yet.

6. All time favorite book - Becca Fitzpatrick is the best writer. I fell in love with this series when I was in high school and just had to reread. The love between Patch and Nora is so true. The entire serious is totally epic. If you read this, make sure to finish the serious. Totally worth the time AND money

8. One of the Best Series' I've ever read! - I've read The Hunger Games, Divergent, and Twilight series' and have loved all of them. Someone recommend this book to me shortly after I finished the twilight series and I immediately fell in love. I couldn't put the book down! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone trying to find a new book series to get into. It made me laugh, it made me cry, and it was awesome! Good Job Becca Fitzpatrick!!!! The whole series is amazing just push through the second book. Sometimes the second book (Crescendo) is hard to read because it's slow.

1. The Problem with Forever - This book is just… I can’t explain!!! This is definitely one of my top favorite books. The long lost friendship to a new couple is just phenomenal. The way the author uses past and present is sometimes hard to keep up with but the books details overrule it. Definitely worth my money!!!

2. The Problem with Forever - BEST BOOK I HAVE EVER READ!! I couldn’t stop reading it I read it in just two days thats how amazing this book is. I wish there would be more books because I would read them all. From the main charecters to the side charecters their stories were all interesting, this book made me laugh, cry, feel angry thats how good this book is. I hope we get more books or a movie made. Thank you to Jennifer for writting such a amazing well written book.

3. Amazing Book! - Honestly one of the best books I've read, a great story with characters with such loveable personalities. I suggest you guys read this book if you have a project in English or just wanna read a good book at home. I'm sure you won't be able to put it down not even for a second, it'll make you want to read it more than just once.

4. so emotional. so beautiful. - this was the first book i read of JLAs books. after i read this i absolutely freaked out when i discovered it there’s no tomorrow. the problem with forever was an emotional roller coaster. i could read this book more times and never get sick of it. more books by JLA !!
2017-12-07
5. An Emotional and Moving Read - . This book is different from the other stuff that JLA writes, but it's still her writing so of course I'm gonna like it. Mallory and Rider are such interesting and complex characters that have been through so much already in their lives. I loved reading about Mallory and how she progressed and grew as a person throughout the book. JLA does such a good job with writing her characters and making me feel for them. I instantly empathized with Mallory and Rider. I can't even imagine having to go through what they had to face and coming out of it ok. I love Rider! He is such a good and sweet guy who only wants the absolute best for the people he cares about. I loved the ending, it was really cute and touching and I'm very happy with where Mallory and Rider are in life.

6. ITS BEAUTIFUL. READ IT. - If you're the type of person that just wants to get to the point in romance, don't read this book. But if you're interested in reading this book and aren't so sure... PLEASE READ IT. The build up of this book is so worth it in the end. By far this is the most raw and realist book of , talking about the hardships of Mallory and other Kids around her including Rider. Paige may not be the most likable character but i can definitely sympathize with her. Overall such a journey filling book, that is great for summer/small reading. Very steamy and beautiful. (:

7. Wonderful. - From the beginning, I could not put this book down. I read it in six hours, yes, six hours. It is filled with the realness and rawness that unfortunately some experience along with love, laughter and a fight to break out of ones shell. The characters are beautifully written, making you immediately drawn to them. I would have loved to see where everyone was a year or two down the line but either way I felt it was beautifully written for a young adult book. Would definitely recommend this read.
I look forward to reading more of Jennifer Armentrout's work.

8. Heartbreaking but also heartwarming - The Problem with Forever, is the first book I’ve read of Armentrout’s. I see her books everywhere and was ready to fall into one. The Problem with Forever is at times hard to digest. Mallory went through so much. She had Rider to protect her, through the worst parts of her life. Though, I felt that this story was heartbreaking but also heartwarming. I never fell into the characters. I didn’t find the connection with them that I desperately wanted. It’s a good/enjoyable story of a girl who turned from this meek little mouse, to a girl who knew what she wanted. Who wasn’t afraid to fight for what she wanted. Some things just seemed a little glossed over. Like, oh yeah this happened but there was no emotional pull for me. I was honestly, slightly disappointed because I truly wanted to love this. The writing is done well, the characters develop through out the story. The story itself was intriguing and I wanted to see what happened next. Overall, I give this book Three Boundless Stars. It was a good story....Lissa

1. Stereotypical - stars for rest of series but this book was a disappointment with its stereotypical references (i.e. Fairy tale wedding, princess and the wedding dress makes the marriage) and dangerous and juvenile behavior (ill pretend date you to make him/her jealous). You started off with an independent smart role model for young woman and reduced her character to a scraping, servile, “playing games with men so he will love me” immature girl typical of the s. Oh. And she saves the world. Really could have elevated her character to a much higher level.

2. I can’t right now - The ending of the Phoenix has been keeping me up all night and it’s nearly am. Lorenzo’s confession at the end gutted me and leaves me wanting know which of the many theories I have may be right. Cause dang it if Huntley can’t have even one good thing in her life. But I digress, I have to say I absolutely love these books and the twists and turns they take- but boy oh boy am I struggling with waiting for the next book.

3. Queen of Cliffhangers! - In true Jillian fashion she has dropped huge bombs on us and we have to wait for the next installment. If you get angry at cliffhangers then I'd wait this series out because Jillian knows how to leave her readers hanging. It's a bit difficult to write reviews for these books because there is so much going on with not only the missions but with the personal lives of the characters. I never want to give anything away and that would be inevitable if I wrote more than a few lines. These are fun books and I love how Jillian dives into the world of money and prestige and digs up secrets no one wants revealed. There is a lot still to figure out with this series and you know I'm here until the end.

4. This series is a must read!! - Jillian- how could you do this to us!! Hurry up with the next one! The ending to Phoenix will leave you wanting more. As someone who doesn’t review very often, I felt that everyone needs to know that this series is a must read. Each book is just as good as the first. It’s not a series that moves on to a new couple/situation with each book but keeps the story flowing though out them all. I love it!! Jillian is a great author in not only this series but her other books as well.

5. Wow WOW wow - Oh my, no words to describe this one..... I can only say the way the Author has wrote this is by far the most gripping an epic journey. I never want this to end. I have cried I have felt the love an joy, the suspense an discovery has gripped my soul. I dream of seeing it in film or in a series it’s that good.

6. “What did I just read?!” Stars - JESUS, Jillian Dodd! You just gave me a heart attack! This series. I cant even begin to explain how awesome this series is and how different it is from anything I have read! Jillian has made her own world, that is so much like this world and SO thought out and crazy! The things she has come up with, the riddles, the puzzles, the clues, the outcomes, I just cant put it into words!! This book pulled together so many questions, but left SO MANY more that need to be answered. I dont event know where to begin... AND THAT ENDING! SHUT.UP! I cant even begin to describe the emotions and feelings I had when the book ended. There was not one cliffhanger y'all... there was TWO! Two cliffhangers, I cant even! If you havent read this series yet, you need to pick it up! The series wraps up with the last book coming out later this year! Jillian Dodd you are pure genius and I love diving into your worlds you build!

7. The Phoenix - The Phoenix book in the suspenseful thrilling Spy Girl series. The story starts off answering so many questions you have had. It’s full of so many shocking things it will leave you with your mouth hanging open. The characters are so realistic you feel as if you are apart of the story. You are constantly trying to figure out what’s going to happen next. The story is so good you won’t want to put it down till you’re finished and then you are asking for more. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

8. On the edge - The Phoenix has to be the most intense book to date that I’ve been reading. With everything on the line and time line trust is important. I feel for Huntley and Lorenzo both have the weight of having to stop the unknown. I was impressed as always with the amount of research put into this book. You feel for all of these characters with the secrets and world on their shoulders. Just amazing

1. Not a good book - This book was not good sorry to say. This author needs to take notes from other authors because this was not a well developed story. It was a big disappointment because it definitely had potential. I hope the next books get better for those who read because I won’t be purchasing another to find out!!

2. Good and bad - I thought this was an amazing story! I mean, honestly captivating and I doubt I’ll forget this book anytime soon.
It’s written very simplistically however. The only way I think this could get better is that the writing was more descriptive. (Also, this doesn’t particularly matter, but the girl is overly awkward and openly stares way to often) As a whole, I think this is a book fans of twilight would love.

3. Addicted! - I LOVE this series. Don't judge a book by its cover. I'm on book almost finish with it and I am sad because I'm almost done with the series I totally recommend this book. You'll fall in love with this book I promise. I fell in love with it. It amazing, surprising and romantic. Love it also there is a movie coming out so I am really excited for it!!!!

4. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! - Omg i read this book in ONE DAY I literally didn't put it down... Like at all honestly it's probably unhealthy the obsession i had with it cant wait to read the next book i read the back of it and it sounds like Daniel will have some competition over Luce just like in the first book but with Miles(i think it said) instead of Cam. I hope she choses Daniel like last time!!! (crossing fingers) i will be very annoyed if they dont say together.
2016-07-12
5. LOVE IT!!! - I loved this book the first time I read it back when it first came out, and then again when I just read it today. I had a dream about this book and was frantically searching up this plot to find it again. And boy am I glad I found it, becasue this book is amazing. Couldn’t put it down the first time, and can’t put it down the second time.

6. Annoying writing. - This is a book that reads like an adult pandering to young teen girls. An entire book of the heroine in cliché predicaments and turmoils over two love interests along with her incessant internal "poor me", "I'm so unworthy" attitude that is very boring to read pages upon pages, upon pages of. Once the story focuses on the "otherworldly" elements in the characters, the book ends. Not to mention, the author needs to research a little more. She created an unbelievable scene and told untruths that take away from the credibility of the characters she was developing.

7. An Angel Twilight - Daniel is Edward, Luce is Bella, and Cam is Jacob. Except Jacob is evil. And there is a lot more kissing. There is also a big angel vs. angel battle similar to the vampire vs. vampire battle/vision at the end of Breaking Dawn. If a lot of sexual frustration is your thing, I guess this is the book for you.

8. My new addiction - This book is not only intriguing, it's mind blowing. It's also very romantic yet full of action and surprises! I read it in days. I laughed, I cried. I'm a book worm, but never was into fantasies. This was a beautiful exception. I won't tell you any secrets, but this book IS NOT about vampires, werewolf's, or zombies. It's much much better.

1. Yes! - I truly enjoyed this book. Of course I basically just cried my eyes out and in the last chapter I again cried and got terrified. This was so full of life and I loved the message that came through this book, well I liked two messages that came through it; What the hell? And live life to the fullest and take advantage of all great life opportunities. There for this book was great and I give it stars and say that all the emoticons where a bit of a reality check at how lucky I am so, what the hell I’m gonna read the next one!!! I highly recommend this and from now on when I’m second guessing something I’ll just say, what the hell.

2. Good Read - I got this book when I was browsing and immediately jumped on it cause it was free! I really like the plot although a bit unrealistic with the relationship between the main character and her two friends. The book takes you from the beginning of their friendship through college and young adulthood. Very descriptive and I feel like I know the characters personally. Not for anyone under because of the drinking, kissing and mature content. I recommend it as a pass time.

3. love it! - so good. finished in four days and it’s a pretty long book! i read a review that i agreed with, it was very hard to connect with jj at first. but towards the end i did. if you’re reading this, i definitely recommend it!! DO NOT READ BELOW BECAUSE THERE ARE SPOILERS!!! here’s some things that i wish hadn’t happened, or that had. ) i wish jadyn and danny slept together so it would seem more complete i guess? and i wish that they dated some, too. for a little at least ) i really hate that danny proposed to lori. i hate that they can’t all stay the way they were being younger. i haven’t read the other books yet, but here’s to hoping danny and lori don’t last. like seriously, it irks me way more than it should. ) her parents dying was really sad for me. yes, it added great conflict. but why couldn’t they have just been in comas for awhile and then on hospice or something like that? and then they slowly recover, with a few scares along the way for good measure? i’d much prefer that than the sadness of not having them anymore. though i appreciate how it didn’t dwell on that so much ) i wish there was more time on certain years. well, most years. i wanted more of college, more of jadyn and danny. i was really, really rooting for them to last a bit. now i just feel like they never really got it out of their system. i wanted more of high school too, and junior high when they were still munchkins. adult life got crazy and i wasn’t prepared learning about danny and jadyn had done these things, but i wasn’t told ) that was a lot of critiques, so for good measure i will add in this. i could not put it down. i’ve finally finished it and it’s :am as i’m writing this. i loved the story. i chain read books, but i get very emotionally attached to some, i can go way back and name the books and authors that made me cry or that i’ll never forget (ie We Were Liars, or Finding Sky i believe it was called. i bawled like crazy with those). so yes, i get very attached to characters when i’ve inserted myself into the book as them, which is why i wanted danny and jadyn to have dated, or why i wish her parents still lived. again, i’ve only just finished this one. but i’m hoping something happens where jadyn and danny date for a little bit and then come back together. but i guess all this reading is jus preparing me for the harsh reality that is life. i’ve never been a fan of change, so i must say i’m proud of myself for handling this book as well as i did. i do commemorate this work of literature, though. kept me on my toes (though i want more romance with phillip. i know, i’m needy) if you haven’t read the book yet and just read those spoilers, first of all why would you even risk it? and second of all, you need to read this, period. seriously a good book. (i feel it is also important to add that a) while reading this book i was/am on my period and b) as someone who inserts themselves into novels, i compared the characters to real experiences from me. see where my emotion comes from?) okay, ending positive. definite read. especially since it’s free! and i’ll be reading the next one as well!

4. What. Excuse me? You took my heart. - So I loved the book. I liked how it started out from the perspective of a little child because the story started from there. But for me, I really thought she would have ended up with Danny. I was so rooting for the romance with Danny. Danny was her first everything. And then I’m just supposed to go with the Phillip relationship.. I was shipping Danny so much. I was just disappointed she and Danny didn’t end up together because who cares if they were too similar. They got each other. Worked with each other. But I suppose I get what the author did. All in all. Book started kinda slow. But it needed to be to tell the story. Made me get super attach to Danny as you can see... I’m heartbroken. Lol good job

5. That Boy - This story is about JJ and growing up next door to Phillip and Danny. They have always been there for each other even in the worse of times. I loved seeing the three of them grow up together and how their relationships changed over time. I loved how things worked out in the end can’t wait for more.
2019-01-08
6. So good - I absolutely loved this book, there was no way I was getting a decent amount of sleep until it was finished.. I couldn’t stop reading! I knew JJ would end up with one of the two boys from the beginning but quickly realized who it was! Such a sweet book and would definitely recommend to others!
2018-12-15
7. Definitely YOUNG adult - I have to admit, the storyline was cute, but I felt it was quite butchered. What with Jay’s relationships with the two boys seemed so odd with her so suddenly being with Danny, and then right on to Phillip and still unsure? So much of it was just so unrealistic, and yes, I know that this is fiction, but I just felt like I couldn’t relate to any of this. The tragic scene with Jay’s parents (trying not to spoil) was just so unrealistic as well. The way she reacted to everything was so not right. Maybe if I were or I’d enjoy this more? Jay’s life was just so unrealistic and seemed so immature for her age. Probably wouldn’t recommend this book.
2018-11-24
8. An array of emotions - Different writing style but it’s nicely done and works for this type of story. I had my reservations at first but I thoroughly enjoyed this coming of age story of different kinds of forever loves. I laughed, cried and sighed with Jay on her journey - which may not be very far from some of ours. Enjoy!

1. Obsessed! - Couldn’t stop reading once I started! My favorite Kierra Cass book yet. Well written, thorough storyline with intriguing dialogue, action, adventure, romance, devastation, etc…. This book was everything and I’m still not over how obsessed I instantly became. Honestly so blown away by how much this book exceeded my expectations.

2. A Truly Captivating Story - I was quite intrigued with how well written and formed this novel was. The storyline was solid and well developed, providing various unexpected twists and turns that managed to cause me to jump up in shock or scream out in rebellion “No!” The characters were very well crafted and had deep layers to them that made them very likable. I especially enjoyed the back and forth between the minds of Annika and Lennox, which is not often given on the basis of a chapter novel. The only thing I could say in doubt towards this quite mesmerizing story was that the romance in the book doesn’t have much a slow burn (if you are a fan of that). I personally loved the way the Author wrote Lennox and Annika’s love story… I feel it was paced nicely and delivered beautifully- quite honestly making the ending so bitter sweet because I truly wanted to see more from them! I would say some would take their whirlwind fated romance as a bit rushed, which I can understand but am able to look further into how perfect it fit them that I am unable to be bothered by it. They did start thinking of the “Love” word quite early but hey, as the quite popular phrase states. “When you know you know!” This book was thrilling adventure and I highly recommend if you are looking for something that tells a beautiful story that is able to keep you at the edge of your seat. Constant doubts oddly replaced with gorgeous quips, this book is refreshing in its state that it delivers what it needs and gives what you want and didn’t know you wanted. I truly loved it.

3. A Sparkling Romance - A Thousand Heartbeats by Kiera Cass is a beautiful, sparkling, star-crossed lovers, enemies-to-lovers, epic romance that I couldn’t put down! Swept away into this spellbinding world, full of action-packed adventure, deep revelations, and sparkling, swoon-worthy romance that had me sighing, crying, gasping, giddy, and giggling like a young girl. The descriptives and world building had me captivated as everything else melted away and all that mattered was this beautifully written story and what came next. “Love has a sound. It sounds like a thousand heartbeats happening at the same time.” This is Annika and Lennox story and what a wonderful journey it was! Their chemistry was incredible, their banter off-the-charts and swoon-worthy. A love that was written in the stars. And a story that exceeded all my expectations. It was everything Annika read about and wanted in her life. “I wanted to swoon, to pine. I wanted passion and tenderness and…a love that might not make sense on paper but was undeniable in person.” This story stayed with me long after I finished reading it. My new favorite romance of the year!! Loved It! Received an early copy and this is my honest review.
