1. Attachment - Hi friends So I just went on a first date yesterday & the attachment I felt was instantaneous. I knew I was just hurting my own feelings but I was telling all my friends and family “I’m in love with this man” after one date… I definitely needed to hear the Attachment episode and it has helped me tremendously. It made me realize the actuality of the situation and put it in perspective. If you tend to make up scenarios after one date, or place attachment onto people where you just end up hurting yourself… you need to listen to that episode. THANK U LEO BESTIE

6. One of my favorite podcasts - I have been following on tiktok for a really long time and really enjoyed the videos. The second I found out he had a podcast, I followed so quickly. Easily became one of my favorite podcasts I listen to everyday. Everything he talks about is so raw and real, no filtering. He has a way of almost making you feel seen, and you can just feel the positive energy.

7. I find this style of communication effective! - I love that this show isn’t a cookie cutter, regurgitated pot of information. Every show I listen to/watch is so blunt and real it doesn’t allow my brain to make excuses or run from myself. Episode Suggestion: I would love an episode on knowing what to do but being too self aware.
2023-01-21
8. I’ve learned so much - Leo is straightforward, honest, sweet and cracks himself up. It feels like I’m sitting on the couch with my bff who is either building me up or reading me for filth. Or both. Listening has helped me sort out so many things and made a huge impact on me. I’m moving different, but I also feel a lot less alone. Thank you

1. Always interesting - I continue to recommend Jordan’s podcast for its content, interesting guests, current topics and refreshing candor. News gets me down but I do want to keep apprise and Jordan does that for me. Smart witty and a bit ‘O snark keeps it real with he and Gabe on sensitive inquests. Jordan is someone you can trust to hand you the truth without shoving it down your throat. Hard truths with humor and compassion- we all need to hear it. Thank you Jordan!
2023-03-05
2. What's really going on - Jordan has an inquisitive nature combined with rock solid practicality. For me that means the guests are researched EXTENSIVELY, the questions are honest, and the learning I get is entertaining. This podcast delivers expanded perspectives from many experienced personalities with no nonsense.
2023-03-04
3. You NEED this podcast! - No matter what walk of life you are in or where you live - you need this podcast in your life. It is smart, funny, thought provoking and entertaining. 4. Really Sharp Interviews - The Jordan Harbinger Show is one of my go to podcasts because I always learn something helpful. I know it will always keep me entertained as I learn. I found the podcast when someone recommended one of the interviews about China. My background is in knowing the threat that the CCP poses to the US and Harbinger has good perspective on the matter and asks good questions to get solid answers. I continue to listen regularly and have learned a lot of very useful information for many other facets of my life. I highly recommend listening.
2023-03-03
5. Pinworm Acres - I cannot recommend this podcast highly enough. The eclectic variety of guests keeps it fresh and invigorating, and Mr. Harbinger’s breadth of knowledge and preparation for doing in-depth interviews with his guests is truly impressive. His demeanor is always respectful, curious, engaged and informed. He asks the questions we all want to ask. I have been listening to this podcast for two years and it has never grown tiresome or predictable. The only thing I find predictable is that I’ll always be engaged when I tune in. I like all his formats, although lean toward his long-form interviews. Truly an enlightening and edifying podcast.

6. Feels like talking with a wise and experienced friend - If you're looking for practical advice and incredible stories, Jordan Harbinger's podcast is the place to go. Every episode feels like a conversation with an experienced friend in the comfort of your own home - no criticism, only invaluable guidance and wisdom from Jordan and his guests. I highly recommend it!

7. This show is awesom - After many years of true crime, I need something that dives deeper into conversations about human behavior. I love all of the different perspectives from the guests they bring on the show, and feedback Fridays are awesome. As a social worker, I think you guys do such a great job of providing holistic advice for folks who are going through a wide range of complex experiences. You also present information in a non binary way, which is so necessary in our world today.
2023-02-25
8. Today’s Best Interviewer - I found Harbinger’s show after I stopped listening to another interview show after they moved to be exclusive to Spotify. Jordan is a brilliant interviewer and is very effective at getting guests to explain things that regular people (like me) can understand. I’ve yet to find an episode where he isn’t incredibly prepared on the subject he is discussing. He has a great sense of humor and humility but his killer feature is that ability to digest and explain a wide array of topics and to gain additional insight from his guests. And he doesn’t shy away from topics that challenge his own way of thinking. I like to have my thoughts and opinions challenged and his show helps me do that. His wrap up at the end of every interview is brilliant. He might be the greatest interviewer podcasting today.

I just finished the recent Colin O’Brady episode and I was sad when it ended. I’m recommending this to everyone. out of . Thank you for doing this!!

3. Best Long Format Interviewer w/ Open Mind - Rich has a special talent. His ability to navigate a long format interview is fantastic. He keeps the pace, he is respectful, curious and open minded. He challenges when appropriate but also allows for thoughts other than his own. He is vulnerable, humble and I learn so much from his shows. Thank you for all you do, Rich.

5. Quality Content with Warm and Personable Delivery - I have been listening to Rich for years now and I always look forward to the next episode. I am not athletic but I still enjoy listening to the high level athletes he has on. I particularly love the health and wellness information. The reoccurrence of themes and knowledge reinforces the learning and practice. It feels good to be able to incorporate nuggets and know I’m an active participant in my own health and wellness. BTW Rich has the most impressive vocabulary I have ever heard AND somehow does not sound pretentious. Big Fan

6. The best of the best! - Rich Roll’s podcasts are a go-to in order to not only learn more about the science of health and wellness, but also to be reminded of what it means to be human. Can’t say enough about how much I love RR’s style of listening. I come away feeling inspired and somehow more grounded every single time. A scholar and a seeker, Rich brings humility, intelligence and compassion to each conversation with a stunningly accomplished line up of individuals, each of which is contributing to the world in some exceptionally positive way. Thank you, RR!

7. New listener - Rich Roll has collected an amazing library of health, wellness and longevity podcasts. Truly inspiring. Plus the pods help with understanding better how to prepare for endurance sports. Mentally and physically. I don’t agree with everything the guests say hook-line-sinker, but I love the opportunity to open my mind to another way to look at a problem, society, and self. I am a physician and this is helping me to better listen to myself and my patients true needs. Super cool Rich, you got another regular in me.

I love hearing all the great stories of people doing so many amazing things in the world that I would have never known about. Highly recommend!

1. Wow, wow, wow!! - I am so determined to send this review and this is the third version since I accidentally lost the previous two!! Has my podcast playlist cycled through I seemingly came across this one by pure chance. After listening to it through completion I now see that it is as if it was sent by divine appointment and in the most timely manner. I will definitely be within the % who is jazzed from the onset of hearing the idea of taking the hour walk. I’m so grateful for both the podcast host and author and creator of the forementioned concept & their willingness to pursue their passions as well share the sweet fruits of their pursuits. I will definitely be passing this on to most family, friends, as well as clients in my role as a counselor and mental health pro. Thanks again for putting this out there to bless others in the community at large. I look forward to being able to share the experience and outcome of my participation in the concept and challenge of the hour walk. wishing you much love and an abundance of prosperity and passion in your pursuits! 2. Thank you - I started listening to Jonathan and The Good Life Project when I was living in a small Chicago apartment years ago (almost to the day). At that point in my life I was struggling with life numbing depression. But through filling myself up with inspiring content like this podcast I set a goal to lose lbs and to quit drinking. I accomplished that and today I’m the happiest I’ve ever been and it continues to get better. Not sure where I would be without listening to Jonathan and these inspiring interviews. Thank you

3. Tried sooo hard to like this! - All I listen to is podcasts. And I listen to thousands. NPR, self help, and anything to do with uplifting ones life is what I have in the back round while I do just about everything. Well, I was very excited when I came across this podcast because there were over episodes and I literally listen to podcast one all the way through all episodes and always look for ones with quite a few episodes as it’s usually an indication it MUST be good enough to keep pushing out content…. Right?!? Ummmm… I don’t know how he’s still doing it?!? I’m giving him starts simply because he has SOOOOO many incredible people on his show! Everything about this podcast is amazing except… HIM! I’ve literally never in my ten million listens ever left a review, but I simply can’t help myself. Almost every question he asks, he’s asking because he wants to give HIS answers. I’m always confused as to who’s the guest because he has this weird way of always bringing everything around to be about himself or his own experience. He interrupts his guests so often that it’s actually uncomfortable. I’ve given it - episodes and I simply can’t do anymore. He’s mentioned he’s a personal trainer in almost every episode (like seriously, because you meditate and work out doesn’t mean you can’t be a duche) and I’m actually very heartbroken about not being about to listen to anymore due to the content he seems to have. So I guess if you’re a better person then I or you’re into the ‘I’m so perfectly Zen, I stare at my perfect meditation body while I meditate for exactly . min every day’, then this is for you. Otherwise, check out other amazing podcast like Happiness Lab. P.S. I’m sure you’re a great person, but maybe try active listening when doing your interviews and worry less about what you’re hoping to add to the story. You have great topics with incredible guests! I truly wish you well!

4. Brings deep insight to the surface - I only get to about one out of of these, but love the meaningful and deep conversations. Jonathan is a gifted interviewer who gets beyond the book talking points and into the heart of the matter. I’ve come away from many of these interviews thinking and talking about the ideas with others in my life. In today’s world of surface level thinking and rapid movement from one subject to the next, this podcast is a breath of insight.
2021-11-14
5. A grounded and healing podcast - Jonathan truly knows how to speak from the heart in a honest and vulnerable way. Every time
I listen to his podcast I come out feeling more conscious of my own life. He and his amazing guests guide me through all facets of life. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone looking to begin or deepen their love for self, life, and even business.

6. I’m only halfway through my first episode but I feel compelled to leave a review - This podcast is phenomenal. I was brought here because I wanted to listen to Brene Brown and, to my surprise, I enjoy the host just as much as her! He has such a unique and important perspective that opens your eyes, mind and heart. I love the honest truth I’m already hearing and cannot wait to dive deeper. / Recommend!

7. One of my favorites - In a world of hundreds, nay, thousands, of podcasts, it’s tough to choose personal favorites. The Good Life Project is one of my top ones- so much wisdom and thought provoking content. I relisten to someone of the episodes multiple times, they’re that good (end of year/beginning of year) in particular. Also doesn’t help that the host has such a kind, soothing voice.

8. "Real People" Doing Amazing Things! - Just discovered this podcast and I was so excited to see that there are so many guests that aren't already hosuehold names. The information and content is powerful and positive. There are tangible ideas and strategies to use and apply. Really terrific listening that genuinely adds value to my day. Love it!

3. Validation of My Being - Listening to Lewis for just a few days now, I can honestly say that I’ve validated so many of my recent discoveries and learnings about love, life, and my mind. Having an original thought is a great feeling, but it’s an even better feeling to think you have one and then you realize that people are with you out there in the world, and people are thinking the same exact things and holding themselves back from the same positive energy that they need to make their days bright. I’m a huge fan now and will be listening all the time!

Neuroscientist, Dr. Andrew Huberman discusses motivation, external and internal rewards, and the importance of dopamine. Listening to these short episodes makes me want to listen to the episodes on the School of Greatness Podcast. Keep the greatness coming, Lewis.

It gives me not only motivation and positivities, but also stars intellectual curiosity to further explore and meditate on them throughout the day. 8. A No-excuses every-day essential! - Lewis’ content has inspired me for the better part of the past decade, and once again he’s pushing the envelope with a new format to continue delivering value. Back when I used to commute I’d knock out - podcasts a day. Since transitioning to working remotely it hasn’t been nearly as easy to sit through an entire podcast. These bite-sized clips are exactly what I need to be able to get these invaluable tips and motivation every day. I can throw these on while I’m washing the dishes, brushing my teeth, or doing any quick daily task. Once again, Lewis finds a way to inspire and educate us with fantastic content!

1. Honor your body now - Episode really resonated with me. I’d. love to see it explored even further. After years of dieting, I’m working on Intuitive Eating. This episode helps me realize that loving my body as it is doesn’t need to be a thing. Accepting it an honoring it and being kind to myself is the goal. All those years of yo-yoing and believing my worth was tied to looks and appeal have taken their toll. They do not have the final word! Its never too late

2. Awesome! - Kendra’s way of breaking things down and honing in on the most effective questions to ask ourselves as we navigate the endless hurdles of life is so awesome. She is encouraging, relatable, and a pleasure to listen to. I’ve just bought both her books and they are fantastic tools that I’m eating up. Highly recommend! Thanks so much, Kendra!

3. What’s Saving My Life Right Now - Kendra — the lazy genius. This is what is saving my life right now. We have four kids with one on the way. We decided to have our last two close together so currently we have two toddlers at the same time. I found out I’m pregnant with a surprise baby. Kendra makes me feel like I’m going to be OK, and that this season is temporary. She makes me feel like I can do this and that it doesn’t have to be perfect. Thank you Kendra!

4. Life-changing and smart (but the ads!) - This is the only housekeeping/daily life maintenance podcast I listen to. It is super practical, always helpful, and very down to earth - the mundane tackled for the modern, intelligent adult and even (dare I say) fun. Kendra is relatable, honest, and likeable. Several episodes have been game changers for me. My only complaint is the ads that interrupt the podcast in the middle- I’ve just gotten my focus going and there they are, jarring my attention elsewhere, even if I skip them. I would much prefer Lex Fridman’s method of getting all the ads out of the way at the beginning.
2023-01-27
5. - It’s really helpful for me to not ‘follow’ this show. I love so many things about the Lazy Genius Way and so many of these episodes, but I’ve realized that it’s so much more beneficial for me to find guidance on the things I actually need. It’s time to buy Christmas gifts? I’m going to find the LG podcast on that! Listening weekly feels repetitive (many have mentioned this in the comments) and often are broadly speaking to a topic I don’t currently have a desire to fix/adjust. In this season, it’s a pause. I’m sure I’ll look back and find something helpful that I missed! This is how I’m lazy genius-ing my current discontentment with this one. And I don’t mind the “woke” one bit!
2023-01-17
6. Just the Best - One of the two podcasts I listen to without fail each week. (The other is Happier with Gretchen Rubin) Kendra is like a fun older sister who helps you keep perspective on life and who helps you keep your house clean(ish) and your avocados ripe. My favorite episodes are Don’t Throw the Baby and any of the pep talks. So much love for this podcast!
2023-01-12
7. Kendra “Better Help” - I love the Lazy Genius way. Kendra is the (younger) “big” sister I needed when my kids were little, but now that they’re all high school and above, I have gone to back to grad school, and she is helping me Lazy Genius my way to getting reading and work done, keeping up with the house, pouring into my family and friends and feeling energized to keep going! Love Kendra; wish we were neighbors.

8. Adulting . - I love this podcast. Kendra is literally teaching me how to adult on a new level. I constantly use her steps in all sorts of ways, whether it’s planning dinner or dealing with hosting big family gatherings, she is walking me through it. I had way less stress this Holiday season because I focused on what mattered and kept it simple. Thanks Kendra!!

2. Phoney Bologna!! - Hey Ladies, Stop Apologizing written by Maja Jovanovic. Ring a bell?! You know the work you totally stole and put your name on? You’re good at Plagiarism that is for sure! Whole career has been stealing others work or literally winging it. Guess it doesn’t take much to be a self-help guru. OH SISTER, pull yourself up by your boot straps. Copy paste copy paste change that word copy paste.

3. The absolute worst - I don’t even know where to start. Just another wealthy white woman telling women to support her to make her more wealthy. She’s just mean in her videos and on her podcasts. I also hate how she always blames her team and never takes responsibility. Absolutely disgusting. Do better. Rachel isn’t a licensed anything so take everything she says with a grain of salt. She isn’t a licensed therapist and has no education or professional experience or accreditation.

4. Guided together - Your podcast is a blessing! I really got back into listening to you in and I feel like I’m living a spiritually guided path along with you. You talk about everything I love God, Universe, spirit guides, healing trauma, IFS, I could go on forever. The interviews you have been doing give my such a sense of like heck yes! This this is the stuff we need to be talking about. You rock and just keep on rocking! Thank you for your work. Sending so much love.

5. Good lady - I’m and / years old. Rachael is an awesome mom, girlfriend, and lady in general. My mom started reading “Girl, go wash your face”. When my mom told me she had a podcast I tried it out. The first day I spent the whole evening listening to her! Very positive and uplifting. I am a christian myself, but I don’t curse, and I don’t believe in the universe, so that’s why I gave her a four star. -

6. No Shame - She is a chameleon who changes her personality and values to leverage the vulnerabilities of people who are seeking connection. Essentially, she’s a grifter who will do what she needs to do to make money. She does not care for anyone other than herself. It would be great if she was truly “cancelled,” but toxic people like her are like cockroaches who always come back to gaslight people into thinking that their past egregious behavior either didn’t happen or shouldn’t hold them back from continuing their grift. And, sadly, here she is. People who care for others don’t do it for book sales, clicks, or likes. They just do it. Also, anyone who follows the deeply misogynistic teachings of Tony Robbins should be scrutinized.

7. Jeffrey - Hi! I am just wanting to send out my heart to Jeffrey, you, and your family, Rachael. I am praying that the poor sweetie will heal quickly, and that his anxiety and fear subsides with time. My baby girl, who has passed, was attacked by an Akita. It grabbed her neck, but her arteries weren’t punctured, thank God. I was just sobbing hearing about what happened to Jeffrey. I am a fellow animal lover, and I am so happy to hear he survived. I will also pray that Jackson and his friends will heal from this. This is one of the most traumatic things that can happen to a pet and pet owners. Shower your fur baby in lots and lots of love. God bless you and Jeffrey. I know the year will be much better for you from here on out.

8. Good.. sometimes - I’ve been on the fence about our girl Rach for awhile now. There have been topics that I’ve found really insightful and interesting, but the last few I’ve listened to I’ve waited for her to get to the crux of the episode just to listen to her babble like she’s sitting with her therapist. Obviously she’s working out a lot of personal stuff regarding her faith and the dissolution of her marriage, but that’s her stuff not ours and listeners don’t need to hear her work out her issues while somewhat discussing the topic at hand.

1. Thank God the guests are good - I come for the guests and their perspective. Chris Duffy is impossibly pompous and arrogant during the interviews. Any growth moments he shares about himself are clearly scripted. He has the world figured out already and has to read words someone else has written to convey moments of personal growth. It’s a shame since many of the guests are inviting genuine and authentic dialogue and curiosity. Chris isn’t up to the task.

2. Michael Schur episode September - - (Maybe) somewhat abnormally, but not to me, I will search apple podcasts to see if Michael Schur has been on any recent podcasts as a guest talking about his book “How to be Perfect”, his sports and random topics podcast called The PosCast with Joe Posnanski, his new working relationship with Meadowlark Media, the Dan Lebatard & Friends Network (although he’s soon (he hopes) to get fired from those shows) or lastly but most famously for his writing on The Office, The Good Place, Brooklyn , Saturday Night Live etc. I listen to Michael Schur because he makes SENSE! He’s logical, kind, considerate, humble, appreciative. He is HILARIOUS! He makes me laugh and he makes my heart happy. He adores his wife, kids, dogs. He wants us all to be better in any small way that we can and our combined efforts will make lives better, and we will be better for it. I was ELATED to come across this podcast today! Chris is a fabulous host! Great questions, insightful, clearly does his homework and above all, he’s an admirer of Michael Schur’s career and his efforts on and off the screen. This was a FABULOUS podcast and I can’t wait to listen to all the other episodes. I know I’ll learn something in every podcast.

3. lighthearted chat for learning - this is a great podcast to put on while I go on a walk! i laugh alongside Chris and enjoy his thoughtful anecdotes that always pair well with guests’ experiences. i have been eating with more mindfulness (buying produce in season, eating less meat) because of the Sean Sherman episode. i’d love to hear more from more WOC in the future

4. Best podcast ever! - I thought this one would be interesting to listen to because it deals with the psychology on how improve one self's behavior. The most memorable thing about this podcast is that it makes it memorable because all the ads that are sponsorships, are very helpful because Chris gives resources for people that deal with mental issues and other global issues, where he provides these resources to help raise awareness. I love that he always includes his CVS Red Nose Day and his sponsorship with the company of his favorite sock and tells that every time somebody buys a pair, the organization donates to people in need. I love that he has psychologists and other professionals, and they talk about how people can change or deal with new issues that deal with depression, grief and other mental problems. I also like it because it gives us a perspective that can help us learn even further from what Chris would explain. The one expert/guest that I liked the most was Dr. Lucy Hone, because she included mental issues that are most common in other countries and tried to connect them to the U.S. A question I would want to ask Chris is, how does he deal with mental issues himself? And how does he feel about the pandemic affecting it? And I would like to ask him this because since he likes it a lot and has his guests talk the same thing, I would like to see this from his point of view. Other topics that I would want the podcast to cover is that I would like to see a normal person, not an expert, but a normal guest, and I would like them to tell their story of dealing with mental issues and how do they deal with them, and what expectations do they have for themselves.

5. Love this! - So grateful for this podcast. One of my favorites to listen to when I go for a walk. Such a lovely source of empathy, optimism, and humility during a tough time. Also on a side note- I actually got one of the Apollo Neuroscience devices after hearing about it here and have been shocked at how genuinely effective it has been for managing my fibro symptoms. Thanks for making this podcast, your time and work are so appreciated!

6. How to spend money - I was struck by how different this episode was from my experience. The big insight seemed to be, spend money and time on other people not yourself. What annoyed me was the chuckle chuckle attitude that while this is what the expert recommends this isn’t what he does. I believe him. Being a big shot professor at Harvard is a place you get only if you put yourself first. I say this as an academic myself. At the same time, there are many people who do put others first, who spend money on others, who may even forget what they liked or wanted because they spend so much time focused on others. Ask any parent of an ill or disabled child, or an immigrant who will never work in their chosen profession in order that their larger family can escape oppression. In other words, the social conventions professor norton projects onto the rest of us reflect his narrow privileged but uncaring class, not the American experience as a whole.

7. Political arguments discussed by two liberals - First in a most empathetic and respectful way I’d like to bring forward some points on this episode. First there was no conservative voice or thought leader. Your bent was framed with fairly obvious left leaning positioning statements. For example why was the older uncle the conservative and the younger niece the liberal? Are there no young conservatives that could have made your story more believable?? They are out there you know. Your painting of the moral deeper fibers of conservatives are somewhat off base as well. It might have been important to put fairness in both categories. Conservatives believe in equality and fairness. indicating this is not a moral value for conservatives is incorrect. How we achieve it is where we may disagree. Also as conservatives you should have listed Freedom. That is probably the most important conservative value. Loyalty? Maybe you should have substituted Accountability. That would have been more accurate. So while I agree that we should frame our dialogue with finding ways to agree it might be best to have stepped out of this echo chamber and hear why conservatives feel our nation is polarized as well. Of course with all due respect to your guest. Maybe you can address this in a future episode.

1. Gabby Is A Miracle!! - I am so beyond grateful for this podcast and can't help but recommend it to everyone. Every time I listen there is just so much love and good energy that comes through. As someone really looking to deepen my relationship with the Universe and being a student of A Course In Miracles, this podcast came to me right when I needed it. Gabby is vulnerable, honest, and authentic. Her guests are absolutely inspirational. Overall, this is just a truly amazing podcast. Thank you Gabby! And thank you to your team!

2. Absolutely life changing, but… - Update; I’m now giving the podcast stars, after so many episodes I have realized there are too many ads. I get that brand deals and ads are how money is made. I believe that an episode with more than ad breaks is ridiculous, you get minutes of pod and minutes of ads. And it’s like that through the whole episode, even if it’s a bonus episode! I listen to this podcast to help me be more spiritual and to learn new skills, but after the first ad break everyone after that just irritates the heck out of me. I want to go back to loving this podcast, please do less ad breaks. I’ve never loved a podcast so much. She really does have an answer for everything! I’ve listened to every episode on Spotify, some more than once. If you’re Looking fora good, clean, fun self help podcast this is where it’s at.

3. Listen to Feel Good! - I love that Gabby is doing a podcast now for Dear Gabby! I went off social media summer and haven’t gone back. Gabby is one of maybe three people I truly miss seeing on Instagram. Her guidance has been such a blessing in my life. I first read her book Judgement Detox two summers ago. I was introduced to EFT tapping and have fallen in love with the practice. I’m an elementary school counselor and have now started spreading the joy of tapping to my coworkers, students, and families. I have gone on to read more of Gabbys books and have shared many of her teachings with others as well. If you have come across Gabby’s podcast it’s for a reason. Listen and enjoy! I know I do! I went to write a review and never finished my first one. Gabby is amazing!!! I cannot wait for the next book about IFS. I’m in love with it already.

4. Physical Pain Episode - I love listening to this podcast, but I do pick and choose the ones I listen to. I listened to Season , Episode hoping there would be something about chronic migraines/headaches. I have suffered from headaches since I was a child. One of my first memories is my mother giving me an adult aspirin crushed in sugar. I was diagnosed with migraines in when I was years old. I have been on lots of medications both preventative and acute. I have done acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, meditation, I still get at least one migraine a week. No trigger has been found. So any inner direction would be helpful. Thank you.

5. Expect miracles - After listening to Gabby’s minute positive affirmation meditation for days straight as recommended (and I still continue daily as I now have it memorized ) and Gabby was right - miracles did happen. I have been manifesting getting my healthy gf/vegan cookies with no refined sugar or inflammatory oils into Bonberi Mart for a year. Nicole (@bonberi) is a huge inspiration to me (and a friend of Gabby’s!). On day of this meditation I dropped off my first wholesale order of Superfood City cookies to Bonberi Mart which sold out in a week! It has been a long time coming and it all finally fell into place. I have never felt so sure that I am a miracle worker and that all is well

7. Guided Minute Meditation That Will Change Your Life - Came across a minute meditation podcast where Gabby asks you to listen to it for days. Then come back to leave a review telling what positive changes have occurred.
I have experienced a lot of magic and growth within me. So many teachers have appeared on my path through music, audio books (The Wisdom of the Council), books (Medical Medium), blog posts, and social media. All had a profound message for me especially with where I’m at in my growth. I was ready for every message, all were loud and clear. I’ve started the Medical Medium morning cleanse and have improved my health so much. I’ve created a prayer practice that happened organically because there was so much gratitude of all that was happening, I started talking to God, my angels and spirit guides more often-asking for help, support & guidance and also giving A LOT of thanks. So much more love has come to me and because of that, so much more love is at home with my family, and that’s been the best part of it all. Having improved relationships with my spouse and kids. Thank you Gabby! I continue to listen to this every night before bed . Sending all my love and gratitude to you!

8. Ep. / Nov. manifesting meditation review. All IS well! - I’ve been a big fan of Gabby’s for years and thorough enjoyed “May Cause Miracles” and “Judgement Detox.” This meditation came to me at the exact moment it was needed. I felt stuck in life, my partner was battling an illness that came out of nowhere, and I was slipping back down addictive habits that didn’t serve me along with anxiety and depression. So a -minute -day meditation challenge seemed like a “well, everything is going crazy, we might as well try this” thing to do. days later… I’m blown away. All I did was listen to the meditation as consistently as I could and I prayed for trust. My partner’s illness is healing beyond all expectations. My job has improved. I’m on a path for health and healing. And we found out yesterday that I am pregnant. I know, I know. This sounds too good to be true and unbelievable. Trust me. It feels that way, too. But it is true, and I’m living it. MAY cause miracles?? Y’all. This is insanely powerful. Blessings to all who hear this podcast, that it can bring as much joy and relief and happiness and wellness and comfort to them as it has to me. Thank you, Gabby. Thank you for sharing your spirit. All is well.

1. Out of touch with parenting - I really wanted to like this podcast, but the episode on parenting just left me feeling uninspired and unheard. It was as if the host and guests do not understand that everyone’s parenting experience is different and some struggle with the happiness of even being a parent. “Accepting that your vision of parenting is not reality” trivializes my struggle.
2022-11-21
2. Business speak for parenting - I’m a little surprised that something so nuanced, human, messy and beautiful as parenting is discussed like I’m in another business meeting. Modify your vision? Data seeking? No doubt these are impressive, smart people, and maybe it’s interesting to apply that filter to parenting, but I find it a little marrow and deflating.

3. Wow, I wanted to like this podcast…. - I really wanted to like this podcast and did enjoy the first season. I’ve made it to the episode “When Partnership Is Not the Destination” and it’s gone off the rails for me. I don’t mean this personally, but the host has “vocal fry” and sounds like a teenager or a satirical skit from a comedy show. In this specific episode, her disdain for single individuals is palpable. In her defense, she did share at the beginning of the episode that she believes she must, no matter what, be in a relationship. Okay. Honestly, I expect higher quality from The Atlantic.
2022-08-02
4. Single episode was disappointing - I was looking forward to listening to this episode and podcast and had to stop after about ten minutes. The content was limited. the interviewer was on one end of the spectrum and person interviewed on the other. I thought this might be an insightful and relatable episode. It was not.
2022-07-24
5. Please, I beg you - Olga should stop saying “like” so much. It takes so much away from what she’s saying. For example, in the friends episode: “As I tried to make friends for my personality article like I felt so awkward and like basically like a five year old on the playground and being like do you wanna be friends with me? And like, like I would literally rather do anything else than ask another adult that question like I’m wondering if that’s a universal feeling or like or what?” I counted at least from this episode from Olga and the first guest. Someone at the Atlantic noticed because most of the “likes” were removed from the episode transcript. It cheapens the show, especially because this is a highly regarded magazine. As a journalist, you would not write an article with that way, so don’t speak that way either. If you cannot be eloquent and sound professional, you should not host a podcast. Great subjects but it’s difficult to listen to someone speak so poorly.
2022-07-01
6. Hollow vanity project for a CV - Disappointed that this podcast is self-consciously attempting to be esoteric and erudite but is an Atlantic vanity project that, despite tossing out references to scholars & scholarship and employing the language of academia, is shallow. A discussion about the dichotomy of pain to define happiness is something a priest at my elementary school would have counseled. I would have expected much greater depth here. Yet that discussion, for example, ignores that people suffering real, chronic, debilitating, physical pain that does not kill them directly and never ceases. Further, rather than inclusion the podcast intentionally or not excludes the lives, experiences, and realities of the vast majority of the world. A podcast about the issues of heteronormative, economically stable, professionally successful white people on a quest to be % happier adds little or nothing.

7. Bring Arthur Brooks back - Something about Olga that feels too whiny and all about her and her relationship. I want good convos with good questions. I came across this podcast because I was looking for something positive, enlightening, educational. The first episodes were with Arthur Brooks and he sucked me in. From his voice, to advice, questions and he’s just a great listener. I’m not so sure if I’ll continue to listen. I’m sorry.
2022-06-23
8. Lost respect - This show was OK, it was something to listen to while working that I could sometimes connect with, then I listened to an episode in which one of the host stated how she refuses to recycle (for no good reason) and how this upsets her husband and she doesn’t understand why. The blatant disregard for our planet and others feelings, especially her significant other really touched me the wrong way. Will not listen again, and unfollowed.

1. Great perspective - Bedros allows us to view life from numerous different viewpoints by giving advice and perspective on different aspects of life. He has displayed how one human can grow in different points of life by building a brand, growing wealth, while continuing to be mentally and emotionally healthy. He seems to want all humans to grow and I recommend all listen to his podcast.

2. Very grateful! - Words cannot express my gratitude that I found Bedros on YouTube, which led me here to the podcast. I love both platforms, this just doesn’t have the interrupting commercials…especially when he’s getting right into the meat of a subject. As a person I’ve been on an enlightenment path since about . But recently my evolution has taken a turn, with a focus on myself as a MAN, and what that all is supposed to look like. I’ve found my answer here and I already feel a peace in my soul and energy that has been lost for quite some time. I listen to the episodes over and over and over again until I can finish Bedros’ sentence. Thanks to ALL involved with making this program work, I know Bedros is the face of the franchise, but everyone else involved deserves mad props too! Seriously, I love you guys and keep up the amazing, life changing and life saving work!

3. Very inspirational - I love this guy! He keeps it real and doesn’t sugar coat a thing. He gives a lot of valuable information. He interacts with the fans as well, really chill dude. I can relate to you because my parents came to America as immigrants, I feel like your the big brother I never had, I appreciate your content and for inspiring me to do better! He’s funny smart and very entertaining to watch. I’m still learning and in the beginning stages but I’ll get there I know it! Thanks for being real keep doing what your doing brother!

4. What Americans/Humanity need!! - I first heard of Bedros when I came across one of his YouTube video months ago. Something he said that day hit me and stuck with me ever since. I listen to this podcast because I genuinely believe I am becoming a better person, a better man. Bedros provides critical but helpful feedback, and daily motivation that helps me tackle the challenges I face. In a world full of fakes, Bedros is as real and raw as it gets. I truly appreciate all the tips and advice he provides as I’ve been able to look at life with a different perspective. He doesn’t just give you surface level advice but goes in depth with his personal experiences and his first hand knowledge in all aspects of life. It’s the first thing I listen to in the morning on my way to work and even my wife enjoys listening to him. If I could give it stars I would!
2023-01-25
5. Need vs Want - In a world full of people that seek out someone to tell them what they WANT to hear…Bedros tells us what we NEED to hear.
He doesn’t sugar coat anything. He doesn’t make false promises. He doesn’t speak from a place that he, himself, has not been at some point along his rags to riches journey.
Regardless of the topic, he puts his all into sharing as much insight as he can to help his audience become higher level versions of themselves. Guarantee you’ll be hooked after just one episode!
2023-01-25
6. A Real Go Getter - This is such a fun and inspiring podcast. Love it! He has such an honest and tough way of getting a person off their butt and making something of themselves. A no nonsense love for people and their potential. Entrepreneurs or the average joe can level up following Bedros’ advice. Pretty cool!
2023-01-24
7. No Fluff! Bedros is the Real Deal - Bedros has an incredible story of the American dream! Starting from nothing and becoming hugely successful. His mentality is killer and his podcast will make you tougher and more successful! Thank you Bedros for putting out great content! Happy for all your success and leading the way for others to follow!
2023-01-19
8. Started from YT Now I’m Here - I started listening to this podcast after my boyfriend sent me a link to one of his YouTube videos. I became a regular on his channel and figured I should come to the podcast and leave reviews. I’ve listened to so many podcasts from Brad Lea’s, Brook Castillo, GC, but none of them are as laid back and real as Bedros! Between the stories and the meat of the podcast, he makes you feel like you’re friends. He doesn’t feel fake at all and would % listen to this guys advice

1. FINALLY A GOOD PODCAST - It is SO hard to find a podcast that ACTUALLY hits the topic that’s advertised in the title. Almost every other podcast is people recapping their personal lives for % of it. I hate to say it, but I don’t care if you went to a wedding and walked your dog - I’m listening to help MYSELF. Sounds rude, but if I was interested in that, I would listen to the Real Housewives lol. I just love this podcast so much! I look forward to listening on my “hot girl walks” and it’s honestly the only thing that motivates me. It’s not all about fitness and how you look, it’s more about mental health which I enjoy!!
2023-02-24
2. SELF LOVE IS POSSIBLE - Thank you so much for being authentic and not glossing over stuff. When you teared up on one of the episodes, I teared up because I literally felt not alone. I am not a podcast person but I wanted to try one and I stumbled across your podcast and I am so glad I found it. I am struggling with a lot lately and I felt crazy. But listening to your stories and your words helped me understand my truth. Keep sharing your truth! You are special! I do have a request and I don't have social media but could you maybe cover addiction and enablers? Thank you if you do! Keep fighting xoxo

3. % RECOMMEND - I’ve never really been the type of person to listen to podcasts but I’ve been going through a lot lately and wanted to give it a try. I absolutely loved it. I’ve listened to half of the episodes so far, while driving, while working, while laying down and chilling in bed. It’s really helped me having someone talking and giving advice, even if it’s not directed specifically at me. Also, the host’s voice is super relaxing and I love listening!
2023-02-02
4. Bestie! - Ashley, you’re an inspiration to many, I absolutely love listening to you speak your thoughts and feelings each week. I unfortunately but also fortunately, relate to a lot of things you’ve been through. It’s really helped me to hear how you’ve navigated similar life experiences. You truly make me feel like I’m speaking with a friend. You’re funny, smart, honest to the core, and unapologetically yourself. I’ve had the pleasure of catching up on almost every episode at this point, your journey is incredible and I’m excited to see where your dreams take you.
2023-01-11
5. LOVE LOVE LOVE - I AM OBSESSED with this podcast. Like actually free therapy. I need more episodes bc i have listened to all of them like twice just such good advice. Like actually has made me realize so much about myself and my relationships. My self worth and confidence has gotten sooooooo much better since i started listening to this podcast!!!
2022-12-17
6. Refreshing - Literally listening to your podcast is like a good reality check that is very much needed. I love the feeling that I have an assignment but it’s one that I’m really interested in doing. I’m learning more about myself in a way, I’m a Cancer so I get really emotional when I overthink so I appreciate you taking the time to break down certain aspects of the topic of your podcast because your helping people like me, that need a friend more experienced in these type of topics. keep ‘em coming girl

7. Life saver!!! - Just a couple days ago I was spiraling out of control and my cousin sent me your podcast and I have to say you have truly helped me get out of my head and start to focus on what’s really important. 1. These separate shows… - Rachael on the ramsey show struggles a bit so I thought the separate podcast would be better. Maybe she’d be more in her element, a little less scatterbrained, less weird regurgitation of her dad’s views, and overall more interesting (and interested - she often feels like the girl that was called in in class when answering on the show). Just not quite there… tried listening to a few shows and could hardly make it through any single one as a whole. Most of the stuff is very common sense and her views are half heartedly explained stand-ins opinions of her dad. It honestly sounds like someone else created a script for her while she comes in to vamp on the bullet points last minute on. Where’s the passion? What pulls in people with Dave is his character and passion. Rachael hardly seems like she has a pulse in these and almost zones out herself. I’m not sure if it because she’s never struggled a lot herself that most of her views are pretty simplistic and lack tactical value. Honestly though, that’s par for the course on most of these personalities solo shows.

2. My new favorite podcast! - I truly love this podcast and find it to allow me to feel very real and normal when I’m trying to make life changes to my finances. I love how Rachelle presents information. She has a beautiful and positive attitude. I’m very thankful for finding her podcast along with many other podcast in the Ramsey Netwerk. My family and I are starting our journey on financial freedom and this podcast is a fun and easy way to dip into the waters of financial freedom!

3. Love the show! - I do think today’s episode is incorrectly listed. It was supposed to have George Camel and it had the minimalist who were on last week’s episode ….. still absolutely love the show just wanted to give you a heads up. I think the second half of the show is last weeks episode. Still absolutely love the show! - Weekly listener Bailey

4. Incredibly encouraging - I love how encouraging Rachel can be about getting a hold of your finances. She makes me want to keep on pursuing financial peace and I love listening to this podcast for that reason. I also like how some of the “common sense” knowledge she shares is said so timely, they are the best reminders to continue being disciplined with my finances!

5. Make your high school/college listen to - It took two weeks texting my daughter yr college freshman was working a summer job before college started that allowed her to use her AirPods. After only episode she called me and just started asking questions about cost and how she could save money etc. But the best thing she told me was mom this is inspiring!

6. Financial habits start where you grew up - Thank you Rachel and siblings for your real world, honest discussion of how you grew up and how your parents money journey affected you then and how it shaped the way you view finances now. It helps me realize that it is how we grew up that shapes how we think about money.
I look forward to learning more about how to get a spouse that is a polar opposite, on board with my goal to become financially stable and to teach my children the same thing! It’s a steep mountain that I have to climb in a few short years before my kids are adults!

Now I myself deal with mental health issues due to what I been through and over time I really believe he had healed some wounds but there are some that are still in need of being healed and I truly believe that God is having his way to set me free from all the wounds that’s are still bothering me but coming to this podcast knowing that I’m not alone and that someone who’s exactly my age that can relate is amazing feeling knowing that I’m not alone Thank you for having the courage to allow God to use your voice to help everyone that come across and benefit from your podcast Stay Blessed

2. Love this Podcast! - I found this podcast just scrolling through and I am so happy that I did!!! Tyra has helped me get through so much and we don’t even know each other personally. I really love how she begins each podcast with an affirmation because I can add those to my own collection of affirmations for my day. I especially love the segments on healing from romantic relationships! Highly recommend.

4. A black girl must have podcast - I been a listener for a month now and I been binging on this podcast to caught up. I love how she designed this podcast and I must say I love the affirmations. I got into affirmations a few years ago when I my son’s father left me and I was so depressed. I am intentionally replacing my music in the car with podcast that feeds my spirit and soul. I am happy I found this podcast. Give it a try and listen Trya won’t disappoint.

5. New listener - I’ve listened to of her podcasts today (randomly chosen) while doing some laundry & cleaning around the house today, & I must say that it was very self cleansing, her voice is so calming & relaxing & doesn’t bore you along listening. From TWO PODCASTS I feel like a whole new woman! I pray she does more podcasts soon! They are much needed for the ladies out here like me!! Love her (it also helps with my anxiety & to not over think while doing nothing)

6. Thank you - Thank you for this podcast. Today was my first day listening to one of the episodes and it brings so much happiness to my life. 7. Thank you so much - Me and my ex-boyfriend of almost a year just recently broke up a month ago ...it’s been very emotional & mentally draining. He’s a few years younger then me which was something I was very skeptical about getting into but we both fell so hard in the beginning the rest was history. In August he decided to transfer to a University about hours away without really asking me how I felt about it ...he basically already had his decision made . Fast forward a couple months later and here we are ...everything was going great for me but the long-distance was more then he thought he could handle. I felt him pulling away & becoming very distant which was very unusual for him ...we had a serious talk and decided to end the relationship. It was very hard for both of us ...he also explained that he knew a couple months before he left that he wasn’t ready for a serious relationship but never told me anything. After hearing him say that it really effected me mentally and is making it harder for me to grieve . I feel like everything we planned is gone down the drain ...another wasted love ...but your podcast has opened my eyes so much ...thank you for helping me with my grieving process ...something I’m very scared of but definitely needed to happen in order for me to be truly happy & at peace .

8. Relatable and Life-Changing - Since about June I have been listening to Tyra’s podcast and as a year old who just turned I can't be more appreciative of her openness, honesty and advice. The gentleness and care she takes with each episode does not go unrecognized and has made an immense difference on how I think about my own life experiences and the ones of the women in my family and it’s effect on my own. Thank you Tyra, if anyone comes across this podcast please listen. It’ll make a difference little by little.

Sex educator and social media darling Eileen Kelly was on top of the world, running the successful blog KILLER AND A SWEET THANG, when she decided to step away from it all. After struggling with her mental health, Eileen entered treatment at the most infamous mental hospital in the US. Five months and some serious “self-discovery” later, Eileen was discharged and created GOING MENTAL, a podcast dedicated to destigmatizing the mental journeys we are all on. Eileen interviews some of today’s...

1. Love this podcast - Eileen has so many amazing guests on this podcast, Going Mental has been a really great resource for me on mental health/psychology related topics while also not being overly academic. As someone who has followed Eileen on social media for years I love being able to hear more about her life and how vulnerable she is, but I think this show would still be interesting to someone who wasn’t originally familiar with her. Definitely recommend giving it a listen :)

2. love. - I just started listen to Going Mental in November of and I can tell you it is truly what I look forward to on Thursdays. I quite literally have listened to every podcast; I am OBSESSED. Seriously just a true admirer of your work and you are changing the view of how I and many others used to think about sexual health and mental health so thank you. I just love listening to what you and your guest have to say and absolutely love to share with the people around me so many things that I think everyone should know more about!

3. No - Dear Media - why are we giving this girl Eileen her own podcast? Her only “claim to fam” is going to McLean hospital for months where in her most recent episode with Arielle Lorre states that she misses the feeling of no responsibility and no deadlines during that time haha. She said she recently “checked herself in” at a luxury spa resort Canyon Ranch after going through a difficult break up which literally costs $ a night. Another completely out of touch, unrelatable, privileged person that didn’t go to college speaking into a microphone. She does not LISTEN to her guests which is quite apparent in the questions she asks and her guests’ reactions. Tune in only if you’re trying to hear someone play grown up. I’m shocked that Dear Media helps put actually interesting guests in front of this.

4. True Life: eCrush’d she ain’t notice me! - Tbh I love this pod. I love eileen also. I’ve loved her since I graduated high school and found her social media. I would highly recommend her to a friend. Her platform is exactly what the next generation of kids need. This should no longer need to be a taboo, but an informational program.

5. My favorite podcast - This podcast really is educational and so helpful for anyone, dealing with a mental illness or not, it’s so good to hear this woman and whoever she brings on educate and bring awareness to problems humans face, for someone with BPD and someone who recently got over severe social anxiety for the most part I love this so much, if you have anything going on or if you want to find information on so many related topics, this ones for you. Great work Eileen!

6. Like Facetime w/ Your Big Sister - I’ve been following Eileen for as long as I can remember & love all of her content. She feels almost like a big sister of social media. I think she’s got a really great team working with her to make sure they’re producing quality content. Love all of her guests & the questions she has for them. I do look forward to more solo episodes though!!
2023-01-12
7. Transparency about mental health is everything - Eileen, hope you see this. I just want to say thank you for being so open about your BPD diagnosis. I got diagnosed last year and it’s been isolating at times bc like you, my life seems “together” and nobody knows the intensity of my emotions/romantic relationship. You make me feel so much less alone in this.
2022-12-03
8. Real - I find this woman to be so genuine- and I think her work here is not only entertaining, but sincere. Sometimes I don’t even initially consider some of topics as personally of interest to me, but there’s something about Eileen and they way she dives into the subject matter that makes it totally fascinating. And again, she just comes across as so heartfelt- like if you could pick all the qualities you want in a friend when you’re talking about the hard things, you’d pick her- she just has such a vulnerability it seems and I think that’s hard to find elsewhere. Ok, don’t mean to be cheesy. Definitely recommend.

6. LOVE LOVE LOVE - I love this podcast!! So many things spoken about ring true for me and are good reminders! Definitely recommend to others looking for insight on life’s challenges. ONE thing i think would make the pod even better is sound effects before&after ads. As a listener I find the transition from the content to ads a bit harsh. Regardless, I love this pod and you should listen!!

1. THANK YOU Dr. Ramani! - How l wish to have known you so much sooner, but it’s never too late to dodge the next more likely worse narcissist or narcissistic trait high conflict being. I’m much more confident now, with your wisdom and guidance the past few years. Thank YOU for making it so much easier to understand whenever you giveaways those real life scenarios. I’ve shared your videos to the narcissist group or Parental Alienation group to support many from such abuse that is still not divorced even after divorce due to co parenting. I pray for you and wish you endless prosperity

2. She is the ultimate guide on narcissism - Dr Ramani is absolutely amazing & every single time I listen to an episode I am always nodding & screaming YES!! when she describes the impact & experiences of what it’s like to be in a narcissistic relationship! and also suffer from narcissistic abuse. She gives real life solutions & can help you see things as they really are. She is THE BEST person to help you navigate narcissism.

3. A MUST LISTEN for any woman dating or in a relationship - I’ve been looking for a podcast like this for years! Every single episode I’ve listened to I’ve had aha moment. This is the education that every woman needs when dating or in a relationship that is giving you any kind of pause. Dr. Ramani gives educational wisdom and guidance that is unparalleled. Highly highly recommend!!

4. Interesting & Educational - As someone who has always been fascinated by cults and who has gone no contact with a narcissistic mother, I find it so educational to hear the similarities between what I thought were two completely different situations. I know now why my interest in cults has always been there. Thank you
2023-01-12
5. So so Helpful - Hearing the episode on generational trauma has hugely relieved a ton of guilt I feel as a parent. I’m in a very similar situation to the guest’s mother, and I have spent years - as old as my twin daughter are now - for being such an impatient parent. Having been raised by a mother whose behavior was incredibly narcissistic, I’ve spent a decade of my life trying not to parent my daughters as I was parented, and we are struggling. I am struggling, so hard. It was so helpful to hear this guest’s mother put within the context of the position in which she was left. That distinction between narcissistic abuse and the legitimate exhaustion of single motherhood within an ongoing dysfunctional family system was transformative in my thinking on this issue in my life. Having grown up in an emotionally, financially, spiritually, abusive home I have spent years thinking this irritability and nervous system activation of mine is a failure on my part to overcome the generational cycles. This episode helped me see that I am doing actually a pretty good job. Thank you for this. For real. I feel more empowered as a mom, and as a daughter who’s putting up healthy boundaries with her own narcisstic parent.

6. Narcissist - I loved your interview with jay shetty and I loved your introduction to this podcast. Not attempting to stir a pot but one question that I have which also lead to the other. ( it was almost answered or maybe I didn’t fully understand it ) The first question arose in the beginning of the interview with you and jay shetty. You spoke about narcissistic people and how it’s a personality. I wanted to know is it treatable, changeable, able to be helped. I know you spoke about how therapist treat certain cases. This leads to the second question. Say if I was a narcissist or I knew someone and I wanted to point them in a direction (not attempting to save them per day )is this a place I or then can go to be better. To learn to want to be better or are most of not all narcissists helpless?

7. Love this! …and please stop interrupting - I want to love this podcast more than I do. The feedback and advice and observations of Dr. Ramani is absolutely incredible. I find this podcast very helpful in my own life. Sometimes I have to turn it off because I can’t listen to the constant interruptions, the “listening affirmations” like mm-hmm, yeah, yeah, uh-huh, mmmmmm, etc. As a listener, it’s sometimes very challenging to keep listening as I just want to hear the interview. The affirmations/interruptions don’t add any benefit to the interview, just a huge distraction.

8. Dr. R and Ingrid - Dr. Ingrid’s story is not my story, yet it is EXACTLY my story! And thank you Dr. R for helping so many of us by giving us the words to name our trauma. I mean, seriously, how can you fix something you can’t name and, thus, ultimately identify. So many of us are finally on the road to healing and taking back our lives thanks to women like you both guiding us in this very difficult, treacherous terrain w/out backgrounds in psychology to define it and how to heal from it. Thank you, thank you, thank you…SO MUCH

1. Great VALUE in every episode - Tom has a way of getting so much valuable information from every guest/interview. Every podcast is pack full of useful information that I literally listen to many of his episodes twice to write down the most useful information to then use it in my everyday life. There are thousands of podcasts so I appreciate the fact that Tom intrinsically knows his listeners needs and makes sure to give us content that, when used wisely, really will change our lives for the better! Do yourself a favor and become a subscriber, do the work, and get ready for your life to change.

2. I love the breakdown - Tom, Thank you for always having your guest speakers break down their knowledge into simple ways to digest and learn. In almost every podcast a guest speaker is explaining something fascinating but I don’t understand their verbiage. Then you ask them to “dumb it down” or simplify it for the audience who has no idea what their talking about. Then that’s when I can understand what you guys are talking about. Thank you for always reminding your guest speakers to break things down in a form that’s digestible. I love your podcast! The topics are always so fascinating and random!

3. From afar and only by ear.. - Tom’s story to improve himself and the business success he has made garners attention and has surpassed my own…as of today. As a podcaster he has good intentions and hosts insightful guests… As with his business success and now with podcasting I’m sure he will Soon learn, to trust his guests and respect their input, by refraining from interrupting them and interjecting his own ‘outside’ expertise on top of theirs, rather than asking insightful questions and then just…listening….. Best Exp:
The interview with Ray Dalio I make plenty of mistakes, I try to reflect and improve… Mr Bilyeu, Congratulations on your success!
Ask great questions, then let your guest stars shine their brightest. Will C. XOX

4. Moderately interesting, VERY poorly produced and edited… - Sometimes very good content and insight into Tom’s thought processes. Haphazardly thrown together. Extreme volume changes from ads to content, sometimes identical segments or ads are copied and pasted back to back. Episodes obviously posted without checking to see if the audio editing is complete. Seems like the interviews are scripted.

5. One star off for the ridiculously loud commercials - I love this podcast, it’s Stars… except for the HELLA LOUD commercials. The loudest commercials on any podcast I listen to, and I listen to tons. The insanely loud commercials makes me just skip them instead of leaving them on as i do with other podcasts where they leave them at the same levels as the actual podcast. The second the crazy loud commercials come on I skip them

6. Want to change your life? - Tom has been an idol & mentor of mine for the past years since watching/listening to Impact Theory on YouTube & Apple Podcast. You will come out a better individual & human which the world definitely needs more of!

7. GOAT - Tom, I respect very few people in the personal development arena but you stand out because of your authenticity and integrity. The content and direction you provide help many people and you are sure to remain impactful for many years. By far the best podcast and interviewer ever. Keep up the good work. Remain legendary.

8. Great content, but…. - So much excellent content here over many years, but if you want to “be the next Disney”, you need to improve your sound quality. The recent episode with Gabor Mate was unlistenable in all environments that didn’t have a cone of silence. I understood the early pandemic episodes with weaker quality, but time to step it up.
