1. Honestly the ONLY Podcast I routinely listen to! - I appreciate you all so much. And the approach the MindPump Dream Team have to health and wellness. THANK YOU ALL so much for providing practical advice that is easy to understand and apply…. One of the things I appreciate most about MindPump is their commitment to educating their listeners. I truly appreciate how the team stresses the importance of finding what works best for each individual, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach at the same time giving the simplest general no-nonsense advice that can be applied to all. I wish I found this podcast sooner! It truly is the only one I listen to routinely!!! I have so many episodes to go back and listen to!!! THANK YOU MINDPUMP DREAM TEAM!

2. Lady Listeners Please Read - This is NOT your typical bro gains “focus on toning” podcast. I PROMISE! As a girl who lifts weights, there’s hardly any male hosted podcasts out there that are relatable to, let alone decent. That is until I discovered Mind Pump. Sal, Adam, Justin (Doug too) have created an awesome, informative podcast that covers so much more than just fitness info. I recently bought MAPS anabolic and love it! Highly worth checking out!

3. Game Changer! - Sal, Adam, and Justin (and Doug) shed light on a one-time mysterious, untrustworthy, gimmick-filled industry with their honest approach to fitness. If you want real talk, comedic sensibility, and no-holds-barred discussions that land on resistance training, strength-building, full-body workout programs—customized with a pre and post workout focused on mobility—and a lifelong pursuit of mind and body health, this is the place for you. You will never need to look for another “influencer” for advice, there have advice and programs for everyone. If you are new to mind pump, I suggest you begin with MAPS Anabolic and MAPS Prime. They are programmed to work together and you will run them simultaneously. I am happy I found these guys and have been listening for many years. I own several of their programs, and thought I should take some time to show them some love.

4. The best podcast out there! - I started listening in May and I have been listening non stop since then. I recommend the podcast to everyone because it is the most informative podcast out there for health and fitness. I have so many of their programs (finished anabolic and I am now on performance) and I have so many of the products that they advertize because I really trust everything the say! Definitely a / star podcast!

5. This Show Has It All! - I found this show while adding some new podcasts from the fitness space to my library. I am pleasantly surprised by not only the fitness content, but the great intro conversation that covers all areas of life. This is a fantastically produced and well thought out podcast that not only meets my fitness interests, but also offers engaging and thought provoking off-topic discussion that allows me to make the absolute most of my podcasting time!

6. My Go-To Podcast - I love love love this podcast! I have been listening for about a year and I need to go back and listen from the beginning, but with thousands of episodes that will be a challenge! All of the hosts provide great info and are so knowledgeable, but then I also love listening to life updates as well. Such a well rounded fitness podcast. I hope they never stop!

7. My guys!!! - Was writing a review for a different pod that Adam turned me onto and felt guilty that I’ve never left for one my MindPump boys. I’ll just put it plain and simple: Sal, Justin, Doug and mostly Adam make me a better man. I love these guys. Not just lifting, but so much more. Patenting, spousing, working, investing, reading, watching, listening, and all the other -ing’s…. These men have influenced my life for the better in so many aspects, and I am grateful. Oh yeah, and I’m snatched now because of them, so there is that!!

9. Best Fitness Podcast Out There - I’ve been listening to MindPump for years now. They have drastically changed the way I work out, diet and just do life. Their intros have become my favorite part of the show. They’ve got great tales on todays events and issues. Listening to them has encouraged me to transition from physical therapy to personal training. Hope y’all enjoy as much as I have.

10. Go to for beginners to advance lifters - I’m a podcast junkie for good quality nutrition, health, and workouts information.
Although some may say that these guys talk a lot and the podcast is long, I find it very useful.
I enjoy the conversational part because they go from parenthood to finances and everything in between and all relate to everybody, not just bodybuilders.
Then the second part of the show with the questions are straight and clear and again, people who lift, can relate.
I’m still playing and reading about their programs and can’t decide what’s best for my goals, I like that they talk about them describing them.
Thank you guys! Keep going . When I ride my car with my years old boy, I sneak your podcast, because you know, mom doesn’t know anything, but you Do!

My name is Andrea and I am a mother of 4 girls under 7, wife to a mountain man, a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach and Owner of DFH Training. I have been featured in People and on Good Morning America and I truly love all things woman's health and fitness. But lets face it, the fitness industry is complicated and it feels like the everyday mom doesn’t fit the mold. There is so much conflicting information and you're busy and don't have time to figure it all out. That’s why I have made it my...

6. New to podcasts! - I am years old and in the perimenopause chapter of life. I’ve always been into health and fitness, but like so many I’ve lived my life in yo-yo diet mode. I have learned so much through Andrea’s podcasts and I even have started taking notes so I can reinforce the information. Probably my favorite quote is to stop over complicating and start living your life! That is exactly what I plan to do! Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge and passion. -S. Pierce

7. My favorite podcast! - Andrea is my favorite podcaster by far! Her advice on exercise, nutrition and health is genuine and easy-to-understand. She offers great information about working out and the physical component of wellness… but that’s not all! She addresses real life struggles that relate to emotional and mental health, too. And as a mom of young girls, I can definitely relate to so much of what she says, and it’s really helped me postpartum. Thank you, Andrea!!!

9. Refreshing and inspiring! - I have been listening to this podcast for almost two years now when I really started making serious changes with my fitness & nutrition after having two children. I initially was drawn to her because she has four kids and looks incredible, but after I started listening to this podcast I realized there is so much going on beneath the surface too. Andrea is clearly passionate about women’s health and so so real. She is open and honest about her own struggles. Andrea never fails to bring encouragement and insight in a way that isn’t overwhelming or shaming. I always leave this podcast feeling refreshed and encouraged. Even writing this makes me emotional because of the times I’ve been so low, and I’ve listened to an episode and heard her phrase, “Remember, you’re always doing better than you think you are.” Thank you, Andrea for all the work you do

11. Shorter podcasts? - Hi Andrea,
As a teen trying to get fit and healthy with a good mindset, I love your podcast. You give great advice that I love. However, like many teens, I have a short attention span due to social media . I would love your podcast more than I already do and listen to it more if you made a few - minute videos once in a while with some quick tips or whatever other fun stuff you have to share. Sending love from California

12. This Podcast Makes Me Feel Empowered - Andrea is a life saver for me! For years and I mean YEARS I have struggled with food guilt. I would eat too little and try to workout. I was weak, tired and sick. The crazy part was I thought I was doing what I was meant to do, and I couldn’t figure out why I kept gaining weight instead of loosing it. I found Andrea’s Podcast at the end of December () I started tracking my Macros (no calorie deficit) and lifting weights, and I feel SO MUCH BETTER! I don’t feel guilt if I eat a cookie. I’m not trying to eat calories a day anymore, and I feel so strong. Thank you girl. You saved me. I love your Podcast, I listen to it everyday!

1. Teardrops - Ben… I have listened to your podcast for years… Thank you for all of your amazing Content! However, after listening to your podcast with Coach Adam… I was just brought to tears… His description of the firefighters, calling him that “nickname“… Was just shameful… and to think that the person in charge allowed that to go on for so long… With them belittling him behind his back-was absolutely disgusting ..To think that grown men could be so cruel and insensitive is appalling. Bravo to coach Adam for rising up -and being such a kind and generous human being. Maureen

3. Life vs Fitness - I became a podcast listener after reading Ben’s book Boundless. I’m grateful to Ben for introducing me to the rich world of podcasts. In particular, Ben’s content used to be insightful and informative. But every since Ben changed the podcast from Ben Greenfield “Fitness” to Ben Greenfield “Life”, my experience has diminished. I feel Ben wants to be some Christian guru or something. It gets annoying. I’m a Christian who enjoys sharing nutrition, fitness, and bio hacking advice with friends and family. I can do that without constantly reminding them of my beliefs. Please don’t misunderstand me. I don’t find fault in people’s beliefs. But when Ben was touting employment opportunities for Ben Greenfield Life, the whole spill was off putting. It sounded like recruiting propaganda for a cult. Finally, Ben’s preachy take on plant medicines (psychedelics) deviated from the Ben I’d grown to appreciate. Nonetheless, I still listen, just not as often as I used to.

4. Came For Health, Left Do To Religion - This is Ben Greenfield’s show, but I wish he would make it into different shows. I love the information he has to share around health and I think spirituality is a huge part of that, but that does not include religion. I think it is possible to address spirituality without pushing a specific religion. Sadly this show does the latter and it gets in the way of receiving the other information. I love what He is trying to do. I just think he has stepped on to the wrong path with this journey.

5. Ben . the Jesus edition - Ok, that’s fine it’s his life and show. There’s good information here BUT…..listen for a couple of days and you’ll hear him say he eats supplements all different types everyday. Like he must eat a pound of supplements every hour by the sounds of it. Dude, if your into the Jesus thing maybe abide by the Jesus thing and tell the truth because we all know your not hucking that many pills down your throat! You can advertise supplements without saying you take them everyday because after listening to you for a month we all know it’s not possible, it’s not honest advertisement.

6. Fitness guru turned bible thumper. - My oh my, how far Ben has shifted from fitness guy to pushing his biblical beliefs on everyone. It seems a massive cognitive dissonance to talking about the science of the body to talk about the earth only being years old and a flood creating the Grand Canyon and the plant medicines offering “light and love” but really that’s EVIL. What happened dude?
2022-07-26
7. Good stuff - Good show. Initially found the nutritional facts interesting and fun. Began hearing Ben talk about his faith as a Christian and have since seen his show transition to a whole-life type podcast. I love it and I’m thankful for a brother in Christ like Ben, keep podcasting for the glory of Christ my man.

8. Do yourself a favor…. - Wow! Where do I even start. First and foremost I want to thank Ben himself for all of his hard work, dedication, resiliency, and compassion. It started a few years ago for me. A friend of mine recommended to give his podcast a listen. Boy am I glad that I did! I love everything Ben stands for. His geeked out approach to everything related to health and wellness and even more important, his loving approach to proclaiming Jesus as his personal Lord and Savior. The incredibly valuable and tangible information that he provides in each and every book, podcast, or any other project he’s affiliated with far surpasses anyone I have personally followed. I’m so grateful for you Ben. I enjoy everything you do for us. Keep on doing what your doing. For those that may be on the fence about checking out his podcast, may I give a personal recommendation that you should do so. If you value not only your personal health and fitness, but your looking to find that beautiful balance that is so important in this life, you can go ahead and subscribe. To Ben, thank you brother. God bless you.

9. FABULOUS show on biohacking & spirituality! - I love learning from Ben, and the way he & his wife do life together with their twin sons. It’s so much more than just biohacking; it’s all about spirituality, evolving into the best human possible, and being an excellent steward of the world we live in. He interviews some fascinating folks and shares from his own life experiences and research. Definitely worth your time to listen too!

10. No smelly fingers here - Tired of listening to health & fitness/Biohacking content where you come away feeling like you’ve been bottom picking and have the smelly fingers to go with it? Well…BG and Jay bring the top shelf content…every…single…episode. Fingers smell like roses or exosomes. What I’ve learned through this resource has certainly assisted in helping me to influence others to lead a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle. Others do the same and this scales. Much love - Hunt Smith

11. Is the audience being kept in mind?! - I just listened to the episode on how much exercise is too much and it’s like Ben’s forgotten about the audience. The entire thing may as well have been spoken in Swahili because I couldn’t understand a word of it. The jargon and words in these episodes need to be broken down so an audience can interpret the content! Please! I know Ben does his research and has really good content but if I could change this one thing- that would be it.

14. Cutting edge! - Ben provides a cutting-edge full spectrum to different areas of health, doesn’t leave any stones unturned, when ever I need to know a smart approach about health, I always wonder what Ben things about it, most of the time he has already done or podcasts about the topic and has tried it for himself. 1. Your workout routine?!? - JJ, Thank you for a great podcast with bite size pieces of advice to keep us informed about health. In one of your episodes, you mentioned to let you know if we wanted to know about your workout routine- so here it is: What is your workout routine? More specifically, I have heard that lifting heavy is good… but do you recommend lifting heavy every time I go to the gym? (Currently times / week) or should one day be heavy and the others be exhausting after the rd rep?
Love to know.

2. Best Podcast for real lifestyle changes - There are thousands of weight loss podcasts and hundreds of “experts” who would love you to buy their supplements and products. Over the last five years, I’ve found JJ to be the real deal. Her credentials need no investigation. She’s a professional. While I find that much of her information is directed toward a female audience, her overall message is one applicable to everyone: learn to eat whole food for everyday life and longevity; and let weight loss, if desired, be the effect of that. Her message is health and longevity in a world of processed, high sugar foods that permeate our lives. Sure, JJ sells products. I’ve bought several and have found some, not all, helpful for me. I think it’s all about your personal needs. The last thing I’ll say is that JJ leaves you with a feeling that she does this because she cares about improving people’s health, not just to make money. There is compassion in her words, and a lot of “you can”, but also firm encouragement of how to become a fat burner instead of a sugar burner, and live for longevity.

3. JJ IS BACK - JJ I am so happy you are doing long podcasts again!! I have listened to your show for years and I can’t get enough of them! They are so informative and always leave you inspired to start/continue your health journey. 4. Life changing!! So much for the better. - Dear JJ, For four years now, I continue to flourish as a healthy, happy woman. I owe a great deal of that good fortune to you, your life-changing books and this marvelous podcast (that reaffirms my commitment to this healthy lifestyle)! Four years ago, I picked up "The Sugar Impact Diet)" and lost pounds. I have maintained the weight loss for four years and counting. Previously, I could never accomplish anything remotely close to that. Thank you!!! Keep up the great work that you do. I am so grateful. Linda ( years-old) this month.

5. Pivotal & Powerful Hope - Pivotal as always JJ. As a certified Health Coach, I am always looking for that piece of information or idea that can help someone, including myself, get to the next level of healing. Especially if you been at it for a while and feel stuck, and episode with Dr. Alex Loyd delivered! His work on how you can reshape memories to jumpstart healing is so spot on and timely. As you mentioned on the podcast, you can do all the things like change what you eat, get more sleep, but if your internal memories keep your body in fight or flight mode you’re filling a very leaky bucket! 6. Awesome every time! - JJ and her incredibly knowledgeable guests talk all things health related, but it’s so much more than that! You’ll get tons of actionable advice and tangible tips, but you’ll also get heaps of inspiration from truly engaging individuals that genuinely want to help others. Thanks so much for putting out such a spectacular show JJ - keep up the amazing work!

7. Healthy Lifestyle - Love LOVE all the health knowledge that you have and have given me! Your a true inspiration to me. I have listened to all your podcast, follow you on social media, read your books ( can’t wait for the next one), and followed your Master class, which made a world of a difference in what I eat, what I can do, and how I feel!! Thank you so much for everything you have done! I truly cannot express my gratitude!

8. JJ Talks Too Much - JJ invites interesting guests to speak on relevant topics. Unfortunately, JJ herself is always interrupting her guests and talking over them. It’s like she can’t put her ego aside and just listen for one moment. It’s too annoying to sit through. Too bad, otherwise it could be a good podcast.
2021-09-11
9. Disgraceful - Dr. Joseph Mercola has been identified as the top disseminator of misinformation concerning COVID vaccinations by the CCDH. Yet Virgin describes Mercola as an “amazing “ health expert in her July th podcast. We probably don’t know how many people have died needlessly following Mercola’s anti-Vax advice, but any podcast, and podcaster, promoting such a provider deserve no consideration or respect. It is incomprehensible why Virgin allowed such a disgraceful healthcare provider like Mercola to be on this show. I will be canceling my subscription immediately.

10. Great , useful info to ponder but - The balance between self promotion, content, sincerity, intent, brilliance, humility and wisdom is concerning.
Remember that what we tout as knowledge, even backed by erudite research, will morph and grow so that the idea of certainty is relevant and reforming. I prefer to view most every conclusion, every remedy, prefaced with the wisdom of this knowledge.
It would be affirming to hear all these proclaimed experts, and even all medical practitioners, speak and promote this truth along with the jewels and advice.
We learn more and shift our thinking. I applaud your willingness to share your life’s work and what you’ve come to understand at this juncture in time.
And I get the necessity of advertising, but when listening to many shows in a row it becomes tiresome and less effective,, perhaps even negative. I call it disadvertusing and defeating the intent.
Thank you!!!

11. Good information - The last time I posted a comment here, I complained about when the podcasts were posted. I do not know if this has been addressed or not because the podcast format has been changed and there has not been any weekend shows until recently. And it is about the new weekend podcast I would like to comment. As usual the podcasts are interesting and informative, but there is a problem. JJ has interviewed two guests about their yet to be published books. Both of these guests have promised bonuses to those who pre-order their books. However, the podcasts have been posted after the books have come out, so the listeners are unable to get the bonuses. These podcasts need to come out BEFORE the books come out if you want your listeners to get all the benefits promised. As a result of, I am taking my stars down to a . I enjoy listening to JJ’s podcasts and learn a lot and would love to share them with my friends. However, (and the reason for the stars) when I go to her website to get the link they are not there on they day they are aired. It would be great if the podcasts were on her website the day they were posted on iTunes. Also, I would love to hear a show on CBD oil and its benefits. More specifically, why it would help with brain fog. Beverly Spring

12. Deeply substantial and amazingly practical - It’s obvious JJ puts extraordinary effort in covering salient topics and finding guests that are authentic and truly care about being a positive force in this world - the insights she brings to bear is still mind-blowing Every. Single. Time. No matter the subject, you’re guaranteed to gain something from every episode - can’t recommend Ask the Health Expert enough

13. Life changing & transformative - I’m a year breast cancer survivor, although I like to say I’ve been years fighting & thriving! While struggling with the trauma of sexual abuse & violence, racism, and the resulting body image & anger issues, addictions, and acute anxiety & depression. JJ’s book, The Virgin Diet: Drop foods, Loose pounds, Just days, and this Podcast have been no less than life changing & transformative in my approach not only to overall health, well being, and nutrition, but also to the impact of how those daily decisions of what to do, what to eat, how to poop! and what thoughts to give energy & attention to, both manifest as “our life” AND have real repercussions on the planet & environment. Finally, I’m DEEPLY thankful that JJ is one of the Spiritual warriors and Holistic Well being & Health Prophets that was urged to share the wisdom of the most important lesson of all: Everything we need to heal ourselves is already right here. In nature, the earth, and inside each of us. We have to stop comparing and become experts of our own mind, bodies, spirits, and souls and develop the skills and strategies necessary to manifest our higher lives and therefore our most authentic selves... If we can just align what we put in our mouth to our true mind, body, spirit and purpose, and get the hell out of the way! Lol As we say in Colombia, “Gracias Amiga”. “Thank you friend. “ Sending you love, light, and endless gratitude for giving me the tools to set: “this girl on fire! ” “Thank you” just seems grossly insufficient but: Merci. Gracias. Obrigada. Thank you.

14. BEST Health advice EVER - Thank you JJ for many years of Health and nutrition advice that has helped me feel better and realize what makes me feel great. I first saw you on Public TV while in Palm Desert. I live in San Diego, and have shared your books with many neighbors and friends over the years. I listen to your podcast, read your books, and order products off of your website. Without the specific details from your fantastic guests, and your thorough knowledge of the science of nutrition, I would be stuck with the symptoms of autoimmune disease, and pesky weight gain and sugar cravings. Your explanations of symptoms and conditions and how food can help has been a lifesaver for me. Please keep doing what you do-theres nobody who does it better!

15. Love JJ - I love JJ! I have been listening to JJ for years. I have watched her transitions between seasons. I think season was my favorite. Where she had an interview, a question podcast, and a solo podcast. I loved this. I still love the podcast but I don’t like that there are just questions now. Can you just add one interview a week podcast? I love the longer podcasts. The short ones are fine but too short. Just not loving these as much. Just wanted to be honest with you as I know you don’t love the reviews that aren’t awesome. I still love you just want more than questions.

16. Smarter than my friends - Hi JJ, I have been listening to you since . You were a guest on underground Wellness. I appreciate your knowledge and passion for great health. I feel so much smarter than my friends because of you. And I share my knowledge with everyone and also recommend your podcast. I use your protein shakes and your supplements and those combined with the information from your podcasts, I am the healthiest I have ever been. Thanks for all you do!! Darolyn Skelton Lake Tahoe

1. Great podcast - This podcast has a ton of knowledgeable guests in subjects that I am interested in. I mainly follow it for the dieting and training education. The main idea I get from it is having discipline with good daily habits. Give it a listen if you’re looking to improve in all areas of life, not just physically!

2. Fantastically Entertaining and Informative Show - I love the format of three hosts all bringing something different to the production. They have great light-hearted banter but also blend that with hard hitting questions and outstanding guests with a variety of backgrounds and insights. One of the best shows out there with heavy production schedule and long-format interviews so we can really go deep.
2023-01-04
3. One of the best fitness podcasts out there - Fantastic and entertaining podcast! Mark and the crew talk about a wide range of fitness and nutrition content and have been a major influence and inspiration along my journey losing almost lbs and starting my own nutrition coaching business to help others do the same.

4. This podcast is not from this planet - In all seriousness this podcast is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! This podcast led me to Marek Health, and helped me make the needed changes in my life. I have learned so much from these men. They bring the best experts on for health, fitness, nutrition, and comedy that I have ever found anywhere. They even listen to the discord for topic input and will find an expert to cover it. I don’t know where you find your guests for the show, but I am so thankful you get them on. Thank you guys for the entertainment and knowledge you drop each time.
2022-11-02
5. I am a power project. - This podcast has changed my life; I listen everyday when I work. The tips and hacks I receive from these men and their guests have revolutionized my fitness. The community and the discord fills in most gaps or things I miss. It helps that they’re all pretty funny and entertaining.

6. Great show! - They’re informative, have great banter, and it’s refreshing to listen to. They’re as much about mental and emotional improvement as they are physical improvement. They have great mindsets and they’re willing to have on guests of all types and listen to them with an open-mind. Literally my favorite podcast ever!

7. Gotta Love Andrew… - …dude is a mush-mouthed millennial who can’t think for himself, parrots everything the other two say and has admitted that he doesn’t pay attention to the news…but he still participates in convos like these. IQ is hovering near mental retardation-level but he keeps talking. Bro, stick to recording and uploading and being Mark’s lapdog. It’s all you’re good for. That and doing the outro.
2022-09-30
8. Couldn’t be better - I started listening in on MBPP after searching for Ben Patrick podcasts. I appreciated the attention and openness that these guys gave him; it was better than any other host (even Joe Rogan). I started listening in more just out of curiosity, even if it was an uninteresting topic. Now I’m hooked. They have amazing banter. They ask all the right questions. They actually converse vs just asking a list of questions. They have open minds and show each guest respect, even if you can tell they don’t agree. They’re so funny!
And bonus points for the endless pods on the topic of the Big Toe. I don’t ever rate podcasts, and I don’t lift heavy or eat meat. That’s how good this stuff is!

9. oz Curls - Just finished the booze n biceps episode. Love the info on it. Personally I love beer. I’m , born and raised in Montana. It’s part of who we are in my circle (hold on now I can explain). I make beer, try all different kinds and styles, and only drink on weekends, with a - beer limit. I am currently studying to get my PT certificate and have been lifting (bodybuilding with a recent addition of functional movements) for years. Fitness is important so my rules is no carbs if I plan to drink that day. Eat a large, satiating meal at least mins before any drinks. Fast the next morning and hydrate a lot. Get a workout in before breaking my fast. That’s my plan and it work’s pretty well for me! Thanks for all the episodes guys. We need more people listening to you!
2022-06-28
10. Wide variety of topics and they’re all fascinating - These guys go where other podcasts won’t. They have such an interesting and wide variety of guests. Every episode covers an issue you’ve always been interested in but haven’t thought much about or were too scared to ask. They keep me listening and it’s helping myself and my relationships. Keep up the good work guys.

11. Favorite fitness/lifestyle podcast out there - All guys do an amazing job. Never a full moment. All types of guests: doctors, scientists, all types of athletes. Super insightful and super informative, funny moments. You get multiple opinions on what seems like an unlimited amount of topics - but not overwhelming! Learned more from this podcast about fitness nutrition and life than any higher education has taught me.

1. Really Good Show - I believe the show is phenomenal overall. Great points, good laughs, and honestly - pretty informative for the most part. Episode on Oct , is the main reason why I have to doc points from the show. I completely understand the jokes and comments from the chat. But to have that coward, “akademics” and even Sneako come on the show at the end and absolutely lay into the Brazilian lady and the other girl was so uncalled for. Extremely rude and disrespectful to do that. It went from sidebar jests which were fine in my opinion, to a flat out display of bullying from childish boys. That episode was trash and does the show now favors in still being up. Hard to take anything said on that show seriously after that.

5. Motivation Monday - I really enjoyed the motivational Monday podcast. I think that in health and fitness it can be very overwhelming and there can be a lot of contradictory things out there. I think that this podcast did a really good job of eliminating that anxiousness and stress around making that decision to start leading a better life, even if it’s as simple as drinking a little more water every day!
2023-03-05
6. Great one - Motivation Monday draws its inspiration from the power of community and social connection. By participating in Motivation Monday, individuals can feel part of a supportive community that is focused on growth and self-improvement. The collective energy and positive mindset of Motivation Monday can help individuals stay motivated and overcome the challenges they may face throughout the week. Thank you and keep it up.

7. It’s ok if you don’t get fitness right the first time - I enjoyed this episode by Mike. I found it informative and motivated. It’s discouraging to follow the new fitness trends and workout x a week and not see the results you were promised. Mike is absolutely correct when he mentions to look within and find what works best for you. If you can be consistent and work out times a week, do it. You are on no one path except your own. So be true to you. Thank Mike for the great reminder!

8. Motivation (& Money) - I love this guy! However, his pitch in the middle of this blurb and at the end is a little redundant, and totally overdone. Past that, he has a great voice for on-air talks, and has an excellent delivery, utilizing a range of emotions and vocal fluctuation, making it very easy to listen to him for an afternoon. Content is good, and introduces new approaches to old goals, which is very motivating. All very well done, with the exception of the plug at the end.

9. Great podcast - I love the podcast. I’m writing this and giving it stars because I cant stand your professional reader. When you post podcasts and they are your book reader I turn it off. Every other podcast is great. But you’re just slacking off not even reading your own book on your podcast. It’s fine you have it on ebook. But on the podcast? Common man. That’s like calling out people who are in the gym not training right. Your not podcasting right now. That’s just under training or lazy.

10. review microworkers - I found this podcast very modivational as well as inspirational. Most of all I find it easy to execute and easy to maintain. I wish there were more simple , straight to the point words of true modivation out there. I myself am well on my way with this being my new beginning. Thank you so much.

11. A fitness podcast I like! - I subscribe to a lot of podcasts (a lottt) and most of them shamlessly go to podcast purgatory where I swear I'm going to listen to another episode, but I know that I'm not and it's just going to take up space on my phone that I know I need, but this is NOT one of those podcasts. Matt is fun to listen to, has great sage advice, and is pretty hilarious (yes I bought the ebook). I've subscribed and I'm already listening to another podcast and I am not a fitness person but it's and after a pandemic I am well aware that I need to be. Great podcast!

1. How healthy food …. - Just a quick review to say that while I’ve gotten some good information from this podcast… each tine I listen lately I feel like I’m being sold another bill of goods to take a different supplement or gadget to help weight loss. Ie… glucose monitor, silver supplements, gold supplements, aminos, etc. also very mixed messaging on intermittent fasting, detoxes and cleanses. I find it extremely frustrating. I also hired her for a dollar consultation and got ZERO follow up. I could have easily gotten the information that I spend bucks on in any one of her podcasts. I have since hired a coach who is amazing and follows up with me . Super disappointing

2. Menopause Momentum - I’ve been following Debra‘s Flipping podcast and program since early . It has given me strength, confidence and it is the most manageable workout/strength training program I’ve ever participated in. I have not missed one week of my two or three day commitment to this workout program. I found the thing that works for me.
2022-03-23
3. Okay - Needs to be more focused. The episodes I’ve listened to are full of tangents and lots of distracting mouth noises. It also feels the episodes are teasers for her programs. I get that everyone deserves to make a living from their skills and offerings but this feels especially sales-y without concrete substance.
2022-02-02
4. Very Informational - Debra’s podcast has a ton of information for women. Especially if you are perimenopausal or postmenopausal. I have listened to many of them and they have improved my life. I read Gin Stephens book Fast, Feast, Repeat this past summer and after months, I have lost the lbs that I put on in . My hot flashes have improved and I hear Debra’s voice reminding me that of the importance of putting on muscle as I get rid of the fat. I really enjoyed this episode and I look forward to reading Gin’s new book. Keep up the great work of educating and motivating women, Debra. Thank you so much. -Rita

6. Incredible!! - What an amazing podcast. I did some research and recommended this to an aunt of mine a few months back and she has thanked me on multiple occasions for sending it to her. Just sent it over to my mom who is nearing the age of as well and am hoping for her to receive the goodness and love that Debra is providing for her audience!

10. Flipping - This podcast is full, every time(!) of great references, new and validating information and is a motivation tool I listen to during my workouts. Debra has great instinct for what subjects to talk about when and who or what might be ideal people or yep, products to learn about. She puts all the links in the show notes which means we’ve got it easy you g back to an episode to find that book title, email, website. Thank you for putting yourself at our fingertips!

11. Thank you sooo much! - You and Figs might have saved my marriage. My husband and I have been in the “me exercise you not” pattern for a few years! We’ve been hurting each other unintentionally on this very subject! Result has been severe resentment though we’re about to celebrate years married! You have spread your mission of kindness to us successfully! Thank you with all my heart for this valuable, intelligent podcast!

12. My favorite health podcast - This is my favorite health related podcast because Debra uses science based information and is extremely easy to like. I’m a health coach and know how much misinformation is out there and how much work it is to weed through it and Debra does a great job at that. You can trust she knows what she speaks of! I do wish the podcasts were a bit longer though. I hate to have to stop my workout to find another. Lol

I’m a passionate connoisseur of health and wellness information and this podcast explores all of the topics I’ve been curious about and so so much more. The guest interviews are experts in their field, and Ben P engages both the guests and the rest of us with thoughtful and very insightful questions, considerations, and concerns. I love that he’s not afraid to challenge his guests or engage in opposing ideas. It’s not dogmatic or sales driven in its approach. It’s inquisitive and wholistic and altruistic in the search for the betterment of us all, mind, body and spirit. Thanks Ben

5. One Suggestion - First let me say that in what’s becoming an over saturated market of health podcasts, this one is truly exceptional. My suggestion is regarding the mic Ben uses. It feels like I’m listening to a recording of a flight attendant making a muffled announcement through an old walkie talkie. Please upgrade to a decent quality mic Ben, as this info is incredibly valuable!

6. Transformative and informative! - Hi Ben! I am years old and a mom of ! I have listened to your podcasts for the past years. I am a nutrition coach and a former gym manager. I have followed your advice from start to finish. I have implemented your training advice, applied your knowledge you so freely give and I feel like I owe you a huge thank you. Thank you for being you and helping people like me learn the ways to optimize our lives! - Abby Kemper

7. Condescending and disrespectful to listeners - This guy actually said at the beginning of the latest episode that this discussion was going to be over the listeners’ heads. He suggested taking notes during the podcast so we could go back and look up all the big words we didn’t understand. I’m done.

9. My - This podcast used to be so much better I. It’s previous version two years ago as muscle expert. Now nearly every episode it’s Ben preaching off his high horse which sounds very condescending. I wish he would consider going back to previous format when he would host interesting people on the podcast and you would get learns a wide variety of subjects from training to nutrition and more. Now every episode it’s Ben just preaching and to be honest I haven’t
Been able to listen consistently
Because it’s just not interesting anymore.

10. Some gems, some duds - I was really enjoying this podcast at first, but recently have been pretty turned off by it. Lots of proclaiming that he’s the “first and only” to talk about topics that have literally been around for thousands of years and are popular in the wellness circle at large. I get that it can be exciting to find a new gear in your career/studies/methods, but to say it’s a revolutionary new thing is a stretch at best.
2021-08-02
11. Informative - Ben’s podcast are always very informative and easy to listen to. He is a great interviewer and brings out the best in every podcast. There are many out there but I’m drawn to his information and ability to speak well about his subjects. He practices what he preaches and that it what has attracted me to follow him. I got to meet him a few months back and he was very charming, easy to talk to. I recommend following his programs too. He has many to choose from I have benefited greatly from them.

12. Incredible Life changing Podcast - My entire life I’ve strived to ingest the most quality, purpose-filled information and as far as actionable, real-life advice goes this is the cream of the crop. It’s hard to explain in words but Ben just does it right. Top to bottom. Highly recommended for EVERYONE!

13. This is my favorite podcast - This is my favorite podcast. As a wellness coach/ personal trainer, listening to this podcast is key for me. I learn so many different approaches to health and wellness I wouldn’t necessarily think of on my own. The wide variety of guests also keep it interesting because they bring up so many different facets of what makes us healthy.. from learning about the benefits of exclusively eating free range livestock to evidence based approaches increasing our metabolic rate, this podcast is a wealth of knowledge.

14. Exceptional Insights - I’ve listened to several training podcasts and this is, by far, the best. Ben takes a holistic approach to fitness, recognizing that exercise is but one pillar of overall fitness. He offers keen insights on every aspect of fitness and I especially enjoy his thoughts on mental fitness. His co-host, Ashley, is likewise excellent and they have a great chemistry.

15. Constantly evolving with integrity and helping others do the same - I have been following Ben for for almost a decade and I can always rely that he will deliver the best information with the highest level of integrity AND context. His work ethic is inspiring and I always gain multiple A-ha moments with his messages, especially in the way that he answers questions. Ben is a family man that has overcome challenges that are relatable for me. Thankful for his message that I always evolving. Thank you!

4. You need this podcast! - This podcast popped up on a Pinterest “motivation” recommendation back in August and I have been listening weekly ever since. I’ve never tried podcasts, but felt tired of my usual music choices & craved content. I’ve gotten into better habits again and have started to feel like “ME” again, and I owe a big part to this podcast. Keeps my spirits up, makes me laugh at times, and reminds me that I’m not alone in times I lack motivation! /, you need this podcast if you’re someone who loves positive energy & feeds off what you listen to. XOXO

5. Love this podcast - I’m so glad I found this podcast. Found it last week and I’ve been binge/listening all week while going on my “hot-girl walks” during my lunch break at my internship. So helpful and fun to listen to for a girl in college. Especially love the episodes about healing our body image :)

6. Skating Friend - Hey Callie! I just finished listening to your podcast talking about your figure skating journey. Your story is so so similar to mine. I haven’t competed for years but I started skating again months ago. Skating and competing as an adult is SO FUN and I’ve already made so many supportive friends. The competitions are so low pressure you should definitely consider!!

7. Time with Callie is awesome! - These grounding moments her are great! They remind me that I need to take that moment and to drink water lol. 10. This Podcast Gives Me Lifeeeee - I’m a relatively new follower (Insta) and I had no idea that you also had a podcast! So of course as soon as I found out about it yesterday I had to check it out, and now I’ve watched like episodes and I’ve already rewatched the stressed about finals episode because my finals are next week. But back to the point, this is such an amazing podcast and is completely relatable to where I am in life, dealing with struggles, strengths, stressful situations, dealing with anxiety, gut health or ED recovery, beginning my fitness journey- all of it so so helpful and inspirational to be my best self and to bet on myself. I % recommend, /!

1. Valuable - I enjoy this podcast, but would caution that it wouldn’t be applicable if you don’t use the Whoop product (but honestly, why wouldn’t you?). It gives so much background and science behind the product, and delves into various ways that the product is applicable to personal health and wellness. This is an extremely well done podcast.
2023-03-05
2. Recommend only for people who have the Whoop band - This podcast has some good discussions about exercise and fitness, and many episodes are applicable to anyone. However, so many conversations are centered around the Whoop and Whoop data, so if you don’t have it (because I don’t want to pay a monthly subscription - other fitness trackers don’t have that), it’s less interesting/helpful. I stopped listening when every episode started feeling like one long Whoop ad, with a little fitness discussion mixed in. So this is probably a great podcast for people who have Whoop, but if you’re like me and you don’t, the constant product promotion gets super annoying.

3. Overall Good - Very grateful for whoop and will. You guys need to take an open stance on vxines. The science is out - they have done NOTHING to stop transmission, thousands have been injured, including children. Deaths. Government blocked access to preventive medicine. They censored anything causing jab hesitancy. Having that same Doctor come on and try to tout he was right in any fashion was hilarious. Super bias, egotistical, non sense. I have yet to hear you all talk about the correlation between age, weight, vitamin d, activity levels, cormorbidities , etc. CHILDREN SHOULD NOT TAKE THE VX. Natural immunity is more robust. Please, have an unbias independent doctor like Dr Robert Malone/Dr Peter McCullough. You can still turn it around before this medical error comes to light. The Vx was a HUGE medical error that did nothing but cause adverse reactions and death in healthy people. Natural immunity was always the key. Metabollic health was always the determining factor. Please backpeddle and recorrect. Felt like I was listening to CNN or another marketing arm for pharma.
/ Just listened to the report on % recovery after booster & they have the data right in front of them but still can’t put it together. Please, someone rattle the team to turn it around Children were not affected prior to Vx during the delta wave of a stronger variant, but now children are being affected during a weaker variant What changed? .. this is psychosis. I’m very disappointed & feel as if this podcast took a massive turn for the worst. Talk about Natural immunity. Talk about gods gift to us of a radical immune system to fight off something with a .% survival rate without gene therapy & risk of adverse reaction. The statistics are right in front of them. I’ll circle back. Rooting for you guys. Please

4. Vocal fry…come on now! - The only reason I’m giving four stars and not five is Emily’s vocal fry. It’s honestly one of the most intense vocal fry’s I’ve ever heard and I am surprised no one else has commented on this as it’s quite difficult to ignore. Otherwise great pod, no complaints. Good info. Maybe Emily get a vocal coach? Or just be cognizant of avoiding vocal fry?

5. Good podcast, but there are a lot of good podcasts - It does the job in explaining how to use your strap more effectively. I lost a lot of respect for Will during the st covid vaccine episode when he suggests everyone should get the vaccine; Emily follows up with an educated response. Personally, I prefer educators who choose to stay open and curious moment to moment, and who are not idealist. This is why I prefer the girl's interviews over Will's; leading me to listen only to select episodes and not subscribing.
2021-06-23
6. Whoop strap inaccurate - The Whoop strap’s HR data is inaccurate compared to my Apple Watch and wahoo Tickr. Although the sleep data (motion data) seems right, the algorithm requires good HR data to measure strain, detect activities, and calculate recovery. If you inquire with customer service about the HR data, they will tell you that you are wearing it wrong (not tight enough and not in the right spot on your wrist.) As for the podcast, there are some interesting interviews, but the CEO seems a bit obsessed with interviewing other millionaires and billionaires who happen to be amateur athletes. He talks about taking Whoop public and ostensibly cashing in. Don’t like the criticism? Check the data against other sources. We will see where Whoop is months from now. Especially when anyone can create an app for an Apple Watch that measures activity, sleep, and HR with no special band…

7. Awesome podcast! Very informative and entertaining - I’ve been using Whoop for about months now. Started using it because of the partnership with Barstool. Admittedly there is a lot I don’t know about the technical data, but I love being able to track recovery & strain. Listening to the podcast has been cool to dive into the different aspects of Whoop- especially HRV (still trying to figure out what it is). Whoop has been a game changer for me & I’m loving the podcasts as well.

8. Great information, great host, great takeaways - Huge fan. I love Will’s interview style. He asks thoughtful questions and makes it a point to really dig into the mind of everyone he talks to. I love the WHOOP product (been a member since and haven’t taken it off a day since) and truly believe the company has an incredibly bright future ahead. Would love to see some more CrossFit, Women’s Soccer, and College athlete interviews. Keep it up!
2020-08-08
9. Love this podcast - I don’t have a Whoop subscription- yet. I am an avid golf fan and saw that Justin Thomas wears Whoop and did a podcast. I’ve now been listening to as many episodes as I can. As a year old social fitness junkie I want to know how to maximize my day. From knocking out a hard workout in the morning, followed by an hour desk job, then spend the evening doing “fun fitness”-golf, hiking, yoga, paddleboarding, etc. Whoop provides the tools to live life to the fullest. Highly recommend!
2020-06-14
10. Terrific podcast - Will is a fantastic interviewer and Kristin and Emily are great together taking on the key issues any athlete and Whoop user would want to know and hear about. I have thoroughly enjoyed the variety of guests, their perspectives, and how it applies to our daily lives. The deep dives Emily does on the Whoop collected data and how to interpret your results from it is fantastic and must listen for any strap owner. Thank you for creating meaningful content and for creating the Whoop platform.

11. Geek in me loves this! - Thank you for the excellent information! I have thoroughly enjoyed the podcasts and information to help us more normal athletes learn how to use the data and how to program our routines to better our performance and overall lifestyle. Side note - perhaps in your world it’s different, but having graduated from a top athletic university and a lover of college sports, NCAA is commonly referred to as “N-C-double A” as opposed to what I keep hearing on the podcasts as “N-C--A”
2020-05-11
12. Love the scientific backing and detail - Overall the podcast has been very informative. A few items that I would love you to cover are: How exactly is HRV measured and without being an elite athlete, what is realistic for this measure? Especially Since it plays such a big role in calculating the Recovery score. How is strain measured, heart rate only? Weight training seems to get low strain scores even compared to a light jog, while the expected recovery seems to be quite different. You mention getting in contact with the hosts but I can’t find any contact information. Is this the only way? Thanks. I look forward to every new episode.

13. Love the content, hate the profanity - You have a great podcast and maybe I’m old school, but in day to day conversation which add value, you’d raise the bar to stay clean and drop the profanity. I look forward to hearing from your different guest, then only make it but a few minutes in and have to turn off. My two cents...
2019-09-12
14. Grateful - Will, I appreciate you interviewing outstanding individuals who share how they are able to stay on top. Learned a ton, especially appreciate the practical tips and book recommendations (like Younger Next Year). Thanks again for publishing inspiring stuff, wishing you successful years ahead and please keep publishing.
2019-09-11
15. Valued information sharing - Great podcast. I’m a weekly listener and I have to say there’s some great info being shared here. The athletes/guests share their best practices which have helped with their performance, recovery, HRV, etc. I’ve adopted many of these practices such as supplement suggestions, Norma tec, sleep techniques. Just to name a few. My recovery has been phenomenal since then. Performance has improved and my overall awareness has been heightened. I’m spending less time in red and more in green. My sleep has improved drastically as has my HRV. Thank you for putting these together!
2019-07-28
16. Sexist host - Listened to the first few minutes of the interview with Joe Holder and one of the first things the host said was how he trains “beautiful clients” and began chuckling right away, like the fact that Holder trains models is all that matters. Hearing immediate, gross underlying tones of sexism is not the way I’d like to start a podcast with.

4. Encouraging, Fun and Relatable - Brittany is so encouraging and relatable. This podcast has been extremely beneficial for my mental and physical health. Brittany (and special-husband-guest Darian too) shares her experiences and listeners’ experiences and encouragement to get me in the gym, and she reminds me that I don’t have to be perfect in my fitness journey to make progress. Small steps in the right direction are still progress and something worth being proud of. Thanks so much for this lesson and reminder. I look forward to these podcasts. They always brighten my day.

5. LOOOOVE! - Love this podcast! Britt and Darian are amazing! I feel like I have learned so much here. 6. The realist QUEEN to ever do it - Britt has not only encouraged me to be consistent in the gym, but also LOVE the work I put in. I’ve been listen for over a year and I can’t express my gratitude enough. I’ve been search for a fitness expert for YEARS that didn’t just talk about weight control and food. Britt gives the reasons to WHY things in the gym, outside, food, etc is good for you. Britt you have made me not only stronger but more confident with myself. Keep on doing your thang!! P.s we love hearing King Darian too!

7. Different than the rest! - I just started listening but wow. This podcast is a gem!! Brittany is so likable and gives great advice. She motivates me! And unlike a lot of the wellness/fitness podcasts, she doesn't have that annoying vocal fry and cringe personality. She is a down to earth, and respectable woman. I will continue to be a listener

8. BEST PODCAST EVER!!! - Hi Britt & Darian! I’ve been following Brittany since and always loved her page. When this podcast began I was already a huge fan. Brittany comes to us with the facts only and makes the fitness space seem not so intimidating. She always reminds us that we all start somewhere and I carry that with me everyday while on my journey. She’s so inspiring and I look forward to each Wednesday! (who doesn’t?!) this podcast is different from the rest by far!! Give it a listen you won’t regret it P.S. 10. The ONLY podcast I will take time to listen to. - I am definitely not a podcast girlie, but Brittany will convert you. No podcast has ever kept my interest until I found this one!! I love how she has created a welcoming environment for all to learn, share, and improve, no matter where their at in your fitness journey. Brittany has changed my views on my physical health, helping me to realize it’s about creating a healthy & happy lifestyle, not just creating a certain look. Wednesdays are my favorite day of the week

11. Confidence Booster! - I’m so happy I came across this podcast.! I have been active and working out regularly for a few years now but had not made the transition from home work outs to the gym because it all seemed so intimidating. I was looking for a podcast that would give me tips and help me to feel more confident as a new gym girlie and Brittany has been the perfect answer to my prayer! She provides so many great tips for beginners and regulars alike and I have been binging her episodes every morning before my work outs. It gets me so pumped to head to the gym and put in some work! I don’t know what I’ll do when I finally get caught up and have to wait for a new episode every Wednesday . Keep it up Brit, you’re an inspiration! Also, can’t forget to give props to her husband Darian who is always an excellent guest and brings such positive energy every week!

12. The Only Health/Fitness Podcast That Has Kept My Attention - Following Brit during my health and fitness journey has been life changing — I mean that to my core. I have been listening to this podcast for about a year and wish I would have had it in my life for much longer. Her content is so real, so fresh, and she makes me feel okay with being human, especially when mental health isn’t always there. Incorporating this podcast into my ‘rest’ days after a week full week of lifting has been a game changer for me. As an almost year old, newly married, I LOVE how she makes her family Darian and Vinny a part of her podcast and shares that aspect of her life. My husband and I do not have kids yet, but at times do struggle with the thought of how we are going to be able to possibly maintain our normal lives full of routine, health, and fitness (a HUGE part of our lives) if we decide to start a family. Brit and Darian seriously give me a new perspective that young parenting CAN all be made possible while still building your lives as a couple, and maintaining your health/fitness even if it may look a little different and have its struggles at times. My husband is actually in school like Darian (p.s. proud of and excited for our men!), while I am carrying the financial weight, so he can pursue his passion of continuing his career a K- teacher ( ). Therefore, I personally find this podcast relatable to me in so many aspects of my life. Thank you, Brit (and Darian, and Vinny ) - you are truly one of a kind family and appreciate for all you do to keep this a positive and uplifting space in the health and fitness community. Hoping one day we can meet! Love y’all

13. Sky high confidence - I love y’all so much I’ve been listening to this podcast for a while and y’all have boosted my confidence so much! I’v always been so self conscious about my height I’m . feet tall and when I started listening and hearing that y’all are kinda the same highs had helped me so much I’m and starting this out confident and I’m so glad that y’all can be my gym buddies!

14. Fun and Gains - True to the Name!! - I just started listening to this podcast at the beginning of this year, and and have loved it since day one. I love that Britt puts a fun and not so serious spin on fitness. And I love how easy she makes things when it comes to science-backed fitness information. I know you are not huge on New Year’s resolutions, but your podcast has really helped me stick with my fitness resolutions. And I actually just listened to your most recent episode and found out you had lived in the Killeen/Fort Hood area. I actually live in Temple, so that made the podcast that much better for me!! Love listening each week

16. growing in discipline - hi Britt (and Darian and Vinny)!! over the past couple months I have absolutely fallen in love with this podcast, you, and your beautiful family. hearing about your journey and listening to your advice and knowledge has made such an impact on me, both in and out of the gym after finishing the new episode each week, I have been going back and catching up on all the older ones (because I’m going to listen to all of them- duh). i just listened to the episode on discipline and motivation and the way you explained how discipline is a skill that we can grow just changed my entire perspective. I have always felt like in discipline I had to be % perfect all the time, or I wasn’t disciplined, and I would get so down on myself. as I’m sure you can expect, that didn’t get me very far. but hearing you say discipline is something we can grow in and get better at was like a light-bulb moment for me. i can grow in discipline, even if I’m not % perfect and don’t have to be so hard on myself. I can still celebrate my wins. thanks for being you, and thanks again for all the ways YOU help us all grow
