1. Great show - hilarious - but... - It's a great show. The greatest car talk show every produced. I started listening decades ago when it was on the radio every Saturday morning (pre internet and pre podcast days). Nevertheless, it's great to see it alive in airing past shows here. However, one thing - can't you keep the espisode up longer? You remove them after about a week of putting them up. Sometimes I can't get to them and next thing you know, they are gone. Be like other shows - just leave them all available.

2. How it all began - When I was about or years old, me and my dad were in our garage with the speaker on playing this podcast, and I always remember parts when he would laugh his but off. I remember asking him what we were exactly listening too and he said it was called “Car Talk”. Finally when I get a iPhone I had quickly downloaded this podcast, and now… in my time of being I still, till this very day, listen to this every night. Thank you Click and Clack. Rest In Peace, Tom

3. Absolutely Infectious Good Humor! - Carburetors and distributors my be things of the automotive past, but the way Tom and Ray talk about them is timeless. These are smart guys often asked about things beyond their knowledge to which they bravely plow ahead. While contemporary automotive advice is less frequent, common sense, good humor and kindness are ever present. I’ve loved these broadcasts since the first time I heard them.

4. Love those guys - Amazing that these now old shows still stand up despite advice about now very old cars. That sure shows that the charm was how the guys gave advice, not what the advice was. That said: why truncate the shows? As so many other reviewers have said, the full episodes would be far better. Everyone finds their own particular charming nugget in each show, so every part edited out is removing someone’s nugget. Bring it ALL back.

5. Patriarchytalk - This show is VIOLENCE against the LGBTQIA community! The cishet boomer hosts always presume the gender of their callers and never once ask for their callers preferred pronouns! Its disgusting and brings so much trauma to trans and nonbinary listeners alike. It should come with a trigger warning! Every caller with a higher-pitched voice is presumed to be a woman, and the hosts always ask about "her" husband. When its a lower-voiced caller, they presume they are a man and ask about "his" wife. NPR should be ashamed at airing a show that promotes such outdated and harmful gender stereotypes.

6. Grab a Tissue - I’ve fallen in love with your show. Not because you are a good resource for car information, or because I can continue to waste an hour a week with you. Not even because I think your humor is the best ever. Belly laughing and beer spraying out of my nose happen so frequently, the beer doesn’t burn anymore.
I needed to to get a personal phone. So being a true car talk patron, keeping it cheap, I asked my brother if he had an old cell phone, he has two kids and our mom was with him before she passed in Sept of . So he sent me one on my Mom’s old ones. When I finally cracked the password and got some help from apple to personalize the device to me, I went straight to the pod cast icon and had all my favorites downloaded in. While I waited, I noticed that my Mom was a subscriber and the episodes of car talk had been piling up since her passing. She was in healthcare not automobiles at all. This women, after divorcing my dad, broke down crying uncontrollably because with her master’s degree in biology and life sciences thought that she should be able to change wiper blades on her Eclipse, but it was an epic fail. I thought, there is no earthly reason why she would subscribe to your show.
I didn’t cancel the subscription, remember, I’m cheap, and you guys are free. I just let them continue to pile. About a month ago, I caved in and hit the play arrow. It only took five minutes before I was overcome in a wave of emotions. In that five minutes, I figured it out, and when I looked around to see if anyone noticed I was crying, I could feel the presence of my mother. I’ve listened to every back episode since Sept of , and I am all caught up looking forward to each episode.
Thank you for helping me to keep my mother close to my heart.
Now I need a tissue. Thanks gentlemen, signed, loyal listener, john from San Juan Cap, CA

7. Taking down old episodes?!?! - I was in the middle of listening to a show and it disappeared. After some poking around I realized it wasn’t an issue with my phone but rather that there are only four episodes accessible at any given time!!! Why?!?!?! Don’t you guys understand that anyone listening to Car Talk now is a devotee who wants to be able to scroll through to past favorites any nostalgic day of the week?!?!?! I’m crushed!
2022-07-29
8. Can I just buy the original episodes? - My daughter and I love Car Talk. What we don’t like is the fact that all the episodes have disappeared from YouTube and the podcast app. Also we want the full length episodes. Obviously the person who is managing this channel doesn’t understand what the listeners want. Look through the comments. I only read one comments saying that the person liked the shorter format. One person. Every other comment is calling for the episodes to be full length and for the powers that be stop deleting the episodes. This leads me to the question, how or can I just purchase all the episodes so I can just own the media? Thanks

1. A New Critter Has Appeared! - Started listening to campaign of the podcast this year without any prior dnd experience and I LOVE IT! I just made it to the most recent episode of and am at the point where I have to wait for the rest of the story! (I did order myself the Pate plush to celebrate though!) I will absolutely go back and catch up on all the other campaigns! There isn’t enough words to describe how happy this show has made me. The entire cast is so funny and genuine, and I can’t count the number of times I’ve cried and laughed. The storyline keeps me guessing and the characters are so endearing, I just really want to hug them all. So thank you for sharing your stories with us and keep doing what you love!

2. Great way to stay in Exandria for people unable to stay up at watch the stream - I’m so thankful that the stream is available in podcast form. Work hours, kids schedules, and a love of sleeping makes it impossible for me to watch the stream live. You lose the battle maps of course, but that’s okay, the incredible cast makes the “theater of the mind” experience very fulfilling.
2023-03-06
3. I wasn’t prepared - I wasn’t ready to be like pissing myself laughing! All amazing people, players and teammates! The characters are so full of life and the em is god tier, I’m a description freak and I have vivid images in my head of everything happening in campaign . IM LIVING FOR THIS! My nerd heart is going crazy! LOVE THIS SO MUCH!!!!
2023-03-01
4. Awesome minus the ads - I have been a huge fan for years. But the latest episode has multiple ads during the show, not just at the start, during the break, and at the end. I even got an ad fully in Spanish. I understand that these fine folks need to generate revenue to cover the cost of producing this fantastic content, but this goes too far. It’s too annoying. I’ll have to dock a star in my rating if it continues.
2023-02-19
5. Cut-in ads make for a frustrating listening experience. - As of the latest episode they have added cut-in audio ads in the middle of the story. I don’t mind the ads at the beginning or the end, or when they go on break, or Sam’s ever amusing ad skits. But these new ones just make it frustrating to listen to.
2023-02-16
6. Bingeing Critical Role helped me through the pandemic - I began with the second season and fell in love with all the characters. I found going back to the early episodes of the first season difficult but definitely worth it as the story progressed and the characters developed. The third season is fantastic.

7. A Return to a favorited game - Being a fan of fantasy and gaming for majority of my life. I found this podcast after viewing Vox Machina on Amazon and realized that this was a group of amazing voice actors it a campaign which rekindled the love of dnd in my soul. Currently listening to the mighty nien and enjoying the craziness of the groups and growth of dnd e. Cannot wait to listen to more. Keep up with the amazing work

8. Calamity - I’m a new listener, just randomly decided to give them a listen after watching Vox Machina. I picked up on C, I plan on going back and listening to the others after, but what really hooked me was the calamity miniseries they did. I thoroughly love the way they have been telling the story if C but the change in tone and atmosphere was just superb. The players were great and the GM was incredible. I would find myself on the edge of my seat in anticipation for narratives and the combat sequence. I would love more of that but having a definitive ending is what sold it for me.

1. Now part of my routine! - I was off work for a week and was looking for a cleaning podcast as I get into my chores. I find myself binging multiple episodes at a time and I’m pretty sure it introduced me to getting into other parts of the house that I hadn’t considered touching this week. It’s also given me new ideas for when I get back into my busy schedule, and won’t make you feel guilty you for not being a super clean-freak /. Great guests, realistic expectations for maintaining your home when you’re not Suzy Home Maker.

2. Cas from ClutterBug - You are so special. Your charismatic personality and the very sincere, genuine thoughts you share and advice you give really has made a difference in my life and others. Your warm nature is so needed with this journey we are undergoing to simplify our lives while appreciating all the good we have already. I enjoyed when you interviewed Joshua Becker as he is also one of a kind and very influential in so many ways. I also really love Dana White and Dawn from the Minimalist mom, where the three of you shine in the Take your House Back course. I really am changing and growing for the first time in my life and so much makes sense now Thank you!

3. Cass is my spirit animal - Cass has no idea to what level she gets me. It’s like she had me at hello(Jerry McQuire).
I have made leaps and bounds in my journey of decluttering. Prior to following the Three Amigos, I was wallowing in crap. Now I seem to have a goal insight and I’m chipping away at it daily. Thank you Cass. You’re thebomb.com.

4. Wonderful! - This podcast is wonderful & sooo helpful! I am very busy with work, family & church. So my house most times falls by the wayside. I have started doing ‘one task on my list’ a day. We’ll, most days. But the FAB five will help me and my house feel Fabulous-Amazing & Beautiful! Sheila in Missouri

5. Liked it for a while then it all began to sound the same - Not gonna lie this podcast was the first thing in my life to help me get a different perspective on keeping a clean home. The problem was, it didn’t target the heart behind the cleaning. And many times Cas would drop these quotes that sounded like resentful hints to her listeners that sounded like they were meant for her husband or family to hear and feel guilty in order to help keep things tidy. I kept hearing her coming back to, “oh, I don’t want to be resentful of my husband.. could he help more? Yes!” Again I did Learn some valuable things with this podcast, but I’m also working hard to be a better homemaker and to have a heart for serving others. I was taught young that cleaning was a drudgery and only the lowest people should do it, but the facts are we all have to do things we don’t always like. We can either complain about it all the time or drop hints that we hate it or we can remember that we do it for our family, and we do it for us. We should be the person today, that tomorrow us is thankful for. Cas taught me that cleaning helps us get instant gratification and that’s true, but I don’t think her podcast is the best fit for me anymore. I want to hear about loving what you have and not just constantly throwing stuff out.

6. Echoing my inner thoughts! - Thank you for being so real and helping me realize that I am not the only one struggling. I can always find something to relate to in every episode, but the episode I listened to today, I felt like you were saying everything I had been thinking this week. The episode was about decluttering Christmas, and the part about the extra Santa gifts and the stress it brings was exactly how I was feeling about bringing a gift to daycare for Santa to give my kid… I thought about asking them to just have Santa give out candy canes next year (I would provide them even) but I thought I would come off like a Scrooge. I’m so glad I listened to your podcast to know that I am not alone!

7. Wow! - This is probably hands down one of the most informative, life changing and motivating podcasts I have come across. As the child of a clinically diagnosed hoarder, it can be really hard to change the patterns of spending, collecting and just reliving the past. If you were never taught to be “normal” then how can you live like a normal person? This podcast gives me hope that I can be clutter free and the information I missed in my formative years. Thank you for sharing your experience and wisdom with us!
2022-12-07
8. What happened? - I used to love listening to Cas and I think I have heard every episode of her Podcast. At first I loved listening because I always picked up new ideas or the episode was thought provoking. For the past year or so, her show has taken a different turn. I think she is just out of material (I mean, really, how many episodes can you create about organization?). She’s moved more into “life coaching” which is okay, but is coming off as preachy. I need to go back and listen to older episodes to see if it’s just me, or if her voice and delivery have changed too. Every episode now she speaks so strangely. Emphasizing every word in this weird strained whisper. It is making listening unbearable. I like the idea of her tv show a lot, and wish there were more episodes of that available. Maybe use the same concept here? That’s what Dana has been doing and it’s at least new material.

1. Lisa is just cool. - My wife and I have listened and watched Lisa on her YouTube channel and her podcast. I have to say Lisa is just cool. I like that she talks about homesteading, caring for animals, and using traditional skills that are almost at this point lost so many in a modern world. I love that she doesn’t push any of her opinions or beliefs on anyone. She’s a religious person, her husband and her homeschool their seven kids but that’s really all you need to know as far as background the rest is focused on what she’s actually doing or what she’s actually making which is pretty impressive at this point in the game when almost everyone on a podcast, wants to give their unsolicited opinion rather than teach or talk about what we all showed up to actually listen too. Thanks Lisa!
2023-02-19
2. Well Rounded and Thoughtfully Curated - I love the range of the topics Lisa covers on this podcast! Her guests are always well educated and there is so much practical information to glean from every episode. Highly recommend for any mama who wants to pursue a more traditional, simple lifestyle for her family!
2023-02-16
3. I always come back to this podcast - I originally found Lisa on YouTube from a baby wrap tutorial and a couple of years later realized she had a podcast. After listening to many past podcasts, and listening to most of her others, I’ve really enjoyed the content and approach she has with her kids and her home. (Most likely because it’s similar to mine or at least what I hope to achieve as my family grows and changes.) I have loved listening to the interviews and have most enjoyed Toups and Co owner (I’ve made purchases and love the products), Growing Joy owner, and so many more. I was going to name more but I don’t have time to go back for names. (There were health related interviews that I loved but can’t remember their names.) I like that she is able to find a lot of really knowledgeable guests. I highly recommend this podcast to homeschool moms and anyone interested in natural living. Also, as she said in one podcast or YouTube video, some people might be here because they like listening to me talk. This is actually one reason I have stopped a few other podcasts. Voice matters. Thank you Lisa for all of your content and I’m happy for you and your family’s success.
2023-02-12
4. Informative, easy going conversations - Lisa is very easy to listen to and always has so much information to share along with the guests she has. She keeps it real about mothering and homesteading. Most recently I listened to the episode about herbs. Totally got me deep diving into the herb world! I love it!!
2022-09-23
5. Informational homesteading pep talks - This podcast has quickly become my new favorite. I like to listen to it while taking a walk, run, or coincidentally…gardening!! The amount of useful information on gardening, canning, wellness, farm animals, diy healthy household cleaning swaps, all natural makeup, and more, that I have gathered from the array of podcasts is unmatched. So very thankful I stumbled upon this gem.
2022-09-18
6. One of my favorites - Lisa is a great content creator. I found her podcast when looking for ways to save money and live a simpler life after becoming a mom. Through her podcast and YouTube page I’ve learned so much about cooking from scratch, money saving tips, and so much more. Her podcasts offer entertainment and education while also feeling very calm and peaceful. Which is so helpful to have as a mom to littles. Grateful to Lisa for this podcast!
2022-09-17
7. Cursive - Hi Lisa, thank you for helping me with building my blog and being a good example to us new mompreneurers! Just wanted to share if this helps. I have a few children with dyslexia and learned about the role of cursive writing when doing logic of English. Cursive helps me to read my childrens writing early on the only time they lift up their pen is between words. Print was created because of the printer which could not join words easily. When writing fast people join letters even without knowing cursive, but the join is usually anywhere not at baseline which makes it hard to read fast writing or peoples notes. Hence doctor writing. I have switched to teaching cursive only which has proved my boys can write well. My oldest son has beautiful writing. He learned print through reading only. Anyway just a thought about cursive.

8. LOVE Simple Farmhouse Life! - OMG I love this podcast. Her voice is extremely relaxing and I love how she really goes into detail with things. It’s a very good binge podcast. You can just get lost in it. It’s so good. I’ve only listened to the first three eps so far but I LOVE it and will continue listening! I also love that there are no ads. It’s just a nice relaxing podcast with no interruptions.

Comments
1. Natural ! - Matt Mercer, you have critically succeeded at impressing me!
The podcast itself is quite amazing, and the only issues I have encountered so far were partially corrupted audio files on Episode . If these could be replaced, that would be great!
Lovely podcast, has had a CRITICAL ROLE in my own D&D experiences.
/ stars.
2023-03-03
2. Some of y’all are idiots - A few things before my actual review: . This podcast is NOT “stolen”. It is their original podcast channel from when they were with Geek And Sundry. . Episodes - of season one are easily found if you just search “Critical Role Season ” in the search section. . Every episode from C E onward to now is in the other Critical Role channel. That being said, Critical Role is one of the better D&D podcasts out there. Maybe it’s just that it’s the first one I listened to and it’s the one that got me into D&D, but it’s still my personal favorite. Audio wasn’t great at the very beginning of C, but stick it out. It’s worth it. Trust me. Currently relistening to it from episode onward.
2023-02-06
3. Hard to understand - Who knows if the story is good, the sound quality is horrible. Can’t hear half of what’s being said due to background noise and PCs talking over one another. Listened for about minutes, never again unless someone says it gets better. Try Reckless Attack, sound is great, story is fun and unpredictable and the dm and PCs are having a lot of fun
2023-01-26
4. People Are Dumb - I don’t understand how people really think that this podcast is stolen. Geek and Sundry were the original producers but they switched to producing their own shows. This is an amazing podcast that people here worked hard to help produce. Be nice, and do your research before making a review
2023-01-15
5. Great for filling time…also it’s not stolen. - These folks tell a fun story, and are engaging to listen to. If you like or love D&D, if you enjoy a well-produced story, or if you just have long travel stretches that you want to fill with more than talk-radio/music - here’s a fun alternative. Also, for all the commenters saying this is stolen audio, it’s really not. When CR started, they were a group playing a different TTRPG privately and were approached by Geek&Sundry to produce a D&D twitch stream. So this crew changed from the Pathfinder system to e and this channel was started to give an audio format to the Twitch streams. Part way into C, they moved it to a different channel because they officially split from Geek&Sundry and became their own entity. That’s it, that is why there are two channels and why some live here and some there. G&S retains the rights to these episodes.
2022-07-09
6. I’m sorry but I have to - I know this is stolen from them but on their actual podcast I can’t find anything past Season Episode . I might just not be looking far enough but that’s where I can’t scroll any further down so I gotta use this. Plus this is organized much nicer, I’m sorry but it is lol
2022-06-30
7. Poor execution of podcast - This is a great show but now I can’t access any of the episodes so I can’t continue listening to it. Trying to listen to the episodes through critical roles website also doesn’t work as the episodes wont even play when you click on them. The show itself is five stars but it’s execution through apple podcasts and other auditory only mediums is abysmal. Watch the show through YouTube and don’t give podcasts your time or energy.
2022-01-10
8. The very best D&D podcast. Gripping Storytelling! - This podcast has become my favorite, not only has it ignited a love for D&D but a love for the characters and storytelling. Push passed the first few episodes (audio quality is a bit rough) I promise you it’s worth it! This podcast is good enough to stand alone just for the D&D game play or as an audio experience for those in it just for the story. I’ve now completed all of campaign and in just a few short months. Give it a go, you’ll be hooked like me. Cannot recommend Critical Role enough, this podcast sets the bar for all other D&D podcasts out there! Thank you for the hundreds of hours of phenomenal content!

IGN.com shoots a week’s worth of gaming news straight into your ear!
Release date: 2023-03-17 Genre:Leisure > Video Games
Comments
1. Nicely Job! - I’ve historically not been a fan of ign due to a pervasive sense of sponsor bias, but I must say this podcast has made me mentally walk back most of those sentiments. I due tend to lean towards more amateur podcasts where it’s hobbyists rather than professionals but can’t help respect the level of polish and production that goes into scoop and love love love the video game(especially)/’s music themed endings to the show that run for several minutes. This is one of the few gaming podcasts that hits home with my particular age demographic (same age as Daemon) whether it’s the retro music between segments or the ’s pop culture references the nostalgia is awesome. Also the hosts are very well spoken and have amazing vocabularies without ever sounding condescending. Thanks for getting me through work days a week at two jobs. A winner is you!
2023-03-06
2. Awesome show by default, but went woke. - This has been one of my favorite shows for a few years now. Unfortunately their new community manager is a man who pretends to be a woman and everybody just acts like this is healthy behavior. Appropriating womanhood is not something that just happens. This is a mental illness and it’s weird that IGN is propping it up like it’s a positive thing. Your COMMUNITY MANAGER? What an echo chamber.
2022-11-12
3. Amazing! - Really love this podcast, all content is interesting and fun and the main cast/guests are all interesting to listen to and get along great. They’re also extremely gracious when sharing the microphone, not very common on podcasts. Game scoop is not just the best video game podcast, but the ONLY video game podcast. Will continue to listen to until forever and ever amen.
2022-06-16
4. My least favorite iteration of a classic video game podcast - I’ve been listening to Game Scoop religiously for years - through mundane jobs and endless road trips. From Knockin Boots to Omega Cops. I’ve seen the great cast change constantly throughout the years and have loved my time with it. Lately though, Game Scoop has turned into my least favorite iteration of itself. It seems like more Jan half of the podcast is spent flipping through old video game magazines and playing questions. A perfect example of this is the latest episode , on May . The first minutes of the almost hour long episode is spent going through the latest news. While the last minutes is spent flipping through a magazine and playing questions. The show seems to have mostly turn into filler to reach the hour long length. Hoping to once again look forward to this great video game podcast once the format gets re-worked. SCOOP
2022-05-07
5. Nicely Job! - Game Scoop, the only video gaming podcast, is a highlight of my week. I’ve been visiting IGN since back when it was N.com. Game Scoop is the best of all the IGN podcasts in no small part to Daemon. The discussions are fun and thoughtful and cover a range of topics in video games. Video Game Questions is a fun way to end the episodes. Please to enjoy Game Scoop.
2022-05-05
6. Hey, listeners… - I’ve been Scoopin’ in the Goosecamp with the Omega Cops for many a year now and I’m thrilled to say that the only video game podcast is still the best video game podcast. I was released before January st, (’s kid!) and my character does, in fact, wear a hat! Thank you Daemon, thank you Tina, thank you Sam, thank you Justin! This was a review of IGN GameScoop and I’m out.
2022-04-24
7. Not in touch… - Listened to the most recent episode and discussion about Elden Ring. Nobody on this show had any understanding of why this game resonates with the gaming world right now. Samuel Claiborn in particular just sounds lost, he should stick with simple things he can understand, like pinball machines.
2022-02-26
8. The best - Love the scoop crew, feels like hanging with four pals talking games each week. Makes for a smooth day knowing a new ep of Sooop is coming lol. 1. The Best Type of Chaos - I first learned of Trash Taste Pod thanks to my friends showing me Fate/Stay: Night Abridged, then attempted to explain Fate lore by showing me Gigguk’s hilarious Fate Timeline Explained video. Then I kept watching his videos, subscribed, Trash Taste popped in my feed, and bada bing bada boom here I am now.

3. Some people making low reviews are stupid - The people making low reviews are doing it for the dumbest reasons they literally hate the thing that makes trash taste good! Plus there are some low reviews that are people who like trash taste but dislike thing. Also, If you give trash taste a star because you watched an episode and thought it wasn’t “weeby enough” have a singular brain cell that can only comprehend - anime.

4. One of my first podcasts - Really enjoy the dynamic of the three. Sometimes they do just kinda yell over each other but other then that I see no cons to this podcast. I was already a huge fan of Cdawg va and his yt channel and listening to this has introduced me to the other trash taste boi’s and have found myself found of them too. Honestly some of these episodes you could listen to not knowing anything about them since they talk about generic life stuff but other episodes where they talk about anime new comers might be a little confused. I’m kinda just rambling at this point but I’d definitely give it a try if you want something to cheer you up and make you laugh a little.

5. Good (Except the Guests) - Guest episodes are the worst thing about this podcast and that’s about it. Chris is the only guest that actually feel “natural’ When any other guest is present, it just feels like a clumsy interview where the boys ask questions while also wanting to go on their usual tangents. It also doesn’t help that I just DONT CARE about any guests that come on. It just doesn’t mix well for me and usually leads to me skipping any guest that isn’t Chris

Comments
1. Too political - I dropped this show for over two years because it got too political. I decided to give them another try when no elections were going on and I hoped they would have dropped that stuff. It turns out they have not. They are closed to any opinions other than their own and every episode turns into a political discussion in which they virtue signal as much as possible. If you want an extremely liberal political show that sometimes talks about video games, this is the show for you. If you want to hear about video games and only video games, look elsewhere. I’m very sad to see how bad kinda funny has gotten.

2. Justin roiland - This show had an abuser on their show, and once he was gone they covered his crimes and took a stance on them without publicaly stating that they had him on their show and made money off it. I used to love this company but now I feel like they will put profit over morality and not take responsibility for it, all whilst claiming to be against the exact things the show guests are guilty of.

3. Love Tim. Hate Greg. Love Blessing. - Blessing and Tim are genuine nice people. Love gaming and are positive influences in the industry. Greg hates Nintendo, PC, and Xbox, and anime and literally everything outside his wheelhouse. He can be a jerk to everyone including listeners/fans. Atleast Tim and Blessing make the shows something to look forward to it. Greg was probably bullied when he was overweight now takes it out on everyone. Very sad.

4. Love this Podcast - Guys love this podcast and all the others, I am Kinda Funny fan all the ways lol. But anyways I have to say shout out to Tim because I understand how listeners would want the show ad free, but to be honest who wouldn’t want to hear Tim’s voice talking about ads. Look I am a full straight man but Tim’s voice would be lovely to wake up to in the morning lol. Guys keep up the good work.

5. Colin was right - Used to really enjoy this pod, but during the pandemic things changed. Became heavily politicized and unwelcoming to those who have differing views. They were always left leaning as many people in the industry are, which is fine, but it has gotten to an evangelical level now. They're biased towards Microsoft even though they have a dedicated pod for that. That's not what I want when I'm looking for objective game news. Janet and their producers are also insufferable. Great production value though I'll give them that
2022-05-14
6. Politics Central - The handful of times I’ve chosen to listen to one of their podcasts they make it very clear that you are an idiot and not worth the air you breath if you don’t agree with them. They are passionately demeaning. Also absolutely not safe to listen to in the car if your kids are with you. There are some great gaming podcasts. This is not one.

Comments
1. Now an infomercial - I used to learn from the show, but now it is so much of Joe plugging the products that sponsor him, and his own courses that cost $$$. There’s also no accountability. Apparently a product he has promoted for years had a persistent herbicide in it, but he never owned up to this and apologized to those who purchased it based on his recommendation, and instead just alluded to it in passing. That’s pretty disappointing and shows a real lack of integrity.

2. Phytoremediation - A gardening podcast that covers a very wide range of topics. Sometimes I wish they were covered more deeply, but he has guests have written a book or books on the topics. I have a topic suggestion: phytoremediation. A member of our family bought an acre that was basically used as a garbage dump. You wouldn’t believe. I am warning them not to grow food on the property. After they physically haul away everything how to get the chemicals out of the soil?? Things like walls out of old camping trailers(pressboard with a thin vinyl wall covering) that are completely disintegrated into the ground, over old tires, lots of plastic bits, and who knows what chemicals were dumped. The garden radio guy from Pennsylvania mentioned some plants that can help: sunflowers and alfalfa are two. But what to do with the plants when mature? Haul away? I suppose unfortunately with the chemical bomb that went off in Ohio this subject might be of interest. Our world needs help.

3. Keep the Geek Alerts coming! - Joe has one of the best podcasts about home gardening—period. I am never disappointed when I hear the words “Geek Alert!” These are some of the best episodes with incredible information about the cutting edge of horticulture. I listen once, and then I listen again and take notes! I love it! Gardeners never stop learning, and this show proves it. Thank you Joe and Team for producing such useful and timely content!
2023-02-16
4. The best garden teacher - At first, I was a bit skeptical about this podcast, as I assumed Joe was more “TV guy” than “garden teacher.” Wow, was I wrong. Joe is without question the best garden teacher I have found, and his knowledge of gardening is both broad and deep. Some episodes focus on simpler “how to” topics, while others go deeper into the most detailed science of gardening, plants and soil. All are enjoyable. Most importantly, Joe is a gifted teacher. The high professional quality of his podcasts and videos are just the icing the cake.
2023-01-25
5. Thorough Gardening Podcast - I agree with others who enjoy the podcast because of the subject matter, the host’s style and manner of presentation, and the quality of the guests on the program. I love most of the podcast. Only one aspect of the podcast turns me off and it’s the host’s appeal for reviews at the end of the program. This is the only podcast that I listen to that the host encourages listeners to write a review and include their name so that Joe might “call out” their name on the show. I want to be motivated to listen to the show because of the content not because I might hear my review read on air. I have a suggestion for the time allotted for this aspect of the show. Solicit gardening tips from listeners and share those tips with other listeners or simply offer a gardening tip for the day.

6. Thanks Joe - Joe is so easy to learn from. So many people teach like they are above the students whereas Joe teaches like a friend. His podcast is easy to listen to and really informative. Growing a greener world is the best show (PBS) and his classes are worth the time and money. I wholly recommend this podcast and visiting his website.
Thanks Joe

7. Show - I love this show but this podcast was not only an infomercial but an odd choice. Make no mistake, growing hydroponically is not organic and can never be. Plants are grown with chemicals; it’s the only way to get nutrients. Joe should change the name of his show if this is his new direction.

8. Wow! What an education - I found this podcast when I searched for organic gardening podcasts. This was the first one that came up so I decided to listen and if I didn’t like it, I would move on to whatever was next on the list. I’m still listening and I never moved on. I’ve been gardening for almost years and growing my own food for a little over a dozen years now. We had a farm for years and i grew most of our food with no chemicals along with raising cows, pigs and chickens sustainably and I also sold some produce to our local CSA. So I thought I was really knowledgeable UNTIL a I started listening to your podcast, Joe. I have learned so much and I continue to. I started with episode one and am currently listening to episode . How in the world will I ever catch up with you? My husband and I have also watched almost all of your growing a greener world shows on YouTube and PBS and my husband has all kinds of projects planned after watching your show. I can’t put into words what an inspiration you have been to us and how grateful I am for the continuing education. Your science based information presented by industry experts is priceless. Also, Joe, you are incredibly winsome and gracious as a host and your humble presentation draws us in and keeps us listening and watching. Keep up the good work, you are making a big difference!

Comments
1. Disappointing drop in quality - What has happened to this show? Tuned in to the latest episode, which can be roughly summarized as “Matt Farrah tells drivers concerned about EV range that he knows their needs better than they do, and then rants at his co-host about the semantics of a question he asked.” Used to like these guys, but lately it just seems like a venue for Farrah to engage in egotistical diatribes.
2023-03-12
2. Don’t Ask Questions - Was listening to the pod today and was shocked to see how rude you were about the guy asking would you rather buy a z or zr. You blew it way out of proportion, you should of just skipped the question or just answered, not wined about how it wasn’t the correct format for you to answer. Zach was right in this situation, hopefully you treat you fans a little better because without them you’d be no-one.
2023-03-07
3. Elon Musk (We get it already) - Even though Musk lives rent-free in Farah’s head he’s a progressive man of the people who’s super-relatable because who doesn’t own Ferraris, Lamborghinis and Porsches?
I guess acknowledging your privilege and and saying the “right “ thing is enough without having to actually make a difference. Also, maybe Zach could have an original opinion for once instead of agreeing and just adding to whatever Matt says, he’s annoying at this point. I do like their coverage on cars though
2022-11-23
4. Always A Great Listen - I don’t think I have ever listened to an episode of The Smoking Tire podcast and walked away feeling like it wasn’t worth my time. No matter what genre of guest appears on the show Matt always strikes good and interesting conversation. Zach does a really good job producing and keeping the podcast feeling put together, as well as being a great part of the conversation. Even if you aren’t into cars I recommend giving this podcast a listen, especially when there is a guest on. I think half the reason this podcast is such a good listen is Matt’s backbone, I never hear him spewing b.s. or swaying his opinion from what he actually believes, definitely makes me confident in what I hear on the show. All in all a great and entertaining listen worth your time.
2022-10-13
5. Best podcast for car people who want more - This has to be hands down one of the best podcasts for car enthusiasts who want more than just car talk. I always take something useful from each podcast and I listen every single Tuesday and Thursday like clockwork. I along with many others appreciate the work you guys put into this and the wide variety of guests you’re able to get on the show. Thank you guys for all the content!
2022-08-26
6. Great, if it sticks to cars. - Listen to this podcast if you want;
. A grown man who likes cats.
. A guy who ordered a pink Porsche.
. A year old who has a Ferrari and Lamborghini and is a “progressive” (It’s time to grow up, Matt)
. A guy who is into Seiko watches.
. A guy who talks non stop about progressive, social justice politics. Givin the above. This is not guy who’s opinion anybody should value.
2022-08-23
7. Too much political talk - I used to listen to this show as the episodes came out and really enjoyed it. But lately it’s just gotten more and more political complaining. I come here to hear about cars and funny stories, not about how much he hates whatever side he’s not on. I know my opinion isn’t going to change a thing at all but I hope these car podcasts will get back to what we all come here for which is car reviews and stories about them. Shows like everyday driver and tfl stick to what they know which is what makes them such great shows.
2022-06-29
8. Good show needs to stay on topic - I really like the show. I just found the podcast and I really like it, but I wish Matt would stay on topic and I get onto stupid controversial topics like politics or Twitter lol. Just talk about cars. If you don’t like Tesla trash the company but when he starts talking about controversial topics that have nothing to do with cars it turns me off from the Show. When he talks about cars I’m very intrigued and love it. When he starts talking about politics or controversial subjects I turn it off.

1. My only ‘must listen’ podcast - Kelly and Lizz light up my school pickup ride every week. They make me laugh so hard and I learn so much - about cars, new recipes, the list goes one - and they make me feel like I am not crazy. Love hearing Kelly’s drive way dumps and Lizz’s reel talks. I can tell they are just amazingly wonderful people who have fun recording. Keep it up, girls!
2023-03-22
2. They’re cute and not annoying! - Truly it’s not easy to find a podcast when voices can be so easily annoying. These girls nailed it. They’re working hard — so much so that I’m like, “sisters, take a week off, we will be okay listening to a re-run, mmmk?”. I’m not a car person but the industry news makes me edgy with my husband and he’s impressed with the auto knowledge I bring to the table. Except for when I told him to invest in Rivian because my podcast friends told me to. Bad move but totally forgiven and made up for with other great content. Solid listen for midwesterner females -. Can’t speak for other regions or ages. But that’s a huge group of podcast listeners so that’s a huge compliment. Worth a subscribe click!
2023-03-19
3. Road Trip Car Pool Happy Mommas - Shout out to Kelly and Liz for having the best entertainment for two mommas and their . kiddos on a road trip during spring break! The hour trip went by so much faster with you two starting great conversation. Thankful for The Car Pool! — Houston mommas, Sarah Blaire :)
2023-03-16
4. Torn - I like their personalities and content, however, I had to stop listening because of the amount of times they say like. It’s so distracting and annoying. Using like every other word is a bad problem with a lot of young women. It’s not a good way to communicate when you’re hosting a podcast.
2023-03-16
5. Obsessed with these girlies! - Kelly & Lizz have quickly become the besties I didn’t know I needed! I listen to the podcast whenever I’m doing mundane chores and need some company. Love the sister dynamics of the podcast and when y’all are feisty at each other (let’s be honest usually it’s Kelly, Lizz is a Saint lol) it really makes me feel like y’all are family because that is so me and my younger sis! Love listening to the podcast keep doing your thing!
2023-03-14
6. Love my car dates with these sistahs! - I started following the car mom and fell in love with her genuine sweetness, creative spunk and drive to improve others lives by sharing her knowledge. Lizz brings the perfect balance.she is authentic and candid. I was so excited when Kelly and Lizz started their podcast. This is my only appropriate podcast I can listen to WITH my kids in the car!!! So grateful to no swearing and family friendly content. (I love my paranormal and true crime ; but they have to stay to earphone only). The test drive saves me from trying things I don’t need to (I’m a marketers dream and love me a seasonal flavor) and introduce me to new faves. Ditch the drive thru saves me regularly. Great speaks to my soul. These women are true gems in every way. I can’t wait to see how they develop and grow their content as their littles grow.
2023-03-14
7. Great Listen! - Love this podcast and how relatable Kelly & Lizz are. I’m from the Midwest originally and listening to them makes me feel like I’m back home with friends or sisters. I love all the segments except for the great s they seem to just go on for so long sometimes and don’t always keep my attention but overall love that the girls try to keep the content fresh and fun! I’m not a mom, so sometimes it’s hard to feel like the show is really directed at me and it’s difficult to explain/recommend to friends that aren’t mothers. I’m willing to bet there are more listeners that aren’t mothers though and I love the women focused, millennial perspective so I tune in regularly and look forward to the two episodes each week. Props to Kelly for breastfeeding and recording at the same time, you are awesome!
2023-03-14
8. I love these fellow Midwestern girlies! - A wholesome, yet entertaining podcast that I can listen to with my toddler in the car (if she’ll let me). I am a true crime fan at heart, but I felt weird listening to those in the car with my toddler, even if she was asleep. Like I just don’t know if true crime is something I want her listening to until she’s like . Ya know? Also, they don’t swear, which is cool because I’m really trying to not swear in front of my kid too. I always learn something new, like Gen-Z phrases, or some kind of hack that might make life a little easier.

Creating eco-minimalist, non-toxic homes (without the extra work). Although minimalism has experienced a rebirth in recent years, the "less is more" movement has been around for centuries. Yet today's minimalist influencers have resurrected minimalism with a decidedly consumerist spin, as modern minimalism is nearly synonymous with decluttering. While there's a lot of chatter about tidying, it's radio silence and crickets when it comes to sustainability. The result? Aspiring minimalist...

1. Inspiring, informative, & practical - Sustainable Minimalists is an incredibly well-researched informative show that always leaves me feeling inspired and convicted to do better in living a more intentional, eco-conscious, minimalist life style. Stephanie brings important issues to light and explains them in a well thought out clear manner while providing actionable practical advice.
2023-03-23
2. Great show - I absolutely love this show. Stephanie is so REAL. Some other podcasters act like their kids and husbands are just the most perfect and they love every second of being a mom and wife, but Stephanie shows BOTH sides of being a mom. That’s a huge draw for me because you can tell she loves her kiddos but they’re just kind of annoying too because they’re kids! I love her eco friendly tips, they’re occasionally a bit too crunchy for me, but I never feel judgement from her.
2023-03-08
3. Wonderful show with great ideas! - I really enjoy this show and Stephanie seems approachable yet firm in her practices. She acknowledges the privileges that she has as someone who has the funds, etc. to live sustainably BUT also finds practical ways that EVERYone can try and decrease their carbon footprint through everyday activities and just consuming less in general. She does go beyond this sometimes (like with schoolbus emissions project!) — it is great for someone who just wants some motivation to get started and feel less alone when being more sustainable. Skip Episode because they talk about “Quiet Quitting” in a way that feels misguided. The overall message about quitting being a good thing sometimes is fine but that particular perspective on “Quiet quitting” was… unexpectedly buying into the capitalist machine. Quiet quitting is a term that certain conservatives came up with to demonize people who don’t want to be exploited by their corporate bosses. Also - doing what is in your job description is what you are hired to do! But that aside, this podcast is worth a listen! Typically, Stephanie critiques the exploitation of workers and marginalized people and she does her best to try and make a difference in TRYING OUR BEST to change our consumptive practices so that the world might eventually have space to heal.
2023-02-10
4. Episode - Awesome episode! Stephanie is reassuring and helpful in assisting the listener in search of a path to what works for them. I was especially appreciative to hear the words “it”s normal to feel overwhelmed”. Those words and the information that followed are so encouraging and useful. Thank you!
2023-02-03
5. Great podcast for seniors to learn and educate - As a follower of the Carbonalmanac.org tribe, I have searched for people to help me learn valuable information and also to share with along the way. Seniors can impact a family tree of possibilities. I’ve found Stephanie’s sustainable minimalist podcast to be a treasure. As a senior representative who is tech oriented might I suggest, when passing info to the tech challenged senior, use whatever form of communication that works for them. Most can use computers. For some books are the way. Stephanie you are wonderful! Thank you for your heartfelt dedication to doing your part to make an impact on the health of our earth and all beings who live on her. Carol Florida

6. Loving the gifting episodes. - I’m loving this podcast and especially love the episodes about gifting (and receiving), so many great ideas. I love making gifts (especially upcycled/repurposed ones), but also want to be thoughtful about what someone would actually use and enjoy. I’m always looking forward to the next episode.
2023-01-31
7. Just what I needed - I am by no means a minimalist but very curious about leaning towards a more minimalist lifestyle. I came upon this podcast and have found its SUPER accessible and chock full of interesting info for me to process while at the beginnings of my minimalist journey. I also love Stephanies direct way to sharing her true opinion. Love and would recommend to anyone interested in this topic!
2023-01-31
8. Excellent Content - She covers angles of this subject/idea/philosophy from many angles: Domestic, financial, ethical, scientific, global, social/emotional, economic, psychological, environmental especially, and so forth. As someone with an environmental science background, although it’s no longer the field I’m in, I do find I can learn here, as well as simply enjoy a pleasant banter of various ideas. And that’s valuable.

Welcome to the Beginner's Garden Podcast! This is the podcast with easy-to-understand resources, tips, and information to help beginning gardeners get the most out of their gardening adventure -- big or small. When I began gardening in 2013, I scoured books and Internet resources to find all the information I could. Although good information was abundant, I had trouble understanding all the gardening lingo and sifting through the information to figure out what would work for me. In this podcast,...

1. Pragmatic, Actionable and Kind - Jill consistently delivers actionable, pragmatic and cost effective gardening advice. Her kind demeanor makes the podcast is a welcomed listen - week after week. I pray that you are healed, and thank you for sharing your faith. Although you don’t impose your belief on listeners, it’s been a blessing to know that you trust God. It encourages my faith too. The Lord cover and keep you always.

2. Great podcast! - I have been gardening for a large part of my life but am still learning a lot from your podcast. Your podcast is the most practical and interesting that I have found. Also thank you so much for sharing your faith. You are an encouragement and inspiration to many of the rest of us! (Just remember that … and the beatitudes Matthew )

3. Jill is great! - I always learn so much and she is like listening to a friend. When I have gotten frustrated with my garden she is there to let me know it is ok and it’s all a learning experience! Great practical information that is explained in such a way that anyone would be able to understand. Thanks Jill!

4. My Garden Mentor - Hey Everybody… Jill is my all things garden mentor! Dabbled with veggies n fruits but always learning so this year I kicked it in gear and have the courage to face all the challenges thanks to my mentor Jill. Living in middle Tennessee my climate is similar to Jills so It’s a win-win!! Perfect delivery both over the microphone or in a workshop!! Thank you GardenMentor!!

5. Best home gardener help podcast out there. - This podcast is well thought out, researched and edited. Jill is an amazing hostess, and is concise and concerned with helping you become a gardener for the long term. She’s not product hocking (well, ok- there are some sponsors) but instead offers some beautiful comprehensive courses on both getting started on your garden from the very first seed, and her harvest to kitchen series where she shows you what to do with all that stuff you just grew! She puts a lot of work into making things easily understandable for beginners, but also really does the research to give answers to questions big and small about gardening. Can I just say that as a midwesterner myself, it is so nice to hear from someone gardening here in the middle like I am and not in a subtropical climate on one of the coasts?!? Yay!!!! I recommend this podcast to any of my friends and family who want to get growing. It’s the best one out there in my opinion- and I’m very grateful for Jill’s efforts. Thank you, Jill!!!

6. Great information! - Although I wouldn’t classify myself as a “beginner gardener”, I still listen to Jill’s podcast on a weekly basis because she gives a lot of great information that I can apply to my gardening skills. I also appreciate the small Bible devotion she sometimes gives at the end of her podcasts. Keep up the good work, Jill!
2022-07-19
7. Easy to follow - This podcast has great information, in an easy to follow presentation. I like to go to the nerds for gardening advice, and I think she does her research well and finds helpful information to share, while not claiming to know everything. Best of all, she loves Jesus, which is important to me because it affects how we view everything in life, even gardening.
2022-06-11
8. Love how Jill connects God’s word to gardening - As long as I can remember, I’ve loved growing flowers and plants, but only became interested in vegetable gardening a couple of years ago. Now that I’m retired and have the time, I want to learn as much as I can. In just the short time that I’ve been listening to Jill’s podcast, I have learned so much and really enjoy her teaching. Jill is a great communicator and interviewer. I feel as if she and my love for gardening are a gift from the Lord.

1. Great Informative Tool that’s not Overwhelming - Kevin does a good job of making a podcast that dose a thorough overview of different subjects he covers, but not overwhelming long. I get nice outlines of info I need that empowers me to easily do my own further research on specifics I’m interested, yet I’m able to be entertained by the fascinating extra info that’s not as useful to me but opens up the wonders and excitement of the diversity of gardening to me.

2. Longtime gardener still learning tons here! - These podcasts are perfect when I’m winter sowing, weeding, succession planting and doing all the gardening tasks. Kevin has a wide breadth of experience and knowledge and brings his listeners on his growing journeys with great guests. This podcast is a joy to listen and learn with/ from.

3. Please Stop Talking Over Your Guests - There have been some really great guests on this podcast that have shared some great knowledge. However, it’s not helpful to listeners when Kevin CONSTANTLY interrupts the guests who are sharing something valuable. Half the time the guest can barely finish their thought before Kevin is jumping in, talking over them, or completely changing the subject. For those of us who are not familiar with outdoor gardening, we could really benefit from you just letting whoever the expert is talk and finish speaking about what they want to tell us. It’s also disrespectful to the guest that’s speaking. Not trying to be negative, but I’ve listened to this podcast for a year and this has ALWAYS bugged me. We could gain so much more if the guests could just finish speaking.

4. Favorite new podcast - This is exactly what I was looking for! Straight-to-the-point knowledge about the very particular ins and outs of growing. For example, companion planting specific flowers to attract specific pollinators for specific fruits. I’ve mulled over charts trying to remember what to plant with what, but understanding why echinacea logistically works for a bumble bee opens up a world of understanding.

5. Favorite podcast at the moment! - I love listening to these short and sweet informative podcasts. As a new gardener with lots to learn the way things are simplified is great. Loved the companion planting a succession planting series this month and I even bought the companion planting book as a result!

6. End of an era to another generation - This podcast has literally changed my life. My dad is towards the end of his life and gardening is something I didn’t realize how he influenced me. Growing up, we always had beautiful fresh food from our garden. Now we have such a wonderful thing to share and it really is because I have Kevin and the team to listen too for inspiration. I live in Escondido just minutes from the Epic homestead so the local advice is invaluable! They are completely down to earth, funny, cheeky and clever. I am fussy too! Thanks peeps!

7. I wish there were pumpkin pictures - This giant pumpkin set of episodes is fantastic. I love every part of it, from the sorted details of the community, through the wonderful accent, through the science and experience that comes across. I wish that each of these podcasts were also video recorded for you tube. Huge fan, great work, want to see these pumpkins and this pumpkin maniac.

8. Great listen. - The Epic Gardening Podcast has been great for my daily dose of gardening. Especially in the winter. Helps me stay motivated and get some planning done for the next garden. Also plenty of new ideas to try broken down in an easily understandable way. Great listen. Great job. Keep up the inspiring work.

1. McElroy brothers only - Great show when the McElroy brothers are on... Other two hosts just don't have an interesting banter... Kinda bore me... But when Justin and Griffin are there together...amazing podcast because there are tons of video game podcast but the way those two deliver it is fresh, comical and entertaining. The other two host seem like nice dudes but kinda boring or get to technical...blah... If McElroy brothers aren't on.. I just started skipping the show... No offense to the two other host but just felt like another video game podcast.

2. Funny, smart, insightful video game criticism! - I’ve only been listening to Besties for six months but it’s easily become my go-to source for video game insight and criticism, and a surprisingly great source for other pop culture recommendations. The whole crew does a great job providing context into a wide variety of games and I’m a better player for it!
2023-02-27
3. One of the Best Videogame Podcasts! - I’ve been listening to the Besties from almost the beginning. I always look forward to new episodes. The group always brings varied and interesting opinions to the different games they play. No two minds here think alike, so there’s always rich (if not silly) discussions to be had. Except for New York Giraffe who is stupid and doesn’t know anything. Highly recommend!!

4. I used to play video games by myself. Now I can play with other people. - Long time listener, first time caller. Due yourself a service and join the one and only video game club podcast that you can tell your friends is a book club podcast. I like to pour myself a glass of wine while listening and eat some good eggs. And be proud to call yourself a gamer. Wait. That still didn’t feel right. Don’t worry boys we’ll get it next time.

5. The only podcast I'm happy to hear sponsored ads on - Really wish this show got more love! It's honestly one of my happy-place podcasts and it opened my eyes to a lot of aspects about video games that I hadn't thought of before. The four boys have such good vibes, I happily listen to them talk about even games I know I'll never play. Resties is fun too! This show keeps me sane on long drives, thanks guys!!!

6. Thank You Besties - I don’t get to game as much as I’d like to anymore, you know, the whole post--years/ old-gig.. but getting to hear these four friends talk about video games makes me feel like I’m getting to play each of the games. This podcast gives you talking points you can bring back to friends (or the office, I see you J-RPG-loving Steve in finance), great tv and movie suggestions, and in depth conversation about what makes a game worth it. They are real with you about games, pay attention to the shift in tech, and take the time to understand the social drivers that keep as grabbing the controller. Kudos to Besties.

7. Best Video Game Club I’ve ever been a member of - Started listening in November at the first episode and now totally caught up. Some of the best conversations I’ve ever heard about games. Justin is right, these games have really come a long way since Pac-Man. At the end of each episode you gotta say out loud “Besties” or “Resties” along with the crew. So many things added to my wishlists thanks to this show!

8. IT’S FUN’DUCATIONAL - Absolutely adore this podcast, I am only a casual gamer, but it has helped me get more into gaming. It’s a great jumping off point for new gamers as well as entertaining for experienced gamers! I have gotten so many great game recs from them! You can tell they love what they do!

1. Thank you! - I’m in love with the quality of the show. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I can honestly recommend this to absolutely anyone and everyone. It was a joy to binge this show and I was lucky enough to have the VERY last episode (bonus) come out as I was finally getting caught up. I’m excited to switch over to waiting for my show every week now that we are on a new tale. The cast are easy to like and their friendships and chemistry come out so well. Micah’s story telling is PHENOMENAL. This is so on the fly and yet so very very detailed and meaningful. I legit got emotional for several parts of this in my car like a complete nut. Gus is perfect for DM; perfect balance of knowledge and leniency, role play and tagging in on jokes. Love to the Stinky crew and looking forward to the next adventure! Thank you for the laughs, thanks for the distraction, thanks for the lore, thanks for fleshing out an entirely new world I could escape into when doing chores or driving in my car, Thank you.

2. My favorite podcast!! - I listen to a variety of podcasts and this is by far the most entertaining and my favorite overall. This show is road trip gold. The production and writing of the show is fantastic (shout out to Mika and Ben)!! The chemistry of the team is great, making for tons of laughs and Gus does an amazing job as DM!! Hope this show doesn’t end anytime soon, I’m in it for the long haul!!

3. Love it! - Recently came across a clip of one of their puppet shows from a scene in this show. I enjoyed it so I found out it was a podcast and started listening to it. I’ve been using it to hype myself up for the work day, and to decompress on my way home from work. It’s a really fun podcast and a great mood booster.

4. This podcast is now my happy place. - I will frame my review by saying that I have never written a review for a podcast in my life. Having said that, this is arguably, my favorite podcast I have ever listened to. The quick banter and D&D-centric fun of this podcast. It reminds me so much of the adventures my friends and I would have when we would take time to game together. Not only is this a delightful trip down memory lane for some of the most laughter-filled evenings of my life, but the fun story presented in the podcast itself, and the actions of the players has left me in stitches. I have literally laughed out loud at every single episode. Not like “laughing out loud” where we sort of snort through our nose. No. I am literally laughing out loud like an buffoon. Lamentably, this frequently happens while driving or in public venues, so I have received several strange looks as I am doubled over with guffaws. Totally worth the public humiliation. I cannot recommend this podcast strongly enough to anyone who is curious.

5. Easily the most enjoyable D&D podcast I’ve found. Beginner friendly. - This podcast has been my rock and my pillar of support since launch. I listen every week. It’s what I look forward to. The mixing is great. Storytelling is top notch. Characters are hilarious and deep. If you’re still pretty new to D&D start here. What’s even better is how the podcast interacts with its audience. NPCs are named after people who interact on social media. Magic items come from the community too. The sheer number of people who voice characters for this is astounding. I found this podcast more accessible than Critical Role, because the players involved are not super seasoned players, so as the story progresses, you kinda learn the mechanics and everything with them. The DM is kind and understanding. Also if you are already a Rooster Teeth fan this is a treat. But if you don’t know them it’s equally as enjoyable. Great writing, great music and production.

6. I love this podcast - I'm about episodes in, and I have enjoyed it so much. All the party members are funny, and interesting, as well as blending together so well. There's lots of great comedy, but you still get a serious, intriguing story. My favorite character is gum gum! Can't wait to see how the story continues.

7. Aww, great show, bad producer - Welp, I have listened to three awesome episodes. I wish I could listen to more but I will not help Rooster Teeth anymore after learning about it’s abuses today. If y’all, get a different producer, lemme know. I would love to listen to y’all more. Sorry, y’all have to suffer the bad decisions of Rooster Teeth as a company.

8. What a ride! - I’ve never played D&D and am fairly new to RT, but this has become my go to podcast for driving. From the story writing to Gustavo trying to manage insane party actions, it’s a great listen even if you have spend half your car ride listening to the group complaining over wether or not another “Roll for backflip” was needed!

1. Love these! - I absolutely LOVE that Melissa and her family really get and understand that there is a creator who created all things! Homesteading is His gift in showing and teaching so much more than just raising food and eating clean!! Finally we have venues that Christ centered believer can go to and learn and be entertained as well, since the media has lost all credibility. Thank you Homesteaders, God Bless you abundantly!!

2. Just what I’m looking for! - Really enjoying your resources! Found you in a Facebook ad, started dabbling on your website, then found this podcast, and am saving up for your Pioneering Academy. I love your podcasts on essential skills for homesteading and am glad there are things I can start doing right now while I save for the next steps! Easy to listen to, understand, and gives me confidence to get started!

3. A wealth of knowledge! - I just started listening to this podcast about days ago and I’ve already listened to episodes! Melissa is a wealth of knowledge and I'm so excited to keep listening and learning. Just ordered a fermenting kit and I'm looking into ordering row covers to extend my gardening season. Keep doing what you’re doing Melissa! Thanks for sharing and taking time out of your day to teach us!

4. Talented podcaster - Been a long time listener and have been homesteading for a good while now too. I listen to A LOT of podcasts. Her earlier episodes, while great content, were poor sound quality especially noticeable when goin back to listen now. However she must have invested in some sound equipment because it now (and has for a while) sounds great. She has a great speaking voice with no distracting mouth sounds. She lines out steps and information in an orderly fashion. This is a podcaster who you can tell is also a podcast consumer, knowing how to properly title and summarize her podcasts and present information. I do many things Melissa does but some to a lesser degree and she is informative for beginner and experienced homesteader alike. While I enjoy her books and website I have never signed up for her courses but I am never offended when a podcaster markets their content. It makes sense and we are given for FREE, a wealth of knowledge and resources. So for those reviewers complaining about her selling her courses on her own podcast, grow up. Also Melissa, thank you for sharing your perspective as a follower of Christ in your homesteading/life’s journey. I find it grounding, helpful and wholesome.

5. Uplifting and Educational - I am currently listening to the podcast nearly everyday. I discovered Pioneering Today towards the end of last year and fell in love with Melissa! She has given me encouragement in so many ways. I am not a homesteader but dream of living that life in some aspect one day. I’ve always loved things of old! I’ve been making my own bread, am in the process of ditching the chemicals in my home, growing my own garden and raising my chickens. I’m just so thankful to have found such an incredible source of information. To top it all off, I LOVE the “Verse of the Week” It means so much to me and really hits me a lot of times! Thank you for what you’re doing!

6. Preparing for the future - I have also been getting a strong message that I need to learn how to grow and preserve food for my family. I know we will be depending on this knowledge. I was amazed after hearing your podcast that others have been given this council also! I think it is guidance from the Holy Spirit because of something happening in the future we will need to be prepared for. Looking forward to your magazine Thank you for all you do! Your sister in Christ, Debbie Huckins

7. Great podcast for everyone who wants or is homesteading! - Melissa does a spectacular job highlighting all aspects of homesteading. She shares her wealth of knowledge readily and interviews many experts in their field as well as all levels of homesteaders. From beginner to seasoned she does a beautiful job sharing so many incredible individuals with her audience.

8. Tired of having to research her “facts” - The podcast is interesting and I enjoy her verse of the week. However, she often conflates science with pseudoscience. I find myself needing to research her “scientifically backed” information to see if it’s actually rooted in real science or just old-timey folks wisdom. I’m all in to hear about both, but I wish she were much more clear about what has been legitimately researched and what’s not. I suspect it’s not her intention to obfuscate, she just doesn’t actually know the difference.

Riddles! Puzzles! WhoDunnits! Adal Rifai, Erin Keif and John Patrick Coan, three of Chicago's most overrated improvisers, are on the case to solve every riddle, puzzle, brain-teaser, and head-scratcher known to humanity. Some riddles are almost impossible, some are absolutely improbable, and some simply have not aged well. And if you don't like riddles, don't worry! This podcast is barely about them! 1. Everyone knows I’m weird now - This podcast has caused me and my partner to run around saying stuff like “bingo, bango, ha-tah-tah” and “baby baby crab Rangoon” and the follow up of “oh it’s from a riddle podcast” is an insufficient explanation. So now everyone knows I’m weird because these three podcasters have normalized this behavior for me. At least I will still have my para-social relationships when all of my other friends are gone. Five stars because Erin, Adal, and JPC are my best friends.

2. Funny, improv based perdcast - A fun podcast with improvisers and friends that is a joy to listen to. This has replaced all other comedy podcasts for me. This will probably be the first podcast I actually pay for Patreon episodes once I get through all the eps. It’s that delightful! Keep up the good work, gang. Oh, and sometimes they tell riddles.
2023-03-09
3. DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS - Don’t listen to this podcast on public transportation, walking down the street, around your roommate or family members unless you want to look like a crazy person cause you’ll be laughing so hard. Genuinely the amount of times I could not stop laughing on the nyc subway is atrocious. It’s strangely my comfort podcast probably because I have a broken sense of humor but so does everyone else. Listen to this podcast, five stars!!!! Bonus review from my dad “I can’t get into it cause they talk about their lives too much” I don’t know about that, I’m nosy and I enjoy pet stories!!!

4. I used to have a personality - I used to read books and listen to music. I meditated, I had opinions about philosophy. Then I discovered this show in June of . I’ve already listened to the main feed through twice and today I finished the $ tier of the Patreon episodes. I fall asleep to this show, and it’s the first thing I listen to when I wake up. My friends are annoyed that I keep trying to do improv games with them. I stopped reading books. I was on a date this weekend and I told the guy I needed a moment and I put in my headphones and listened to fifteen minutes of Hey Riddle Riddle. I guess I will have to get the $ Patreon tier, because I don’t know what to do with myself without these three dum dums yelling in my ears all day. The irony is that I don’t like the show and told my friends recently that “I can’t recommend it”

5. Hey Review Review! - I recently found about Hey Riddle Riddle after they had appeared on an episode of Dungeons and Daddies. I absolutely love these goofballs and am eagerly binging the entire catalog. Currently on the AMA episode right after episode , and I am excited to see what lays in store. Thanks for all the laughs and many more!!

6. This Podcast Almost Killed Me - This podcast is really great! I’ve almost crashed my car twice while listening to it; turns out that if you say JP Riddles name times in succession, he comes out of your car stereo and tries to take control of the wheel. It’s kind of like Beetlejuice but somehow worse? Anyways yeah he almost crashed my car, stole my kids, and squirrels invaded my home. Not sure what to do now, but I just keep listening in hopes a solution comes. Be warned!

7. Last night - I had a nightmare that I took a d pic (specifically a c shot) and sent it into hrr thinking that it would be super funny but then was mortified upon realizing what I had done. I then spent the rest of the dream trying to find a way to use the internet to email you to apologize. Let me tell you, I woke up feeling gross and stressssed lol. Hrr, I think I need a break. “Bye forever”

8. general muckery - i don’t know why it took this long for me to finally write a five-star review for this spectacular podcast. every episode brightens my day and makes me laugh out loud. adal, erin, and jpc are maybe the funniest people alive, and i have failed to show how grateful i am for this show. i live in that failure. i acknowledge the failure, and i will let that failure make me stronger.

9. A Star Review (from Thom, he/him, ok to say my name) - This is JPC. These are my words, no one else’s. I need to leave the show forever because I pooped my pants so hard I broke my butt. And I can’t solve riddles without my butt! I know what you’re thinking: “JPC, surely your butt will heal in time and you can come back!” But no. It’s broken forever. That’s how hard I pooped my pants. So this is my final goodbye. And I’d like to leave you with these parting words: Bad news gang.
