1. Dr Ramani is truly a life-changer - I’m so glad you moved into podcasts! Your latest episode about Relationship Red Flags with Matthew Hussey was easy to listen to, informative, and reassuring. Your work educating regular people, free of charge, about the effects of narcissistic abuse, has affected my life in a profound manner. Please keep doing what you have been doing. You are appreciated

2. Wonderful Podcast - Such an intelligent and thoughtful podcast. It’s a really entertaining and educational look at the subject. I absolutely loved Dr Ramani’s interview with Matthew Hussey. It was so touching when she opened up about her personal experience. She’s so beautiful, brilliant, and seemingly confident that I was shocked that she also struggles with self worth. Even though I’m married, I had a complete shift towards being more authentic and loving. My eyes were opened. Thank you, Dr Ramani, you are changing people’s lives.

3. It was a mistake to have Matthew Hussey on - This man has made a career indicating to women that ) they can expect men will be disgusting to them ) he has the answers to help disgusting men be given a pass by women who trust Matthew Hussey, or at the very least given second chances to continue to treat them poorly. It’s not women’s responsibility to teach men. This culture fails women catastrophically by lifting men like Hussey to fame.

4. THANK YOU Dr. Ramani! - How l wish to have known you so much sooner, but it’s never too late to dodge the next more likely worse narcissist or narcissistic trait high conflict being. I’m much more confident now, with your wisdom and guidance the past few years. Thank YOU for making it so much easier to understand whenever you giveaways those real life scenarios. I’ve shared your videos to the narcissist group or Parental Alienation group to support many from such abuse that is still not divorced even after divorce due to co parenting. I pray for you and wish you endless prosperity

7. Interesting & Educational - As someone who has always been fascinated by cults and who has gone no contact with a narcissistic mother, I find it so educational to hear the similarities between what I thought were two completely different situations. I know now why my interest in cults has always been there. Thank you

8. So so Helpful - Hearing the episode on generational trauma has hugely relieved a ton of guilt I feel as a parent. I’m in a very similar situation to the guest’s mother, and I have spent years - as old as my twin daughter are now - for being such an impatient parent. Having been raised by a mother whose behavior was incredibly narcissistic, I’ve spent a decade of my life trying not to parent my daughters as I was parented, and we are struggling. I am struggling, so hard. It was so helpful to hear this guest’s mother put within the context of the position in which she was left. That distinction between narcissistic abuse and the legitimate exhaustion of single motherhood within an ongoing dysfunctional family system was transformative in my thinking on this issue in my life. Having grown up in an emotionally, financially, spiritually, abusive home I have spent years thinking this irritability and nervous system activation of mine is a failure on my part to overcome the generational cycles. This episode helped me see that I am doing actually a pretty good job. Thank you for this. For real. I feel more empowered as a mom, and as a daughter who’s putting up healthy boundaries with her own narcisstic parent.

1. Rolling out the best! - These are the most interesting, easy listening, yet intelligent, down to earth conversations with some pretty smooth, delightful individuals! Rich is so cool. He is one of us to the core! Within each episode I feel as if I am at the table as an invited guest conversing and taking in the valuable rhetoric. Rich is the only podcaster who holds my attention, for real! He seems to understand the “human condition” and what it takes to speak to the heart of the matter. He really cares. Rich has a solid command of the English language and is almost poetic in his dialogue and communication skills. That comes from love and is fascinating and captivating!
Thank you, Rich! Praying for your back and May God bless you and your family!

2. I can’t get enough! - I’m always listening to the Rich Roll podcast (on runs, rides, during lifting sessions, driving, cleaning, you name it) and always sending links to my friends saying, “You’d love this episode.” I have no idea how many of them actually take me up on my unsolicited podcast recommendations, but I don’t care—I’ll keep doing it. Such a big fan of this show, it’s my favorite one out there & no others compare. Thanks for making PodcastLand so much better, Rich and team. You’re a part of my every day!

3. Love this podcast - I listen to a lot of podcasts, but this one is my favorite. Rich is consistently authentic, thoughtful, mature, and has the vast vocabulary that I aspire to and that I love to listen to. My opinion of the episode with Adam Grant greatly differs from another (less enthralled) reviewer here. As for my tastes, they tend toward appreciation of brilliant minds like Adam’s and Rich’s. I couldn’t get enough of that insightful conversation. Those differences in opinion are what make the world go round.

4. I look forward to Mondays! - I have been listening to The Rich Roll podcast since last Summer and can attribute so many wonderful changes in my life to the countless hours spent listening to Rich. As a mom to , with my newest born in October, I looked forward to Monday walks outside feeling inspired by this podcast and implementing small changes into my life. As a former mental health therapist turned create solo-entrepreneur, I appreciate Rich’s vulnerability and passion for his profound gift. My husband jokes that many sentences start with, “so I was listening to the Rich Roll podcast…” it’s funny because it’s true. Keep up the wonderful work

5. Rich is Great - I’ve been all over the place in my thoughts about this podcast, and have run the gamut from regular listener to unsubscribing. Rich is an outstanding long-form interviewer which I truly enjoy. He’s an obvious liberal which can get exhausting at times, but it always feels like he is well intentioned and that he’s coming from a good place. He also seems measured in his political comments which is appreciated and welcomed by those of us with somewhat different political views. When Rich is joined by Adam it always goes badly. I don’t mind them together, in fact they have good chemistry. However, Adam is an arrogant, self righteous liberal who isn’t open to anyone else’s point of view and is convinced that he’s the smartest guy in any room, apparently because he’s been a successful ghost writer. Whatever. All in all, I enjoy Rich and enjoy many of his interviews. I could do without Adam.

7. This podcast is changing my life - I am wayyy late to this party but I am glad I finally made it. A friend of mine shared the link to the Whitney Cummings episode and I was hooked. I’m a member of the recovery community so I definitely connected. I’m getting so much out of each episode and It’s all I want to listen to. I just finished the recent Colin O’Brady episode and I was sad when it ended. I’m recommending this to everyone. out of . Thank you for doing this!!

8. Best Long Format Interviewer w/ Open Mind - Rich has a special talent. His ability to navigate a long format interview is fantastic. He keeps the pace, he is respectful, curious and open minded. He challenges when appropriate but also allows for thoughts other than his own. He is vulnerable, humble and I learn so much from his shows. Thank you for all you do, Rich.

2. highlyyyy recommend - I love these podcasts. They’re real and about things people don’t want to talk about or realize anymore. I found Leo on Tiktok a while ago and have never related to someone more. I’ve always wanted to talk about and teach people about these exact things and Leo couldn’t express it any better. Listen if you want to get real about your life. xoxoxo
2023-03-22
3. The best! - I feel like Leo is the only person that is so relatable yet so raw and real with what he speaks. I’ve never listened to anybody as inspirational, and funny at the same time. 4. Listen it’s SO WORTH IT - I am not one to really listen to podcasts I loose focus and interest way too quickly. With that being said I first found Leo on tiktok and fell in love with his funny, yet tough and real personality. His podcast is one that you can really relate to (in some cases) or when you just need a kick in the pants. I will forever listen as long as he is speaking and putting it all out there.
2023-03-19
5. SO REAL! - Leo, I first found you on Tik Tok! You are not only fun and funny!!! But you are so real and we all need the real talk. Thank you for telling it how it is! 6. Raw, Real, Effective - He is real, He is fun, He IS him. He says what’s needed in the least monotone way. This podcast keeps me engaged, my untouched feelings heard, and gives what most sugarcoat. It’s not motivation in the “go you!” way, but helps me recognize the motivation comes from within. He pushes me to be better but most importantly exposes why I’m not already. The guys control over his emotions, mindset, and communication from the heart is silently contagious.

7. Love love love love Leo - Leo is one of the few real and raw people on social media as an influencer right now. I love the podcast and the posts, I look forward to hearing him speak. I know that sharing the experiences he has gone through will help others. I feel like Leo is one of my besties and he has no clue who I am

1. Out of touch with parenting - I really wanted to like this podcast, but the episode on parenting just left me feeling uninspired and unheard. It was as if the host and guests do not understand that everyone’s parenting experience is different and some struggle with the happiness of even being a parent. “Accepting that your vision of parenting is not reality” trivializes my struggle.
2022-11-21
2. Business speak for parenting - I’m a little surprised that something so nuanced, human, messy and beautiful as parenting is discussed like I’m in another business meeting. Modify your vision? Data seeking? No doubt these are impressive, smart people, and maybe it’s interesting to apply that filter to parenting, but I find it a little marrow and deflating.
2022-11-11
3. Wow, I wanted to like this podcast…. - I really wanted to like this podcast and did enjoy the first season. I’ve made it to the episode “When Partnership Is Not the Destination” and it’s gone off the rails for me. I don’t mean this personally, but the host has “vocal fry” and sounds like a teenager or a satirical skit from a comedy show. In this specific episode, her disdain for single individuals is palpable. In her defense, she did share at the beginning of the episode that she believes she must, no matter what, be in a relationship. Okay. Honestly, I expect higher quality from The Atlantic.
2022-08-02
4. Single episode was disappointing - I was looking forward to listening to this episode and podcast and had to stop after about ten minutes. The content was limited. the interviewer was on one end of the spectrum and person interviewed on the other. I thought this might be an insightful and relatable episode. It was not.
2022-07-24
5. Please, I beg you - Olga should stop saying “like” so much. It takes so much away from what she’s saying. For example, in the friends episode: “As I tried to make friends for my personality article like I felt so awkward and like basically like a five year old on the playground and being like do you wanna be friends with me? And like, like I would literally rather do anything else than ask another adult that question like I’m wondering if that’s a universal feeling or like or what?” I counted at least from this episode from Olga and the first guest. Someone at the Atlantic noticed because most of the “likes” were removed from the episode transcript. It cheapens the show, especially because this is a highly regarded magazine. As a journalist, you would not write an article with that way, so don’t speak that way either. If you cannot be eloquent and sound professional, you should not host a podcast. Great subjects but it’s difficult to listen to someone speak so poorly.
2022-07-01
6. Hollow vanity project for a CV - Disappointed that this podcast is self-consciously attempting to be esoteric and erudite but is an Atlantic vanity project that, despite tossing out references to scholars & scholarship and employing the language of academia, is shallow. A discussion about the dichotomy of pain to define happiness is something a priest at my elementary school would have counseled. I would have expected much greater depth here. Yet that discussion, for example, ignores that people suffering real, chronic, debilitating, physical pain that does not kill them directly and never ceases. Further, rather than inclusion the podcast intentionally or not excludes the lives, experiences, and realities of the vast majority of the world. A podcast about the issues of heteronormative, economically stable, professionally successful white people on a quest to be % happier adds little or nothing.
2022-06-24
7. Bring Arthur Brooks back - Something about Olga that feels too whiny and all about her and her relationship. I want good convos with good questions. I came across this podcast because I was looking for something positive, enlightening, educational. The first episodes were with Arthur Brooks and he sucked me in. From his voice, to advice, questions and he’s just a great listener. I’m not so sure if I’ll continue to listen. I’m sorry.
2022-06-23
8. Lost respect - This show was OK, it was something to listen to while working that I could sometimes connect with, then I listened to an episode in which one of the host stated how she refuses to recycle (for no good reason) and how this upsets her husband and she doesn’t understand why. The blatant disregard for our planet and others feelings, especially her significant other really touched me the wrong way. Will not listen again, and unfollowed.

2. Just wanted to say Thank You - I just to just say Thank you for the words that you give us each episode that you had given this week on grief. I lost my mom two years ago and dealing with grief has me feeling like I on a roller coaster and I’m not able to get off. But when you told us to say these words,” I’m gonna be OK” and that’s what I’m gonna do And face my life. Again, thank you for your words encouragement and this wonderful podcast.

3. Don’t Abandon Yourself. - I recently subscribed to the podcast and in the most recent episode, things to do in , you said Don’t Abandon Yourself. I needed that more than you’ll ever know! My husband and I have recently decided to divorce and it’s hard but when you said that it felt like you said it directly to me: thank you!

4. It’s Real Life Conversation - I love the candid conversation. I love that the podcast is relatable. I appreciate the transparency. I’ve been listening for about . years and went back and listened to the grief episode after losing my father. The episode that is my fave right now is the new episode . With such a loaded topic this episode said what I felt and gave clarity to what I could really put into words.

5. Words for the soul! - This Podcast couldn’t have come at a better time. Like everyone else in the world, I’m dealing with family stuff, life stuff & more stuff and Ty’s soul shifting, & soul searching words/stories have such a personable touch. Her quirkiness, & tongue in cheek humor, is so refreshing. The episode about her Mom(Things every Mom should tell their daughter)was emotionally heartwarming & relatable. I have a year old daughter & hearing Ty say some of the things I’ve already done was sooo validating. I won’t name every episode, but another one that touched home for me was the people pleasing episode, wow! It’s so very important for humans to know we aren’t alone in this big small world, & that our experiences aren’t just ours alone. I’ve listened to hundreds of podcasts over the years & Self Care IRL by Ty Alexander is hands down a must listen to, repeat & share experience. Thank You for this gift of words & stories! We definitely go together!

1. While not “New” a great breathe of fresh air - I found “JHS” via the Dudes at the Underworld podcast and am always looking to add to the rotation of open-minded, nuanced, and deep but fun conversations on topics that I know little or some about. I have listened to several varieties of podcasts of Similar topics and layout but JHS is such an easy listen. Stays on topic with guest (mostly) and doesn’t lose the conversation in the rabbit holes as most of these topics are deep and multifaceted. I enjoy the middle of the road approach to topics that are very divisive and tough. I do wish I would have found him earlier for sure.

6. The reality is here even if you don’t want to hear. - Really great insight to personal problems. There is usually hard to hear every episode. I would personally like to hear the truth and learn to deal than live in a lie. I have found that advice is usually best when it’s from someone who isn’t emotionally involved in your life. These guys are it. Funny and Serious. I find it hard to stay balanced with such tact and compassion, these folks know how to give feedback on a Friday. The interviews are my favorite though. Experience counts! Great work team!

7. A must. - This show is very smart -without being intellectual. There is a topic for everybody - many topics for everybody - and JH is an amazing interviewer. He knows the topic being discussed every time, and teases out the info that will resonate to people hearing about it for the first time - while teaching those who may already know the space a thing or two. The Friday episodes are the same: something for everybody. And the balance of JH, Gabriel, and the experts they pull in feels like balanced, considered advice. It’s on my weekly rotation, has been for three years, and I share with my friends, family and colleagues all the time.

7. I can’t wait to get up in the morning - I love waking up in the morning and listen to this daily motivation show first thing in the morning. It gives me not only motivation and positivities, but also stars intellectual curiosity to further explore and meditate on them throughout the day. This show touches different topics every day to educate us as well in different areas. I often ended up continue listening to full episode. I’m so grateful for this show. 8. A No-excuses every-day essential! - Lewis’ content has inspired me for the better part of the past decade, and once again he’s pushing the envelope with a new format to continue delivering value. Back when I used to commute I’d knock out - podcasts a day. Since transitioning to working remotely it hasn’t been nearly as easy to sit through an entire podcast. These bite-sized clips are exactly what I need to be able to get these invaluable tips and motivation every day. I can throw these on while I’m washing the dishes, brushing my teeth, or doing any quick daily task. Once again, Lewis finds a way to inspire and educate us with fantastic content!

4. Great perspective - Bedros allows us to view life from numerous different viewpoints by giving advice and perspective on different aspects of life. He has displayed how one human can grow in different points of life by building a brand, growing wealth, while continuing to be mentally and emotionally healthy. He seems to want all humans to grow and I recommend all listen to his podcast.

5. Very grateful! - Words cannot express my gratitude that I found Bedros on YouTube, which led me here to the podcast. I love both platforms, this just doesn’t have the interrupting commercials…especially when he’s getting right into the meat of a subject. As a person I’ve been on an enlightenment path since about . But recently my evolution has taken a turn, with a focus on myself as a MAN, and what that all is supposed to look like. I’ve found my answer here and I already feel a peace in my soul and energy that has been lost for quite some time. I listen to the episodes over and over and over again until I can finish Bedros’ sentence. Thanks to ALL involved with making this program work, I know Bedros is the face of the franchise, but everyone else involved deserves mad props too! Seriously, I love you guys and keep up the amazing, life changing and life saving work!

6. Very inspirational - I love this guy! He keeps it real and doesn’t sugar coat a thing. He gives a lot of valuable information. He interacts with the fans as well, really chill dude. I can relate to you because my parents came to America as immigrants, I feel like your the big brother I never had, I appreciate your content and for inspiring me to do better! He’s funny smart and very entertaining to watch. I’m still learning and in the beginning stages but I’ll get there I know it! Thanks for being real keep doing what your doing brother!

7. What Americans/Humanity need!! - I first heard of Bedros when I came across one of his YouTube video months ago. Something he said that day hit me and stuck with me ever since. I listen to this podcast because I genuinely believe I am becoming a better person, a better man. Bedros provides critical but helpful feedback, and daily motivation that helps me tackle the challenges I face. In a world full of fakes, Bedros is as real and raw as it gets. I truly appreciate all the tips and advice he provides as I’ve been able to look at life with a different perspective. He doesn’t just give you surface level advice but goes in depth with his personal experiences and his first hand knowledge in all aspects of life. It’s the first thing I listen to in the morning on my way to work and even my wife enjoys listening to him. If I could give it stars I would!
2023-01-25
8. Need vs Want - In a world full of people that seek out someone to tell them what they WANT to hear…Bedros tells us what we NEED to hear.
He doesn’t sugar coat anything. He doesn’t make false promises. He doesn’t speak from a place that he, himself, has not been at some point along his rags to riches journey.
Regardless of the topic, he puts his all into sharing as much insight as he can to help his audience become higher level versions of themselves. Guarantee you’ll be hooked after just one episode!

1. Gabby Is A Miracle!! - I am so beyond grateful for this podcast and can't help but recommend it to everyone. Every time I listen there is just so much love and good energy that comes through. As someone really looking to deepen my relationship with the Universe and being a student of A Course In Miracles, this podcast came to me right when I needed it. Gabby is vulnerable, honest, and authentic. Her guests are absolutely inspirational. Overall, this is just a truly amazing podcast. Thank you Gabby! And thank you to your team!

2. Absolutely life changing, but… - Update; I’m now giving the podcast stars, after so many episodes I have realized there are too many ads. I get that brand deals and ads are how money is made. I believe that an episode with more than ad breaks is ridiculous, you get minutes of pod and minutes of ads. And it’s like that through the whole episode, even if it’s a bonus episode! I listen to this podcast to help me be more spiritual and to learn new skills, but after the first ad break everyone after that just irritates the heck out of me. I want to go back to loving this podcast, please do less ad breaks. I’ve never loved a podcast so much. She really does have an answer for everything! I’ve listened to every episode on Spotify, some more than once. If you’re Looking fora good, clean, fun self help podcast this is where it’s at.

3. Listen to Feel Good! - I love that Gabby is doing a podcast now for Dear Gabby! I went off social media summer and haven’t gone back. Gabby is one of maybe three people I truly miss seeing on Instagram. Her guidance has been such a blessing in my life. I first read her book Judgement Detox two summers ago. I was introduced to EFT tapping and have fallen in love with the practice. I’m an elementary school counselor and have now started spreading the joy of tapping to my coworkers, students, and families. I have gone on to read more of Gabbys books and have shared many of her teachings with others as well. If you have come across Gabby’s podcast it’s for a reason. Listen and enjoy! I know I do! I went to write a review and never finished my first one. Gabby is amazing!!! I cannot wait for the next book about IFS. I’m in love with it already.

4. Physical Pain Episode - I love listening to this podcast, but I do pick and choose the ones I listen to. I listened to Season , Episode hoping there would be something about chronic migraines/headaches. I have suffered from headaches since I was a child. One of my first memories is my mother giving me an adult aspirin crushed in sugar. I was diagnosed with migraines in when I was years old. I have been on lots of medications both preventative and acute. I have done acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, meditation, I still get at least one migraine a week. No trigger has been found. So any inner direction would be helpful. Thank you.

5. Expect miracles - After listening to Gabby’s minute positive affirmation meditation for days straight as recommended (and I still continue daily as I now have it memorized ) and Gabby was right - miracles did happen. I have been manifesting getting my healthy gf/vegan cookies with no refined sugar or inflammatory oils into Bonberi Mart for a year. Nicole (@bonberi) is a huge inspiration to me (and a friend of Gabby’s!). On day of this meditation I dropped off my first wholesale order of Superfood City cookies to Bonberi Mart which sold out in a week! It has been a long time coming and it all finally fell into place. I have never felt so sure that I am a miracle worker and that all is well

7. Guided Minute Meditation That Will Change Your Life - Came across a minute meditation podcast where Gabby asks you to listen to it for days. Then come back to leave a review telling what positive changes have occurred.
I have experienced a lot of magic and growth within me. So many teachers have appeared on my path through music, audio books (The Wisdom of the Council), books (Medical Medium), blog posts, and social media. All had a profound message for me especially with where I’m at in my growth. I was ready for every message, all were loud and clear. I’ve started the Medical Medium morning cleanse and have improved my health so much. I’ve created a prayer practice that happened organically because there was so much gratitude of all that was happening, I started talking to God, my angels and spirit guides more often-asking for help, support & guidance and also giving A LOT of thanks. So much more love has come to me and because of that, so much more love is at home with my family, and that’s been the best part of it all. Having improved relationships with my spouse and kids. Thank you Gabby! I continue to listen to this every night before bed . Sending all my love and gratitude to you!

8. Ep. / Nov. manifesting meditation review. All IS well! - I’ve been a big fan of Gabby’s for years and thorough enjoyed “May Cause Miracles” and “Judgement Detox.” This meditation came to me at the exact moment it was needed. I felt stuck in life, my partner was battling an illness that came out of nowhere, and I was slipping back down addictive habits that didn’t serve me along with anxiety and depression. So a -minute -day meditation challenge seemed like a “well, everything is going crazy, we might as well try this” thing to do. days later… I’m blown away. All I did was listen to the meditation as consistently as I could and I prayed for trust. My partner’s illness is healing beyond all expectations. My job has improved. I’m on a path for health and healing. And we found out yesterday that I am pregnant. I know, I know. This sounds too good to be true and unbelievable. Trust me. It feels that way, too. But it is true, and I’m living it. MAY cause miracles?? Y’all. This is insanely powerful. Blessings to all who hear this podcast, that it can bring as much joy and relief and happiness and wellness and comfort to them as it has to me. Thank you, Gabby. Thank you for sharing your spirit. All is well.

1. Love from a Jewish home girl - Rachel - I can’t remember how I found your show but I started listening after I listened to your amazing book, Girl Wash Your Face, as I would run along the Santa Monica and Venice bike paths while living in LA. Cut to . I’m an aspiring NYT bestselling author. I recently listened to the episode where you told listeners that your “first” published novel was actually your SIXTH. my first novel was rejected by literary agents. I’ve decided they’re just dumb. I have four other novels on google docs in various stages. On that particular day, I was considering closing those tabs. But your story moved me to the point where I started to tear up mid-run (I do that a lot- and often listen to your podcast while running) To paraphrase Tony Robbins in a recent episode, I’m in a winter season. I can only hope listening and implementing the advice of thought leaders like you can push me to the next season. I’m so grateful for your work, your energy, your wisdom. All my love, Jillian Rose

2. Rachel - I hope you get this as I don’t know how to use Instagram yet. So love your show and your energy, you are truly blessed! But at this time I wanted to send my condolences to you and your family at the loss of Dave! Even though you didn’t continue your marriage & you now have a great relationship with your Boo, please remember to take time to grieve as you have shared kids no matter how they came into your family and he will always hold a tiny piece of your heart! All the love, hugs, kisses and energy to hold you up at this difficult time! Love, Erin

3. Phoney Bologna!! - Hey Ladies, Stop Apologizing written by Maja Jovanovic. Ring a bell?! You know the work you totally stole and put your name on? You’re good at Plagiarism that is for sure! Whole career has been stealing others work or literally winging it. Guess it doesn’t take much to be a self-help guru. OH SISTER, pull yourself up by your boot straps. Copy paste copy paste change that word copy paste.

4. The absolute worst - I don’t even know where to start. Just another wealthy white woman telling women to support her to make her more wealthy. She’s just mean in her videos and on her podcasts. I also hate how she always blames her team and never takes responsibility. Absolutely disgusting. Do better. Rachel isn’t a licensed anything so take everything she says with a grain of salt. She isn’t a licensed therapist and has no education or professional experience or accreditation.

5. Guided together - Your podcast is a blessing! I really got back into listening to you in and I feel like I’m living a spiritually guided path along with you. You talk about everything I love God, Universe, spirit guides, healing trauma, IFS, I could go on forever. The interviews you have been doing give my such a sense of like heck yes! This this is the stuff we need to be talking about. You rock and just keep on rocking! Thank you for your work. Sending so much love.

6. Good lady - I’m and / years old. Rachael is an awesome mom, girlfriend, and lady in general. My mom started reading “Girl, go wash your face”. When my mom told me she had a podcast I tried it out. The first day I spent the whole evening listening to her! Very positive and uplifting. I am a christian myself, but I don’t curse, and I don’t believe in the universe, so that’s why I gave her a four star. -

7. No Shame - She is a chameleon who changes her personality and values to leverage the vulnerabilities of people who are seeking connection. Essentially, she’s a grifter who will do what she needs to do to make money. She does not care for anyone other than herself. It would be great if she was truly “cancelled,” but toxic people like her are like cockroaches who always come back to gaslight people into thinking that their past egregious behavior either didn’t happen or shouldn’t hold them back from continuing their grift. And, sadly, here she is. People who care for others don’t do it for book sales, clicks, or likes. They just do it. Also, anyone who follows the deeply misogynistic teachings of Tony Robbins should be scrutinized.

8. Jeffrey - Hi! I am just wanting to send out my heart to Jeffrey, you, and your family, Rachael. I am praying that the poor sweetie will heal quickly, and that his anxiety and fear subsides with time. My baby girl, who has passed, was attacked by an Akita. It grabbed her neck, but her arteries weren’t punctured, thank God. I was just sobbing hearing about what happened to Jeffrey. I am a fellow animal lover, and I am so happy to hear he survived. I will also pray that Jackson and his friends will heal from this. This is one of the most traumatic things that can happen to a pet and pet owners. Shower your fur baby in lots and lots of love. God bless you and Jeffrey. I know the year will be much better for you from here on out.

1. Mostly Great - Overall, I like this podcast and listen somewhat consistently. She does have a lot of great tips and I love that she is so down to earth and is a likable person. However, sometimes the topics deep dive just a little too far for me (personally) and I just can’t get through some episodes all the way. Like how to pick a purse or how to go to the pool in the summer. I get it though, some people love this type of granular thinking and planning. I have learned that I am not that way, and that is OK.
2023-03-21
2. Relevant, practical, delightful! - This podcast is my favorite! Kendra is endlessly practical and realistic in her approach to providing a lazy genius approach to life. She gives real tools in the perfect “bite-sized” amounts to actually apply and make changes. Her sisters episodes give me life. True, not every single episode is relevant to me, but they couldn’t possibly without being so bland that they apply to everyone. Browsing episode titles to find what matters to you (see what I did there?) is so easy and you will not regret any time spent with the lazy genius! (P.s. her books are incredible, too!)
2023-03-08
3. What matters most - Thank you Kendra and Team LG for this weekly lifeline! I have learned so much about how to honor my true self by listening to Kendra’s very wise and reassuring lessons, particularly with regard to creating routines and honoring seasons. I have binged the archives in a seasonal way (i.e., listened to all past holiday episodes in Nov/Dec, all past winter episodes in Jan/Feb, etc.) and have loved listening to the food-related episodes while cooking. Bravo and thank you for your guidance on how to navigate so many aspects of life with such kindness and grace.

4. Honor your body now - Episode really resonated with me. I’d. love to see it explored even further. After years of dieting, I’m working on Intuitive Eating. This episode helps me realize that loving my body as it is doesn’t need to be a thing. Accepting it an honoring it and being kind to myself is the goal. All those years of yo-yoing and believing my worth was tied to looks and appeal have taken their toll. They do not have the final word! Its never too late
2023-02-17
5. Awesome! - Kendra’s way of breaking things down and honing in on the most effective questions to ask ourselves as we navigate the endless hurdles of life is so awesome. She is encouraging, relatable, and a pleasure to listen to. I’ve just bought both her books and they are fantastic tools that I’m eating up. Highly recommend! Thanks so much, Kendra!

6. What’s Saving My Life Right Now - Kendra — the lazy genius. This is what is saving my life right now. We have four kids with one on the way. We decided to have our last two close together so currently we have two toddlers at the same time. I found out I’m pregnant with a surprise baby. Kendra makes me feel like I’m going to be OK, and that this season is temporary. She makes me feel like I can do this and that it doesn’t have to be perfect. Thank you Kendra!
2023-01-30
7. Life-changing and smart (but the ads!) - This is the only housekeeping/daily life maintenance podcast I listen to. It is super practical, always helpful, and very down to earth - the mundane tackled for the modern, intelligent adult and even (dare I say) fun. Kendra is relatable, honest, and likeable. Several episodes have been game changers for me. My only complaint is the ads that interrupt the podcast in the middle- I’ve just gotten my focus going and there they are, jarring my attention elsewhere, even if I skip them. I would much prefer Lex Fridman’s method of getting all the ads out of the way at the beginning.
2023-01-27
8. - It’s really helpful for me to not ‘follow’ this show. I love so many things about the Lazy Genius Way and so many of these episodes, but I’ve realized that it’s so much more beneficial for me to find guidance on the things I actually need. It’s time to buy Christmas gifts? I’m going to find the LG podcast on that! Listening weekly feels repetitive (many have mentioned this in the comments) and often are broadly speaking to a topic I don’t currently have a desire to fix/adjust. In this season, it’s a pause. I’m sure I’ll look back and find something helpful that I missed! This is how I’m lazy genius-ing my current discontentment with this one. And I don’t mind the “woke” one bit!

2. Deep dive into affirmations - I am new to affirmations and while I was trying to listen to some while I lay down, I came across this podcast and I absolutely love how the host breaks down affirmations, and how they show up and change our lives. 3. Omg thank you Holy Spirit for guiding me here - When i say this podcast is exactly what I’ve been needing to find I myself is years old and life have been something in my journey however having the Lord leading me in the midst of every trial that I was facing he brought me out in the winning side. Now I myself deal with mental health issues due to what I been through and over time I really believe he had healed some wounds but there are some that are still in need of being healed and I truly believe that God is having his way to set me free from all the wounds that’s are still bothering me but coming to this podcast knowing that I’m not alone and that someone who’s exactly my age that can relate is amazing feeling knowing that I’m not alone Thank you for having the courage to allow God to use your voice to help everyone that come across and benefit from your podcast Stay Blessed

4. Love this Podcast! - I found this podcast just scrolling through and I am so happy that I did!!! Tyra has helped me get through so much and we don’t even know each other personally. I especially love the segments on healing from romantic relationships! Highly recommend.

I am happy I found this podcast. Give it a try and listen Trya won’t disappoint.

1. Great podcast that dives deep into all sorts of topics. - From business to mindset to health. Tom goes in deep with a direct style and open mind. He questions things and asks for clarification, in a no conflict way that is refreshing in this polarized world of most people wanting to shove their agenda down your throat. Tom wants to learn and grow along side of you but is not afraid to respectfully disagree and offer his educated perspective without trying to act like he knows everything. A needed voice of reason and civility in a noisy world.

2. Great VALUE in every episode - Tom has a way of getting so much valuable information from every guest/interview. Every podcast is pack full of useful information that I literally listen to many of his episodes twice to write down the most useful information to then use it in my everyday life. There are thousands of podcasts so I appreciate the fact that Tom intrinsically knows his listeners needs and makes sure to give us content that, when used wisely, really will change our lives for the better! Do yourself a favor and become a subscriber, do the work, and get ready for your life to change.

3. I love the breakdown - Tom, Thank you for always having your guest speakers break down their knowledge into simple ways to digest and learn. In almost every podcast a guest speaker is explaining something fascinating but I don’t understand their verbiage. Then you ask them to “dumb it down” or simplify it for the audience who has no idea what their talking about. Then that’s when I can understand what you guys are talking about. Thank you for always reminding your guest speakers to break things down in a form that’s digestible. I love your podcast! The topics are always so fascinating and random!

4. From afar and only by ear.. - Tom’s story to improve himself and the business success he has made garners attention and has surpassed my own…as of today. As a podcaster he has good intentions and hosts insightful guests… As with his business success and now with podcasting I’m sure he will Soon learn, to trust his guests and respect their input, by refraining from interrupting them and interjecting his own ‘outside’ expertise on top of theirs, rather than asking insightful questions and then just…listening….. Best Exp:
The interview with Ray Dalio I make plenty of mistakes, I try to reflect and improve… Mr Bilyeu, Congratulations on your success!
Ask great questions, then let your guest stars shine their brightest. Will C. XOX

5. Moderately interesting, VERY poorly produced and edited… - Sometimes very good content and insight into Tom’s thought processes. Haphazardly thrown together. Extreme volume changes from ads to content, sometimes identical segments or ads are copied and pasted back to back. Episodes obviously posted without checking to see if the audio editing is complete. Seems like the interviews are scripted.

6. One star off for the ridiculously loud commercials - I love this podcast, it’s Stars… except for the HELLA LOUD commercials. The loudest commercials on any podcast I listen to, and I listen to tons. The insanely loud commercials makes me just skip them instead of leaving them on as i do with other podcasts where they leave them at the same levels as the actual podcast. The second the crazy loud commercials come on I skip them

1. Wow, wow, wow!! - I am so determined to send this review and this is the third version since I accidentally lost the previous two!! Has my podcast playlist cycled through I seemingly came across this one by pure chance. After listening to it through completion I now see that it is as if it was sent by divine appointment and in the most timely manner. I will definitely be within the % who is jazzed from the onset of hearing the idea of taking the hour walk. I’m so grateful for both the podcast host and author and creator of the forementioned concept & their willingness to pursue their passions as well share the sweet fruits of their pursuits. I will definitely be passing this on to most family, friends, as well as clients in my role as a counselor and mental health pro. Thanks again for putting this out there to bless others in the community at large. I look forward to being able to share the experience and outcome of my participation in the concept and challenge of the hour walk. wishing you much love and an abundance of prosperity and passion in your pursuits! 2. Thank you - I started listening to Jonathan and The Good Life Project when I was living in a small Chicago apartment years ago (almost to the day). At that point in my life I was struggling with life numbing depression. But through filling myself up with inspiring content like this podcast I set a goal to lose lbs and to quit drinking. I accomplished that and today I’m the happiest I’ve ever been and it continues to get better. Not sure where I would be without listening to Jonathan and these inspiring interviews. Thank you

3. Tried sooo hard to like this! - All I listen to is podcasts. And I listen to thousands. NPR, self help, and anything to do with uplifting ones life is what I have in the back round while I do just about everything. Well, I was very excited when I came across this podcast because there were over episodes and I literally listen to podcast one all the way through all episodes and always look for ones with quite a few episodes as it’s usually an indication it MUST be good enough to keep pushing out content…. Right?!? Ummmm… I don’t know how he’s still doing it?!? I’m giving him starts simply because he has SOOOOO many incredible people on his show! Everything about this podcast is amazing except… HIM! I’ve literally never in my ten million listens ever left a review, but I simply can’t help myself. Almost every question he asks, he’s asking because he wants to give HIS answers. I’m always confused as to who’s the guest because he has this weird way of always bringing everything around to be about himself or his own experience. He interrupts his guests so often that it’s actually uncomfortable. I’ve given it - episodes and I simply can’t do anymore. He’s mentioned he’s a personal trainer in almost every episode (like seriously, because you meditate and work out doesn’t mean you can’t be a duche) and I’m actually very heartbroken about not being about to listen to anymore due to the content he seems to have. So I guess if you’re a better person then I or you’re into the ‘I’m so perfectly Zen, I stare at my perfect meditation body while I meditate for exactly . min every day’, then this is for you. Otherwise, check out other amazing podcast like Happiness Lab. P.S. I’m sure you’re a great person, but maybe try active listening when doing your interviews and worry less about what you’re hoping to add to the story. You have great topics with incredible guests! I truly wish you well!

4. Brings deep insight to the surface - I only get to about one out of of these, but love the meaningful and deep conversations. Jonathan is a gifted interviewer who gets beyond the book talking points and into the heart of the matter. I’ve come away from many of these interviews thinking and talking about the ideas with others in my life. In today’s world of surface level thinking and rapid movement from one subject to the next, this podcast is a breath of insight.

5. A grounded and healing podcast - Jonathan truly knows how to speak from the heart in a honest and vulnerable way. Every time
I listen to his podcast I come out feeling more conscious of my own life. He and his amazing guests guide me through all facets of life. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone looking to begin or deepen their love for self, life, and even business.

6. I’m only halfway through my first episode but I feel compelled to leave a review - This podcast is phenomenal. I was brought here because I wanted to listen to Brene Brown and, to my surprise, I enjoy the host just as much as her! He has such a unique and important perspective that opens your eyes, mind and heart. I love the honest truth I’m already hearing and cannot wait to dive deeper. / Recommend!

7. One of my favorites - In a world of hundreds, nay, thousands, of podcasts, it’s tough to choose personal favorites. The Good Life Project is one of my top ones- so much wisdom and thought provoking content. I relisten to someone of the episodes multiple times, they’re that good (end of year/beginning of year) in particular. Also doesn’t help that the host has such a kind, soothing voice.

8. "Real People" Doing Amazing Things! - Just discovered this podcast and I was so excited to see that there are so many guests that aren't already hosuehold names. The information and content is powerful and positive. There are tangible ideas and strategies to use and apply. Really terrific listening that genuinely adds value to my day. Love it!

1. - This is the podcast I missed out on since I’ve reverted. Always so nervous about my muslim identity even after reverting, this is my fourth Ramadan coming up Alhamdulillah. I’ve shied away even though I’ve recited my shahada. This podcast has given me confidence, guidance, so many wonderful things that I can’t express in words alone. I would like to thank Allah SWT for showing me this podcast. Thank you sister so gratefully.

2. My favorite podcast - Mindful Muslimah is like the big sister that I always wished I had!! She gives warm and kind hearted advice and provides helpful tips and tricks for every day problems. This podcast has helped me so much to grow in my deen and be more productive and organized. Give it a listen!!

3. Must-Have Muslimah Mentor - Assalamu Alaiykum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuhu!!! I LOVE this podcast. I found it shortly after taking shahada and just before my first Ramadan. This podcast is one of the reasons I made it through my first Ramadan as I had no idea about Ramadan at all let alone what it entailed. Since then, I have discovered ways to balance life and deen, how to be a more mindful muslimah, how to choose a spouse (if I decide to do that), and how to be a better muslimah overall. I look forward to this podcast every week, and I relisten to the episodes in between new uploads because I know it will lift my mood, inspire me, motivate me, and keep me on the straight path Insha’Allah.

4. So Many Blessings !!! - Thank you sister for the podcast and those who support her! May Allah reward you for sharing so much love and knowledge. May Allah reward the audience for just listening and learning. Ameen Ya Rabb! I find myself constantly nodding along, agreeing and relating. My Allah grant you peace at heart as you are helping sister around the world how to be at peace. May Allah uplift you as your are working so hard to uplift us. 6. Great - Mindful Muslimah podcasts helps those who are sick like me. They helped me get my life together, become quicker, better and healthier human being. This podcast helped me soo much in soo many ways. I would say this one is better than all the other Islamic ones I have watched or listened to in my life.

7. If you want to grow through what you go through - What I appreciate most about the THRIVE community is that as a member I know I’m not stuck. There is always a way to grow and deepen my connection with Allah swt, there is always a way to further my deen, and when as a revert I do not know the next direction, I reach out in Thrive and options and ideas are presented to me. It’s beautiful to see either way that the Mindful Muslimah Thrive community exemplifies how when we walk towards Allah, Allah runs to us. Islam is more than just your opinions on religious matters, Islam is not what you agree or don’t agree with. Islam does not change based on our thoughts or feelings, but it is a way of life given to us as a merciful gift to help us reach Paradise. That becomes more apparent the more I learn.

1. A MUST HAVE - I’m telling you, as someone who has struggled with mental health, lives in constant chaos in nursing school, and was bullied back in high school, Ashley is like the bestie I never knew I needed. Nearly every episode is something that relates to my life and I often find myself talking OUT LOUD with her in my car the podcast is for everyone and is so useful in learning to love yourself again. Ashley is so real and relatable and often will remind us that she isn’t perfect either. She’s always navigating her way through life and just enjoys brining us with her. Please listen!!!

2. FINALLY A GOOD PODCAST - It is SO hard to find a podcast that ACTUALLY hits the topic that’s advertised in the title. Almost every other podcast is people recapping their personal lives for % of it. I hate to say it, but I don’t care if you went to a wedding and walked your dog - I’m listening to help MYSELF. Sounds rude, but if I was interested in that, I would listen to the Real Housewives lol. I just love this podcast so much! I look forward to listening on my “hot girl walks” and it’s honestly the only thing that motivates me. It’s not all about fitness and how you look, it’s more about mental health which I enjoy!!
2023-02-24
3. SELF LOVE IS POSSIBLE - Thank you so much for being authentic and not glossing over stuff. When you teared up on one of the episodes, I teared up because I literally felt not alone. I am not a podcast person but I wanted to try one and I stumbled across your podcast and I am so glad I found it. I am struggling with a lot lately and I felt crazy. But listening to your stories and your words helped me understand my truth. Keep sharing your truth! You are special! I do have a request and I don't have social media but could you maybe cover addiction and enablers? Thank you if you do! Keep fighting xoxo

4. % RECOMMEND - I’ve never really been the type of person to listen to podcasts but I’ve been going through a lot lately and wanted to give it a try. I absolutely loved it. I’ve listened to half of the episodes so far, while driving, while working, while laying down and chilling in bed. It’s really helped me having someone talking and giving advice, even if it’s not directed specifically at me. Also, the host’s voice is super relaxing and I love listening!
2023-02-02
5. Bestie! - Ashley, you’re an inspiration to many, I absolutely love listening to you speak your thoughts and feelings each week. I unfortunately but also fortunately, relate to a lot of things you’ve been through. It’s really helped me to hear how you’ve navigated similar life experiences. You truly make me feel like I’m speaking with a friend. You’re funny, smart, honest to the core, and unapologetically yourself. I’ve had the pleasure of catching up on almost every episode at this point, your journey is incredible and I’m excited to see where your dreams take you.
2023-01-11
6. LOVE LOVE LOVE - I AM OBSESSED with this podcast. Like actually free therapy. I need more episodes bc i have listened to all of them like twice just such good advice. Like actually has made me realize so much about myself and my relationships. My self worth and confidence has gotten sooooooo much better since i started listening to this podcast!!!
2022-12-17
7. Refreshing - Literally listening to your podcast is like a good reality check that is very much needed. I love the feeling that I have an assignment but it’s one that I’m really interested in doing. I’m learning more about myself in a way, I’m a Cancer so I get really emotional when I overthink so I appreciate you taking the time to break down certain aspects of the topic of your podcast because your helping people like me, that need a friend more experienced in these type of topics. keep ‘em coming girl

8. Life saver!!! - Just a couple days ago I was spiraling out of control and my cousin sent me your podcast and I have to say you have truly helped me get out of my head and start to focus on what’s really important. Thank you for being so real and saying everything I need to hear! P.s. I’m an Aries too & it’s crazy how much I can relate to you!!

1. Thank God the guests are good - I come for the guests and their perspective. Chris Duffy is impossibly pompous and arrogant during the interviews. Any growth moments he shares about himself are clearly scripted. He has the world figured out already and has to read words someone else has written to convey moments of personal growth. It’s a shame since many of the guests are inviting genuine and authentic dialogue and curiosity. Chris isn’t up to the task.
2022-11-21
2. Michael Schur episode September - - (Maybe) somewhat abnormally, but not to me, I will search apple podcasts to see if Michael Schur has been on any recent podcasts as a guest talking about his book “How to be Perfect”, his sports and random topics podcast called The PosCast with Joe Posnanski, his new working relationship with Meadowlark Media, the Dan Lebatard & Friends Network (although he’s soon (he hopes) to get fired from those shows) or lastly but most famously for his writing on The Office, The Good Place, Brooklyn , Saturday Night Live etc. I listen to Michael Schur because he makes SENSE! He’s logical, kind, considerate, humble, appreciative. He is HILARIOUS! He makes me laugh and he makes my heart happy. He adores his wife, kids, dogs. He wants us all to be better in any small way that we can and our combined efforts will make lives better, and we will be better for it. I was ELATED to come across this podcast today! Chris is a fabulous host! Great questions, insightful, clearly does his homework and above all, he’s an admirer of Michael Schur’s career and his efforts on and off the screen. This was a FABULOUS podcast and I can’t wait to listen to all the other episodes. I know I’ll learn something in every podcast.

3. lighthearted chat for learning - this is a great podcast to put on while I go on a walk! i laugh alongside Chris and enjoy his thoughtful anecdotes that always pair well with guests’ experiences. i have been eating with more mindfulness (buying produce in season, eating less meat) because of the Sean Sherman episode. i’d love to hear more from more WOC in the future

4. Best podcast ever! - I thought this one would be interesting to listen to because it deals with the psychology on how improve one self's behavior. The most memorable thing about this podcast is that it makes it memorable because all the ads that are sponsorships, are very helpful because Chris gives resources for people that deal with mental issues and other global issues, where he provides these resources to help raise awareness. I love that he always includes his CVS Red Nose Day and his sponsorship with the company of his favorite sock and tells that every time somebody buys a pair, the organization donates to people in need. I love that he has psychologists and other professionals, and they talk about how people can change or deal with new issues that deal with depression, grief and other mental problems. I also like it because it gives us a perspective that can help us learn even further from what Chris would explain. The one expert/guest that I liked the most was Dr. Lucy Hone, because she included mental issues that are most common in other countries and tried to connect them to the U.S. A question I would want to ask Chris is, how does he deal with mental issues himself? And how does he feel about the pandemic affecting it? And I would like to ask him this because since he likes it a lot and has his guests talk the same thing, I would like to see this from his point of view. Other topics that I would want the podcast to cover is that I would like to see a normal person, not an expert, but a normal guest, and I would like them to tell their story of dealing with mental issues and how do they deal with them, and what expectations do they have for themselves.

5. Love this! - So grateful for this podcast. One of my favorites to listen to when I go for a walk. Such a lovely source of empathy, optimism, and humility during a tough time. Also on a side note- I actually got one of the Apollo Neuroscience devices after hearing about it here and have been shocked at how genuinely effective it has been for managing my fibro symptoms. Thanks for making this podcast, your time and work are so appreciated!

6. How to spend money - I was struck by how different this episode was from my experience. The big insight seemed to be, spend money and time on other people not yourself. What annoyed me was the chuckle chuckle attitude that while this is what the expert recommends this isn’t what he does. I believe him. Being a big shot professor at Harvard is a place you get only if you put yourself first. I say this as an academic myself. At the same time, there are many people who do put others first, who spend money on others, who may even forget what they liked or wanted because they spend so much time focused on others. Ask any parent of an ill or disabled child, or an immigrant who will never work in their chosen profession in order that their larger family can escape oppression. In other words, the social conventions professor norton projects onto the rest of us reflect his narrow privileged but uncaring class, not the American experience as a whole.

7. Political arguments discussed by two liberals - First in a most empathetic and respectful way I’d like to bring forward some points on this episode. First there was no conservative voice or thought leader. Your bent was framed with fairly obvious left leaning positioning statements. For example why was the older uncle the conservative and the younger niece the liberal? Are there no young conservatives that could have made your story more believable?? They are out there you know. Your painting of the moral deeper fibers of conservatives are somewhat off base as well. It might have been important to put fairness in both categories. Conservatives believe in equality and fairness. indicating this is not a moral value for conservatives is incorrect. How we achieve it is where we may disagree. Also as conservatives you should have listed Freedom. That is probably the most important conservative value. Loyalty? Maybe you should have substituted Accountability. That would have been more accurate. So while I agree that we should frame our dialogue with finding ways to agree it might be best to have stepped out of this echo chamber and hear why conservatives feel our nation is polarized as well. Of course with all due respect to your guest. Maybe you can address this in a future episode.
