1. A fresh pair of eyes reveals some lies - I bought this book when I was in the sixth or seventh grade and I stopped reading it after chapter . I went back to reread and finish the book, this time as a freshman in college, and I was smart to stop when I did. This book promotes harmful ideaology that will hinder a woman’s success and relationships with others as it opts to shame “stupid girls” who commit atrocities such as: wearing short skirts, dating casually, perusing men that they are interested in, etc.. I’m glad I stopped reading it when I did all those years ago because I definitely would’ve done everything the author suggested.

2. Best book ever!!! - This book is impeccable. Evan though i am only thirteen years old i find this book very relatable. I believe that any girl my age or older should take this book as an example. The best part about this book is thw author's extrordenarly reliatic outlook on today's soceity. Most of all i love her refrence to some of the best movies like ''Steel Magnolias''.

3. A Useless Read - I rarely review things but this book is particularly awful. Its SO negative!!!! She rips women apart if they don’t think/talk/act according to her ideals. The author comes across as very bitter and resentful towards anyone who is different from her (ie, if a woman has money, status, etc.). I was hoping for a much more positive message - maybe empowerment?? - for women.

4. Absolutely Disgusting - I find it repulsing that this women would claim her book is trying to build up women's confidence, when she is just tearing other women down. She is telling a women how they should act, and its disgusting. She keeps focusing on "stupid women", and I'm sorry if you disagree, but I find that quite insulting because I'm not the "smartest" person in the world, but I still have self value, and think that any other girl should too no matter how smart they are. All the author does in this book is enforce how society thinks a women should act and tear down women for things they cant control. I'm disappointed in the author for writing a book like this, and I hope I'll never have to read another book like this again.

5. Disappointed - I'm surprised by all the rave reviews, honestly. The author focuses too much on "stupid girls" and why they're so awful. She should have just stuck to the positives of making good choices instead of ripping other women apart. Female-on-female bashing is a major problem in our society and I'm disappointed to see it as such a strong theme in her book. Judging people is not classy, Jordan Christy.

6. Excellent! - This book was a great and easy read. Well written and interesting I didn't want to put it down. Definitely a book all young women should read, and mothers so we don't forget how much of what we do influence those around us. I would definitely pick up this book and read it again. Audrey Hepburn is one of my role models. This book does her honor. Another great book about etiquette and Audrey's life is "What Would Audrey Do." :) Happy reading!

7. A Little too Much? - Although the overall message is a positive one, Jordan Christy might be taking it too far. The examples are endless as are the comparisons. Instead of talking about the points for so long, it would have been better to have more points. Christy is also very critical of what she calls "stupid girls." She tears down the female sex almost as much as she builds it up.

8. Very cute book! - This would be a great read for a young teen, all kinds of helpful advice and encouragement not to follow the crowed and how to be a classy respected young woman. I'm so most of this stuff I've already figured out but it was still a humorous and entertaining read! I finished it in a couple of days. Definitely recommend it!

1. Useful Read - While some of the information in this book is out of date or otherwise not useful (I doubt I will meet the Queen of England or the Pope), I find a lot of this information is on how to conduct yourself with friends, at the office or in various social situations. I took a lot out of this book because ladies definitely feel that manners are attractive, I would definitely recommend this book to my friends.

1. SMH - Seriously!? I only read the sample of this book and I’m glad I did before wasting my money! I think this book goes against what “professional” dating coaches and experienced counselors recommend for having a healthy relationship. No thanks to the writer of this book. You’re strategies and ideas of women are a fail!

2. Great book - I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I just recently got out of a relationship and I am trying to build my self confidence again to get back out there. This book definitely helped. It helped that the prospective of dating is from a man. Many times we get advice on dating that are very simple and to the point. Unfortunately, meeting and dating a woman is not so simple. I really appreciated the indepthness and the examples. This author shows you that to reach the ultimate goal of finding that woman is not only the simple things to be done but the indepth research into yourself.

1. Seems to be missing a lot of content - This book, at least the electronic edition, while delightful in most other respects, cannot be complete. There are several references to chapters, , , , etc., and there are only chapters in the edition I bought from Apple. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to tell if the print version is also missing the bulk of its content, because neither Amazon nor the publisher will share the table of contents. Oh dear! What would Miss Manners say?

2. Miss Manners Does It Again - A fantastically well-written, and immensely enjoyable book that sums up table settings, proper greetings, and everything you need to know about being polite. This should be required reading for anyone seeking to join modern civil society. I keep a copy by my bed side. And now on my iPad!

1. Good Goth - I learned so much about the scene and how being goth differs from person to person. The book pretty much touched on everything from fashion to music to the influences that goth has on the mainstream media. It made me want to actually pursue life in this scene because there were so many things in the culture that I love but had not connected it to being related to goth. The author offers a fresh approach to topics that probably wouldn't be talked about with a non goth. This book could change the way many non goths feel about the goth community. This was a joy to read because it offered the perspective of a person in the scene who's been there awhile and one who takes a different approach from what people think a typical goth would say/be. Very well written :)
