1. Powerful Film! - Does a good job in distilling the Armenian experience. From a glimpse of the life under Ottoman rules, the unspeakable horror of the "Death March," the tremendous losses felt in the aftermath, and the struggle to start over again from nothing. In many ways far superior to anyhting else on the topic.

1. Everything is relative in a world of corruption - A tough environment for a good cop. Values are on a linear scale, and money makes this world go round. Interesting story of murder, bribes, setups and payoffs, murder and more murder with the setting of the impending Egyptian turnover over the Mubarak regime. More Egypt. Too many people and too many crooks. You'll really like this one if you are into hard realism and grit. It has plenty and not for shock. Every scam the poor and the powerless can play is part of the plot.

1. That is just a tiny part of reality - The ppl of Syria, wanted to live free of dictator and ask for freedom and democracy, the answer was death distractions and chemical attack, OH.... it's fake it's freak that more than half million got slaughter by the regime and more than million are known in jail, and about million have been displaced .

2. FAKE MOVIE - The father, Mr. Omran Daqneesh of the injured Syrian boy whose image prompted outrage across the mainstream media says his son was filmed, and exploited for the sake of propaganda. The picture of young Daqneesh, showing him covered in blood and dust in the back of an ambulance after a bombing in Aleppo last year, was dubbed the “real face” of the Syrian war by officials during Obama’s last term.

1. Respect Respect - This is a much needed insight into the real world vs. a mental vision for me. The cost of war and the destruction of families that are the nexus of human breaking. This is a hard movie to watch; but I am thankful to have seen the (even if an anomaly); story narrated by the actual people who are at the center of this (much more important message); documentary. All of the world is just struggling and fighting the similar seemingly endless garbage. This is a great display of good and the cost of logic over nonsense. Bless the entire crew involved with this story.

2. Wow - Although familiar with the details of Mosab’s story long before seeing this film, and hence, almost dismissed the need to see it…I am SO GLAD I saw it. Besides being very well produced, it exposed the emotional mindset of both Mosab and his handler, Gonen, and even a little of Mosab’s own father, the founder of HAMAS. One of the aspects that really shocked me was the humanity of people who I too easily group together as the “Nazis” of our own times. I learned that even these “monsters” have a humanity that I need to consider, especially as resident of Israel who encounters Palestinians on a daily basis. It reminded me that not everything is “black and white” and to go on loving my neighbor as I love myself, even if he/she is my enemy, because underneath the belligerent veneer of that enemy may lay a very redeemable side…a Mosab.

3. Rivetting true story - A friend recommended this film. I was captivated by this incredible story that gives first hand accounts from inside Hamas and Israeli intelligence. A strong human touch of a very personal sacrifice by a man who knew he would lose everything in order to do what is right. You begin to realize the dark lies that so many Palestinians are brought up with. This story brings hope in midst of this darkness. Great balanced view of Israeli intelligence as well. The central characters are real men of honor.

1. So so - We were OK with this movie, but not thrilled. Recognizing that in large part it was meant as a commentary on divorce proceedings in Israel, it made its point vigorously. On the other hand, the protagonist and her antagonist (husband) were probably the least-developed characters in the drama, among others that came alive much more. The entire conflict became tiresome after a while. As a window on this part of the culture, and as a commentary, it was fine.

1. This one stays with you. - Funny, sad, and enlightening. Loved it. You can’t help but for your heart to go out to the mayor, Musa Hadid. He’s obviously a great person and leader with a good heart, but he’s also just a guy, with an impossible task. He asks in the film if people in America know about them. We really, really should. Watch it!

1. Not Surprised! - To all Muslims and non-Muslims who are interested in this movie, this is NOT an accurate interpretation of the story of Bilal, rather it’s a bastardized and secularized story of a black slave that “supposedly” took place centuries ago, you know; the kind of liberalized “interpretation” thingy movie studios like to do nowadays in movies, if you want the real story of Bilal read about it, just giving you heads up.

1. Not good - This is just - bleh. The version here is dubbed into German ... and then subtitled in English. Which is just weird and unsatisfying. The writing is the worst of the 'Sara Stein' movies, which isn't saying much as they are all kind of mediocre. The acting is mediocre (although maybe it's the dubbing?), the directing is mediocre, the whole thing is just not satisfying. It's not terrible, but it's not good.
