One of my top fav books - This is one of my favorite books that I have ever read, the writing was really easy to read (which I love) I like that they’re all like family to each other (besides the brothers of the group). 2022-08-234. So Good - We read this in th grade and it was amazing! Like, I actually paid attention when we were reading it that I ended up passing my English assignments, and one of my friends cried over Johnny’s death. So yeah, purty good. We watched the movie and the cast was smokin! Especially Sodapop. Only dislike: Has nothing to do with the plot, but back then ppl were so sexist, that the author couldn’t even put her full name in the title because ppl would’ve been like “she’s a woman what does she know???” Uhm apparently more than most men! Girl Power!!!

2022-03-036. OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS GREAT BALLS OF FIRE!!!!!!!!! - I am reading this book for school and though I have only read up to Chapter Eight, I know all of what happens. And let me say, this book gets straight to the point with JOHNNY and BOB in Chapter Four!!!! I was shocked and most of the people in our class had to keep out mouths shut. I'm in an Honors LA class so most of the kids have read ahead. There are still those kids who don't even read the chapter until after we discuss it and those people are stopping us from talking freely about the fire and Johnny's broken back and everything else that happens. This book though, It keeps you on the edge of your seat and I feel I could totally relate to Pony. We most are gifted in the book smarts but not in the street smarts. I really do think everyone should read this book about the Socs (pronounced Socks not!) and the Greasers!!!!!!!!!

1. I still love reading them - I first read the series in my early thirties. Twenty-five years later I still find myself sitting “on the edge of my seat” as I read portions of each book. Somehow, they seem to fill a “void” I didn’t know I had until I started reading them. I’ve read the series multiple times over the years and each time I find myself both laughing and crying.

2020-08-044. A wrinkle in Time - A Wrinkle in Time is a sci-fi novel about a group of kids and their adventures in space. I personally didn’t enjoy the book because I don’t like Sci-Fi, but it is a good book if you are into space fantasy. The book is about finding a new way to travel through time and space, and later the family uses that way to find their long lost father who travelled to a planet light years away from Earth. To my opinion, the chapters in the book dragged on for too long. I recommend being to read this book. It will be too difficult for younger readers. I would rate it /.
2018-11-125. Very disappointed - Makes no sense, very confusing. Wouldn’t recommend to elementary or middle school students. I had to read this for class but i ended up having to read chapters over and over to understand what was going on. Everyone in my class was confused (keep in mind we are th graders) and it was hard to manage above a B on quizzes.

I would recommend reading this book to my friends because it is an exciting story. Also, the author used an excellent language and a good vocabulary. This book teaches us to never give up in stressful situations.

2017-08-278. lame book, awful story - when you really think about it, alpacas are just store brand llamas. They're basically the same thing man. they're just shorter and sometimes softer than llamas so that means they'd end up lower on the shelf while llamas would be at eye level so youre gonna buy the llama instead of an alpaca even though they're basically the same. honestly i think alpacas are better because they're so soft dude and they're small so they could like probably live in your house if you wanted. but like whatever floats your goat. speaking of, i like goats but they crap EVERYWHERE. no joke. and sometimes they charge at you. anyway the book was pretty lame, i had to read it for school
2017-05-059. Just Ok - I would rate this book five stars, but I can't say that this book deserves it. If I could rate it three and a half stars, I would. Anyway, the book over all was very good. It had adventure, mystery, and a touch of crushes. I liked how the author differentiates the characters with their own way of acting and talking. The reason I didn't absolutely love this book, is that the author practices bad grammar and she made the character, Calvin O'Keefe seem like a total doofus. Other than that, I completely recommend this book. There is also a movie. I give that one star. The person writing the movie should have read the book first!

The illustrations are a huge part of what makes these books classics, and the books are not the same without them. I’d like a refund so I can buy the books individually and have the illustrations.

1. Great book - It was PM. “One more chapter” I told myself. It went like that for around more chapters, when I forced myself to put it down because I noticed I wasn’t going to sleep. This book was assigned to my grade as summer reading, even though I found it really short. It earned stars not five because I was expecting something else. It felt like the story was missing something. It’s very well concluded and introduced but maybe it was missing a bit more story itself.

2019-03-033. Great book for young adults but children, no - Tuck everlasting is wonderful, well written and so much more but it could also be a bit disturbing in a away. It will start out slow and then it will jump up and really start keep the reader on their toes. At that point it in impossible to put back on the shelf (though in the beginning you might want to) and forget about it. It is almost a mystery story but some people might even think of it as a thriller. This book is NOT a bed time story for year olds. If you have a child who likes a happily ever after story this in not for them. At the right age this book can be great. If you are in - grade it is a perfect time to start TUCK EVERLASTING.

1. Wonderfull book! - Has to be hands down one of the greatest books that i have ever read! The book takes you through so many twists ands turn that you are never anticipating anything. The level of realness that this book has is just touching it really does put into perspective how the young people of the LGBT community have to do to survive high school. 1. The Little Mermaid - Both of my young sons were entranced with this story. They loved the pictures and the narration. My youngest, at five, has a very short attention span, but this kept him engaged until the end. The only thing he didn't like was that she transformed into foam at the end. He wanted her to still be alive! This story has a wonderful moral, and is well worth getting.
