1. Just what I needed - I'm not really one to write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one because this is my favorite track to listen to while studying. I own a lot of brainwave music and this is the only one I don't seem to get tired of. I reach a relaxed, focused state and the sounds of the waves start to move to the background. It doesn't make me drowsy despite the soothing sounds of waves. After I started listening to this one, my other brainwave music I listened to for studying became more noticeable and somewhat distracting. I am more of a fan of natural sounds (especially water), than synthesized ones. A lot of brainwave music seem to just mask brain numbing sound waves with white noise and other synthetic junk. If this uses the same technology described then it's not noticeable. This track is just pure ocean waves and no annoying seagulls or trickling between rocks. It also has been working for me with just stereo speakers, which is nice because I don't like to wear headphones for very long. There are a few parts in the beginning of the track where there seems to be a break in the loop and the waves fade back in awkwardly. Also, the long fade in and fade out at the beginning and end of the track breaks the flow of the song when using it on an endless repeat, but does not reduce its effectiveness. These quirks sort of annoy me and maybe I might edit it to make it more of a continuous loop. If they fix this, the track would be perfect. Despite these quirks, I think it is still worth getting.

1. Not continuous, not relaxing due to track plays - This is not a continuous “loop” of rain...like real-life rain. You get X minutes/seconds of rain, then stop, then an new track starts. This goes on through the entire playlist. Yep. It’s a play list. I don’t get why someone would think this is OK.

1. Thundering Rainstorm - This recording is the best! Some recordings you hear sound like a repeating loop, but not this one. The variety of thunder and wind sound so realistic it is almost unbelievable. This particular thunderstorm is at the intensity that you can still sleep to, but it still has the thundering booms that can be quite loud if you turn the volume up. It also has the constant patter of the rain which is so calming to me. This is the best track of a thunderstorm on the market without a doubt.

2. Thunder indeed...BOOM! It's fantastic! - This is a very realistic recording of a summer thunderstorm. The recording features booming thunder, periodic wind gusts, and rain that varies in its intensity. As you should expect, the sound volume level is not constant. If you crank the volume, the thunder booms will shake the room. The sound quality is fantastic. This is the “Level ” recording in the four part rain series by “Sounds of Nature by Joe Baker." Level is constant, steady rain; Level is a torrential rainstorm, with hurricane winds. If you like sleeping through thunderstorms, you should like this recording. If you need something gentler, try their Level offering, “The Sound of Summer Rain.” This album contains only one track that is minutes in length. Use search term "Joe Baker" to find the other recordings.

1. Sweet Summer Rain - This soft rain recording is great. The sound is phenomenal and the gentle but constant sound of the dripping down pour of the summer rain is a great sleep-aid. This is a wonderful rain recording that i cannot express to you how awesome the sound quality is. It always is a comfort to put on this cd and nap or sleep. It is a perfect replication of the summer storms that come up so quickly, and there is no unneccesary music or birds or anything like that. Those noises become distracting and cause volume boosts which can wake you from a snooze. This basically is a wonderful, wonderful recording.

2. Awesome Realism! - A great album...just like listening to the real thing. I agree with the album description provided by the manufacturer: In addition to the sound of rain, this recording also features distant thunder and rain variation. This is a very realistic recording of a typical summer rain. You can hear distant thunder and the rain varies in its intensity. As with its sister recording, “Rain for Sleeping and Relaxation,” its strong points are in what it does not have. It does not have birds, music, volume spikes, extraneous sounds, wind noise, thunder, or interruptions. The sound volume level is close to constant throughout. The sound quality is fantastic. You can hear individual drips and drops! Though periodic distant thunder can be heard, the volume does not vary much, allowing use as a sleep aid. This is the second-gentlest (Level ) recording of rain in the four part rain series by “Sounds of Nature by Joe Baker." Their “Level Rain for Sleeping and Relaxation” is a constant, steady rain. This recording is more like a real experience. This album contains only one track that is minutes in length with a fade out at the end.

1. A Success - I decided to download the Spa Songs to see if they were effective for my little dog. I connected to a Bluetooth speaker and turned the music up to a fairly high volume. Music sounds include lots of running water, birds singing-- new age for dogs! It appears to soothe her. I turned this on while she was getting groomed, and she appeared much less stressed. My wonderful groomer said she seemed much calmer. I think this would be ideal during the day to ameliorate separation anxiety issues. Be sure to turn up the volume for best results.

1. Dazzling water medical songs collection: - I have listened many types of relaxation songs, I strongly recommended this collection. I find these songs lively and not just relaxingly boring like ambience sounds which I can't find any climax or highlight parts in the music. This collection has some sense of stories behind the music. It has up and down sounds, but still able to maintain a calming effect as a whole. It is a positive collection. I listen to these songs for relaxation, for homework, especially for art related works.

1. Relaxing and beautiful, not boring - I have been searching for relaxing music with nature sounds and finally found something that is both relaxing and beautiful. In this genre so much of the music has a droning electric piano in the background which gives me a headache after a while and is, honestly, boring. Instead this has all of the genious of the classical composers played , mostly, on real instruments with full rich sound, rather than electric instruments wihich sound flat to me. Unfortunately a few of the pieces are electric piano but are well interpreted and are often accompanied by other instruments. A really good selection of nature sounds.
