2. Great read for any MMA fan - I've been a fan of Mark Hunt's for a while now, but missed the earlier part of his career before he came to the UFC. This book fills in those gaps for the newer fans like me, and also tells the tragic story of his horrific childhood. While some of it is almost hard to read, it is an amazing story of survival, perseverance, and grace. Thanks for having the courage to tell your story Mark!

1. Fantastically Insightful! - Not a typical MMA book. On the edges, GSP has always appeared mentally "deeper" than most other fighters, as he chooses to depict his sport as an art form instead of a fight. This book really enables the reader to gain an inside look into the development of a campion and a well rounded human being.

2. Inspiration and admiration - I am a yr old happily married father of five and an active amateur masters boxer. I find this book to be an inspiration to me and I can relate to the different mental and physical challenges Georges and his coaches openly express in these pages. I'm also a surviver of cancer. But I see the battle of training described here as similar to that of fighting a horrible disease. It really comes down to the fight. This book is more about life than just MMA or fighting. I really like the honesty and transparency of all who contributed. What make George's great in my mind after reading this book is his decision to make a total commitment to his ultimate goal. At some point that decision was made. It tells me he is a man of his word. His word to himself. That makes him a rare individual. That I admire. One of the best books I've read in quite some time. 1. No nonsense, just like the man himself - Brock Lesnar's career has been showered with success since becoming D champion in , but not without controversy and setbacks. In this book, the Beast Incarnate takes a step back, reflects on his career (up to UFC ), and, for the first time, reveals the refreshingly human side of Brock. I found it hard to put down the book once I started reading, and enjoyed every word. Paul and Brock do a great job detailing the emotions and rationale behind Brock's career path. My only criticism of the book is one that comes with a grain of salt: Brock is a very no-nonsense man, so the book is very straight and to-the-point, which makes it harder to become immersed in the text compared to someone like Chris Jericho's writing style, which is much more grandiose and visual. In that same vein, it's not exactly War and Peace in terms of length. But at the end of the day, the story of Brock Lesnar is a fascinating one, and well worth the read.

2. Good book ( could have ended better) - This book is not for the regular mma fan. This is for the Brock Lesnar fan. Everything that the book covered was very well done a d gave some great inside information from Brock's point of view. It would have been better if he had finished the book with the Cain Valasquez fight. Not necessary to make an excuse for the fight but if he had looked at the tapes and given his honest opinion on it I think it would have felt like there was more closure.

3. DeathClutch - A very easy, non-in-depth read into the life and almost death of one Brock Lesnar. I would've liked less generalized storie. I liken this book to the saying, "to make a long story short...". More depth could've made this book a huge seller! I'm a well educated mma fan in. The point of that statement is I'm interested in the personal life of these athletes. I'm already a fan. If the stories in DeathClutch were expounded upon, more outside readers may have been drawn inward. As a fan, this was a good read. Thanks Brock.

4. Good book and easy read. - I am a big fan of Brock's. not because of WWE, in fact I never watched him in WWE. I respect him for his college wrestling skills and for how super human he is as an athlete. This book is written like Brock speaks and tells a great story. I appreciate how humble Brock has become and that is why I purchased and read his book. I can't wait for the rematch with Cain. As I write this, Brock is recovering from having some of his colon removed. His comeback from that will make another great story and I will be there to read it first.

5. Great book - I am a big Brock fan and this book give u a good insight on him and how he became the basest man on the planet. I hope he writes another cuz I would like to hear more on the Cain fight and how he had to get the surgery right when he was ready to beat dos Santos and take his title back from Cain. Brock is the real deal and if he makes it through this recovery Cain better watch out cuz we all saw what happened to Mir after the lucky win

1. Great insight - I love the new perspective of a fighter in the UFC as opposed from what I've seen as a fan. Bj embodies how a champion should conduct himself. He is a true peoples' champ and not built by the media to be a "nice guy". He never compromised his character and made me a lifetime fan. Great read that had me read cover to cover in a day and half!

2. Great book - I have enjoyed watching BJ Penn for years and was intrigued by reading his biography. To learn about his life growing up in Hawaii and how he came about as a true competitor in the UFC was very interesting. Once I purchased this iBook, I couldn't stop reading it, finishing it in two days. It's very easy reading. Haha, although I'll admit, I would've have liked to read it as he actually speaks....as a local Hawaiian. If you enjoy the UFC and want to learn more about their fighters, you'll enjoy this book.
