Great lessons to get you started - I am a firm believer in the theory “work smarter, not harder” this book is eye opening to the strategies to creating a Realestate business a very clear and attainable reality. I strongly recommend you give this a read. I’m on to the second book in this series and I’ll tell you how that goes.

1. Conceptually brilliant, prolific soup - This book isn’t very readable unless you like the new Mad Max movie Fury Road. In which case you’re have to find your own way to enjoy it. For me, the concepts the author presented were revelatory. In any case; you have been forewarned. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK!

2. My brain hurts. - Full disclosure- I only read part of the free sample. That's why I gave this two stars instead of one. This is mostly incomprehensible word salad with a hefty helping of Internet thesaurus hoping the latter obscures the former and makes the author/editor appear intelligent. A few intelligible sentences alight briefly on topics of interest to me only to be blasted away by the roaring past of a dry desert dust storm's worth of hot air. I hope someone I respect will tell me I just needed to read farther into the book at which point I'll eat my words. Meanwhile I'm off to get a book deal of my own since all it apparently takes anymore is a wall papered with pages torn out of an old-fashioned print dictionary, a set of darts, and a willingness to construct sequential sentences around whichever -syllable-plus word your dart lands nearest.

2. A must read for all investors - BRRRR walks the reader through the smartest and most efficient way to build a rental portfolio. David takes you through each step of the process and lays out his systems for becoming financially free. I have read the book twice and am going on a third. I was floored by the idea that I could recycle the same money over and over again to build my rental portfolio. This meant I didn't have to wait another decade before I had saved enough cash to invest in my next property. This book was a game changer for me and I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in real estate and wants to supercharge the process. I hope you find it as exhilarating as I did!

It was the right amount of information to get a quick read over a long plane flight and lead me in the right direction. With the basics discussed and outlined, it’s time for practice! By the way, this was my first read after finishing Rich Dad Poor Dad. The books go great together and this work by Ken McElroy is an ideal follow up to focus some principles outlined by Robert Kiyosaki.

2. Read This Book Before Investing in any Properties - Simply a great read. Besides reading Rich Dad Poor Dad which changed my way of thinking of money, investing, and understanding the differences between assets/liabilities & good debt vs bad debt, this book is the next level/step to finding your specific target market, understanding that market and then learning the simple math skills needing to know if you're buying a positive cash flow property or a negative. I recommend anyone serious about real estate investing and those who have read Rich Dad Poor Dad to read this book ASAP.

2. A GREAT informative read ! - I typically fall asleep reading investing books, but this one was different! It was very engaging and equally informing. The real world examples really helped give context and explain the concepts and jargon. This was definitely beginner friendly and a great introduction into investing!

2. Masterpiece - This book explains mankind's struggle to replace superstition with science in order to understand risk. It's hard to imagine, but even the great civilization of the Greeks had little understanding of "the future" beyond their oracles and fortune-tellers. Bernstein does a remarkable job of bringing the story of risk up to the present day.

2. Awesome book!! - All About Asset Allocation shines a light on the importance of asset allocation and how to implement a solid strategy to any portfolio. Richard A. Ferri is a genius and displays multiple figures and charts that proves his research, making it easy to understand his concepts. Before reading the book i was a little spectacle about how little information i could find on Ferri but was hooked by the information presented by the first chapter. I have read a few other books on asset allocation and this is hands down the best. If you are interested in the subject or obtain the desire to improve your portfolio buy the book right now!!

3. All About Asset Allocation, nd Edition - This book is very informative providing well documented explanations for the recommended approach to investing. I wish I had this information years ago, it would have saved me many years of losses, along with the ridiculously high fees charged by so-called experts. I trusted Fisher Investments and others only to loose, sustaining many years of setbacks while they made very high management fees. After reading this book, the reader will be able to easily manage their savings and investments using low cost funds and ETFs and avoiding the erosive effects of high management fees. One final note, the author needs to have an editor correct the spelling and word errors that are found throughout the book.
