1. The most beautiful song in the history of music - If you’re a hater get out of here this is beautiful gray school and smooth The plot the voice they’re all beautiful the song it’s self is just plain beautiful love the context of this song I can never stop listening to it I think it is outstandingly wonderful I love it so much and I think you should listen to it it’s amazing Lindsey this is your best work ever!

2. Too much dubstep downtempo - I want more electro house.
Am I the only one that hates dubstep for its downtempo (full second between kick and snare)? I searched on Google and couldn't find any results for people hating dubstep for low dowmtempo. I found plenty of cases of people hating dubstep, but it's obviously for a different reason than downtempo.
We need more diversity!
Why don't I give this one star? Because it's not terrible.
There should be a Euro hard trance remix of Take Flight.

3. Thank You! - About a year ago I found Lindsey sterlings “shatter me” on YouTube and I immediately fell in love with the song after that I quickly went to find her on Spotify which I used at the time to listen to all her songs to see her play the violin inspired me to learn to play an instrument too and I will never forget the impact she had on me.

4. Beyond the Veil - I have been a stirlingite for years now. This is, hands down, the best song she has ever written. EVER. I’m listening to Lindsey’s most recent album, warmer In The Winter, and the tracks are also great on that one! Okay, but honestly. Beyond the Veil is the best song ever. I performed it in front of people at a fundraiser and people were crying- they felt the power. The emotion in Neyond the Veil is just perfect. There’s so much. Lindsey, I can’t describe in words how thankful I am of you. You inspired me to play violin, and I have been playing for years and have found my true passion! I have started going to a school for prodigies, and before I didn’t think I was good at anything. I also am performing in front of thousands of people now- and I LOVE IT!!!!!!! Thank you, angel!!!!! Oh yeah, Lindsey, I’m your number one fan!!!! Tell phelba sorry- but it’s true ! I’ve read ur books times, watched your movie times, bought all your songs, listen to you /, created YouTube accounts just to love and support you, and done much more. You have truly saved me Lindsey, and I love you. More than you will ever know. Thank you. It is an honor to be a stirlingite.

1. Pure Moods - I remember buying this on cassette tape sometime back in - along with Deep Forest debut album. To this day the music is beautiful, relaxing, timeless, and you can even dance to some of it. Listening to this still gives me a chill as it did when I first popped it in the tape deck of my old Chevrolet Blazer back in the day.

1. Favourite album of - I stumbled upon this album in late purely by chance after noticing it positioned at in iTunes's chart in the electronic genre and giving it a listen. "On My Knees" was an immediate stand-out track but very quickly I came to appreciate the entire album. It plays beautifully from start to finish and I absolutely love that the band doesn't dabble in the silly maximum of -minutes per song formula. I have had the album on heavy rotation since purchasing it and my appreciation for each track just grows and grows. Absolutely superb album. I've started exploring their back catalogue as a result and in my opinion, SOLACE could just as easily have been part of the Surrender album. They come together flawlessly and if you enjoy either of them, you'll enjoy the other. So, so glad I discovered these artists.

1. Incredible - I've never been much of a fan of electronic music but this album is just amazing. My mom used to play it in the car when I was a little kid, then I didn't hear it for a solid years until rediscovering it recently and my god it holds up. Porcelain is one of my favorite songs of all time. Too bad Moby is a deplorable human being.

2. The Greatest Electronica Album Ever - Yes...I just said it! This is it the holy grail of all electronica albums. Every song on this album is a hit and still rocks to this day. Pure classic that cemented electronica into late 's culture and brought it into the early 's. Everyone should have this album - it's Moby's finest and one of the greatest albums ever.

3. The one album to take to a desert island - This album defies, and at the same time defines multiple genres. It is not electronic, dance, house, blues, or even trip-hop; yet it is all of this and more. I only mean to say that this album has broad appeal. I find that even some of the b-side songs have grown on me over time, to the point where I like them more than the well known chart toppers. The best $ you’ll spend on iTunes.

4. Driving on the island of MAUI and listening to this CD, windows open.... - I will always cherish this CD as one stellar example of beautiful music. Driving around MAUI along the Pacific ocean listening to this CD literally brought tears to my eyes. It was all just so beautiful, so relaxing, so sensory. One underrated track, INSIDE. Listen to it while one is driving in the most beautiful place you can imagine. You will agree. Bravo to Moby for creating this masterpiece that withstands the test of time.

5. My musical hero - Ah..What can I say? This album is probably one of the most genius examples of music I have ever heard, I love Moby because his music is unlike anything I have ever heard. From the amazing Everloving to My weakness, I've played this album from beginning to end, Pretty much fallen in love with it....I would definetely recommend this album to anyone looking for original music...I could go on and on about how much I love it, Thatt's how awesome it is...

6. Moby's Best - I was not a huge fan of Moby when this album was originally released. However, over the years I have listened to his music more and more. Now, he ranks at the top of my list of favorite artists. He's willing to experiment and he often makes a perfect mix. Whether you're looking to dance in the club until dawn or chill with deep and ambient tunes in the background, Moby has a song for you. Favorite Tracks: Porcelain, Why Does My Heart Feel So Bad?, South Side, Bodyrock, Natural Blues

7. Moby - Play - Picture this. , In a small home in Central Florida. There was a young boy with an old CD player. His uncle had passed away and his family inherited the majority of his things. One of those things, was a CD. This very album to be exact. The young boy was looking through the large CD/Record cabinet his family had to hold all the CDs and such they inherited from his uncle. He loved listening to each CD on his old, beaten up player to see what each CD had on it. One day, he pulled out a CD that read, "Moby Play." He was interested in the CD just by looking at the title. It seemed like his kind of music. So he pulled out the case and opened it. After listening to the whole CD a few times. He asked his mother who the "guy" was (not knowing that they were reffered to as "Artists" or "Bands"). She told him that he was Listening to Moby. One of her and his uncle's favorite artists. He became obsessed with Moby. Now skip forward years to . He stopped buying CDs and moved on to MP/s and his iPod Touch. Still loving Moby, he would play the songs in his mind, having memorized every song by heart as A child. One night, in the car, he asked what the name of his favorite Moby CD was so he could find it on iTunes. After a bit of conversation, he remembered everything from his childhood about the CD. He then saved up his cash and bought an iTunes giftcard. The second he got to his house, he scratched the material covering the code with his fingernails, too impaitient to find a coin. He took the code and entered it into his account. He then searched for the album to find a surprise. Something about the old album he loved so much. They didn't have it. But what they did have made him smile from ear to ear. A "Play" album with both sides to it. He bought without hesistation. And indulged in the nostalgia. Well now that you've read my little story (It's true, btw), Buy this album! Quit reading! Go, now!! Click/Tap "Buy album" right now or I'll hang you by your thumbs!

1. Almost th year anniversary - And I’m just finding out about this th anniversary edition in early . I see the description says it was remastered for fidelity but does the mix sound quite a bit different to anyone else? There was a certain fuzziness to the old CDs and old MP mixes or maybe it’s just my memory but the mix and clarity on here seem to make the album sound very different on the main tracks. I’m not saying it’s bad and I remember all the words and sounds yet it doesn’t sound how I remember it. Maybe that’s because of being nearly years now since I was really listening to this heavy. It’s still hard to believe that. On my first iPod with the circular gray touch click wheel that had like GB or something and was chunky and you could head the disk inside spinning, this album was the first I moved onto it. I never thought I’d get an iPod because I didn’t ask for one and it was unlike my parents to get the latest gadgets for my brother and I. I remember we also remember getting Napoleon Dynamite on DVD that Christmas but I was enamored with the unexpected iPod. I still remember how it felt and the cool metal back with the lit up black and white screen and pixelated yet clean now retro Apple don’t of the classic iPods. Before the iPod Touch and the iPhone those original click wheel iPods were so iconic. I had sn MP player before that which would hold like or low quality songs so the iPod was like a music Revolution to me. The novelty of having so much music in my pocket instead of deciding on which CD to skateboard to school with and hope the road wasn’t too bumpy if my anti-skip protection wasn’t working or hoping the batteries wouldn’t get too cold and the music would cut out on the Walkman. I appreciate those memories and the times of burning mixtapes and buying CDs with album art and lyrics and credits and sitting there simply enjoying the art and having that physical collection. I have an immense amount of memories tied to that iPod and that time in life playing Nintendo and skateboarding and life being so easy and falling in love so easily and listening to the Postal Service on my fancy early Gen iPod with the white headphones that meant you were rich at the time. Now white earbuds are ubiquitous and not seen as a status symbol not are AirPods really much of a symbol with all the competitors. Ah I could rant about this for a long time but a / album and awesome they added the covers, cuts, and demos. I might have to track down an original mix to see if I can hear the difference or if it’s just been so long that all the songs sound new to me again.

2. Should have left the legend alone. - These new songs miss the mark. They don't have the raw emotional power of the originals. To many BPM and he sings like he's performing with owl city. I've partied to TPS and cried to TPS and I'm telling you if that old sound is what you're looking for then don't buy this.

3. A big disappointment! Do not buy album or any song!. - So people kept saying on the review for l
Owl City's latest album that they Copied off the postal service well People guess what this does not sound Like electronic at all!.and I don't care About that they "copied " off of them!.
This is actually cheep crap!.This,in my Own opinion complete garbage!!!!!!.
One review on owl city's album said It was garbage, and this was better ooo
Oooo heck no!.

4. Totally love this album! - I've been waiting for them to come back, new songs just another prove Jimmy and Ben hasn't lost their touch… I love to see what they're going to do next with The Postal Service. Jimmy and Ben, I know The Postal Service doesn't meant for regular project of yours, but please keep it coming will you… One or two songs every year is good enough for me, I'll buy all EPs or mini album or single as long as it comes from The Postal Service!

5. A Wonderful Reminder of a Classic - This album was the first popular work in Indietronica, one of my favorite musical Genres. I think I left a poorly thought-out review of the original, so here's the redemption. This is an interesting, touching album. It's modest, with subtle melodies, cold synths, and melancholy vocals, but it has a pretty unique style to it. This style of depthy vocals and electronic instruments has been taken in many different directions by artists such as Adam Young, Ellie Goulding, Passion Pitt, and numerous others over the years who have achieved their own succes. We owe a lot to this. Some of the music sounds a bit underproduced and lacking in compositional value, but over time it all grows on you and earns it's own charm. It's relaxing, mentally challenging, and just a little bit romantic. Such Great Heights uses Techno beats and a blissfull chorus to win you over right away, and the rest of the work slowly works it's way into your heart and creates nostalgia. That being said, the new songs are beautiful. Grow Old With me brings that same bittersweet love that Ben Gibbard is known for and demonstrates some musical growth that has taken place since the initial release of the album. I've only got one major complaint: There is no option to complete album. I don't want to buy this whole thing when I already owned some of the last version. Anyway, it's a joy just to see these guys do something under this moniker again, and I'm overjoyed that people aren't arguing over Adam Young's project "Owl City" Vs. "The Postal Service" any more. Ben and Adam wouldn't want that, and I hate to see the fans of two great artists fight.

6. A true fans album - I'm not the type of person that will buy a cd. I usually just download the song or wait for a friend to burn me a mix tape. However when it comes to the postal service It was no exception I bought the cd and honestly it's nothing but wonderful. These songs take me back to high school. Where my high school sweetheart was the image I saw with every song . Especially when we took our time apart when I left to college. "Nothing better" was the song that could describe what I felt. we been off and on for years going on now and every-time I listen to such great heights reminds me of how much I love him. Cause such great heights was the song playing on my iPod mini when I first met him during nutrition. Definitely can't wait to see them in concert

7. classics are still classic, not sure about the new stuff - Give Up has held up incredibly well after ten years, but after listening to their new songs (e.g. "A Tattered Line of String") I'm thanking God they didn't try to make a second album. They will never be able to make something like Give Up again.

8. Young and loving it - I'm only , but years and years ago i fell in love with the vocals, the lyrics and the infamous infectious sound that is The Postal Service. I saw that this was added to iTunes and without hesitation snatched up this album. No Regrets here. Without a doubt, The Postal Service has helped me get through life, I thank them for that, and look forward to their next great album

1. Perfect. - Over the past few years I've been putting together a list of albums that I consider to be genuinely perfect. It's a tough thing to do -- to make a perfect record -- but Bonobo has by all accounts achieved that with Black Sands. Every slightest sound on this album is precisely where it needs to be and hits at precisely the right time. Each song evokes exactly the sorts of emotions that they're meant to (the brilliant thing is the number of different contexts each of these songs can be listened to in). I wish I could say more about this album but there's nothing left to say. If you haven't heard it, get it now. Bonobo's best, and one of music's best. Even after all these years I find myself coming back to it again and again.

2. Great album! - I only wanted to buy one song, but I saw the price for the entire album and decided to give it a try. This has been the best purchase I have made on iTunes hands down… My favorite tracks were "Kiara" (what I originally planned to buy only), "Stay the Same", and "". Buy this album. You will definitely not regret it.

3. Love at first sight - Yesterday I discovered Bonobo an I fell in love at first sight with his music. It's so fresh, so organic, so wild, so pure. It's like a variety of flavours from every corner of the world. I listened all the albums in one day and loved all of them (what a balance of rhythms and styles!) but Black Sands, for me: the best so far. Triana's voice is magnificent in "Eyesdown", makes me want to fly. Love it so madly!!!!

4. Awesome - This album is great, with the chill beats, inclusion of many instruments, and just general catchiness. The album really flows, and the songs are great. It's not too light of an album, but not too heavy either. This album is also very versatile, as it can be background music while you're doing homework or it can be the centerpiece of your listening if you're in the car on a long drive or are just sitting around. If you buy this album, you will not regret it.

5. Truly Great - I've been following Bonobo from the beginning. I'll always have a sweet spot for the dreamy sexy Sleepy Seven and Kota. There is something about that era of acid jazz that I loved. That said I thought Dial M for Monkey was an over all stronger album. Days to Come didn't grab me the same way and I lost track of his work after that.. then I discovered Black Sands this summer. Wow. This really is his strongest album yet and I happen to think Dial M is a great album so that is saying a lot particularly when its his th release. Even the remixed version of Black Sands is really good. Ryan Joseph said it all in his review this is his best yet.

6. The Best - This album first grabbed my attention on the internet (via a mix of "Prelude" and "Kiara"). The groovy beats on "We Could Forever" are especially to my liking and the electronic instruments are used in a different way to another of Bonobo's albums: "Animal Magic". The vocal accents and the mixing of real instruments and synthesizers are very well put together. And to wrap that up with undertone bass and drums takes a true composer. This album is a new and refreshing take on modern music.

7. One of My Favorites - This is more sophisticated than your generalized idea of trip-hop, electronica or wherever you want to categorize it really. The deep layering on each track makes the sounds incredibly complex and the great production quality makes it all worth it. All of the songs are great from start to finish and while they each are individual in their own right, they combine to make for a great whole piece that all flows together seamlessly. Quite possibly my favorite from and certainly one that I will be coming back to for years to come.

8. Oh Bonobo, all but one. - "Stay the same" is the only one I was mildly disappointed with the vocal and beat are harmonious and give me a sense of life and feeling, but I absolutely HATE the static that comes with the drum beat. It bothers me that such a petty element has made me feel obliged to comment on it. I wish there would be a remake of "Stay the Same". Perhaps better. (minus the static) The entire album is fantastic; dynamic! Bonobo is a master of his trade. This and his entire collection of music is a source of pride in my music library. Thank you very much, Bonobo. Sincerely, your avid listener.

1. Songs that capture emotional landscapes - This entire album is filled with songs that you have probably heard in movies, television and even online advertisements. The collaborations are terrific to help fill your ears with beats and vocals you crave. I love how even though this album was written years ago, you will notice that songs like "teardrop" have been used as opening theme songs to at least two shows. I recommend everyone to at least sample each song from this album. Sure, stream the music on Apple Music or any such service. But definitely go ahead and buy this masterpiece of an album and use at will. Also it rewards this genius to create more works just as brilliant.

2. I've been around for years, nothing has come close - I remember my old man showing me this on vinyl in . Nothing has compared to this since in my humble opinion, from the starting bass work on "Angel" to the mind numbing sounds of "Risingson". Come about "Teardrop" mellow but also very direct sound. To the very sexually charged "Inertia Creeps". "Exchange""Dissolved Girl""Man Next Door""Mezzanine"Group Four" and "(Exchange)" round out Massive Attack's Magnus Opus. However, in my humble opinion "Black Milk" is their masterpiece, I have never in my entire life listened to a song that has made me feel so vulnerable, bliss, torn, and at peace with myself all at once. If you have never heard this album, I beg that you give it a whirl. You will not regret it.
2016-10-16
3. "Angel" is pure Transcedence - It appears my original review, from a few years back, has been deleted. So now I get to reiterate, once again, what a masterpiece this album was and still is. There are only a handful of songs in ones life that listening to is a transcending experience. The song "Angel", back in , was that for me. I could easily write a thousand more words on just that one song. (Probably why my original review was deleted!)
2016-09-10
4. Apprehensive Skeptic - I first fell madly in love with this LP in ' or '. I'll hear Teardrop on a TV or movie score today and it sounds like it just came out from some underground band. It STAYS relevant and contemporary. This music type is such an oddity to most that I have known, but that's a reason I love it. Anti-mainstream, yet so contemporary, entrancing and melodic. This will ALWAYS be in my music collection!
2016-03-11
5. Massive attacks Ok Computer - This is when they went from one of the best trip hop acts to one true musical innovators. Sorry for the metaphor, but this really is their Ok Computer, great album that starts to get out of the genre. Too bad we never got to see MA's Kid A but this is still the definitive album of the 's in my mind. Worth a listen even if you're not a fan of electronica or trip hop. The texture, the layering and building of this album is perfect. So airy and yet so claustrophobic at times. Innovative lyrics speak of troubled relationships and personality flaws. Guitars soar and drums pound, while synthesizers and effects sparkle in the background, this is truly a masterpiece
2016-03-09
6. Desert island disc... - To those that remember. This would have been one for sure. A beautiful album. Near perfect. A rarity of gigantic proportions. Probably will be a timeless album referred to, spoken of, and talked about. Maybe the most important of its genre. Many late nights with this in the background.

1. From a true fan: Incredible in every facet - I've been following Bonobo for a few years now, and I can tell you that this is his best work to date. I knew going in that Black Sands (his previous original release) was pretty dang good, and would be hard to beat, but The North Borders just blew me away. Like was said in the review title, this album is really quite amazing however you look at it. Either as an experience, song by song, or as the next disc in the series of Bonobo's fantastic discography, this record is just incredible at every angle. It's quite rare to see a release like that. Let me take a moment to put this album in context with Bonobo's previous releases. Anyone who knows the music of Simon Green knows that this album is a definite step forward production-wise. But, unlike other artists who make forward strides, he stays relatively true to the sound of his previous works. I can still hear Bonobo's distinctive sound on every single song here. In the end, this is one of the greatest albums of all time, let alone a good Bonobo album. If you like Bonobo at all, or even just one or two songs off this album buy the whole thing. AT LEAST buy Cirrus, Ten Tigers, and Know You. This is a truly amazing release, and would be well worth double it's current price. Buy it now; I promise you won't regret it!
2013-08-10
2. Same Old, But Good - This album is good, along with all their other albums. With The North Borders, it's more mainstream current hip hop, whereas before it was more 's jazzy. I like both, but I've noticed a formula with all their songs and it's nice, but getting old. It's the same kind of "building up cumulative sounds" that they do really well, but I want something new. I also like Bonobo because they use a lot of unique sound effects, but this time around it's not all unique.

3. ONLY REAL MUSIC FANS! - Instant Classic! This isn't one of those albums that you just listen to... but rather feel deep down in your gut! So open a bottle of wine, roll up some of Cali's finest and sit back and relax! Simple and clean production, a good mix of mid-tempo lounge and smooth hip hop, reminds me of some of those classic Ninja Tune bangers from back in the day... I can't wait to hear Mr. Simon's live show in LA's Fonda Theater May th! For all you newbies... Check out "Animal Magic" or "DIal M.. and for all you haters... This sound is only for supreme beings of leisure... CALI LOVE! @DJ SOBERANO

4. Oh, so good except - I agree with most of the reviews that this is a good album. My only exception is a lot of these songs sound too similar. This is not a stand out album for me like Black Sands was but it is always good to get something new. Speaking of something new in this lost art. I just came across a album by Eric Walker called Tangier Dream and it is worth taking a listen to here on itunes and it was refreshing. I would love if we can get to see Bonobo and others in concert here in the USA!

5. Funky! - Love it!! From start to finish, this is an excellent album, recommend this to anyone looking for something new to vibe to. Can't wait to crank this CD on a road trip, simply marvelous. "Sapphire", "Heaven For Sinners", "Emkay", "Antenna", "Ten Tigers" & "Jets" are a few of my favs...I really love "Know You" sounds like a jazzy smoothed out Baltimore Club track. Needless to say Bonobo strikes again w/ a dope album to take you on a journey, hit the purchase button, this will change your life! Whizardry out

6. Bonobo Does It Again - Haunting and complex I instantly fell in love with this CD and just had to purchase it as I did Black Sands. Both CDs are unique in their style and are for different moods. Black Sands is a bit darker and I have to say I prefer the vocals in Black Sands. I would say my favorite tracks are Ten Tigers, Know You and Cirrus in that order but on the whole the album is excellent and I can't wait to see them live.

7. Magical - Bonobo and Jaga Jazzist are just two bands that amaze me with each release. How are they so consistently good? The North Borders is just a near perfect release. I love to listen to Bonobo whenever I am doing work or driving in my car. It is just so soothing. This is another release I will just leave on repeat though out my hour work day. Highly recommended!!!

8. Spectacular - I loved almost every song in this album, except for Heaven for the Sinner. Just seemed wierd. To the good side of this review, all of these songs made me inspired and touched. And with such a fast paced album as a whole, Pieces absolutely delivers as a cool down from the rest. Pieces is by far my favorite song in this album, and probably one of my all time favorites. Well done Simon Green, you're a genius

1. Superb - Enigma’s music, from the beginning, has always made me feel that there is “something” greater out there in the dark matter and the ether. It’s just on a different wavelength than about most other music and it hits you emotionally. It’s also good for meditating, working out, hiking, biking, running, star-gazing and about everything else.

2. Enigma still alive in my - I have known about Enigma since the mid to late ’s I always have appreciated their beat and diversity. I read the complete write up on them and how their tribal hymns turned into an intelligent and awesome soundtrack of music... Really appreciate it thank you I use to have the cd

3. Love it - I've loved Enigma ever since the first album! Love meditating to it! Wish they would come out with a new one! I would like them to keep it close to a lot of their earlier works. Some of their music, in one of their albums, can't remember the name, but has "goodbye Milky Way" in it, is a little too techno for my taste. But, definitely love them!

1. Masterpiece - This album is the definition of a perfect, elegant, sensual, touching, poetical piece of art. The combination of music boxes, celestas, harps and micro beats is simply amazing, Bjork really knew how to harmonize all this sounds with her incredible voice and create an absolutely wonderful and timeless album.

2. She's a freakin' genius - The fact that so many Americans base their entire opinion of this Artist's incredible music on a single viewing of a single dress at a single performance only shows how far our nation's intelligence has plummetted over the past half century. We're an ignorant close-minded mob.

3. Stars - Second most emotionally vulnerable after Vulnicura, Homogenic taking the next spot for this position after Vespertine. I love the micro-beats and how that was a large force, more so on here than any of her other albums. Among the albums I would have people listen to of hers this one would also be highly recommended. After Homogenic, instead of taking a similar route as to that album’s sound, she went calmer, less noisier, and released this album. For me, Aurora is a very light Joga, Undo is the most emotionally vulnerable on this album after Unison, and Its Not Up To You is a relieving declaration of taking back your own life from another hands, such as somebody you gave it to. Heirloom is an atmosphere in and of itself, with atmospheric beats and a sprawling soundscape, with intriguing, phantasmagorical lyrics. Stars

4. Bjork's masterpiece - While Bjork has had many interesting songs in her career most of her albums have songs that don't really fit or basically fall short of the hit singles. This album is the exception. It is start to finish amazing and a concept album that can hold its own with some of the best ever made. Not only are the songs great but this is one of her best engineered albums as well. If you want to go on an interesting musical and sonic journey look no further, this is the place.

5. HER BEST ALBUM - Vespertine is seriously her best album from all the time, the first time I heard it I fell in love, I don't know why it is her least selling album, this is the true masterpiece, songs like Pagan Poetry, Aurora and Unison are the spotlights in this album, seriously I hope someday Bjork will recive what she deserve with this album and all her work.

6. Bjork is G.O.A.T. - She ain't five star for nothing, she ain't creative for nothing, she ain't weird for nothing, and she ain't got nothing to prove to you but to herself. This album blew my mind and others alike, and it broke barriers, and tore down walls, an spoke to a lot of people in so many ways. Classic, innovative, essential, bold, thoughtful, exquisite, beautiful, lovely, a tour de force, ear-popping album!

7. Some moments... - I am definitely in the "Pro-Bjork" league; with that being said, this album is just, well, OK. There are some bright moments, such as "Pagan Poetry" and "Unison" (which, by the way, is one of her best songs ever). My main issue here stems from the fact that rest of album has a lot of the same ethereal melody over and over. While it's an album that i will play, just to have music around me, it's not ever been one of Bjork's complete albums that really takes me there. She's still fabulous, however...

8. the greatest - this album is so good, I save it allllllllll year, and only listen to it starting on the winter solstice. I then put it away around mid-february. It's great for winter, it's just beautiful. I wouldn't rate it the best of all Bjork albums, but it is in my personal top albums of all time.

1. Great collection - First, for the reviewer who gave it stars, it's not incomplete, this album was put together long before Call My Name came out. Second, this album is a great collection, but IMO you may as well just purchase all of their albums previous to this one, because there are so many great songs that just don't fit on one album.

1. transcendence - what sold me was actually seeing Thom perform a few of these songs and others from different albums in concert. the music, the vocals, the visuals, the collaboration of the three transcended me to an appreciation, listening to this alone doesn't give it justice. i'd recommend catching him in concert if able.

2. Amazing album - When this first released I wasn’t sure about picking it up, based on the previews. They really don’t do it justice. What finally convinced me to get it was the short film on Netflix. Listening to this album is really overwhelming. With some headphones on it made me breathless—it’s very uncommon music makes me feel like I’m suffocating. And that’s not an insult. It just weighs heavy

3. Must be the histamines... - ...cuz I gots tears in mah eyes. A beloved mad scientist is back with variable velocities and thousand-layer vibes. It moves beautifully, sequentially as a complete album. Aside from the usual genius accolades (Grammy material / nuff said), do I hear TY spontaneously and deliberately nodding to Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin and others in this album? Just for starters, then promptly carrying the torch forward. Quite myrthful at that, and devoted himself to compressing all lessons of Radiohead solo albums into light-absorbing, futuristic fairy dust. I am atomized by the sound.

4. The more I listen.. - The more I listen to this album, the more I love it. My wife and I drove from Detroit to Montreal and listened to it over and over. Nonstop. I can’t really understand any negative reviews on this. The songs are nowhere near pedestrian. Each song is masterfully crafted with meticulous detail. The lyrics are meaningful and create a wonderful listening experience. “Twist” is my personal favorite. But then again, every song on this album is my favorite.. It appears that Yorke is becoming increasingly creative with each passing album. I loved “Suspiria,” but I think I like this one even better.

5. Wow - I have always loved the output from Thom York but this is something beyond anything I could imagine. I have never walked away from a listening of something with such anxiety and angst. If there is an afterlife this is the soundtrack that will play behind you.. very complicated and personal. Great moments but darkness is all over it...

6. It’s Sparse - This dude literally mumbles some nonsense and because he’s responsible for the incredible music that Radiohead used to make, its considered genius when he does so over pedestrian synth squiggles and lazy percussion. Congrats Thom, you’ve managed to fool most everyone. I’ve grown to understand that the word ‘sparse’ and ‘minimal’ really mean ‘dull’ and ‘boring’. I gave it two stars because he still has a fantastic voice. Even if he’s burying it in effects and loops. I saw Radiohead this past year during their brief US tour and it was fantastic! But this I just can’t get behind.
2019-06-27
7. Another amazing album! - What an awesome album! Has such a great atmosphere and really shows his worry of being in the computer age, and what it means for the world. A lot of great songs here, like The Axe, Not the News, Dawn Chorus, Traffic, Impossible Knots... AHHH they’re all great! I’d highly recommend for any Radiohead and Thom Yorke fan, as well as anyone who likes atmospheric electronic music.
2019-06-27
8. Without Form - Yorke's latest album crosses the line of self-indulgence as he and Nigel Godrich present a random collection of electronic noodling with hopeless lyrical ramblings about climate change on top, all somewhat without distinct form and only faintly appealing due to the glimpses of Yorke's genius buried underneath the electronic sea.

1. Can’t stop listening! Even better than Atlas and Bloom! - I’ve been obsessed with Rufus for some time now and I honestly didn’t think they could top their first two incredible albums, Atlas and Bloom. But Solace did not disappoint!! In fact I think it’s arguably better than those albums. Every track is exceptional - my favorites are Lost in My Mind, Solace, Underwater, and No Place. But honestly every track is amazing. My only two wishes (not a criticism) are that I wish they had at least one super long track like Innerbloom from Bloom and Imaginary Air from Atlas. Those long tracks with lots of instrumental parts and various builds and tempo changes are my favorites because they take me away in my mind on a beautiful journey. - minute tracks are not long enough because it ends too fast and I want more!! Second is that I wish there were more than tracks! Again, because I can’t get enough!

1. Another Masterpiece. - What can I say? ODESZA has done it again with their latest album. Just a melodic, atmospheric masterpiece. Favorite tracks so far include: Wide Awake, Behind the Sun, Forgive Me, North Garden, Equal, I Can’t Sleep, and Light Of Day. Hint - they’re all amazing though. Highly recommended

2. Odesza proved me wrong. - Of course I’ve pre-ordered this album, but I just don’t know what to make of this album so far. Edit: Now after a couple thorough listens, I understand and feel the "beautiful celebration " that Odesza has put into this album. Everything makes sense as a whole. Thanks guys!!

3. A little disappointed - I’ve been an “Odeszalonian” since the beginning (circa ). Each album has not only built on the successes of the album before it, but added a new layer of depth and catharsis. The “A Moment Apart” album was as close to a masterpiece as you can get. It literally took the listener on an interstellar journey to another galaxy. Sadly, this album sacrifices the depth of sound, the rhythm, the catharsis. . . the “journey” for half-baked vocals and a somewhat hollow sound. I can’t put this music on and “leave” my reality behind. It feels too safe, too one-dimensional.” I pray their next album departs from this.

4. Tantric with no climax - Long time fan but this is a bummer. It’s as if someone said “ok, let’s wrap this up now”. Tracks are hyper mixed with too many layers and samples. Vocals are generic with poor lyrics. Leaves you saying “that’s it?”. I still love them. Harrison and Clayton are incredibly talented. Just missed with this one. I get it, it’s hard to out perform previous stellar albums but you can’t just get lazy and start releasing fluff.

1. An album worthy of remembrance - Used to listen to this album while driving through Hollywood and Beverly Hills all the time. The nostalgia is unreal with these songs. This album definitely always brings back some really great memories. And it’s funny because this album isn’t even that old but it makes me feel like decades have past by listening to it now.

2. Masters of Modern Nostalgia - Such an incredible album. The instrumental tracks are some of the best on the whole album. These guys are extremely talented, and I can not recommend Endless Summer enough. I bought the album after only hearing “Vampires” because I knew that the rest MUST be just as good as that track - and I was right! My personal favorite track: The Equalizer

3. Every Song is good in its own way - This album has an unexplainable amount of personal connection in my life. This album in its entirety is beautiful and you fall in love and get heartbroken while listening to it, but then you get back up on the horse and you feel okay again. This album will talk to you no matter what situation you may be in. It will help you overcome.

1. Love Lindsey and her music is awesome - I am years old and have never encounter or listened to a musician with music like this. I am not a music lover and rarely listen to music albums but when I started listening to Lindsey style of music without words for the most part I became a believer and a follower of her music. There is nothing else like it. She is the best.
2021-03-07
2. Dubstep and house go poorly together - For songs like Zi Zi's Journey and Crystallize, I hear the whatchamacallit? Breakdown? Riff? It sounds like house and sounds energetic, then when it breaks it goes to having almost full second between kick and snare. That's annoying and irritating. After a few measures, I expect it to change to less than half a second between kick and snare, but it stays the same downtempo.
Am I the only one who hates dubstep for that? I searched on Google and couldn't find anything about people hating dubstep for downtempo. Am I alone on this? I see plenty of cases that people hate dubstep, but it's obviously for a different reason than downtempo.
Why do I give this a three star and not a one star? Because it's not mostly dubstep. And it's not terrible.
There should be Euro hard trance remixes of Zi Zi's Journey and Crystallize. There should also be trance remixes (e.g. Armin Van Buuren, Talla XLC, Paul Van Dyk, or Sean Tyas) of Moon Trance.
I'm not bothered by a combination of uptempo (less than half a second between kick and snare) and downtempo (almost a full second between kick and snare), but I prefer uptempo.
We need more diversity!

3. Amazing - Lindsey Stirling has a lot of talent. I am trying to write my own music and I just don't know how she does it! I think she is amazing and this album shows it! If you don't like the album, don't take it out on her, producing music is hard! If you like dubstep and classical music then you should buy all of her albums and songs like "Shatter me" and "Radioactive (single)! In conclusion, Lindsey is amazing and now is one of my favorite Artists! I hope that you enjoy her album.

4. READ THIS REVIEW RIGHT NOW - I love this music. I'm an Irish dancer and my old teacher used to play this awesome music and I really wanted to download it but I couldn't find it. Till one day, I stumbled across this. ITS THE SAME MUSIC!!!! I was so happy and now I've downloaded a lot of songs so thank you Lindsey Stirling!!!!!!

5. If the reviews don't say enough, - I don't know what to say, I love Lindsey. I'm always on the lookout for something new, something I haven't heard or more times before, and she delievers! Personally I find this one better than her nd but both are still very good and I can't wait to see what more she will do in her career, pray she never sells out.

1. Exuberant Beauty - This music is full of life and pulsating with radiance. There's a genuine beauty here that is oftentimes sorely missing in electronic music. While always accessible, there's plenty of varying musical textures to keep the listener engaged. Rooted in light EDM and house traditions, this is vibrantly gorgeous electronic music.

1. Absolutely Beautiful Trip - This is the most amazing bedroom-romance-trip hop&B for bassheads. Hit shuffle and make mad passionate love. This chick has such a unique voice and sound, accompanied by the perfect production (thank you Galimatias, GENIUS!) to let it glow in all its magnificence! Lana Del Ray still gives me goosebumps, but this girl melts my mind, heart& soul. Oh and just as a Bonus, she' as beautiful to look at as to listen to...Google her....Mind Blown!!!! If you don't like this setup, you just dont like music, period! Kop it quick, You wont regret!

2. If you are under don't read this review - Yea I was a little upset when I first got all the singles then this came out. But it doesn't matter because this music on this album is perfect every song makes me cream. I'm sorry for the language but I just can't help but have sexual relations to this music. It makes me hit everyone up. I'm not a horn dog but this music is sex. Literally sex to the ears. Just give it a listen.

1. Pandora, Reviews, and Samples. - In a search for music that causes me to fall in love with the sound instantly I created numerous stations on Pandora.
Few songs featured cause me to willy-nilly purchase outright an album.
"Between Two Points" brought me here, and the reviews and music samples sealed the deal.

2. This album makes me feel like I drank lightning - I discovered this album summer and today is Mayth , and I'm still listening to it. The thing I love most about this album is the intensity that the music elevates into but it doesn't throw it in your face high pitch ear piercing trash rave music. This music is very therapeutic and if your wearing headphones with good base, it'll feel like Jesus Christ himself is banning you in ear. The only reason I didn't give stars is because some of the songs are very hit or miss with me (those misses being ,,,,). I'd highly recommend this to anyone who wants something different from mainstream music today.

3. I'm a bit of a critic, but this is AMAZING!!! - I'm a critic on the music I listen to and this album as a whole is by far one of my in not my favourite album I've ever listened to! I listen to ALOT of music and this is dam well near perfection, only problem is the album ended :(. If you like electronic music prepared to be amazed as this music has some of the best electronic music ever! I would buy this album even if it was double the price! I've listened to the whole album song by song with no pause nearly times and I still can't stop listening to it, great job Glitch Mob you've really impressed me!

4. Why are you reading this and not buying it! - If you are here looking for awesome music, the click buy, and I don't mean on just that one song you sampled, I'm talking about the whole alblm. It's awesome, and I have been listening to it everyday for the last week. Do yourself a favor, stop reading and start listening.

5. Coolest Dubstep Around - I first heard The Glitch Mob listening to Pandora Radio on my iPod.
Until then, i had been a diehard fan of nobody but Bassnectar.
As soon as heard 'Bad Wings' & 'Fortune Days,' I was hooked... unlike most dubstep artists, they actually have a harmony and musical notes that you can HEAR... I found that to be the coolest thing. This album is awesome, like it or not.

6. Music of my life - I've been listening to glitch mob ever since I first heard them on Americas got talent when those falling gravity guys used their music and I listen to all types of music (I'm a drummer age ) from rock to EDM and I can't tell u how much the glitch mobs music has impacted my life. They make the best music I've ever heard and I have many personal connections to the songs. Most music gets a little old after a while for me but I've never felt like this with this music. Please get this album it changed my life.
2013-10-23
7. Nicely recorded - I had hoped to like this album better. I like the group, their vision. The tonalities and technique here are well-thought out. The only, fundamental, problem is that the album taken as a whole, and the tracks taken individually, end up sounding like utterly conventional auditions for a two-star summer Hollywood blockbuster movie soundtrack, or for one of any endless number of shooter video game soundtracks.... all the same. The rhythms, and chord progressions, such as they are, are utterly conventional and, dare I say, really quite hackneyed at this point. The tracks go nowhere; they are ponderous, without any excitement, build-up or denouement, just one plodding cycling of chords and rhythms after another. So, good job on the tracks and technique; now it's time to learn how to write a song, or dance track, even. Or, go score movies and video games. This stuff will absolutely appeal to the More of the Same crowd. Really, I'm sorry I'm so unimpressed; I think you can do much better; at least, I hope you can. Because the technique is top-notch.

1. BEST MUSIC EVER!!! - I love Blackmill more then anything! I found Blackmill probably - years ago, and I have LOVED them ever since! You can relax with this music, and honestly, it makes the world right now seem better. With Blackmill, I can relax, and I don’t think about COVID-, and all the other things. You should TOTALLY buy this album if you are stressed out and need something from this!

2. The Kygo of dubstep - If you like nature melodic music that will put you in a state of trance and trip then Blackmill's your guy. His music is the epitome of beautiful I'm just at loss of words when I listen to his music! I totally recommend it. If you're looking to start off with one song then I'd suggest to begin with "spirit of life."
2016-01-28
3. Blackmill is Synergy - When I first listened to the song Title "Drift" I knew I'd dig their tunes. An amalgamated blend of orchestrated and electro symphony really stirs the dendrites in my body. More than just DUBstep labeling, it's the duality of what is felt through the ears and what's heard in your heart. If you like "Skrillex" "Calvin Harris" or "Zedd", definitely give Blackmill a listen. -M. N.

4. Blackmill Artists - Everything these artists put out is agreeably unique and ground breaking. This definitely receives a five star rating. Never heard anything like it before. Keep pumping out great hits that we love listening to. Way to keep the electronic genre alive! Good luck on all your future productions.
2014-06-08
5. Awe Inspiring - I cannot praise this album enough; I can say that it will be the best purchase you have ever made for any sort of music. In a world where most music is ugliness and obscurity, Blackmill is beauty and clarity.
Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I can tell you that Blackmill is an extremely talented artist; the music comes alive in your head. The whole composition flows with perfect unity, sometimes stopping in breathtaking pauses, sometimes rocking with astonishing bass wobbles.
Do not hesitate. Buy the album now.

6. Lively & Lovely - Simply classic…and more natural than A Reach For Glory. Spirit of Life is my favorite…It creates an image of the current of an everlasting river - life. It helps me get motivated about the future, even when things are getting difficult. And the other songs are fine…even if they were horrible the Spirit of Life would pull through. The album cover image is perfect, too:) CANNOT WAIT FOR NEXT ALBUM!! P.S.) It's weird that the album's artist is ''Various Artists'' when over % are from Blackmill...
2013-09-28
7. Im confused... - Are all of the song supposed to be remixes of a single base song? Because that's what they seem to be. It's not that they sound similar, it's that the background tunes are literally identical in each and every track. If that's what it's supposed to be, then by all means take artistic license with it, but as is it seems more like unoriginality/laziness.

1. Revisiting LDI - Nearly two years after its initial release, “Love Death Immortality” remains one of my most beloved albums in the EDM genre, perhaps only surpassed by Galantis’ “Pharmacy” or Nero’s “Welcome Reality.” Upon this album’s initial release, many fans of their debut album, “Drink The Sea,” were disheartened with the perceived direction of The Glitch Mob due to LDI's rather abrupt departure from the type of sound the group had become known for. However, the album was considered an overall success, and looking back, it could be seen as a coming-out party that introduced The Glitch Mob to a more mainstream fan and consumer base, and also signalled the group’s new intentions as far as their signature sound profile was concerned. Sitting here in January of , I can still remember the anticipation I had for the album’s digital release, purposefully not previewing any songs as to not spoil my first taste of the album. When I finally hit “play” on “Mind of a Beast,” I was seriously surprised and impressed with the quality, and this feeling persisted all the way to the album’s conclusion. LDI is not your run-of-the-mill EDM album, and it’s certainly not a “typical dubstep album,” as some people have suggested. Make no mistake, this is a top-tier EDM album that has a firm direction and consistent tone, which is not for the faint of heart. In review, the album holds up great.
2016-01-24
2. Long Live Glitch! - I honestly loved this album so much. It envelopes their styles from past experiences into one amazing album. The Glitch Mob and their music has helped me through so many hard days, they help me get through my therapy sessions; and their music is actually inspirational in that they evoke so many emotions in every song and it allows me to feel those emotions and work through them. I would recommend this album and all of their albums to anyone; but I would especially recommend their music to anyone struggling with their emotions. I can always count on The Glitch Mob to help me get through a rough day or just get me super pumped for an awesome day!
2014-10-23
3. Other Reviews - So, going through the reviews, and noticing people saying things like "less creative," "all one song," "everything sounds similar," and then proceeding to give it a bad score. What they don't realize is that The Glitch Mob wasn't trying to make every song different in its own way like they did in drink the sea. When musicians score a movie, they use the same themes, the same musical ideas, throughout the score. That's what the glitch mob was doing here, but not with melodies and note clusters. They did it with tone; they gave songs the same sound without making them even close to the same song. So if you think they sound similar, good! That's what this band was trying to accomplish here. And it Worked! If you listen to these songs in order, or even out of order, this album tells a story; a very, very passionate story with a beautiful resolution. Drink the Sea was amazing. Each song was a masterpiece, and the album flowed well. This is different. The album itself is a masterpiece, with transitions that startle and ease their way into your heart. If you are wanting another Drink the Sea, this album may not be for you. But if you are willing to try something different, something more musical, buy this album. You won't regret it.
2014-08-13
4. Great sound, though a definite shift from Drink the Sea - I love the Glitch Mob sound, and if you are looking for powerful electronic music that gets you moving and keeps you listening to the entire album, this release still has it all. I fell in love with the Glitch Mob on Drink the Sea and loved We Can Make the World Stop. I’ll try to explain how I think they musically differ, leading to some of the reviews. On Drink the Sea, I get a heavy percussion feel, a lot of drums and super strong percussion element beats that drive the music. There are some classic electronic cuts on Drink the Sea, but for an electronic album it certainly felt “instrumental” in nature. We Can Make the World Stop features some more throttling bass, dub step elements in addition to more electronic synths. When you get here to Love Death Immortality, I think you are seeing another level of what the Glitch Mob can do musically, fully exploring the electronic and dub step bass elements, all while featuring a wide variety of artistic accompaniment and vocals, something much more absent on Drink the Sea (vocals really only present in Between Two Points on that album). This is a great album, I enjoy all the tracks from start to finish. I personally love Mind of a Beast much more than some reviewers seem to mention on here, in addition to Our Demons and Can’t Kill Us. Bottom Line: If you enjoyed We Can Make the World Stop after Drink the Sea, you’ll love this. If you are looking for a more “instrumental” electronic sounding music like on Drink the Sea, this is a bit of a departure to more “classical” synth based electronic music with some dub step elements mixed in.

5. Love Death Immortality - This is by far the best album of that I have bought, I got it on the day it came out and I'm still listening to it, all day since I get up, until I go to sleep, I listen to it on my way to work, Love Death Immortality is amazing, from Mind of Beast to Beauty of The Unhidden Heart, every song of this album its absolutely amazing.
2014-07-30
6. Impressive, but Lackluster - After listening to your previous album, Drink the Sea, this one seems a little off. My favorite is song, and only one I decided to buy, was Carry the Sun, but even that didn't stand up to your song Animus Vox, which is my all-time favorite from you guys.
Better luck next time.

7. AWESOME - I mean Ive loved Glitch Mob for a loooong time, Ive got we can make the world stop, drink the sea, all the remix albums, edIT, ooah, kraddy (ik hes not in anymore), and Boretas individual albums, this one is the best by far, the mastery, heavy basslines, this album is one of my favorite electronic albums ever released
2014-05-06
8. Drink the Sea? No. Awesome anyways? Yes. - Does this album sound just like "Drink the Sea"? No. Should it? No. Really people, I read all these reviews complaining that "Love Death Immortality" does not sound like the previous album, but if it did, you would still all complain that all Glitch Mob did was recreate their first Album. To anyone who says that Glitch Mob went to mainstream with this, you are really just complaining that the music sounds more like something that a greater percent of the population would/could like, thats bad? What, are you all hipsters that hate anything popular? All the songs sound the same and are repetitive? No. Stop doing a second preview of the song and judging it. As with previous Glitch Mob, the songs develop from beginnig to end and should be listened to that way. Yes, this album sounds very different, but it still all sounds like Glitch Mob, and that is a very good thing.

1. OMG I love Minecraft - Although Minecraft is not the type of game to have the music I think it’s still crazy that someone is able to make the music for it some are you expecting music but Minecraft is just not there the music type of game so it’s crazy that they actually have that and the author is great and I really like it it’s actually kind of calming and nostalgic because the last time I played Minecraft was like a week ago so yeah nostalgia

2. Good but one song - I love this game I’m practically in love the music but only one song bothers me. The song is thirteen. It’s so creepy and I can’t go to sleep at night after I listen to the song. Any one who can get creeped out, I don’t recommend dowlodeing that song. Peace! And everything els is AWSOME

3. Such Great Memories! - I was inspired to play Minecraft at the age of five, because it seemed like everyone had it. I was so jealous. I remember that I got the game one christmas mornning, and I would play the game as much as I could. I thought the music was odd, so I ignored it. One day, I had spent hours creating a mansion. I made it have secret passages to and fro vaults with loot. The next day I joined and it was erased. All my progress. I got so angry and almost broke the disc. I was luckily stopped by my parents. I am so glad they did, because the next day I played, it was there! I was very joyful and turned the gamemode to survival. I sat on my couch listening to the music for a while, and fell asleep. I woke up a few minutes later getting bored of the music. A while after that I started playing Roblox instead of Minecraft, and eventually totaly quit Minecraft. Seven years later I go on YouTube, and I see a video of "Mice on Venus", and I go, "why not?" I click it and litsen to the video, realizing how beautiful the song is. Remembering how I used to play Minecraft at such a young age and litsening to the music fills my eyes with tears and brings back such good memories. C, thank you so much for giving me such good memories to think about.

6. Unique - No other music artist has been able to accomplish such a great album.
Not only that, but I personally have never heard anyone make music remotely similar to C’s masterpiece, the Minecraft soundtrack.
It’s something incomparable, and truly a unique style. Thank you for being the one to create such beautiful music within such a beautiful game.

7. nostalgic - Minecraft is my childhood and I remember back when the only way to get a cat was by taming an ocelot ,when the nether was just lava and rock, the simple villages that just had villagers in different colored clothing, the few texture packs and worlds, and back when the strongest weapon was a diamond sword. Minecraft has stuck with me all of these years, and I’ve played this game on Xbox , PC, Wii U, mobile, and now Switch. Sure I shift to other games from time to time, but I’m not entirely sure if any of them will grasp my imagination and attention like Minecraft. So, thanks for the memories. You guys are great at what you do, keep adding more items, blocks, mobs, and music! :)

1. New favorite album. - I must admit I was skeptical about the album based on one song a friend played for me since I had never heard of Chromeo previously. I went on iTunes and listened to sound bites from a few other songs and fell in love with the sound of Chromeo. Most albums nowadays disappoint and only have one good track or two, but this album is totally worth buying as a whole.

2. The MOST HONEST REVIEW you'll hear... - I will give stars because the production is good, and the songs are cheesey but catchy. Remember, there are two types of cheese, quality cheese and stinky cheese....this is quality cheese and people enjoy quality cheese whether they like to admit or not! The only problem with quality cheese is when it's new and fresh, it's something you feel you HAVE TO download NOW, but will eventually wonder and ask yourself "WHY did I download this?" when you're going through your music library about a year from now. And that is when the quality cheese turns stinky! But for now it smells good so Chromeo just got my money.

3. Finally! - Thank you, Chromeo, for yet another mind-blowing album. As a child growing up in the 's, I've always had a pull towards the synth pop/funk sound. When I was introduced to Chomeo in my music world was flipped upside down.I thought no one cared for my musical taste anymore... Having this sound reintroduced and reinvented into my adult years is a dream come true. Compared to the crap that's played everyday Chromeo's sound is literally 'music to my ears'. Thank you for your hilarious, dancetastic, talented work. Keep it up!

4. Chromeo is amazing!! - I just happened upon chromeo one day and it's one of those amazing random downloads. I'm only sorry that is wasn't until now that I found out about them. Their music is reminiscent of Hall and Oates with an 's keyboard beat mixed with a smooth melody and sassy, sexy and sometimes comical woman loving lyrics. I can't get enough of this cd. If I'm not listening to it in the car, or in my headphones, I'm singing it out loud. Such a gem that I stumbled upon and I couldn't be happier!

5. Best so far - I've listened to these guys for years and was fairly disappointed with Business Casual. But this time they've transcended genres and made something that, really, is the best album they've put out. I hear influences of Fleetwood Mac in vocals, Steve Miller in keyboards, throw that in with some of the smoothest bass lines and catchiest guitar hooks in the business and you've got something magical. This album will reaffirm the faith of old fans and create a lot of new ones.

6. Incredible (as expected) - If you've only heard a few of Chromeo's songs and liked them, then you will love this album. The riveting composition of Chromeo is consistent with the album. I fell in love with each song on first listen. There was no awkward phase wherein I worked to get comfortable with the new music. I loved it all. Very cohesive, exciting, and beautiful. I recommend to everyone.

7. A perfect ‘party record,’ from start to finish - I’ve been a fan of Chromeo since _She’s In Control_, and I can say without a doubt that this is their best album since then. Dave and P-Thugg get more skilled with every release. I was afraid that their act would wear thin by now, but the group’s clear dedication to their craft is proof of their talent as musicians and songwriters. Chromeo has never shied away from getting too “cheesy” with their use of analog synths, drum machines, and guitar hooks in their pursuit of the early-‘s pop-funk discotheque era style. You’d think hearing a revival of Prince in the year would make you cringe, but Chromeo constantly nails it with every earnest attempt. It’s no longer cheesy when it sounds so good! On ‘White Women,’ this is proven again and again, and it further solidifies Chromeo’s status as the best party-music makers in the business.

2. This Album has changed my perspective - Well I may have told a little lie, but there is one song that has completely influenced my perspective on life, On Top, has changed the way I think on things on how everything I do is just mediocre, my grades, batting average, ( I'm a ball player btw), and just plain out everything that I do. I know no one is going to read this but I just want to thank Flume for this song and the rest of the album, I just want to say, I will be on the top one day.

2. Best m album ever - This album is a cinematic masterpiece I love it so much, and it’s and I’m still not tired of playing it through. Whenever I listen to M I just find myself replaying all the wonderful moments that I’ve happened in my life. When Midnight city starts playing I find myself cruising through the city late at night, and my tears are becoming a sea takes makes me feel these nostalgic memories that I’ve never experienced before in my whole life listening to other music. I thank this album for getting me into electronic and EDM music.

3. An album for the ages! - This might be the most well produced start to finish album of all time. I stumbled onto these guys through a remix of the featured song Midnight City with Kanye West and wondered what the original sounded like. Needless to say I ended up here and the reviews sold me. After listening all I can say is this is a masterpiece. This album takes you to another place, all the way from the amazing Intro to the perfect Outro. I will be listening to this as I drive around Iceland in September! Otherworldly music for an otherworldly setting ;) Just buy it and let it play in order. ( on ear buds or surround sound/car stereo is best )

4. INTRO - I spend too many time looking for something different, something that I could carry with me for the rest of my life, I love music, music is My passion , music is everything to me... When I first meet M I found that I just don't find something I was asking for... I found so much, art, feelings, an new musical universe and I'm very happy with this. I can't express how grateful I'm. Thank You Antony Gonzales. You music touched my heart and my soul.

5. This album is incredible! - I discovered the song "Wait" from the movie Perfect Sisters. Everytime is listen to it, I just think. I have a different perspective on the world when I listen to it. Just recently I discovered the album and when listening to some of the songs, I get different feelings and emotions. This album is truly incredible and I recommend it completely. I love "Wait" and "Outro". Listen to this album outside while looking at the stars. It's great.

6. Best Album EVER - Hurry Up, We're Dreaming literally makes you feel like you're in a dream. M's music continues to take my breath away even with collaborations with other artists such as Glory with Jean-Michel Jarre. Their music just takes you away and relaxes you in a way no one else can. Each song leaves me speechless and I probably repeat each song at least times. Purchasing this album and listening to it will be the best thing you'll ever buy and do if I could give this album infinity stars, I would. Can't wait for their next album. Keep on dreaming!

7. Great album! - M is probably one of the greatest French artists to be known worldwide. With this album, Anthony Gonzalez fully exploited his talent and influences to create a double album. The result is a solid album with a lot of great moments: the « Intro » just makes you wanna know more, « Midnight City » will make you want to fly away, especially when the sax solo comes in, « Reunion » is catchy as it’s hovering. « Splendor » is also a great moment in the album, « Steve McQueen » is very catchy too. The album ends with an immense « Outro », which concludes a great album. With this album, M definitely joins the circle of the greatest artists of all-time.

1. Love it, paid for it, it disappeared from my music library - It’s a great sleep aid, but I not going to repay Apple another $. for the same download after it disappeared from my iTunes library! It took me a few hours realizing that Apple wants me to pay another $. for two musics. Also I missing a lot more music I downloaded from the past.

2. So Relaxing - When I want (need) a minute break in the afternoon, this puts me in a relaxed state and calms my mind. Sometimes I’m pretty sure I fall asleep, if so it’s only for - minutes tops. I’m so relaxed that falling asleep no longer becomes a goal. I feel refreshed afterwards, and ready to tackle the second half of my day!

3. Love all but one track on this album - Fantastic for relaxation, except for track . Downloaded this for my son who has high anxiety, especially at night when scared of everything! This album really helps reduce his anxiety, except for tracks , which is creepy and scary sounding. I just made a playlist with all but track and problem solved.

4. Nearly instant muscle unwind! - Really quite astounding. I know a lot about sound and its effects on the mind, body and environment, as both a scientist and a professional musician. But even that deep knowledge didn't prepare me for the speed at which these tracks induce muscle relaxation. Very powerful - get the album - well with it!

5. My Sleep Album - I first heard this artist on Comcast soundscape channel and was hypnotized by the music. I knew I had to have it and bought the whole album and now I play it every night. It helps me go into a very deep sleep. I'm a huge fan of ambient music and like artists like Steve Roach and Robert Rich. I can hardly wait to explore other albums by this artist.

6. MORE TOP-SELLING, CUTTING-EDGE AMBIENT TRANSMISSIONS FROM MARCONI UNION - MARCONI UNION is considered one of the top ambient (and electronic-synth) acts in the world. They have taken another giant step forward with their seventh album, WEIGHTLESS (AMBIENT TRANSMISSIONS VOL. ). The first track, WEIGHTLESS PART , was named “the most relaxing song EVER” by the British Mindlab Institute. TIME MAGAZINE called that track “aural bliss” and placed it at No. on their list of Top Inventions of the year. That first track is the most traditional ambient, but some of the other five tunes have pulses and rhythmic touches which pushes the music into a slightly different realm. The music takes your mind and body into deep immersion. Marconi Union counts Brian Eno, Steve Reich and Kraftwerk among their inspirations. While the Marconi Union name references the Italian engineer known for his pioneering work with long-distance radio transmissions, this musical group is transmitting on an even broader scale -- throughout the world and possibly even to the cosmos. Remove any unnecessary weight in your life, tune in and float on.

1. Fantastic. - Like most everyone else here, I discovered Little People last year when Start Shootin' played on my Pandora Internet Radio app (the height of my entertainment then, and still one of my main sources of entertainment today). I fell in love immediately. I don't know why it's taken me until now to buy the song, but for anyone who's reading this and hasn't done it already, BUY THIS ALBUM. To say that it's brilliant would be an understatement.

2. Get this now! - I am absolutely in love with this album! Like everyone else, they popped up on my pandora and I became a fan. This music is chill while also being soundtrack music. I can't explain how amazing the composition of the tracks are. Like........just get it. I mean $ for a masterpiece like this is quite a deal.

3. Beautiful - This album is the Mozart's Requiem of our genre. It's moving, provocative and deeply soulful. The album as whole is what most electronica artists strive to produce but once in their lifetimes. This is amongst the epitomes of what humanity has to offer when at its very best. This is classical arts without pretentiousness. This is beauty, ballet and imagination presented in a format that can stir the soul of any man regardless of race, creed and color.

4. Just Buy It Now - This album is the truth. Sweet loops, original sound, it's got it all. Head nodders through and though. And as far as the price? Forget about it. This album came up on my rjd pandora station. Why are you reading this? Buy it or steal it, hop in the car and go for a cruise. Oh and while your driving, bump this.

1. Our Remains is the one for me - Great chill music. Her voice is addicting. Musically the track that connects with me most is "Our Remains". It's the kind of song I can see myself blasting at night on a nice cruise just enjoying the moment and being aware of the grandeur of the universe. It's an infectious song that repeats in your head long after it's over.

2. Love this Artist - Completely Original - Just discovered this artist, absolutely a fan now. The song I heard that led me to this artist is "Don't Forget to Breathe". Love the style completely. Love this Artist - completely original. I'm planning to buy a few more albums from this artist. -From a Music Fanatic

3. Refreshing, pleasant....and just plain fantastic! - Not too many albums have markedly memorable songs, track by track. This is one of those albums...fun, sassy, unpredictable, with instrumental that you can't help shimmy to and bop your head from side to side. Give it a try...you won't be disappointed.
2011-07-29
4. Incredible Album - All the songs on this album are absolutely a perfect representation of trip-hop, down tempo, and modern lounge at its best. I would recommend to anyone who likes any of those genres or to anyone having a cocktail party. This album creates a great environment for cocktail parties and dinner parties.
2010-12-08
5. Love it more all the time - This album seemed a little too smooth and jazzy to catch me at first, but wow does it get better and better the more I listen to it. If you think you'd like it get at least one track and listen to it half a dozen times - this is NOT an album that really reveals itself with -second clips!

6. Love this album! - I first heard the song "the Matin Game" in a champagne commercial and I was obsessed trying to find it, and today I was listening to Pandora online radio and I came across it and I've been all day dowloading and playing every song from this group. Is a mix ok Portishead with Goldfrapp. Bravo!Nice job!

7. unique - The bittersweet musicians do a great job of performing their music through their own unique style. The base player does a great job leading the beat and even soloing, as shown in "overdue." They incorporate lots of electronic melodies and are already widely known and becoming more widespread daily. It is hard to classify Bittersweet because they are so different from other bands, but they seem to be electronic-jazz-fusion. I would definitely recomend this band for all types of people, some who want to become more into this type of music and others who want to broaden their electronic playlist.

8. very funky - I love this album! i first heard it on myspace and immediatly made 'dirty laundry" my myspae song. I love their beat and the two of them remind me ofM.r & Mrs. Smith from the hit movie. They are unusual, as it is a girl and a man working togther but their mixed sound makes a greatoutcome. Great job guys! Click yes if you agree and/or buy!!!
