1. My Go To Mindful Podcast - I’m an The Art of Being Well junkie. It’s my favorite podcast to help me reach my well being goals. I love how often new episodes come out and the variety of guests. I also enjoy the episodes where it is Dr. Cole and his team talking about upcoming books, questions submitted, etc. I regularly listen and always learn something new. Each week another new topic and new expert being featured. I’m an active year old with an autoimmune disease. I like to take care of myself and learn about disease in general. I love learning about new wellness tips and new interpretations of medical studies. Dr. Cole keeps the conversations interesting with thoughtful questions. The episodes also have a comforting feel. You feel like his guests are your friends by the end. I also love the rapid fire questions at the end of each episode. @lauracroniger

2. Young physician starting path - I have recently started dividing in deeper into functional medicine and the impact food has in overall well-being. Almost done with my internal medicine residency and about to start an infectious disease fellowship in a few months. After practicing a more mindful/intentional approach to my diet and experiencing firsthand positive results I could not be more excited to integrate funcional medicine into my every day practice. This podcast serves as an excellent entryway and guide to navigate this growing medical field.

4. So informative and fun - I love this show!!!! I’ve learned so much about health that I’ve incorporated into my life. I’m in grad school and struggling with some health issues that western doctors can’t figure out. I can’t afford a functional med doctor so this feels like a nice free resource in the meantime. Great show.

5. Dr. Will Cole is an American Treasure - I listen to a lot of wellness podcasts but this is in my top . Dr. Will Cole is such a kind soul. He’s not only super knowledgeable and educated but he’s open to any and all beliefs and viewpoints. I love how many different people he features from all walks of life. He also includes his expertise WHILE allowing his guests to talk! Heck, he names his podcast after them (“This is ‘Guest’s Name’ Art of Being Well”). @Julierswanson on IG

6. Such a gem! - I love the physical, mental and spiritual health advice and inspiration on this pod! The variety of thoughtful guests, “ask me anything,” episodes, perspective from Dr. Cole’s clinical staff, and testimonials from patients are all so insightful and make navigating chronic illness feel much more empowering!

7. A man who says he has given birth - Dave Asprey opens by stating that he does too know what it’s like to have a baby. That’s a full stop for me. Yes, writing a book is difficult and an act of creation. Minimizing the actual biological act of gestating and birthing a human being by comparison is ridiculous. Any person willing to do that is not someone I want to listen to.

8. The best!! - I absolutely love these podcasts! Every show is a new deep dive into an interesting health topic with amazing guests and insightful information. My favorites are the intermittent fasting shows because that is my passion but every show brings some new health information into my world! Dr. Cole is an amazingly brilliant bright life in the health world, and he brings on such amazing guests who help us all understand our need for healthy living. I can’t wait to read Gut Feelings.!!!

9. Loving this show! - Loving these conversations Dr. Cole hosts. Not only do I appreciate his perspective and expertise, I also appreciate his listening of others. He listens to understand, he asks thoughtful questions, and these things demonstrate his care as a practitioner. I think people feeling seen and heard is a huge part of wellness, so his engaged listening only further illuminates the name of the show ‘The Art of Being Well’. I also appreciate hearing from Dr. Cole’s team. It gives me a feel for what it probably feels like to work with his team…which I might do here very soon! Thanks for all you provide for us - for free - with this podcast, Dr. Cole.

10. Wealth of knowledge! - I’ve been of fan of doctor Will Cole since seeing him speak at a local all non gmo restaurant next in my neighborhood called townhall! I quickly became an avid listener to the podcaster and have been exposed to so many multifaceted people and grown my own knowledge. I have all of his books and if you haven’t read them you need to!! I can’t wait for gut feelings to come out!! The art of being well is a must listen twice a week.

1. Awesome Awesome Awesome and Thank you - I listen to a lot of different podcast and I have to say yours is definitely one of my top . Ya know when you’re listening in your car and the episode is over it automatically goes to the previous episode? Well I NEVER have to change it because your content is so awesome and relevant to so much of my life. I just got done listening to episode this morning on my way to work (learned so much), now heading home episode came on, it’s your interview on Ed Mylett’s podcast (love him by the way too). I cannot wait to drive to work tomorrow to listen to this. I’m minutes in and I can so relate. Thank you for all you do, for sharing all your knowledge and for your amazing guests. Thank you

2. Searching for Greatness not ratings - As the School of Greatness and Lewis himself have gained popularity over the years, the Greatness team has held steady on not falling into the trap of “which next celebrity can I get next” like many other podcasts I’ve listened to in this personal development space have. Lewis seeks experts. Not who is on the top charts or who will get him the most views, likes or clicks. It’s a beautiful that that he brings experts that deserve the spotlight to the stage via this podcast. My reccomendation!

3. Essential - I wasn’t always a fan of Lewis Howes. Until a few years ago, I found him egotistical and narcissistic (for example, in older interviews that may still be on YouTube, he would place his book next to that of the guest he was interviewing, rather than letting his guest’s work get all the shine it deserved - dude, stop hijacking your guests’ special moment to make it about you!). But in recent years I’ve come to respect, admire, and be inspired by him for sharing his struggles, how he got professional help, and how he shifted his attitude and actions to lifting others up without getting in their way and expecting something in return. People can change, and the ones who do get even more respect when they admit their failures and use their lessons to inspire others. I now regularly listen to his podcast and get a huge mental boost out of each one. He asks the right questions and truly listens. While it’s true that there are so many ads now, the episodes are free and worth listening to. I’ve adopted a number of good habits, many thanks to him!

4. Sooo grateful - Lewis-I have listened to you for years-But today’s podcast with Mel Robbins really resonated with me-For years I have listened to you make reference to the time that you spent “on your sisters couch”-but I never knew the backstory that you had broken your wrist. I’m years old and just spent the last year healing from shattering my wrist and having a titanium plate and pins put in… It was so encouraging to hear you describe how you made it through such a difficult and challenging journey. You Gave me great hope thank you so much. Maureen

6. I love your questions Lewis - This podcast delivers a ton of value . Lewis finds the most inspiring thinkers to come on the show ..therefore I can always be sure to learn something new and interesting about myself or my business. Often I take notes and follow up on some of the suggestions later. Working alone in my studio most days, this podcast brightens my day and lightens my load !! I feel like I am not alone in doing the hard things that are required to level up !!

He’s on a mission and if you don’t get on his team today you’ll be left on the sidelines — in life, in sports, in relationships, and lose out on a chance to conquer what’s holding you back. 8. Truly Great - Lewis does an amazing job of picking out the most amazing guests and asking them the questions that most any of us would. He also tends to challenge/give his guests a call to action of some kind in most shows. This podcast has had a huge impact on my life and mindset. Truly thankful to have found it years ago.

1. Sticks and Stones - I am a great fan of these podcasts. They have helped me immensely and allow me to have quality sleep. However, in this one you have two spots you need to edit out. About three quarters through you are making personal comments in your normal voice about a sound booth and external noise.
2023-03-22
2. Highly recommend!! - I’ve been listening for a little over a year, the story and narration are equally mesmerizing. On days that i find myself especially wound up, I fast forward straight to the story, and listen while I get ready for bed. It slows my thoughts down and then I jump into bed and start it over so she can “tuck me and help me completely relax and fall asleep.

3. So beautifully written. - Wish there were enough for every night! Her beautiful little stories give my mind a calm, soothing resting place. Her thoughtful word selection maintains a wonderful positivity without being at all cloying. That’s a gift! And her delivery has improved over the years from being really good to really great. (Thank you!)

4. The best I’ve found - reliable and quick sleep - Katherine writes her own stories and they are the perfect balance - enough detail and events to keep my mind engaged but nothing stressful or jarring. I have a few podcasts I use to fall asleep but this one is my reliable first choice when I wake in the middle of the night. And she is right about the brain training part. After a few weeks, it was working so well Most times I fall asleep so fast that I can’t remember anything beyond the introduction.
2023-03-05
5. Best sleep stories ever - I have been a poor sleeper since childhood. I have listened to sleep stories from many different apps over the last few years. The combination of Kathryn’s voice and her subject matter are unbeatable!! Also the volume of stories available is extremely helpful. On one particularly bad night of sleep, I let her stories just keep playing all night. Although I woke up many times, her voice would put me back to sleep in no time!! Previously that would’ve been a sleepless night for me! She’s the best!!
2023-02-27
6. Obsessed with this! - I have had difficulties falling asleep since childhood. I absolutely love this podcast! I am not the best at relaxing. Kathryn Nicolai is a master at soothing. Sometimes I’m not even going to sleep and will listen when I feel a bit edgy. Love the cozy, winter or rainy stories (my favorite weather). Thank you for sharing your gift with us

7. A doubter into a believer - I have been listening to this podcast for over years. At that time, it took me min- hour to go to sleep, often longer. When I started, I would usually listen all the way into the second telling of the story. The more I listened, the less story I heard. Now, when I start this podcast, I fall asleep almost immediately. I never thought that would happen or was even possible. Just last night, I didn’t even get through the introduction to the story. It’s like when they put you under for surgery and ask you to count to . At you feel so awake like “this isn’t working” and then the next thing you know, you’re waking up from surgery. Anyway, without Kathryn & sound engineer Bob Whittersheim, I would have much, much less sleep and many more exhausted days. I recommend this podcast to everyone who ever mentions sleepless nights!

8. Perfect bedtime companion - I could sit down and listen to this podcast all day - the stories are that interesting - but at the same time I’d be asleep before the second reading was done. While Nothing Much Happens I can’t wait to hear what will happen next. The best way to calm my mind and slide into sleep I’ve found
2023-01-18
9. Aaaaaahhhmazing - Kathryn is a true blessing. Her podcast is the only way I can fall asleep and I have countless other pods that claim they can. Kathryn is magic. Her stories are beautiful and transport you to a place you wish you lived in, such a sweet and peaceful village full of kind souls and gentle pets. It’s hard to make it through a sleep story so I sometimes listen to them the next day when I’m wide awake just to know how they end . Her voice is soothing, her storytelling is unmatched. You need her in your life if you struggle to rest. Thank me later
2023-01-17
10. I absolutely love it! - Her voice is so calm and it works amazingly to put me to sleep! So there might be adds they do not bother me and I am interested in some also she tells them herself so she is using that really calm voice. The story’s are really cool to! I would totally recommend this it is great! I started using this podcast because I would lay awake a night and think about bad things and now I don’t! I have now been using this podcast for about a year and whenever I put it on I instantly fall right asleep! The minute my brain here’s the voice it shuts off! Y oh need to try this!

1. This works!! - I’ve been listening every night for at least weeks now and I’m asleep within minutes. I’ve had such a huge problem with falling asleep for as long as I can remember. I can be tired but still lay awake for hours, my brain full steam ahead. I’ve tried so many different things to help, reading, routines, sleep supplements and pills, and other podcasts and none of them have consistently worked for me. My trouble falling and staying asleep has gotten a lot worse now that I am pregnant but now I am so thankful I have found Get Sleepy. The stories are interesting but they still manage to put me to sleep and since I never get through one, I can use the same episode multiple nights, I just skip to the part before I fell asleep. I could go on but basically, this podcast has drastically improved my sleep and I am so, so grateful. Thank you!

2. Good for high stress and anxiety - I’ve been listening to get sleepy for a few years now.
I’ve always been plagued with sleep issues, anxiety and trauma. Get sleepy positively distracts my panicked thoughts and eases my frantic mind.
I work a strenuous and demanding job hours a week and live on raw adrenaline, I find it difficult to wind down for sleep. This program really centers that left over adrenaline and aids relaxation.
Thank you!

3. Why’d you lock old favorites?? - I’m so disappointed at the decision to retroactively make certain previously-free episodes Premium only. You’re entitled to monetize your work, but it feels mean to arbitrarily put a paywall on once-free episodes?? (Especially when this podcast is ad-sponsored as well) I USED to listen to the Nov , episode, “Baked Apples on a Blustery Day” anytime I was having a hard time getting to sleep: it was a real comfort when nothing else worked. It’s locked now; so thanks a lot

4. AMAZING - i love this podcast so much, i listen to it every night and got premium for my christmas gift! let me tell you, it is absolutely worth it! it’s so soothing, calming and you never run out of episodes to listen to! my favorites are the rainy day bakery episodes, i could listen to those even if i wasn’t going to sleep. i’m so impressed with this podcasts and i looks forward to listening to it for every day in the future

5. Oh my Lordy lord - I found this a few weeks ago when my mind was too busy to sleep so I turned it on and fell asleep in about minutes. It has helped me so much with my sleep that I use it every night because I like the soothing stories and the wonderful narrators. This show helped me calm down and finally focus my attention on stuff other than my worries and troubles. I love this show so much and I would definitely recommend.

6. Good podcast but - I Love this podcast, I have ADHD and it is hard for me to go to sleep, I have sleeping problems and whenever I found this podcast it really helped me fall asleep but there is just one problem I saw one of the reviews that someone wrote and it said if you listen to the Podcasts back to back it has a loud beginning. Also i love the shows with Elizabeth Grace’s Voice because it helps me relax and also I like Tom’s voice it is also very relaxing so, yeah thank you guys for helping me fall asleep.
2023-01-12
7. this is the best - okay sometimes when im away from home i have trouble sleeping and get some slight anxiety at night. get sleepy is the best for this if i need an extra push into dreamworld. thomas has such a nice voice and now all i listen to is him i definitely recommend and you don’t even have to like the stories, you’ll be out like a light from all the soothing voices. ./ cause ads are not even that much related to sleep products at all.
2022-12-25
8. Used to be good but - Used to be good but now they have loud advertising. So that’s a problem. Switched to a sleep podcast that has quiet advertising at the beginning so if you listen to them back to back it doesn’t wake you up. Now that they have loud Advertising you can’t listen to back to back podcasts without being woken up by allowed ad. Too bad it was quite good before that.
2022-12-24
9. I’m minutes in… - And it’s been one long drawn out ad for following the pod on social media and talking about sponsors in the slowest, ASMR try hard voice possible. I’ll let this episode play out but I’m definitely not feeling sleepy at all as that whole wasted minutes reenergized me to write this review.
2022-12-19
10. New ads have lost me as a follower - I used to be an absolute die hard user and raved about the sleepy podcast … but I’ve found myself in search of a different podcast. I listen to these on repeat through the night so unfortunately when a new one cycles on the new ads wake me up with a jolt and it’s hard to fall back asleep.
2022-12-18
11. Ads wake you up - The ads used to be in the sleepy voice of the narrator/creator. They changed it and now the app is unusable unless you’re one and done. I have found some good alternatives, but it rankles especially after all the narrations about how much the creator wants to help people sleep and how grateful he is to be able to help. Apparently the gratitude applies only to the premium users.

1. Incredible Episode - I just finished listening to the episode with Jonah Berger, and by far, it was one of my all-time favorite interviews. It was obvious that John had a genuine appreciation for Dr. Berger's work and was clear that he had done his research and read the book. They both took deep dives into discussing why we change and Dr. Berger gave some great examples. I love how John interviews his guests which makes it great to listen to and it has significantly inspired me to expand my understanding of behavior change. I can’t wait to listen to it again and to more and more of John's episodes. Thank you.

2. My favorite podcast Passion Struck with John R. Miles - I am a podcast junkie and this is my favorite podcast ever! 3. Life Altering - If you’re looking for a podcast that speaks directly to you, this is it. John Miles is one of the best interviewers in the business. I am shocked one of the major networks hasn't picked him up honestly. The way he deep dives with his guests and the flow of his interviews is second to none. It makes you feel like you’re there with them and also participating. Thank you, John, for all the time and effort you put into this podcast and the high quality of topics, guests, and your solo episodes.

4. I have been listening to Passion Struck for close to a year now. - I started listening around the time my career started to fall apart. This podcast has been instrumental in helping me get to where I am now, emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. It is one of the best podcasts out there for real advice on behavior change with experts in the field. The great insights from John and his guests have helped me grow and view my career and life differently. I find myself reading books from his guests, and he has a great book list on his website. Thank you for everything you do and for leading me to create an intentional life.

5. What An Interview - I love Rachel Hollis, but that interview that John did was one of the best interviews of Rachel I have ever seen her give. John was able to get Rachel to be very vulnerable and the exchanges the two had showed the chemistry and respect they have for each other. Love the guests and the variety of topics John has on this show. Highly recommend Passion Struck.

6. Wow - Must Listen - John Miles is one of the most insightful, vulnerable, and humble speakers in this day of age. Listening to his podcasts each week gives me the tools for creating behavior change and self-growth. Great insights from various guests who are experts in their areas and topics on a large variety of interests. Officially following, it’s a vital one to have in your mix!

8. Incredible Vulnerability - Thank you, John, for the incredible guests and the insights you share. I am in awe of the vulnerability you and your guests share. Intriguing topics from some of the most incredible and knowledgeable gusts and a great way to increase personal growth. One of my favorite shows.
2022-10-06
9. Informative, practical - I love listening to this podcast, including John’s solo episodes and his longer-form guest interviews. He is SO prepared and asks such insightful questions that get right to the heart of his interviewer’s work. He is informed and pulls from knowledge of outside sources (science, ancient wisdom) and provides fresh, hopeful perspectives on modern living.
2022-09-13
10. Authentically Real - Thank you, John, for your raw honesty, insight, and wisdom. As someone who has neglected his personal journey for many years due to family commitments and a demanding career, it is refreshing to start that journey of introspection and self-care with your help. Your authenticity in sharing your own struggles has helped me immensely as I know I am not alone and I can confront my fears and move forward. Keep inspiring us all John!

11. I love it. /! - I LIVE for this podcast! I love the ideas, the guest selection, and John's ability to make the conversation flow so effortlessly! 1. Struggling with the absolutes - not accurate - I appreciate the information coming out of this podcast. But it's hard to take everything you're saying as fact when you're speaking in absolutes. I listened to the first two podcasts and Dr Charlie has said "ALL egg, chicken and peanut butter allergies come from vaccines" - so not one unvaccinated person in the world has an allergy to these? Also "EVERY patient I've had with the shingles vaccine has gotten shingles within months" - really? Every single one? It's hard to not take everything you say with a grain of salt when you're speaking in absolutes like this which simply aren't true (I can say I know my father who has had the shingles vaccine has not gotten shingle for example) I'm very open to these different POVs (which is why I'm listening) but, it's coming off more opinion than educational when you use absolutes such as these.

2. Helpful but hard to follow - I’ve just discovered the natural side of healthcare I’m loving all the things I’m learning from this podcast! Because I’m new to this, there’s a lot I can’t quite follow along with, the terms and acronyms get confusing and even though I started at the beginning it feels like I missed something in a previous episode. Would love slower summaries of how the natural properties of the herbs/etc help the body.
2023-02-10
3. The proof is in the podcast - I really want to thank you for your knowledge and podcast. My daughter suffered from a severe reaction to the MMR vaccine last week (some may even label it an injury). However, we are grateful for her progress thanks to you, our local health food store, and our chiropractor. A supplement specialist at the store suggested Newtons Post Vaccine drops and your podcast and page. We also had our chiropractor perform an Asyra on our daughter and he has her on another homeopathic. I’ve always believed in the power of nature’s medicine cabinet, as my aunt calls it. I just wasn’t aware that our state allows personal exemption for vaccines. We are getting her exempt after seeing the severity of the negative side of vaccines. She had a full body rash, fever, inconsolable, crying/whining, not sleeping well, no appetite, etc. She is almost % again, minus sleep. I can deal with that knowing how much worse things could’ve been. We do not plan on reporting this, we are just looking at it as a lesson. We have found a new pediatrician that does not push vaccines and will be using our chiropractor and health food store as our first resource when we are ill (as we usually do anyways). Thank you for your work and keep doing what you’re doing. Peace and keep spreading your positivity

4. Chemtrails episode - Very silly and all over the place. Oregano is going to save us from chemtrails? Really? Lol. I couldn’t even finish the episode. But my purpose of the review is two things: you guys really didn’t give very much actual information that was factual/ helpful. It was mostly rambling opinions ( seeing chemtrails and then “noticing people coughing” is an anecdotal opinion, or this area has a lot of old people and Alzheimer’s…. Well yea…. That would be expected, wouldn’t it, I would’ve loved to hear actual science around the damage this is doing). And then…..Lauren. If you truly feel passionate about podcasting, you should seriously consider getting someone to help you hone this skill. Your public speaking skills are really, really distracting. You are incredibly hard to follow and give the impression you did a google search minutes before taping. I Will probably never listen to another episode, but wanted to give feedback as to why you might not be reaching a broader audience.

5. Excellent - Love this show, super good information and very Informative. Dives way deeper than their Instagram profiles and if you want even more sign up for the membership! My only complaint is the sound quality sometimes isn’t great but it’s not as horrible as some other podcasts I listen too. The content is worth the struggle with the sound issues.

6. Great Info, but ear piercing voice - I really really love what the two of you are doing. I love all the info. Dr. Charlie, you are so calm, and communicate information clearly. Your dialog is focused easy to understand. I hate what I’m about to write next, but it’s just my opinion, and hopefully this serves to help improve the show. Lauren, your dialog is extremely unpolished. You speak incredibly fast, and with a lot of “uuuummmms”. Your train of thought is mostly scattered. Every once in awhile you a have good point, but I find myself wanting to hear Dr. Charlie’s perspective instead of yours. Lauren, it’s clear you have a lot of great and relevant experience, but I find you increasingly hard to listen to. Again, just my opinion, and I plan on tuning in for a long time.
2023-01-03
7. Informative Truth - It is so hard nowadays to know what is fact or fluff/fiction/exaggeration. Dr. Charlie and Lauren give you facts, not fiction. They do all of the hard work for you by researching facts and they back all of their research with results. They are truly concerned about your health and how to correct it. Not put a band-aid on it. Not make a profit. I absolutely love this podcast and appreciate all of their hard work. If you are looking to broaden your knowledge or a way to fix your health concerns this is the podcast for you.

8. dr charlie & nurse lauren are amazing - i am seriously so thankful for dr charlie and for nurse lauren! i have gained so much important health info from both of them. this podcast is amazing and i’m grateful for this platform, that isn’t as easily censored as instagram. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

9. A must listen for every parent! - I love the first podcasts educating about each vaccine. It took me years to figure out the harmful side effects of vaccines as I’m a nurse practitioner and we are brainwashed in the medical field. If I could do it again I never would have vaccinated my children. Thank you for including treatment options and not leaving us hanging with just the bad news. You guys are amazing!
2022-12-04
10. Thank you! - I’m so grateful for these two empowering people to take control of their health! Please keep having these conversations, I can’t say enough how much they’ve helped me. The one and only thing I ask is that the blog of all this info is linked with the episode. I can’t find it anywhere. Again thank you so much, I look forward to learning more!
2022-11-15
11. So much potential. - I am only writing this because of how much I believe in the work of these two healthcare professionals, and think that this podcast has so much dang potential. The topics covered have been great and there are certainly nuggets of helpful information in each of them. However, they are allll over the place. There appears to be little to no collaborative preparation for the episodes and it’s much more stream-of-consciousness style. While this may work great in many podcasts, I don’t think it works in this subject matter. The conversations so far have been much too niche / nuanced, and i think require more intentional structure and order to be digestible by the average non-medical person. Of course, you can only scratch the surface of these topics in a min podcast episode, but my critique would be to focus more on quality of info the quantity. Anyway, again, I am so grateful for the work of these guys, and just want to offer a hopefully constructive critique.

1. soooooo relaxing - i love love love this podcast and jessica's voice - i also love the content, and i love that i don't have to pay attention to the content to get its gist. i have a hard time falling asleep; my mind races like crazy. but this podcast goes a long way toward getting me to sleep. i'm super grateful for it

2. SERIOUSLY WORKS LIKE MAGIC - I’m a new listener here, but a longtime listener of “sleep-aid”podcasts. This feels like medicine for the anxious brain. I nod off fairly quickly and easily. Podcaster’s voice, speed and tone are perfectly soothing. I can’t wait to listen to more. Glad I found it! Finally a magic pill for sleeping!

3. Great full - I’m great full to have found this podcast. I’ve struggled with addiction, alcoholism and depression I’ve been sober for years now and I’ve still got to take it not just day to day but sometimes just hour to hour and this podcast has helped me stop dwelling on my past and to focus on my future and dwell on more positive things. I’ve been working on forgiving myself and thinking positively about my life. Keep doing what you do your a blessing!!! Thank you

4. Thank you, Jessica, for doing this… - Jessica’s voice easily has the power of two Benadryls, and I’m seriously grateful for having found this podcast. It’s often difficult for me to let go of the day and/or to quit thinking about what I’m facing tomorrow. I think this series of meditations does one important thing really well: it helps one focus on the now, on listening to your body in the moment, on letting go of negligible worry in favor of the natural rhythms within. It’s my very favorite catalyst for sleep. All the best, Dave

5. A great addiction - Thanks for helping me calm down when I am too worked up to sleep. Enjoy your melodic hypnosis and it starts when you first talk and not after “get in a safe and comfortable position and let’s begin.”
Have recommended Koko Magic to my kids to try with their children should the need arise. Joe

6. Magic - Hello Jessica, I’m a commercial fisherman from Alaska, there’s many long fishing days up to hours of hard labor. Sleeping well is important to me while commercial fishing out on the open water. It can be difficult to catch some ZZZ’s but after finding you on “ Sleep Wave “ I’ve been able to comfortably catch some ZZZ’s. I followed you from “ Sleep Wave “ and I want to thank this opportunity to share how thankful I am for your podcasts, it truly has changed the way I catch some ZZZ’s. Alright I’m off to catch some ZZZ’s now listening “ To The Light House “

7. Real - I love how relatable you are in each episode. You speak to people in a way that they can understand- regardless of background, education, or personality. It’s a skill. And as a speech language pathologist I give you major props. I saw someone else ask if you’d consider doing an episode or two for aging adults with memory issues and I’d like to piggyback off of that idea. Many people who live with aphasia (a language disorder, usually due to a stroke), have difficulty following along with podcasts because of the audio-only aspect, rate of speech, and complex language, so I wonder if there could be an “aphasia-friendly” meditation or hypnosis for them that they could benefit from. Living with aphasia can potentially cause depression, anxiety and/or sleep issues so it would be well received! Your voice, style, and easy going approach are just perfect for the job. Just a thought. No pressure haha. Feel free to reach out and I’d be happy to collaborate. Thanks for all the ’s ! -Giti

8. Sleep hypnosis for the elderly? - Jessica, have you ever considered doing an episode for the aging baby boomers? Anxiety about memory loss, dealing with chronic pain—so many conditions that could be aided by your method. Love the podcasts and thanks for the way you handle breathing. I can’t breath deeply and hold it without coughing, and that wakes up my husband!

9. Finally sleeping! - Thank you Jessica! I seem to wake up around : am and then toss and turn, filled with anxious thoughts until I have to actually get up. But Sleep Magic is helping me so much! Since I started listening to Sleep Magic I have gotten right back to sleep! Thank you for explaining minute sleep patterns. Just understanding eases my middle of the night anxiety!

10. Amazing - I don’t typically write reviews, but when I do it’s because I’m blown away. I have no problem getting to sleep or staying asleep, but this podcast has improved my quality of sleep ten fold. Relaxation doesn’t fit into my daily, so getting to have this deep relaxation each night is dynamite. Thank you!!!

1. - Absolutely incredible episode. I found myself at the beginning just not jiving with this episode and it wasn’t something I was even very interested in But I stuck with it and after about minutes found myself having to stop and let all these bits and pieces Sink in. It literally has taken me nearly days because some of the points and insights are so powerful. Absolutely beautiful episode. I will come to it again and again.

2. Packed with great information - This guys cares! He is so smart and kind and inspiring. Each episode is chock full of amazing information. I learn something new every episode that I apply to my life. The best episode so far was with DR Mindy Pelz. Fantastic interview on a subject that absolutely needs to be fore front in health.

3. Putting it to the test - I’ve been incorporating a lot of the information I get from this podcast into my life, and my health has significantly improved. I have more energy, I sleep better, and I’ve become stronger. I found this podcast through you tube while I was looking for advice on how to improve my health, and this is one the best.

4. Insightful podcast - This is my absolute favorite podcast! I began listening to Dr. Rangan Chatterjee podcast about six months ago and look forward to the biweekly episodes. I’ve even listened to many of the recorded podcasts before that time because he is such an excellent interviewer. My favorite thing about the show is his insightful questions as well as allowing the interviewee speak about the subject without multiple interruptions. Highly recommend his show!

5. Thanks - This is such a thoughtful podcast and the host is very genuine and engaged... and he has a lovely voice. It does seem very male centric though and would be refreshing to cover more women’s health and wellness which is underresearched or discussed. I have an immediate recommendation: Silent Fire by Dr. Shilpa Ravella—about the history of gastroenterology and it’s AMAZING—brilliant and impeccable researched as well as shocking in how Americans are slowly killing themselves with food. How to hear that interview!
2022-11-27
6. Mixed feelings - I love this podcast, I’ve learned and benefited greatly from many of the interviews. This one was interesting but I think it may need a cautionary disclaimer similar to the one about fasting for people with eating disorders. If, like myself, you are in a dark or fragile state because you’re struggling with depression this one might not be helpful at this time. Wait until you feel stronger within yourself.
2022-11-03
7. Transformative - Truly such a powerful show. I appreciate all the immense effort and research and time that goes into each and every episode. It shows in the quantity content. Each episode leaves me inspired and with a lot to reflect on. I find myself thinking about the conversations for weeks afterwards!

8. Voice of reason in these chaotic times ! - Thank you good Dr. For your level headed advice on health and well being.. you don’t need me to tell you what stressful times were going through (and I mean everybody on this little blue marble!).. but change comes one individual at a time ..and by practicing the information in Dr. Chatterjees book “feel better in five “…you’ll have tools to navigate through the crazy times we’re living in ! rock on Doc!

9. Amazing guests but the host??? - The guests are great but if only he would let them talk! . He’s always trying to show them up, always trying to impress them that “I already do this, I already practice that”. I am so holier than thou. Just get off your high horse and let them talk! Why so condescending? Stop patting yourself on the back! Let them talk! Enough with your own “I’ve been reflecting”. We get it. You’re more precious to mankind than gold. You’re a gift to humanity. Got it!

10. One of my Go-To podcasts - I love this podcast and feel Rangan’s genuine enthusiasm and humanity. He talks about things that I value…..health,relationship,living more organically and authentically. I like this man, I like his voice and passion for the topics he presents. Thank you, Rangan, for diving into the areas of life that help your listeners improve our experience of these things in our own lives

11. Inspirational!! - I enjoy listening to your podcast and have to say episode with Jonny Wilkinson was truly inspiring. So much of the story of his life he shared resonated with me and actually made me think of things about my past which I had never thought about before. Framing how the past does not dictate your present or future literally made me stop and think about that deeply (and I was in the middle of a run at the time). This particular episode will be repeated for me!!

1. Who to believe? - Im tired of conflicting advice. I think everyone should be transparent with their research. I want to hear about who funded his research proving that total cholesterol in the body is unrelated to cholesterol in the diet All speakers should elaborate on the research funding. We also know that one size doesn’t fit all. I’d like to see an episode with solid research on TOFI
2023-03-23
2. Disappointingly Biased info - I want to like this podcast, but it’s hard to when the type of guests who come on and information shared are clearly biased. There seems to be an agenda to eat meat everyday. I am not plant based or vegan, but I still find the info shared here to be one-sided. None of the renowned cholesterol or cardiovascular scientists are ever invited here because this podcast promotes eating animal protein a lot. And the fact is that animal protein does come with a side of cholesterol and heart disease. The host himself said that his ApoB (predictor of atherosclerosis) is higher after incorporating more animal protein and he says he is trying to figure out how to reduce his ApoB. Um, eat more plant protein like legumes and tempeh, rather than meat and dairy. Overall, one can’t get reliable scientific evidence from this podcast. If you really wanted good science on health and what practices to incorporate - listen to “The Proof” by Simon Hill.

3. Always selling - I’ve enjoyed content from this website over time & yet it’s become more and more sales/marketing oriented.
The guests are constantly selling. Dr Amen was over the top, selling not only his book but his many books, supplements and then additives all within the first few minutes and without disclaimers.
Stick with the content and ads but stop the constant marketing or inviting guests that heavily market their multiple products. It’s too much and taking advantage of your audience and causes lose in credibility.
2023-02-27
4. Quick to listen, slow to speak - Exactly what Dave Asprey said in the Lucky Charles vs Steak episode—you interview your guests with genuine curiosity, and that curiosity is infectious! You consistently let your guests say what’s on their mind before responding, and your responses show that you’re actively listening. Episodes feel more like a conversation between two friends rather than an interviewer/interviewee dynamic. Your show is refreshing, thank you for being you.

Thanks for the day water challenge and for all the wonderful, informative podcasts! You are an extraordinary human! I loved being a guest on the show as well. You are interested in what your guest has to say and it’s really about serving your audience! You are a gem

7. By far the best episode EVER Dec , with Shelly Lefkoe - This episode literally blew my mind. I was hanging on to every word and learned so much. It allowed me to unpack so much that I didn’t even realize I needed to. I saved it so that I can listen to it again. I’m sure I will hear something I didn’t the first time. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

8. Incredibly Informative and Enlightening - I’ve been listening to Dhru’s podcast for more than years. 9. Good Show but Interviewer is not a Journalist - I like this podcast, but I wish that Dhru would challenge the guests a little more. For example, Mindy Peltz said she was blown away that a woman who had a hysterectomy did not need hormone replacement later in life and she attributed this to fasting. A hysterectomy is removal of the uterus, and nothing more. The uterus does not make hormones. If this woman had her ovaries, then there should be no reason she would not make normal sex hormones for her age. Since this show was focused on women in particular, I thought this was a very big oversight. Surgical removal of the ovaries is an oophorectomy.

10. Wonderful inspiring podcast! - I just listened to your most recent episode and felt like it was a perfect time to write a review. I’ve been listening off and on for almost a year and it never disappoints. I think Dhru is an incredible interviewer. He’s so respectful of his guests but not afraid to challenge them if they something contradictory. I’ve learned so many life-changing hacks from him and Mark Hyman. I can’t recommend this podcast highly enough if you’re looking to take your life and health up a notch Dhru - if you’re reading this THANK YOU for episode . Doug’s story was incredible. I loved every minute of it and think his story is so important to share. I’m in tears at the end.

11. My spontaneous coronary artery multiple heart attacks - I absolutely love your show and I feel like I have learned so much! I am a five time spontaneous coronary artery dissection heart attack survivor! I have four stents, and had emergency triple bypass. I would love to see somebody talk about SCAD. It is a frustrating disease as I am very fit, extremely healthy, and struggling and scared for my next heart attack as it happens every time of the month. Please help! I would love to get some insight.

The Expanded Podcast is the leading manifestation podcast, hosted by Lacy Phillips, founder of To Be Magnetic™ and co-hosted by TBM’s Director of Podcast & Media, Jessica Gill. It’s based on Neural Manifestation™, TBM’s unique process that’s rooted in neuroscience, psychology, epigenetics, and energetics– with a little spirituality sprinkled on top. While Expanded ranks as one of the best spiritual podcasts, our focus is really on the science and psychology behind manifestation. ...

1. Never listen anymore… - I used to love this podcast when Lacy hosted and I only stay subscribed now for the rare occasions when she returns. But even when she’s back, it’s not as good as it used to be. There used to be magic and spirituality. Now it’s all so-called “neuroscience.” It feels like Lacy is just using us all to “manifest” her luxurious lifestyle and has left us in the dust.
2023-03-24
2. Contracted… - Update: Why does Jessica pronounce words like “dream”, “true” and “strong” like “jream”, “chrue” and “shtrong”? Her voice is nails on a chalkboard. Just end the podcast if it’s going to be so bad? I got so turned off by the superficial turn the podcast has taken that I let my pathway membership expire after years. Earlier review: Only listening to episodes hosted by Lacy from now on. I’m not triggered by Jessica, I’m just bored and turned off. I’ve been listening since Lilah was with TBM and she brought a great intuitive depth to the brand, so I believe Lacy could find a better co-host than Jessica. The quality, depth, and range of the conversations on this podcast have really fallen off since Jessica started hosting. I used to be so excited to listen to the new episodes every Friday as soon as they came out, but now I am several weeks behind and just not taking away as much inspiration since Jessica keeps things surface level and trite with responses like “ah! So beautiful.” I have been a pathway member for the past three years and the work has profoundly changed my life. But please, please bring back Lacy as host or find someone more skilled in going deep in order to create thought provoking conversations. I am baffled watching the credibility of TBM go down as Jessica gets inexplicably more and more involved. Her takes are vapid. I guess this is my shadow around sounding stupid and uninformed before speaking. However, both things can be true. Jessica is vapid, and I am triggered by vapid. I’ll work on this shadow, but will Lacy please come back to her brand or at least acknowledge she is barely involved anymore and has left her (in my case long-time) paying customers with a horrible replacement?

3. Process Ep - Sorry but the latest process episode with Meagan and Jessica was a little cringe. Meeting, dating, getting married and having a baby in less than a couple years seems very trauma bond-y to me, Especially when Meagan claimed she had to get married in . Also alarming that her husband has an IG post proclaiming his love for another woman (v Italian of him) in . Your current partner (especially husband) should not have romantic words for former partners on their socials. To think otherwise is codependent behavior and spells disaster. Women: demand more from your men.

4. Underwhelmed, no longer useful - I felt a ping to look at the reviews for the podcast after listening regularly for four years. “It ain’t what it used to be” seems to be the common feeling. And I agree, I’m not expanded by it any more. Haven’t made it through a whole episode in a while. It’s become shallow and corny. Jessica doesn’t trigger me, but I do feel a let down by the hosting. Couldn’t put my finger on it until reading the reviews of others. Happy to share suggestions if TBM is open to improvements.

5. Grateful for this podcast and community! - I usually don’t do these reviews, even though I listen to a good amount of podcasts, but I was compelled to write a review after reading a few recent reviews. I am completely new to TBM. I was introduced to Lacy, TBM and the Expanded podcast in when I first listened to the bean protocol episodes. I decided to become a pathway member in November after only listening to a handful of podcast episodes. I was originally hesitant, because I felt like TBM had a weird cult following vibe, especially around Lacy. However, now being in the TBM community for a few months, I feel at home! The podcasts episodes are long, but very insightful. I really enjoy Jessica’s interview style and listening to her talk about her journey. I take away the nuggets that apply to me from Jessica, Lacy, the coaches and other guests. I understand different strokes for different folks, but I am grateful for TBM and the Expanded podcast. Thank you!

6. Good info but un relatable - As someone who lives in the town near where she grew up I was very excited to start listening to this podcast. However her lavish life in la is not relatable. Everything she promotes is amazing quality however so expensive. I was so excited listening to Karen Hurd and when they said the courses were inexpensive I was shocked at the price. I am sure it is worth it but a high price. I am not sure if this podcast is only for the everyday person, it’s more aimed towards the people who can afford the high end lavish life even if it is organic and wholesome it’s unattainable for some.

7. Change of host changed whole vibe - I actually like Jessica so this is not a personal criticism of her, but it’s a completely different podcast now with Jessica hosting -% of the time. Lacy was the secret sauce and what made this podcast really work. It’s Lacy’s technique. I respect that Lacy has rearranged her priorities but there’s no denying that the podcast suffered
2023-02-11
8. TBM went downhill - I have been a TBM pathway member and podcast listener since . I loved TBM when Lacy was more at the forefront, but now Jessica and the coaches drive the main content. Lacy is just microdosing it up while others are handling the brand. I actually really like Jessica and she does a great job. But where is Lacy? And Janelle is only here to boost her own EMDR sales. The TBM brand is now commercial and diluted. Every podcast is pushing expensive products on people. TBM is always finding ways to make more money off of its members with their add-on video courses and affiliate products- flower remedies, light therapy, skin care products, etc. Very sold out vibe now. Disappointed.

9. Bring back Lacy PLEASE!! - Lady’s shares were so deep and relatable and unique. Only love for Jessica but i think it’s be fun to have her as an occasional guest. It feels really difficult to relate to hee: her energy is a bit too light and mainstream. Lacy is such an individual and her open shares were profound, as well as her interviewing skills!!!
2023-02-10
10. Not what it used to be - Ever since the episode of Lacy suggesting that depression isn’t caused by a deficiency (which the guest handled really well) and also not having patience for people who are struggling to change I haven’t been able to get through an episode. I have been a weekly listener for a couple years and a pathway member for but let my membership expire since I don’t love the direction it’s headed. I actually don’t mind Jessica, but like others have mentioned there has been a shift into promoting products that most people can’t afford and rather than scientific backing for manifestion with a hint of woo-woo, it has become mostly woo-woo with a hint of the neuroscience aspect. Be careful out there, the woo-woo to alt-right pipeline is real.

11. Use to love this podcast - This podcast has supported me through some tough times in my life. I was a constant listener back in //, but recently have been struggling to finish an episode. It seems the frequency of the message has shifted. I miss Lacy hosting the podcast & something about Jessica rubs me the wrong way. It’s the air in which she conveys her message that is rather off-putting. Hoping this helps as it seems like several other people are picking up in the same tone.

1. ALPHA GAL - You could have a good show. Like one where we don’t have to get a political dose of whoever the guest is. I’m really tired of attacks on people who don’t eat meat. Ever heard of Alpha-Gal? It’s no joke and not a life choice. I’m also tired of hearing ANYONE using the word WOKE. It died with Betty White, and is now a signal of verbal-dorkness. Your guest Luke Storey attacked both of these ideas within the first minutes of his interview. That doesn’t sound all that balanced or emotionally healthy to me. Why did he have to get his digs in? Was looking forward to his story but I think I know all I need to about him. Pass, and seriously considering unsubscribing.

2. Dr Shah - I wish you would talk with your guests ahead of time and vet them for their actual intelligence. Dr Shah sounds like a high schooler who is BSing their way through an essay. That was one of the most shallow, unintelligent episode I’ve ever heard. Everything she said sounded like a highly uneducated, ignorant, supposed doctor.

5. Incredibly helpful - I’ve been listening to this podcast for years and have discovered profoundly impactful information here. So grateful to Dave for sharing what he does. Most recently, I tried the Quantum Upgrade subscription service after hearing about it on the podcast, and I’m feeling a marked improvement in my chronic health symptoms from using it.

6. The smugness! - He will never live to be years old he’s ridiculous. I don’t trust him anymore. Bought his immune support which was predominantly ascorbic acid, an inferior corn derivative and a GMO. Also bought his ounce Deathwish coffee which besides being just meh was only ounces.
His collagen product never lists the source of the collagen and I bet it’s low grade hooves and hides collagen not trachea and sternum which is high-quality. He’s a businessman and his business is selling his products which are over priced and take at least a week to arrive even if you buy it on Amazon. I will have no more false gods before me!

7. Dave and his incredible rude comments - Dave you make a lot of rude comments about groups and people with other beliefs other than yourself. You should try to be more of a scientist and less of a wounded individual. Groups that are fighting for the lives of innocent animals are not terrorists.
People who would like to live vegan and vegetarian, have a right to do so without you crapping on them. Dave, you can be incredibly rude and insensitive and you should stop trying to be a comedian because you’re not funny at all. You just end up being incorrect, non-compassionate and insensitive. So for those reasons I can only take you in a little bit some doses because you say a lot incredibly rude incorrect things. You are often immature not the kind of person that people want to follow.

8. Host could use a drop of humbleness - Pretty good show, with fantastic guests. Too bad the host is insufferable, with constant boasting and bragging, every word of his is an ego trip. I really love the guests he is bringing but every question, every comment the host makes has the pure purpose of boasting himself or showing off about something. The show would be so much better if the host would put his me-me-me attitude in the background, be a little more humble and approach the guests with true openness and curiosity, instead of the “ I know this all already, listen how awesome I am” attitude.

9. Baptiste is a charlatan - I’m not surprised to see Baron here as birds of a feather flock together. Baron is a con man who has created a cult. You pay - k to attend his training only for him to sleep with pretty blonde students. He’s posted some pretty gross things as well defending trump and he is not the yoga teacher you want to follow. There are many more out there that really know and practice yoga.

10. Idea - Hi, Dave,
This show is the most informative, entertaining, and useful podcast I’ve ever listened to.
Could you make TrueDark Contact Lenses?
I bet they’d be extremely efficient, block out more junk light (that comes in from the sides) and helpful for people who already wear prescription glasses.
It’s something to think about if you haven’t already considered it. All the best

11. Best podcast for health optimization knowledge that isnt paid for by big pharma - I have been listening to this podcast for over a year and a half now and love it. Everyone will love it and there is something for everyone. Health should be data driven and personalized. The episode on September th said it so well. Im going to get my testosterone check just to see. I know its not health advice or approved by the fda but im going haha. Its so truthful. I just texted health to and never got the free e book though. Does anyone know if i typed in the wrong number? I want the e book with the secerts. It was the male hormone episode in September

1. New subscriber! - The most recent episode about our relationship with alcohol could not have come at a better time. Something very traumatic surrounding alcohol happened to me and ever since I've just been a different person. This podcast really encouraged me to dig deep and take a step back and address the real issues in my life.

2. I’m addicted to Les! - First, I am not a black girl, but I consider myself an ally, but have SOOOOOO much to learn in my whiteness. Second, I was introduced to Les by my daughter who was briefly mentored by Les for a short while in college, but it took me years and many changes in my life to connect with Les’s podcast and I’m now in love with listening to her every day! I’m still catching up on her past episodes, but am currently listening to Oct , , the th anniversary of the show and I’m grateful for all I have heard and learned from all of Les’s topics and guests these past years of episodes, compiled into the past months of my life. Simply U-MAY-ZING! Les is the best!

3. New Favorite Podcast - My friend reposted this podcast on instagram and tuning is was one of the best things I’ve done. The advice, the tips, the HONESTY, i just love this podcast. I’ve started doing more yoga and cardio just from listening. I feel like this is now embedded into my Tuesday morning Ritual and I’m glad. Thank you

4. Thank you! - I am new to this podcast and when I heard it for the first last week, I knew she was just the person I needed to listen to! I’ve taken sooo many notes and the life audit was an amazing idea. It’s crazy how you answer the questions and before you know it there’s a a whole page you’ve written. Thank you for aligning with your audience. I can’t wait to see what this year has in store for your podcast.

5. I appreciate the delivery of information - I’ve taken some notes-to-self from health tips , to money health, to community building. I like how Les, doesn’t talk from a place of right or wrong but from a place of what’s true. She doesn’t ridicule those who may not know some of the information or those who choose to do things differently.

6. In love - I have been searching for episodes that really speak to all the changes I’m going through especially with new endeavors and business topics and this has been so satisfying to listen to already. Glad I found this podcast! Your voice is very pleasant to listen to as well! Overall refreshing and exciting find!

7. Wait are there more of us?! - On my journey to become a mindfulness coach and shed some much needed light on black witches , I found the bbg podcast . It’s unfortunate that it’s the only one with a black woman that I have been able to find but I’m certain the universe will show me more (and I’m definitely podcasting once I have the tools necessary) . In the health , wellness and metaphysical genre I endlessly search for woc to learn from . I myself am Afro Latina so I love that I finally found this podcast and one other by a dynamic Latina who are changing the ordinary and helping us all feel welcome in a space that we don’t often find our cultures celebrated in. I’m so glad spirit led me to this incredible show !! Did I mention she doesn’t spend the first minutes trying to sell her coaching ?! Perfeita ! Tão bom !

8. So inspiring - I had this podcast in my “library” for a while because I was looking for new podcasts to listen to as a young black girl. I’ve done this with many others and deleted them because i didn’t feel a connection. With this podcast I feel a connection . Connection for me is truly listening to these podcasts and taking the information and putting into my life. I love the money series because I want to make sure I don’t make the same mistakes everyone else had made, learn from these mistakes.I know this review is extremely long but I’m genuinely so appreciated by this podcast. I believe the things we listen to is extremely important. Instead of listening to music about negativity, I wanted a “healthy” alternative and decided to listen to things that help me grow both as a person and financially. I thank you

9. Weekly Inspiration - I love Balanced Black Girl podcast for several reasons. Every time I listen to an episode I am sending to my group of friends and family! I am inspired by the topics from financial wellness to health! I learn new information, its captivating from the start, her voice is smooth, and most importantly the content empowers me to become my best version of self.
2022-10-01
10. New series - Really appreciate this new money focus series and learning about the guest and their offerings. It’s so important that we have knowledge around our financial health and let go of the fear, judgement and limiting beliefs about ourselves and our capacity to be good with money. This is such an important series, excited to listen to the next episode!

11. / Love this series - Recently started listening to Balanced Black Girl and have made it a part of my daily routine to listen while I go on walks. I love it sm! I’ve been sharing episodes with my loved ones in hopes that they’ll tune in, too! Obsessed with the content and community Les has created and continues to create. Looking forward to the new Money series!!

1. I definitely feel like she’s my real friend - Actually love these episodes… usually always in the mood for one because it’s like a good chat with a friend. I love that Arielle tries to be transparent too and says what she’s working on and how far she’s come and seems open hearted … not too much spiritual talk but I can get that deep stuff elsewhere this is light and I always learn something health/beauty wise. Im proud of her and encourage her to keep creating and to keep expanding

2. My top fav podcasts - I wasn’t sure starting out because I didn’t know who Arielle was but its been a happy surprise. She’s a great interviewer and has a lot of really interesting and informative guests with different perspectives about wellness and beauty. I rarely miss an episode. Highly recommend!!
2023-03-23
3. Demeanor - It is such a relief to hear you talk about your demeanor. I keep on quitting alcohol, but then ultimately going back to it because I feel like I’m boring or I need to be more social or that I have these fantasies in my head of it making me more fun and like I need it to socialize. It’s really good to hear you say that you don’t rely on alcohol and that you’ve just embraced your personality who you are which might be the more serious, inquisitive type and it’s really helping me come to terms with that about myself as well, so thank you!
2023-03-22
4. Most listened to podcast for over a year now - This podcast is so important and integral to my weekly routine. Arielle’s soothing voice, pragmatic perspective, intelligence, and laid back humor feel so affirming and grounding to listen to! I’ve been listening for almost two years I think? I’m a PhD candidate in art history and her podcast is no longer just a a breath of fresh air from all of that stress but I’ve found ways to incorporate my own health and wellness beliefs in to all aspects of my life! I’m often cheering her on and feel like she’s a friend ha even though we have never met. I love the mix of more serious and light hearted stuff. Celeb goss is always fun. Also Arielle - I’d be interested to hear about your hormone experiences…especially since you’re not a fan of these hormone balancing influence types (nor am I - makes me feel even more lost and confused or wonder why I don’t understand my hormones as much as these other women).
2023-03-22
5. So informative and relatable - Don’t judge a book by its cover. when you think there’s no way this stunning LA blonde influencer can be relatable at all - you’re wrong. She’s so down to earth and relatable. She asks the right questions to the right people to inform and educate about topics that can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, and at times uncomfortable. Love her so much!
2023-03-10
6. I love Arielle - I love listening to Arielle during my walks . I started following her on Instagram last year and decided to give her podcast a list. Two minutes in the podcast I fell IN LOVE with it . I look forward to my walks because of her podcast . The blondfiles is a positive, chill and honest podcast. Arielle is so relatable. She is so encouraging and honest. Arielle and Harley Pasternak are the reasons why I started my health journey - especially getting those steps in. Thank you Arielle !! Keep the podcast up !!
2023-03-08
7. Deeper than other wellness podcasts - Arielles solo episode spoke to me & was exactly what I needed to hear today regarding pulling through after feeling tired without self doubt. I love most of her episodes and if I had to pick a least favorite topic, it’s Hollywood/celebrity gossip Thank you Arielle!
2023-02-24
8. Enjoying So Far… - I’ve listened to about a dozen episodes so far and enjoy the topics and guests on the show. Arielle is authentic, kind, and open-minded. I rated stars because I struggle with Arielle’s vocal fry - I know that’s super judgmental, but once I hear it, I can’t focus on listening to the topic. The second reason is because quite a few of Arielle’s guests have contradicted each other and this is a huge problem I have with the wellness industry, influencers, and podcasts. Various guests make different claims about the same topic and it leaves the listener confused and we end up wasting money on different products just because we hear about it. I would love if Arielle could somehow encourage guests who are making claims to bring in data/research to let us know what is legit or not yet proven to have results and link actual studies in the show notes. I respect someone who says “this has not been studied” or “the studies haven’t yet proven this to be effective.” Either way, I think this podcast has a lot of potential to be a fun and safe space for anyone who enjoys learning about beauty, wellness, and lifestyle topics.
2023-02-21
9. Hidden Gem Guests - One of the reasons I’ve been really loving TBF podcast, especially in , is that Arielle does such a good job at seeking out the “hidden gem guests” that not every podcaster interviews. As much as I love Dr.Amen, Joe Dispenza, etc, it gets old hearing the same people speak just on different shows. It’s a breath of fresh hair to hear a new person speak, maybe even someone without a huge platform already. For example, Lacy Phillips was such a great listen and I already bought her to be magnetic membership. I also love how open Arielle is about her alcoholism and drug addiction in the past and think she’s such an inspiration to anyone on how you can turn your life around.
2023-02-16
10. A great resource for expanding your view on wellness - I love Arielle’s podcast because it goes past the wellness basics we all know and really deep dives into lesser known and sometimes taboo topics. I feel like I’ve learned so much about sexual health, spirituality, fertility, happiness and more! Arielle has a calming energy and she a such an articulate interviewer. Her questions are always poignant and thorough. Check it out!
2023-02-02
11. Always leave the podcast wanting more - Part of my almost daily ritual is listening to the Blonde Files while I walk or run in the morning. Arielle is so fun to listen to and I always feel like I learned a lot after each episode. Please never stop recording episodes. I’ve listened to almost every episode at this point and when the new episodes come out each week I get so excited to listen to them.

1. Current news is ugly, Mike says it like it is - Reading these reviews has prompted me to join in. You can’t make a “silk purse out of a sow’s ear,”. That shows how old I am. Those that are repelled by Mike’s podcasts, enjoy the right to disagree made possible by Mike and many other right leaning news outlets. I’ve been following Mike for over years and he’s saying it like it is for many of us. I love his sense of humor, it helps to deal with our grim future under the present (pretend I got elected) government.

2. What is going on with your show - I’ve been listening to you for over a year and your podcast was one of the best I have heard and it was really informative to listen to it. I even listened to all of your downloaded books and they were great as well. It seems that in the last months your show has went down hill it literally bores me to death. I haven’t been able to make it through an entire episode for awhile. Hope it changes back to the way it was soon. Good luck to you and hope everything continues to go well for you and your family. My comments wasn’t meant as an insult just was wondering what happened x

3. Keep it Real - Hey Mike, I have always enjoyed your podcasts but lately I feel you are off and devisive..not liking the interviews so much or the songs you've been playing to get the point across. Love it when you are authentic and bring spirituality into your podcasts. Just a little constructive criticism from one of your loyal listeners.

4. Really enjoy his honesty, he’s very brave - Very smart, very informative and I really like when he shares information with us and others are too afraid to share I love his personality he is quirky but that’s what makes him so special! --: so sorry you lost your precious dog . Love your podcasts Love your information you are so smart

5. My best friend - I have been listening for two years and have not missed a show. I was born in . Mike is the best friend I never had. We have so much in common. I am glad the conversation is only one directional. I am afraid I would screw it up if I actually participated in the relationship. He truly enriches my life and has helped make me a better, well rounded man.

6. Your podcast - Mike, please don’t EVER stop doing your podcast. I look forward to it everyday! You are really doing a great job! Is there something wrong with the podcast here? It didn’t do the situation update today. It did on the HRR, but not Mike, did you ever get your files to open so you can run the Situation Update for --? Is it still not working? Are you still having blackouts? I really miss your podcast when it isn’t there. No -- podcast today???

7. So this is how it is… hmph - I’ve alway enjoyed Mike and his content, I still do! Funeeee man! / op but that’s okay… we know which to throw out. When we have a person using quippy humor to, within minutes, throw out N@S@ tripe, million story, and CeyeA “serial kier” myths/ops out as “givens”/truth, we know we have a problem. Next thing you know…. He’ll be claiming D@rwn had it right, LOL.!!! Whooohooo we gotcha, bud! Keep on keepin on!!!

8. Love —but a little confused - I love listening to Mike! Talk about a brilliant man. The depths of his intelligence really cannot be fully plumbed. He also has a very generous heart, freely donating to causes he deems worthy. The only thing I find confusing is that Mike claims to be an animal lover, saying “I hate to see animals suffer.” However, he is VERY quick to make fun of vegans. I am a vegan who is one because of the horrific animal suffering happening in industrial farming.

9. Come clean on the Heliocentric lie. - Time to tell the whole truth about the Heliocentric lie. NASA is not sending people to space. Moon landing is a lie. We do not live on a ball hurtling through a vacuum. Space does not exist how we are being taught. We live in a motionless plane with a dome (firmament) containing our atmosphere. We have been lied to since birth about where we are and who are.
2022-10-17
10. Price gouging/controlled op - Buying at retail each item bucket would cost me only $ max! He wants a whopping $!! All his products are this way. Very sad to see such irresponsibility and gouging of people. Fear porn salesmen along with his guests and they never actually bring up those people who are really behind this all either so he is controlled op. He also doesn’t know his history well.
2022-10-12
11. Grow up - Please stop with the annoying voices and trying to be funny because it’s not! It takes away from your serious stuff! Months ago you predicted vax by gun point . I think you are getting carried away with things a tad. We need good information given by a mature adult. Knock off the voices and the gay stuff . Thought you were married????

1. The Ad Choices Ruin It - Imagine trying to fall asleep after a stressful day. You don’t need these meditations enough to constantly pay for them, but once in a while. As you’re closing your eyes to the meditation you’re abruptly awakened by “COME SHOP AT ACADEMY SPORTS AND OUTDOORS” and firework-sequence music. Used to like these. That one ad ruined the z

2. Ads are disruptive! - I love this podcast. Truly. However, it’s so disruptive and counterintuitive to have ads for podcasts that aren’t calming as well. Please consider your listeners’ state of mind when partnering for ads. I look forward to the calming voices of this podcast to help myself sleep and after being inundated with talk show type ads that completely defeat the purpose of this podcast, am now wide awake. Please consider the harsh transitions between the beloved podcast and the ads you partner with for your listeners

3. I love this podcast please never stop! - I love this podcast! it’s one of the only few meditations that has a nd person point of view story telling and it makes a huge difference. nd person visualizations are great for distracting my brain from thinking at night. Unfortunately it takes me approximately hours to fall asleep so I do enjoy the longer meditations and would like to see more :)
2022-11-08
4. Ads too loud - I went from stars to with the advent of the ads voiced by outside entities. I don’t mind listening to ads when they fit within the volume and tone of the podcast, but I delete all the downloads that have a jarring ad. Voice the ads yourself. We listen to relax right from the start. Glad you’ve grown enough to attract ads, just update how you broadcast them please?

5. Best Sleep meditation podcast. - Using this podcast for over a year and a half. I can hear the same episode over and over because it’s like I’m hearing it for the first time. I’m asleep in under mins constantly. It’s not for everyone but if you need to think about something and to drowned out thoughts while sleeping, look no further.
2022-10-12
6. Not what it used to be. And please no more birds - I was a previous Patreon supporter, but lately I hear birds in every meditation. Bird sounds are a morning thing to me. They wake me up. And it’s such a fake, mechanical bird sound effect too. Night sounds should include peepers or crickets or how about silence? The only bird I want to hear at night is the soulful loon. And the music is horrid. It used to be good. Not relaxing at all anymore. I think they had light guitar music previously. I’m disappointed.
2022-08-21
7. Used for years and it keeps getting worse - I used tracks to relax for years. I was a Patreon supporter but the new content started to become spotty. Also, they would recycle really old podcasts as new. Now, they deleted a bunch of podcasts I used to listen to. Each time I attempt to use the podcast, another episode I used to use isn’t available. So basically they’ve all been shoved behind a paywall. So disappointing. I either fork over money again or lose access to podcasts I’d listened to before for years.

8. Still Awake at :AM - Doesn't work, and the advertisements in the middle make no sense. The guy's voice is full of mucus and saliva, which are too distracting in the mind's eye. As I write this during a wonderful July summer in North America, the most recent episode describes a crackling campfire and insects while camping around a lake in late fall, which makes no sense, especially with the snot and spit dripping from the guys nose and mouth. Someone please give him a tissue. Good night

9. The music is the best part - Don’t you dare take that away from me Also to everyone who says the affirmations are sad, I am sorry you felt that way and emphasize with why you would feel that way but
Sometimes you may be in such a dark mental space that you have no favorite moment of the day, or in general and so “being thankful for a place to sleep or something to eat” really helps. Sometimes the best part of empathy is to just acknowledge that someone may be feeling something different than you. You don’t need to change it, or worry. Just understand and be grateful you have those basic essentials
2022-05-14
10. Love it, but no AI please - Have been listening for months and I love the podcast. The male voice is preferred, but the female voice is okay, too. Recently one of the episodes used an AI voice as an experiment and asked for feedback. I Do Not like the AI voice at all. I’ll stop listening and stop my support if this goes to having an AI voice on any type od regular basis. Human voices change in meter, tone an inflection and are easier to listen to, IMO.
2022-05-11
11. Careful about these affirmations - The sound quality is nice. The voice is nice. My issue is with the affirmations being framed with negative words and the main trip that it takes went on may not be an affirmation one. This is not the affirmations that are phrased in a way that Louise hay of you can heal your life would recommend or other famous people in the affirmation fields. So there’s improvement need it there. I’m not sticking around for it but hopefully it will happen.
