1. He who is tired of Weird Al is tired of life. - Weird Al is a guy who has been there, done that. He has a career spanning over three decades. He's synonymous with musical parody. So what makes this his best album since, well, arguably ever? First there's the parodies - "Inactive" (Imagine Dragons), "Handy" (Iggy Azalea), "Word Crimes" (Robin Thicke), and "Mission Statement" (CSNY). There's also the classic Al staple polka medley that blends together songs from the Youtube era like Miley Cyrus' "Wrecking Ball", Psy's "Gangnam Style", and Katy Perry. Then there's the Al originals which are some of the best he's ever done like the hilarious "Sports Song", "First World Problems", and "Jackson Park Express". This is vintage Al at his best. Buy it already!

2. Genius - You would think Al would run out of material but over years later this might be his best album yet. Handy, Inactive, Tacky & st World Problems are mandatory listening. And Word Crimes (need to check out video) might be one of the best songs ever written. And if you think that’s fine, then you’re probably Tacky too!!

1. Love!!!!!!!!!!! - I love Michael Jackson and I love Bad and Beat It. Now I like Fat and Eat It. I love weird Al another one ride the bus because the lyrics is really funny and that goes to Dare to be stupid because Dare To Be Stupid has funny lyrics like when he says stick your head in the microwave and give yourself a tan.

2. Amazing and Weird (just like me!) - “Don’t make fun of Michael Jackson” person, I hate to say it, but your more weird than weird al, and that you can’t take a joke. Pretty depressing in my opinion. This is such a good album. I especially love Everything You Know Is Wrong. It is so fun! I literally could not stop listening to it over and over and over again! It is one of those songs that gets REALLY stuck in your head, so by the end of the day, I was driving my brothers crazy. Trigger Happy and Albuquerque are also hilarious! If I had to rate this on a scale of -, I’d say . Haha, and love this album. Weird Al is such a funny guy.

3. Lol - include: As chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) advances, about % of patients experience severe weight loss called pulmonary cachexia, including diminished muscle mass.[] Around % experience moderate to severe weight loss, and most others have some weight loss.[] Greater weight loss is associated with poorer prognosis.[] Theories about contributing factors include appetite loss related to reduced activity, additional energy required for breathing, and the difficulty of eating with dyspnea (labored breathing).[]
Cancer, a very common and sometimes fatal cause of unexplained (idiopathic) weight loss. About one-third of unintentional weight loss cases are secondary to malignancy. Cancers to suspect in patients with unexplained weight loss include gastrointestinal, prostate, hepatobiliary (hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer), ovarian, hematologic or lung malignancies.
People with HIV often experience weight loss, and it is associated with poorer outcomes.[] Wasting syndrome is an AIDS-defining condition.[]
Gastrointestinal disorders are another common cause of unexplained weight loss – in fact they are the most common non-cancerous cause of idiopathic weight loss.[citation needed] Possible gastrointestinal etiologies of unexplained weight loss include: celiac disease, peptic ulcer disease, inflammatory bowel disease (crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis), pancreatitis, gastritis, diarrhea and many other GI conditions.
Infection. Some infectious diseases can cause weight loss. Fungal illnesses, endocarditis, many parasitic diseases, AIDS, and some other subacute or occult infections may cause weight loss.
Renal disease. Patients who have uremia often have poor or absent appetite, vomiting and nausea. This can cause weight loss.
Cardiac disease. Cardiovascular disease, especially congestive heart failure, may cause unexplained weight loss.
Connective tissue disease
Oral, taste or dental problems (including infections) can reduce nutrient intake leading to weight loss.[]
Therapy-related
Medical treatment can directly or indirectly cause weight loss, impairing treatment effectiveness and recovery that can lead to further weight loss in a vicious cycle.[] Many patients will be in pain and have a loss of appetite after surgery.[] Part of the body's response to surgery is to direct energy to wound healing, which increases the body's overall energy requirements.[] Surgery affects nutritional status indirectly, particularly during the recovery period, as it can interfere with wound healing and other aspects of recovery.[][] Surgery directly affects nutritional status if a procedure permanently alters the digestive system.[] Enteral nutrition (tube feeding) is often needed.[] However a policy of 'nil by mouth' for all gastrointestinal surgery has not been shown to benefit, with some suggestion it might hinder recovery.[][needs update] Early post-operative nutrition is a part of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery protocols.[] These protocols also include carbohydrate loading in the hours before surgery, but earlier nutritional interventions have not been shown to have a significant impact.[] Some medications can cause weight loss,[] while others can cause weight gain.[][] Social conditions
Social conditions such as poverty, social isolation and inability to get or prepare preferred foods can cause unintentional weight loss, and this may be particularly common in older people.[] Nutrient intake can also be affected by culture, family and belief systems.[] Ill-fitting dentures and other dental or oral health problems can also affect adequacy of nutrition.[] Loss of hope, status or social contact and spiritual distress can cause depression, which may be associated with reduced nutrition, as can fatigue.[] Myths
Some popular beliefs attached to weight loss have been shown to either have less effect on weight loss than commonly believed or are actively unhealthy. According to Harvard Health, the idea of metabolism being the "key to weight" is "part truth and part myth" as while metabolism does affect weight loss, external forces such as diet and exercise have an equal effect.[] They also commented that the idea of changing one's rate of metabolism is under debate.[] Diet plans in fitness magazines are also often believed to be effective, but may actually be harmful by limiting the daily intake of important calories and nutrients which can be detrimental depending on the person and are even capable of driving individuals away from weight loss.[] Health effects
Further information: Obesity § Effects on health
Obesity increases health risks, including diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, to name a few. Reduction of obesity lowers those risks. A -kg loss of body weight has been associated with an approximate -mm Hg drop in blood pressure.[] Intentional weight loss is associated with cognitive performance improvements in overweight and obese individuals.[]

4. Weird al is AWESOME!!!!! - Weird al is just plain awesome people, and anyone who says otherwise is a messed up in the head. Oh, and to all you people who think he steals the music from other people and changes the words, THATS HIS FREAK'N JOB!!!! Don't you people know what a PARODY is!? You would fit right in with the year olds in preschool!!!!!

1. Blue Collar Cp - In terms of modern comedy, Larry is pretty much the lowest of the low-right next to Jeff Dunham and Dane Cook. He essentially panders to every redneck stereotype humanly possible, and has never matured or developed as a comedian. If you want Southern comedy, his counterpart Ron White would be the better choice. Sorry, Larry, you aren't funny, you aren't clever, and you aren't original. Just...stop.

2. HILARIUS - If ur a commie liberal tofu fartin fairy whos got his mind set on not liking this guy, then dont buy his album just giv it a review. ur dampening every's joy. this one guy who gav him a bad review ticked me off so bad i flipped him off, even tho hes probably the CEO of AT&T cuz he used huge six syllable words and stuff
2009-08-01
3. If you do not like redneck comedy, don't listen to it - Larry The Cable Guy is really funny, but only if you are not a stuck up snob. If you know who you are, and know you won't like this CD, don't review it. A lot of people like Larry, but a loy don't, which side are you on? (He is freakin' hilarious)

4. This man is a fake. - Honestly i really cant enjoy him anymore because everything he says sounds horribly untrue now that i know he was born in the north, has no real accent, and has no idea what being a southerner is. I'd also like to note that before i found out he was just a bad actor id have only given his stuff stars max.
2007-08-15
5. amazing! - This is a FUNNY CD! Larry The Cable Guy is hilarious. But I guess a lot of people feel like they're too cool to listen to this and once again pull out that Southern stereotype ("You guys can actually use computers? I'm speechless.") Whatever. Realize that just because y'all don't have a Southern accent doesn't mean you're better or smarter than those of us who do. Larry is a great comedian, this CD is amazing, and he will probably make more money and get more women than any of y'all ever will. Have a wonderful day! (Oh and WWJD, NASCAR, Shavin', and Song For A Friend are hilarious!)

6. Cheap shots are cheap - I have seen Larry before as a funny redneck in Comedy Central's Blue Collar Tour. I always find him to be funny, but at times when am watching I feel just a bit offended. Specially when he uses stereotypical comments against minorities. I am kind of proud that I can press for English and for Spanish and understand in both languages (I don't need that third botton). Cheap laughs at times are just that. I think Larry has the oportunity to be a great comedian. He just needs to move forward by exploring our similarities and not exploiting our differences.

1. Awesome collection - My parents have the LP of this album from wayyyyyyyyy back (before eight tracks, cassettes, cds) and it is the comedy I grew up on. Classic Cosby that is a refreshing break from much of the WTF? artists that rely on language to make their routines work. Highly recommend to anybody - Cosby fan or not. Buy and you'll enjoy it immensely.

2. Laugh and laugh some more - On tv, Cosby was/is funny. On his albums, honed over years of live performances, Cosby is hysterical. This set of stories, from Driving in San Francisco through Buck, Buck and Old Weird Harold to the -part Noah, is some of his best. I've had this album (yes, an LP...and then a cassette) since it came out, and recently bought the digital version. I listened to Noah while out walking the other day and it's as funny as it was (sigh) years ago. "can you tread water????"

1. Nearly wrecked the car - Bought the CD for a road trip. When he got to Thunderbirds, I was laughing so hard I was crying and nearly missed a curve in the highway that would have crashed the car. And once it was over, I dried my eyes and set it to play again. This album is a definate for the 'need a laugh today' catagory.

2. Awesome album - I love listening to bill engvall and the rest of the blue collar guys. I checked out the cd at the store and it was no longer than the cd you can buy on Itunes. I don't know what dethfan is talking about but your not buying anything different on itunes that you would buy at the store. If you like Bill Engvalls oher albums than you will love this one.

3. ...yuck. - i just don't get this. it's just stupid. this guy just thinks hes so funny but he really isnt...this is horrible and it doesnt even deserve star. if you want a taste of real comedy listen to Adam Sandler's CD's, or dudes like Rickey Smiley and Matt Tilley. Those guys are funny, garunteed you'll crap your pants laughing at them.

4. Abso-freaking-hilarious! - I heard this for the first time two days ago. I was laughing so hard that I literally, LITERALLY, couldn't breathe. I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my entire life. Thank you, Bill Engvall, for a hilarious comedy track. Obtw, if you get the DVD of this, in the special features there's a bonus track of "Here's Your Sign".

5. hysterical laughter - I heard "Thunderbirds" for the first time yesterday, and darn near hit pedestrians in the grocery store parking lot, I was laughing so hard. How long has it been since any of us have laughed 'til we cried?? I now place Bill Engvall up there with another famous Bill comedian, Bill Cosby. Keep up the great, great work!!!

6. Now That's Awesome!!! - Another great cd from Mr.Bill Engvall. I was laughing for like a week after i listend to this cd. It's his best one yet and if i had to pick my favorite tracks they would be free range chicken and hurting gas, they are ROTFLOL! The only thing i'm kind of dissapointed about is there's no Here's your sign.Oh and if you don't like it you really need to get a sense of humor.
2007-09-20
7. So lame - I NetFlixed the video of this, and I'm glad I got off so cheap. I think this is supposed to be "good, clean, wholesome family fun". That means lame, dumbed-down and NOT funny. Maybe it was the fact I watched this guy ape and mug while he went through his "routine", but it was embarassing to watch, excruciatingly boring and just plain stupid. This could easily bring your IQ to room temperature in record time.

8. this man is a genius! - i swear, i love bill!!! his material keeps gettin' funnier and funnier. i watched this on comedy central and literally fell off of my couch i was laughing so damn hard. thank god i-tunes has this album!!! this is a must-buy for all engvall fans. it keeps you laughing every second!

9. Bill Engvall -- Degrees Off Cool - This is probably the funniest I've ever heard Bill Engvall. It's nice to hear a comedian who doesn't have to be crude or vulgar and still be incredibly funny. It's amazing that every day life can be so hilarious. If you want to laugh till you cry, buy this album. It's well worth it.
2007-04-02
10. Anything but Uncool!! - I've been a fan of Bill's for sometime now and this has got to be his best yet. Bill's ability to tell stories makes the audience feel like they're right there with him. This album was worth the wait, had me almost in tears from laughing so hard. Bill Engvall is definitely cool in my book.

1. So good you'll punch your chest and it will disappear in the crowd! - This album should be given to all boys entering middle school. Finding the Jerky Boys is a rite of passage. Every track is immature, profane, and hilarious. This is an absolute classic. Everyone should experience this album in their lifetime. Bring your friends! And your shoes. So you have them.
2010-09-02
2. Still funny after all these years - I heard all of this material for the first time back in the early 's when the original bootleg tape was put into circulation. I though it was some of the most halarious stuff I ever heard. odd years later, I still get a real laugh from the Jerky Boys. I recommend this one and the Jerky Boys for some priceless comedy.

3. Phone calls of the CENTURY - Jerky Boys is the s!t ..... they are the best prank callers of all time and are extremely creative. you don't buy this album "we'll have to paint each other up" Best Songs . Unemployed Painter . Car Salesman . The Gay Model . Dental Malpractice . Piano Tuner . Gay Hard Hat . Uncle Freddie but the rest are also awesome

1. Pretty Dogone Good - The blue collar guys do it again. This is an awesome album for anyone who likes redneck humor, and if you don't like it then ) Stop writing reviews about it ) Get a sense fo humor or ) go jump off a cliff oh and why is there a "clean lyrics" on it, it was never explicit in the first place. :(

2. great - its another great installment in the blue collar comedy. Bill Engvall was amazing, Ron White was Ron White which is great, Jeff Foxworthy routine was perhaps the funniest redneck routines ive heard, but Larry the Cable Guys routine was a little disappointing. dont get me wrong lots of his routine is funny but parts of it i think were awful and predictable.
2007-07-21
3. Awesome.Just plain awesome - One of the single best comedy albums out there. And as a side note, Why the hell would people take the time to put the hate reviews? one save the time to go do something more productive, like getting a job, two, When people look at this, they,re not gonna look at what the hate reviews say, they,re gonna look at how many people LISTENED to the reviews.
2006-07-05
4. Revolutionary in making stand up comedy unfunny - Larry the Cable Guy is universally the worst actual comic i've ever had the mispleasure or hearing/seeing. Even Adam Sandler is better than him. Plus, he's not even a real redneck, he's from Nebraska!! Don't waste your money on him OR anyone in Blue Collar (except Ron White, he's hilarious).
2006-07-04
5. Very funny, but undescribed visuals need video - Parts of this album had me laughing so hard I nearly fell off my chair. My sides hurt so bad at one point that I had to walk away for a little while before listening to the rest. But the part containing the "Embarassing Photos" needs a short video segment so you can "see" the photos that the audience and the comedians are responding to. Good job, Blue Collar Comedy Tour!

7. Just Good Not Clean Fun - Everyone is entitled to their own opinion about these guys. some of their comedy is brash, but it is still funny and definately true. I enjoyed their other Blue Collar CD's but this one is the best. From Bill Engvall I recommend the You Need a Massage. Jeff...Tee Shirt Drawer...Ron White...ED and Dieting Tips...The Cable Guy...Home Depot.
2006-06-09
8. Very Funny - This is really funny...though I do like the other ones a bit more still. I would give it stars..but Im actually from Fairbanks Alaska (that whole bit was made up btw). Still, this is a great comedy album, and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a laugh, or who liked the other BCCT albums/movies. Oh, and Grock, GIT-R-DONE! And Anchorage person...he actually had a few things to say about you idiots at his show here, just so ya know.
2006-06-08
9. I'm sorry, but their comedy routine is just NOT FUNNY ! - There are a million more comedians who can make you laugh without being as insensitive to women among others in such a way as these guys do. If I hear one more redneck scream "get 'er done," I think my head will explode! The reason for at least giving -stars is because my main frustrations are aimed at the fat one who says that cringing phrase.

1. I think John Caparulo is so hysterically funny! - The first time I heard John he was on the round table of comedians on the hit late night talk show "Chelsey Lately" by Chelsey Handler. He is on quite often and the show is a favorite of ours. Cap is my favorite. Buy this podcast....you will love it! Also, they feature other great comedians too on Chelsey Lately. If you haven't seen it, you are missing some funny stuff.

2. He'll punch you in the dick and run - Ahh finally a long awaited release from an up-and-coming comic. This I believe is his debut album, and this is like John Caparulos "Stairway to Heaven". All killer no filler. He keeps you into it from the beginning all the way until the end. He doesn't have long parts where he just sits there to let the crowd applause or tell long stories, he keeps you in it the whole time with clever and witty comments. He deserves to be on Blue Collar: The Next Generation, and I honestly think he should headline The Blue Collar Comedy Tour. Definately a reccomended buy for anyone looking to sit back and have some laughs.
2009-02-22
3. This guy is histerical!!!! - His routines aren't unique to just him, however, it's a style that a lot of comics just can't pull off. Witty, abstract, and fresh, John has the keen sense to manipulate everyday occurrences and break them down into a rudimentary formula!! I strongly recommend that you purchase this album and I promise you will enjoy it immensely.

1. more years of making another album - While working on many other music like this from the years (right after Straight Outta Lynwood) till , then makes Alpocalypse as of . I agree, it's a great album. But the parodies from Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, and Bruno Mars/B.o.B. Prove that Al is moving to... comedy pop? Really, he's better than today's music, but as music evolves, he evolves as well. I support him, I do. But next time, make an album kinda away from this sound, and create a little more rock sound. Like, let's say you make parodies of the Foo Fighters, Shinedown, Seether, Breaking Benjamin, and maybe even an Avenged Sevenfold song. That would be great! This album sparkles in it's own way, and IS worth checking out after hearing the original crap songs on the radio. The songs from The White Stripes (Dead Leaves... [CNR] and The Doors (Crystal Ship [Craigslist] are awesome. Others songs "Skipper Dan", "Ringtone", "If That Isn't Love", & "Stop Forwarding That Crap To Me" are probably the low songs on here, My opinion anyways. "Whatever You Like" is probably my favorite on the album, with a derived lyric "The Economy's In the Toilet" is hilarious. Check this out, if you're looking at the album or this looooong comment {sorry ;)} Thank you Al.,.

2. Musical genius regardless of authenticity! - Great musician but the parodies....
We all know him for them and they are all better than the originals Am I the only person who hears how perfect of a parody whatever you like is to all the overproduced BS rap music like this song (which in no way fits T.I. or his image as all other rappers do with BS songs like this one originally?) Rap is becoming sounds bites, popular quotes (reused through recycling) and downright laughable. Thanks Al at least this is original and poetic!
2012-03-18
3. Al continues to grow! - People objecting to this new album clearly have no sense of humor. Honestly, I think Weird Al has gotten more mature and there is a lot more social commentary on this album: Perform This Way, TMZ, Party In The C.I.A., Skipper Dan... all funny and great comments on modern times and entertainment. And Stop Forwarding That Crap To Me should be my theme song.
2012-02-29
4. Better than some - I agree with all those people out there who say that this isn't his best album but at least he is legitimate and doesn't use voice modulation or anything like that and I also agree with the people who think it isn't good because modern music is bad back in the 's and 's you actually needed to have talent to be successful in music. But just think of all the other things he's done like Bad and Amish Paradise. And remember he's better than a lit if people out there. So please don't judge him on this one album but judge him all of his past work and him as a whole.
2012-01-30
5. great album but... - I love weird al and grew up listening to his parodies. I heard the Weird Al version of a song many times before I heard the original for instance with 'Fat' or 'Amish Paradise'. This album is great too but the artists are not as good these days it seems.... Just a warning, but when I brought this album the songs would play fine in my music library but then would not play on my IPhone... Maybe it is just me.
2011-12-10
6. Doesn't Have it Anymore - Sadly, Al has lost it. He used to be great at parodying music (and still is from some points). It's a shame how crappy music has gotten these days -- and that's exactly the point. As music is degrading, so is Weird Al. The production on his older albums is phenomenal: Near-perfect replicas and sounded awesome. But that production value is gone now. The drums feel too poppy at times when they aren't supposed to, the guitars or vocals are too loud, whatever it is, the mixing is mediocre. Besides the last part, what I am saying is that Al's parodies aren't what they used to be. But if you seriously like Lady Gaga, then by all means, go for it. This review applies to all the people that loved his earlier music.
2011-10-11
7. Figures. . . - The only people who have anything negative to say are people who are fans of Rucka Rucka Ali, the guy who doesn't even know the definition of the word satire. It can't just be about enjoying the music with his fanbase. Rucka is OK in short bursts, but I can't listen to a whole album of songs that are all the same. Al actually has diversity in his songs.
2011-10-02
8. Great music, but LP is missing the best video - Weird Al, as usual, delivers an excellent album with spot-on parodies.
For some reason, even though practically every other song on here has its own video included on the LP, the video for "Perform this Way" (the best one by far) isn't included. I don't understand that- why is that the only one left off? There's even a video for "Stop Forwarding Your Crap to Me", which is excellent, but focuses on the words in the song more than a typical music video. So where's "Perform this Way?"

1. Not his best - I own all of Bill's albums and I'm a huge fan. That being said, this is not his best work. The jokes on this album feel forced and even the crowd in the background only chuckles. If you're looking at getting one of his albums, get "Here's Your Sign" as that's definitely his best and funniest album.

2. one small download problem - The rest of the CD dowloaded fine, but somehow, when it downloaded the track 'School Bus Kid' i wound up with only the first few seconds of it rather than the entire track, i've re-downloaded it a couple times with the same result. has anyone else had this problem? if so how can i fix it?

3. Awesomeness to the Nth Degree - Bill Engvall never ceases to give the joy of laughte to the world. Especially when he asked his wife if she would pick his nose if he lost his arms. I actually asked my husband if he would pick my nose if I lost them in a horrible accident. He said he would... It's hard to believe that my husband loves me more than Bill's wife loves him! LOL

1. One of the all time best - This and the video counterpart (not on iTunes but it has been released on video) are Martin at his best. There's a reason why his stand up concerts are legendary to other comics (even Chris Rock is a vocal fan) and packed big venues for years. He was part of a handful of comedians who turned stand up comedy on it's ear in the s, along with the likes of Carlin and Pryor. Martin manages to be off the wall zany and smart funny at the same time. If you're a true stand up fan, or a fan of Steve Martin this is a MUST OWN!

2. Excuuuussssseeeeeee MMMMMEEEEE! - This is hilarious. Anyone who needs proof can just listen to Cat Handcuffs. Also, see My Real Name, a short comic about childhood, where he admits his real name is bibibibibbabibabib. And also, if you buy the album, you'll want to listen to Philosophy / College / Religion / Language, a -minute speech about Paris, Heaven, and cheese omeletes, and just about everything else. And King Tut is also a hilarious song. So in other words, just buy it. You'll laugh so hard you cry.

3. A really wild and crazy comedian! - I think this live album of Mr. Martin's came out in when I was years old. A friend of mine had the LP and me and my friends sat around a small phongraph listening to the album. All of us, and I mean all of us, were busting at the seams laughing througout the entire album. Every part from "I'm Feelin' It" to My "Real name" is absolutly funny and showcases Steve Martin as a comic genious. "King Tut", the final cut on this album, got some air play on local radio stations back in the late 's. Mr. Martin sang a memorable rendition of the song, with 'Tut' headgear on Saturday Night Live. Try to catch that on reruns of SNL. Download "A wild and Crazy Guy" into your Ipod today and listen to it again and again to put a smile on your face. The routines on this album never get old - only better.
