Lifelong Warhammer fan Bricky and grimdark greenhorn Dkdiamantes delve into the incredibly vast ocean that is Warhammer 40000 lore in this unofficial Warhammer 40k podcast. From superhuman space warriors to depraved cultists and green-skinned Mad Max rejects, not even the most ridiculous aspects of this setting are off the table for these two mad men.

1. Bricky great, DK needs work - Five star show if Bricky had a co-host that actually contributed to the conversation, instead of just repeating what Bricky says. Or reacting with endless ellipses and making no effort to steer the conversation. DK sounds like a nice guy and he has good energy, but he has a lot of room to grow. I hope he puts in the effort.

2. One of the First Podcast’s I’ve Listened to and One I Look Forward to Hearing. - Seriously, if you weren’t into warhammer before listening to this podcast, they will get you engaged. Since DK is seeing warhammer for the first time, the reactions are priceless, and the commentary is hilarious. If I had the money to spare, I would gladly contribute to their patreon. patreon.com/adeptusridiculous

3. Good and informative but… - So I do want to say great job explaining the game, faction, lore of this game in a fun way. But the very meme/internet bias DK has as a none player or knower of the game is slightly annoying yes he has some good questions but yeah just alil bit less of that would be great. Also some of the more questionable rants or offshoots could be alil better handled but. But outside of that still good

4. Objectification and low tier humor - I had high hopes for this show and have stuck with it from the start but at this point I’m tired of it. DK is a terrible co-host who despite saying he’s new to Warhammer and he is here to learn with the listener constantly brings up incorrect lore he’s heard from memes and even after being told the contrary just sticks with his low tier Reddit meme takes. He ruins the show for me. Bricky on the other hand does an amazing but when he’s telling the actual story, he is very good at that and accurate but then when he has to play of DK he stoops to the same low humor. Also DK is very bias in which factions he likes so he usually blows off points that counter that and just kind of complains or talks bad about whatever he doesn’t like which is childish to me. On top of all of that in the most recent World Eaters episode they rant for minutes at a time cussing at the audience about how there isn’t art of a female character and it’s just kinda gross. They’ve done this with other female characters and the “posters” they put out with the episodes follow this same crass line. In total through out all the episodes (I’ve listened to all of them) they talk about the sisters of battle’s feet for probably a half hour plus when all out together which isn’t great for a show who’s episodes are just about an hour long. I know the show is called “adeptus ridiculous” but even just a half a touch of seriousness to at least keep the story on track and accurate and not be so bias. Best of luck anyway I’m sure the show will do fine even if I don’t listen. To those who do enjoy it I’m glad. And I’m still a huge fan of Bricky and will continue to enjoy his content. DK I joke maybe grows up a little and stops acting like a man child.

5. Great k podcast - As a space marine/AdMech/Battle sisters player this podcast is amazing for people who have either been in the hobby for a while now or just getting into it there is something for you personally I think these two have great chemistry and the humor is just great not to mention the way he explains the factions keeps you on your toes unlike other lore podcasts were you could easily fall asleep listening to it an example would be YouTube channels like onemindsyndicate who just read off a wiki for thirty minutes Overall great hosts, humor, and lore explainations

6. Great - I first had see bricky in his every Warhammer faction explained series. I instantly loved his videos and when I had heard of this I was completely on board. This has to be one of the best Warhammer podcasts around as is severely not well known enough by the community. This show is great and I look forward to every Wednesday when a new episode comes out

7. I feel like I can in at the right time - I’ve followed Bricky on YouTube for quite a while. I started following him during my days of League of Legends with my enjoyment of the “So you want to play blank” series. But now as League has lost its place in my heart I still followed him as he branched out. Then a year ago just as I was kinda getting into the Warhammer lore Bricky released his first set of Warhammer videos and I was absolutely ecstatic. Now as I start getting ready to play my first games after the quarantine is finally over it’s just a feeling that it was meant to be and that I’m heading in the right direction with this hobby

1. // after show fun. - Always a good show and podcast. When you talk about the wonderful spring clip. We affectionally call them the “Jesus Clip”. For the reason when they release and fly away we say “Jesus”!!! Always enjoy the show. Especially the after show. Hey Jim, keep those chop sticks sharp so they don’t slip when you need’em too.

2. stars for message. - The good guy in Colorado was a hero. And he did save lives. Sadly, he was murdered by a poorly trained second cop.
Lots of lessons there, don’t pick up the bad guy is gone, holster your own. Also for LE: think, think, think, they murdered a good guy. That cop was very poorly trained, but there’s a fix for that. Five stars on this episode.

3. Feeling Welcome In The Community - I, like many people this past year, am a new gun owner. I was so fortunate to discover the Gun Talk Podcasts. Not only is Tom a treasure trove of information, he is an excellent guide to a community that I was previously unaware of. Tom makes this new shooter feel welcome in my new home/family.
2021-05-18
4. Logical thoughts on the A - Tom is logical and thoughtful about how to approach all aspects of being a A supporter. He doesn’t rant and rave about he won’t comply and he’s gonna die fighting. We all know that the A is worth fighting for, but saying you’re gonna start dropping the “alphabet bois” when they come to your house is not helpful to the cause of saving the A. Tom is a boomer BUT he keeps up with the trends and innovations of the firearms industry, is he a high speed low drag tacticool operator? No but he’s been around a long time and has a wealth of knowledge. I appreciate Tom and what he does for the A community.

5. Done with GunTalk - I have been listening to GunTalk for a while, but after the starting to listen to the new show in , GunTalk has been deleted from my library. Tom’s came off with a holier than thou attitude and it just struck me wrong. Tom was talking to a caller about A activism and something along the lines that he is tired of hearing that people can’t make rallies and legislative sessions because they have to work. Then goes on to say, we all have jobs and that if you are not giving money to at least A organization and not going to these rallies and legislative sessions, you are not really a A activist… Well I got news for Mr. Gresham, not all of us have a radio show/Podcast with paid sponsors. Most of us have real jobs that we have to be at, if not we would not have a job. Tom was out of line with those comments and does not know all his listeners situations. I wish you all well, but I will NEVER listen to this show again.

6. Great show, very informative - I live in liberal Massachusetts and I just got my LTC. Fortunately my town has a common sense chief of police and the process wasn't to difficult. As a first time gun owner I really enjoy listening to the show. I got some very good info about finding the right gun for me. I took my time by taking several guns on the range and I finally found the right one for me (Sig )
Love the show and keep up the good work!!

7. One of the best A Advocates - I have listened to GunTalk for about years now. While I don’t catch every show, I’ve listened to most of them in that time. It’s a great resource for responsible firearm owners who are looking to keep themselves in the correct mindset, and up-to-date on various A issues concerning the news, legislation and yes, new products. Some have criticized the show as being a three-hour commercial (that’s only true during SHOT Show). While Tom usually has at least one dedicated segment to a commercial industry representative per week, he has not hesitated to hold them to account on-air if he suspected them of being misleading, unsafe or being anti-conducive to A advocacy. I can specifically recall Springfield, Remington and even the NRA itself being held to account by Tom on-air for various shortcomings. The show may not be as high-speed or “tacticool” as your average YouTube personality’s channel, but it has much more substance than most of those combined. The tone and pace remind me of the interactions I’ve had with the older generation, many of whom have sadly passed, and the show is a nice reminder of a culture I appreciate and don’t often get to engage with. Whether it is training, new firearm technologies, scenario evaluation, ammunition considerations, wing shooting, legislative history, current events or other items that become I.N.T.O.T. moments, Tom has covered it all – and what he doesn’t personally know he routinely gets guests who do. To me, that’s worth segments having the occasional ad placement. If you consider yourself a A proponent, then GunTalk should be on your list of subscriptions.

8. This Asian gun owner is tuning out due to RACISM. - Tom seems to be ok as the elder statesman. This Ryan guy, who I’m assuming is directly related to Tom seems to be ok with cavalier racist remarks. I’m out. You should realize that in the battle for advocating for gun rights, you should really be careful in who you alienate.
2020-04-09
9. Mix of topics - Gun owners and enthusiasts are really a big tent of people. Some of us are competition target shooters, others are hunters, some are collectors, many are just into personal protection. Virtually all of us are concerned with protecting our A rights others but many don’t want to dwell on it. Tom and the show do a great job of covering a myriad of topics that offer something for everybody but not too much of anything. Please don’t change anything about the show. Love it the way it is.
2019-12-22
10. It is not a podcast, it's a radio show ! - For those who complain about it having too many commercials; it is a radio show that is recorded and put out as a podcast. No more commercials than any other radio talk show. I enjoy most of the content, but I also agree with many of the reviewers that he can get condescending to callers and do not agree with his holier than thou attitude on showing up at the state capital for legislation and protests. His household income is much greater than most of us, as his trips for training, sponsers or to the cabin up north . I guess you can do that when the media company pays for much of it. If a person asks for advice it will normally involve him recommending a sponser's product, regardless of what is asked. I'll continue to listen, but I occasionally need to use the FF button on my media player.
2019-12-03
11. Broad ranging topics - This show covers everything gun which for some might be overly broad. I find this podcast is best saved and when there is a particular specialized segment thats not relevant or interesting its easy to skip ahead a few minutes. There are more specialized podcasts but Tom covers all of the bases, plus the outfield, and the off season as it were. Something for everyone.

1. Good content. Not suitable for children - I’ve used GoHunt for years. I appreciate the services they offer. It has been instrumental in helping me break down hunting units and my odds of drawing etc.. The content of the podcast is helpful, but if you are trying to raise your children with values I’d suggest not allowing them to listen along with you. You never know when they’re going to swear etc. My son heard them drop the F bomb and asked me what they meant. I turned it off. I’d expect to hear that language from the crap that’s on TV, not a hunting podcast. Unfortunately, given the decline of our society’s morals I understand this isn’t an issue to many people in our country anymore. In a field such as hunting that is associated with tradition, heritage, and values it’s definitely disappointing to hear grown men talk about the subject without being able to do so in a respectable manner.

2. Great content, and fun! - One of my favorite podcasts. Excellent content! One bit of feedback for you guys: you can barely hear Brady at times but then Lorenzo jumps in and screams in the mic. You can probably fix this with a mic adjustment or just being aware of it.
Also Lorenzo might consider interrupting and alpha dogging the other guys less.
2023-01-09
3. Thanks Brady! - Best info I’ve found to show a North Carolina boy how to go about a DIY hunt out west. I came across Brady’s Mule Deer hunt and now can’t stop watching GOHUNT on YouTube. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experiences with other hunters. It would be great to see some info on the handling of meat and general info after the kill to ensure the meat is not wasted. Maybe a podcast or video on that would be a good topic. Great team of guys at GoHunt and keep it coming. If you are not an Insider yet, I’d go sign up!

1. I’m here for the humor. - I love this show!! I follow them on Instagram, the offer a lot of great information but I enjoy the laughs more. I’m not a great woodworker, but I fill like I don’t have to be to love this show. Even if you knitted I would listen to the show, probably start another hobby.
2023-03-09
2. The best podcast ever - I’ve listened to every episode twice. It was fun to go back through the episodes because I had not realized how much information I had absorbed - but in many cases missed - from my first pass. In addition to answers to listener questions and specially themed shows, I enjoy the discussion about content creation and the lively, funny, and sometimes very thought provoking conversations. Thank you Marc, Shannon, Matt, and Matt. Willy from Freeville.

3. Wow, what a turn off - Have been trying this podcast out for a while now, started today’s episode and one of the hosts was berating a listener who gave feedback about lack of woodworking content. His response and attitude if you “don’t like it, don’t listen” to a listener was incredibly rude. So, I don’t like that attitude, therefore I won’t listen. Pity. Show isn’t half bad, but rude host made me unfollow and leave a negative review. Why not try being a little less rude next time?
2022-09-16
4. Great podcast - Woodtalk is an entertaining podcast that you can listen to in order to learn a few tips each episode, without being bored into submission like, watching a how to video. It mostly consists of light hearted banter between guys that have rather different woodworking styles and skill sets that together give enough information to help you decide their own direction in woodworking.
2022-04-12
5. Excellence in failure - Very glad these guys failed to quit well. Topping the comeback with one of the very best Woodworking sponsors, Rockler. We all need more dad jokes, chortles and obscure references in our lives. Seriously, entertaining and informative every show. Thank you for all you do for the community.
2020-02-13
6. YESS!! - I knew y’all couldn’t handle being called quitters!! All the goodness of wood talk doesn’t seem to have missed a beat! Let’s bend some toast and get Matt giggling again! So happy y’all are back because I was getting to the point of feeling like I was watching reruns of the Golden Girls as I listened to the previous episodes.
2020-02-11
7. The best of them all! - You will not find better information on woodworking presented in a more entertaining way than WoodTalk. Sure, there are other great people in the industry passing on their knowledge in the same format. Sorry, they are all really dry after listening to this. If your new, they don’t do many shows anymore. However, the archive is full of fantastic episodes. Listen to them all!
2019-04-13
8. Sad day! - Marc, Matt, Matt, and Shannon gave woodworkers many years of entertainment with a touch of insight. Known by many to be an addition to morning and evening commutes, these woodworkers will be missed. With this ending, there will be a new beginning. I will begin listening from episode to stay off the stench of this death of a podcast. No other podcast can capture the attention of its listeners like these guys did. We have seen their families grow and dogs come and go. Thank you gentlemen. Thank you for all your talent you shared with us. Feels like I’m losing a friend!
2019-02-11
9. Why include Marc? - Matt someone I would want to call my friend, super nice, does great work, the kind of guy you hope your daughter marries one day. Shannon calm, focused, knowledge beyond his years. Someone you would love to spend time with in his shop. When he speaks you listen! Marc slightly arrogant, mildly annoying, humor is just bearable...I tolerate him so I can hear Matt and Shannon. Someone you think must be better in person because so many people seem to like him and you want to like him but he makes it so dang difficult to do so. I don’t understand why Matt and Shannon tolerate Marc, if those two ever did a show on their own it would be the ultimate standard in woodworking podcast. And...I feel like half the show is needless pointless laughter. I love to laugh and have a good time like anyone but I get tired of all the laughter just waiting for some woodworking knowledge to pop up. Thank you Matt and Shannon for all you do!!

1. Elite podcast - Isaac here, a listener/viewer from the US. Comfortably my favorite podcast. The comedy is gold and I’ve begun to get interested in cricket thanks to the boys’ commentary. I would have given the show a out of stars but then Gode might’ve said it was over-rated, so of it is. Keep on the tools fellas!
2023-02-05
2. Cheers from SoCal - Absolutely stumbled upon this podcast, but stayed for the laughs. I know nothing of cricket and many of the Aussie-specific topics discussed on the show, but I absolutely adore the jokes and the laughs. I feel like I’m getting the chocolates when I listen with you guys. Honestly, no, the podcast makes me laugh as hard… and with an Australian accent.
2022-12-23
3. Cheesy entertainment - Just a fun gathering with the fellas once a week that I look forward to each Wednesday. Only complaints are () Jana is not on the show often enough, () no tribute show for Olivia Newton-John, and () Crocodile Dundee, who after ONJ’s death is the only Aussie known to Americans, gets no love at all. Frank in Hampton, Virginia
2022-09-22
4. SCOUTS! - The gents got the Chocos for sure. Fun jokes, great talks & stories, & even better jingles. As an American I know almost nothing about the sports they talk about, but they are top notch and I enjoy every nonsensical thing they say about Cricket. I told my girl one of the jokes from the show. She got up, looked back, said, “that was the worst dad joke I’ve heard.” Absolute legends.
2022-09-07
5. Comedy gold - American listener here, I have no clue what does on with cricket but I do know that Leigh is apparently no good at it. You don’t need to follow any Aussie sports to enjoy this, the banter back and forth between the boys are great fun. Mrs. Seymour bit was great. And Janna is always a pleasure to listen to! Cheers lads!
2022-06-03
6. Fricken Hilarious - American listener here, new to cricket (watched Leigh’s quick cricket rules vid on YouTube, great people) so don’t fully understand that yet, but the general banter, tangents, and segments are hysterical.Must or dust is my favorite, tights no shorts is absolute DUST. Can’t wait for future episodes, keep up the great work. Cheers gents!
2022-05-07
7. More excited than a dog with two.. - Some hit moments of the podcast include: sex ed from Leigh, calling an office max for questions about the friend of the show card, Be Goode’s Guest theme song, and an accidental apperance from their mom. If you want something to listen to that will keep you laughing, but you’re not always sure what they are saying this is the show for you. / would recommend.

1. Changed my life. - I live in PA, originally from Ukraine.
Always knew there is more but needed guidance. Started listening to you last year and from there went “down rabbit hole” like you say. Since then found so many spiritual podcasts/books and am so excited for what else universe has to offer. Love this journey!
I would love to meet one day:) dream is for you to meet my horse and get some insights Thank you!!

2. Outstanding podcast - I’m relatively new to horses late in life ( years old) and was looking for guidance outside of the “dominance” ideas because that’s just not me. I saw and liked Warwick Schiller’s videos on YouTube, bought the WS subscription service (which is excellent) and then started listening to the podcasts. I didn’t think I’d get much from them since I’m not an experienced horse person. I was wrong. I’ve really enjoyed a lot of them, and I think I get something out of each of them, but I really liked the one with Brendan O’Reilly and love, love, loved the Q&A episodes. (I JUST found those and was so excited and they’re great. I’m going to listen to them all again). Thank you to Warwick and Robyn Schiller for sharing your knowledge!
2022-08-12
3. Loving all of this! - I started listening mainly because I had some issues with one of our horses. I initially didn’t recognize any of his guests so I stopped listening. Well I had an accident on my horse and have had a lot of time while recovering. I knew there had to be a better way to safely enjoy my horses and so I started listening again. While I’ve learned some new things and am fascinated by this whole new way to have a better relationship with my horses, it’s also affected so many avenues of my life. I think I’m a better mom, better wife, better horseman and a better human being. The guests have been amazing and several podcasts I’ve listened to twice and still hear something I missed the first time I listened. Now that I’m learning about this connection I can have with my horses, I can’t go back to the old ways of pressure and release and so on. Some parts have been hard to grasp and often the answers are opposite of what I’ve always done but each day that I interact with my horses and interact with people, I am trying to do better. Thank you for sharing this journey and making the world a better place.

4. Take time to listen to these - Caught my first listen to these podcasts with the Tic Maynard interview. As others have already noted, Warwick’s willingness to speak candidly about his own journey (successful and not-so-successful moments) have meant a great deal to me. Others too, I’ll bet. Sometimes we only hear about the things that work and not about the experiences that need to happen along the way that ultimately contribute to successful moments. We still need to have our own experiences (successful and not-so-successful) but Warwick makes a great guide on this journey to better horsemanship. Thanks Warwick. Journey On!
2022-01-14
5. Absolutely absorbing! - Each and every of these podcasts are a treasure. I really look forward to the next one, as they are all so wonderful. Authentic horsemen and women, sharing stories, getting into some nitty gritty and exploring their journeys in the world and especially in the world with horses. Each of the else episodes will take you on a ride, and leave you wanting more.
2021-11-02
6. Disabled horsemen and women please! - Hi Warwick and Robyn! I love your podcast, it’s so rich and really giving me a lot of comfort in a difficult time in my horsey life - I’m recently disabled due to a neurological condition that leaves me unsure if I’ll be able to ride again or even be able to do liberty work. I would really be inspired and interested to hear about the journeys of disabled or differently abled equestrians on your podcast. I recently read a horse and hound article about a blind rider competing over jumps! Talk about a strong relationship and trust! Plus unique insights on the physical and energetic components of horse to human relationships that abled riders might miss. Keep up the good work, you’ve changed my life, my horse’s life and given me tools to cope through this massive life adjustment. My next big journey feels like it was just laid at my feet and is drawing me into the wilderness. I’m glad you’re here with me.
2021-10-27
7. Blah blah blah these podcasts as much about people as it is horses - I listen to Warwick Schiller on my way down to see my horse an hour away and it’s just made my drive so wonderful. There’s so many things I love about these podcasts but I guess it’s a primarily the authenticity of Warwick and all of his guests. It’s rewarding refreshing to hear the words of an awoke meal and of his guests bill and female. I learned so much and it gives me hope
2021-10-20
8. Wonderful content - I have followed Warwick for several years and was not disappointed when I saw him in person at Equine Affaire in Ohio. (I dragged my sisters to his presentation )
I have listened to every podcast so far and have enjoyed them all! And now Robyn is jumping in and adding her ideas, icing on the cake for me!! Thank you to the whole Schiller family for letting us all listen in.
2021-08-17
9. Genuine and Thoughtful - I found Warwick on YouTube years ago and was excited to add his podcast to my growing list of equine resources. I cannot recommend this podcast enough! Warwick is great at providing thought provoking content and his guests are as diverse as the horse world. Not only is this a great way to gain perspective from different people, but every episode leaves you with a growing sense of direction/purpose.
2021-07-10
10. Terrific, One Request - I’m a horse person and a Warwick follower. The combination of internal, human shifts that he shares and explores, and how those shifts are impacting horses, is incredible. I’ve been riding for years, have been on a spiritual journey, and am a professional coach, so every episode hits the sweet spot for me. There’s just one improvement I’d like to see: sound quality. It’s not good. I have to turn the volume all the way up in my truck to hear each episode, and then when the GPS or any other component comes on, it’s blaring because the volume is turned up so high. This is the only podcast I listen to with this issue. Warwick offers this incredible content free. I’m certain it’s a huge investment in time and other resources for him and I’m grateful! I just wish he’d also invest in good audio equipment. Even if he took on advertisers or charged a subscription fee, the improvement for the listener would be profound.

11. Different Modes of Animal Communication - Thank you for interviewing Dr. Susan Fay! I have ordered her book. In fact, I was going to tell a friend about her book this morning. Before I texted her, she sent me a text with a link to the book!
Dr. Fay has connected a couple of ideas that recently perplexed me. I can receive messages from animals when I set an intention and ask questions. I know they are not constantly chattering like us humans, yet when I am around them I feel a form of communication that I have not fully understood. When in the presence of our animals (horses, goat, sheep, chickens, ducks, cats, dog) I am connected to them energetically. This is a sense I feel physically. My understanding now has shifted since listening to the podcast. When I feel this physical sense, I am in communication with them. It is just receiving it in a different mode than I receive messages, but equally communicative. This has opened my awareness to a different mode and the possibility of other modes of communicating. (Whew! It is hard to figure out the words for these type of experiences!) Thank you again!

1. Thank you Arit for turning it green! - Any talk about gardens these days needs to have discussion of the ecological crisis along with our own aesthetic pleasure. With her latest series on the gardening world podcast. Arit is doing this beautifully and responsibly. In the episode on trees this month, for example, she recognizes the pleasure and ecological contributions of trees, but engages a critical perspective on the cynical claims that we can keep on consuming at an unsustainable rate and just plant trillions of trees to compensate for it. Thank you for this contribution, Arit.

2. British. Very British. - What can I say? I am married to a British man, have lived there and I love it and them very much. However I just can’t take how incredibly full of themselves they are any more. I know the British are Gods gift to mankind and we all ought to bow and kiss their royal bums as the peak of all horticultural knowledge, you plebeian Americans, but I just can’t do it anymore. That is all. Pardon me while I go sow some hybrid seeds in new plastic pots with peat moss and miracle grow fertilizer, perhaps the bitter taste of so much cultural arrogance will leave my mouth if I do.

3. Monty Don Always Gets Stars! - I would rate Monty a thousand stars if I could! He is so endearing and I deeply appreciate how he talks about the interconnectedness of us, our gardens, and the natural world, his reasonable suggestions to improve gardening, his passion for organic gardening, and how open he is about how gardening and getting his hands in the dirt helps his depression. I swear listening to him talk about plants lowers my blood pressure!

1. My Happy Place - I have been listening to this show from the beginning. Back then, I was working a job that was mental torture. I got permission to wear headphones and discovered Good Job, Brain!, and other fantastic podcasts (% Invisible was recommended on the show, THANK YOU!) My life changed dramatically. Work became enjoyable. Over the past decade , this blessing of a podcast has been with me through the otherwise torture of my job at the time, maintaining the daily responsibilities of domestication, long commutes, nearly the entire duration of raising my now year old (who likes to listen with me), grieving the death of my husband (has since been yrs), and many more.
I’ve listened to the entire catalogue too many times to count. The hosts feel like friends. There voices are very comforting. I actually don’t mind doing the dishes (no dishwasher), which I would otherwise despise, because I can listen to GJB. I struggle with anxiety, which has intensified since the passing of my husband. For me, GJB is an incredibly effective and invaluable coping skill, for which I am grateful. P.S. so bummed that Dana’s gone

2. Best Trivia Podcast - This podcast is the absolute best- the hosts are funny, the trivia is fun, and I always walk away feeling like I learned something. I often listen with my husband, my mom or even my younger nephews who love hearing about different foods, how wild different animals are. I highly recommend this podcast for road-trips, family fun vacations, or just driving your kids to school. /

3. Greatest trivia - This is the best of the best. If you are into learning there are extremely well researched topics discussed during every episode along with, of course, trivia. The trivia is mainstream and things I want to know. I can even answer a few! Some trivia programs use trivia of such obscurity because they need to stump the experts on the show. Give it a few episodes and you will get hooked! Good Job Good Job Brain

4. Good Job, hosts! - Words can not express the joy I felt when I realized (unfortunately, a year later) that Good Job, Brain is back making episodes. GJB was my absolute favorite show to listen to for a very long time, and when it stopped suddenly, I was very sad. But eventually when I assumed it was gone for good, I unsubscribed. Fast forward a handful of years later, and I accidentally saw something that announced they were back - and I have a years worth of back episodes to catch up on, SO EXCITING. After listening to a few episodes so far, it’s as if you all never left. Such a seamless transaction back into making episodes. And my god, the quizzes and the banter are as fun as ever. Please don’t ever leave again! Best podcast ever.

5. Poor Production - This podcast would be so fun if they would sit in the right places! The volume is all over the place. The person reading the questions sounds a million miles away and other people sound like they’re shouting. Wanted to like this but it got too annoying to constantly adjust the volume in the car!
2022-06-01
6. Still the best trivia podcast! - I was very sad when Good Job Brain went “missing “ for an extended period and was thrilled when they returned. Love all awesome hosts and really appreciate the male/female balance. My only real complaint is that their new seasons are too short. This is the only podcast that I have routinely listened to more than once (the way I console myself whenever they go absent.) Love the show format. The all quiz shows are my favorites but I learn something new and fun on every episode. A must for anyone who loves trivia and enjoys learning really weird facts! Their topics are generally very well researched but I admit (as a retired health care professional) I have found myself cringing a bit sometimes when they venture into medical topics. If they ever wanted to add a th member to their awesome team, I would recommend a Baby Boomer with extensive experience actually living through mid-century pop culture and with medical expertise. Think that addition to the team might make them totally invincible at pub trivia. BTW, I am available for the job…

7. So happy this exists! - I've been listening to Karen, Dayna, Chris, and Colin for years and have learned so much with their podcasts. It's even inspired me to start a trivia friend group of my own! The facts I learn from the pod always help me look smart in conversations too, haha! I was a little sad that they stopped making the podcast for awhile there, but I'm so glad they started back up again! This is seriously my favorite podcast of all time and I hope the never stop uploading! Thank you guys!!!

8. The podcast that got me into podcasts! - Absolutely hilarious, intelligent show! I can’t recommend it enough. It’s been years since I stumbled upon GJB while first dabbling in the podcast world. Years later, I’m an avid podcast listener of many genres, but this show remains my all time favorite.
2021-12-25
9. Lighthearted Trivia and Facts Have Returned! - Ever since I discovered them in , this group of friends have been my favorite to listen to and learn from. Their energetic, lighthearted banter never leaves me bored and their trivia and stories always teaches me something new. I’m so happy they’ve returned to making podcasts, here’s to the next !
2021-06-11
10. Incredibly entertaining - I am THRILLED that there are new episodes! The new shows feel exactly the same as the “first season,” and I can’t wait to hear the rest. I’ve been listening while shopping and getting my vaccine, and I’m so glad everyone’s wearing a mask so no one sees me grinning to myself about every joke. When GJB took a hiatus, it left a hole in my brain that I did not adequately fill until I discovered Ologies with ol’ Dad Ward at the start of the pandemic. Please, oh please, get GJB and Alie Ward in the same Zoom call for SOMETHING.
2021-05-06
11. Inconsistent and impersonal - This is a good show that started to sputter out at the end. They frequently have huge gaps between episodes with no explanation then come back and don’t mention the fact that they had been gone so long. Most recently they made an episode after inexplicably going offline for three years. It’s great they came back but at least address the fact that you just disappeared for so long. It’s like the fans are the least important part of the podcast equation for them and it makes the whole show seem very robotic and impersonal. I won’t be listening anymore because it’s clear it won’t be long until the next unexplained absence. If they just took seconds and said something like “hey guys life happened but we’re gonna make another go at it and see how it goes.” But no, they decided no explanation was needed. Cool. Good luck.

4. The real life Toy Story - This is one of the best podcasts out there! It combines so many genres. Wrestling, toys, comedy, etc. There is something for everyone! I highly recommend it and definitely give it stars! The only concern I have is the well being of the figures in Matt’s storage unit. I saw Toy Story and I know how this works. As soon as the door shuts the figures come out and play. How do they feel knowing they didn’t make the cut in Matt’s toy room? Are they sad? How is life in a plastic bag? Do the toys that go from his toy room to the storage need toy therapy? These are things Matt needs to consider. I’m totally joking about the toys but not the show. Go listen now!

7. I wrote this review using ChatGPT. - This entire review was written by ChatGPT. The Major Wrestling Figure Podcast is a true delight for fans of professional wrestling and collectible figures. The hosts, with their passion and knowledge, provide in-depth discussions and reviews of the most iconic wrestling figures from throughout history. Each episode is filled with interesting tidbits about the history of the figures, the wrestlers they represent, and the toy line as a whole. The hosts have a great rapport and their enthusiasm for the subject matter is contagious. They bring a fresh perspective to the world of wrestling figures and make it easy for listeners to follow along, even if they are not familiar with the toy line. 1. Wonderful Equine Nutrition Information - This is by far one of my favorite podcasts. As someone with a thoroughbred as well as a miniature, who have different nutritional needs, I feel that I can find useful information to cater a nutritional plan to suit each of them! I really love how Dr. Jyme cites the most up to date research studies in order to provide all us horse owners with the best possible nutritional information for our horses.
2023-03-07
2. Excellent podcast - I am so beyond happy with this podcast! I have been battling with so many equine nutrition questions and I now realize how much I didn’t know about equine nutrition! I am so excited with how much I am learning and how much I am going to be able to help my young thoroughbred with his nutrition and development! I highly recommend ANY equestrian or horse owner give this podcast a listen
2023-01-25
3. Highly Recommended - Dr. Jyme’s podcast has become a valuable resource to me as a horse owner. I appreciate her thoughtful and informative sharing of research based information on equine nutrition and overall care. While there are many sources of information on equine care, it’s prudent to involve your veterinarian and also do your own research before acting on antidotal information found online.
2022-12-10
4. Something for Everything - I have an hour commute and I wanted to use that time to sharpen my knowledge and learn something new. This podcast is excellent: easy to understand, real world topics covered, and the information given is SCIENCE. I have actually implemented nuggets of info from this podcast to use on my own horses.
2022-11-08
5. So much good stuff! - Equine nutrition is one area I feel like I lack knowledge in so when this podcast showed up in my show recommendations I had to listen. I just started it this morning but I’ve been bingeing it every free moment I’ve had today. There is so much helpful information! I can’t wait to dive in deeper and learn more. Thank you Dr. Jyme for sharing your knowledge!! If you want to learn more about equine nutrition you’ve got to listen to this podcast!
2022-07-14
6. thumbs up from a vet! - I have been listening to this podcast for a few months now. As a veterinarian who also owns horses, I appreciate a review on nutrition regularly- as well as learning many new things and keeping up to date on research. I have ordered supplements from Stride after learning about their benefits (Fish Oil Factor and Lifeline ). Can’t wait to see how my performance horses and broodmares respond. Keep up the great work! One of my absolute favs!
2022-05-24
7. The best. - I am always excited to dive into Dr. Jyme’s podcast. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and informative! She explains everything in great detail and really wants the best for everyone’s horses. I used to be intimidated by equine nutrition because I felt bad for not understanding what my horses needed. Now I’m confident in my nutrition plan for them and am so relieved about it. It’s all thanks to Dr. Jyme, thank you so much! You’re appreciated.
2022-02-14
8. Great educational podcast! - I personally really enjoy this podcast! I seen other reviews complaining about it’s just marketing but in all reality to be able to provide a nutrition podcast there has to be products to be able to completely explain things for individualize diets per horse needs. And products in a whole to provide proper nutrition it’s not really marketing when you can go to a product on the website and watch the webinar from the doctor breaking everything down about that product. That is quality and years of research and time! I personally don’t feed the products do to location but the products I do feed are similar to some of strides. Thanks so much for the podcast! To the hateful people, no question is dumb. People of all levels are in the horse industry and the beginners/ new equine people are learning! Be kind!
2022-02-13
9. Can’t say enough good things - I used to love this podcast but it really just became advertising for the company she works for and now for herself. Used to be much more interesting topics and she only answers the dumbest questions. Bums me out now when I keep hope it will just be informational again
2022-02-06
10. My favorite podcast ever - I have turned into a nutrition junky! After attending an event at my local feed store, I started listening to this podcast. At first I was skeptical because I just knew it was a marketing tool to get me to buy Blubonnet feeds. But I have been won over. The podcast is full of science and peer reviewed studies to back up what the doctor is telling us. She doesn’t push her product but does give recommendations. That along with free on site nutritional consults convinced me that Blubonnet cares about the health of my horses. I eventually switched over to Blubonnet and Stride Animal Health and my horses look fantastic. I couldn’t be happier. I look forward to each new podcast and love how learning about horse nutrition can be fun and make the dreaded chores a little bit easier to do while listening. Thank you Dr. Jyme for taking the time to do this podcast and educate us on proper horse nutrition. It’s so much better and easier than navigating all the social media advice.
2022-01-22
11. Excellent Podcast! - Dr. Jyme does an incredible job analyzing the latest science and presenting the info in a well organized, easy to understand manner. She takes a potentially difficult topic and highlights what is most important to the audience of horse owners. Thanks so much for your sharing your passion for nutrition and horses with us Dr. Jyme!!

1. Not only a great wood working podcast but a great podcast - Ben and crew keep it light and are a welcome listen every two weeks. I burned through the back catalogue in less than a year and have learned a lot as I delve into woodworking as a beginner. Highly recommend subscribing to this podcast but also FWW unlimited.
2023-02-27
2. Carve a spoon! - Thank you to everyone who makes Shop Talk Live possible! You have been my stalwart companions on many a road trip. Special thanks to Ben and his spoons. About years ago my grandfather planted Bradford pears in his yard. They have now run their course and I’m drying several pieces for future turning projects. In preparing them I spotted a small piece near a knot and realized it had a spoon in it.
I can now say I have carved my first spoon and did so from my grandfather’s tree. I owe this sentimental piece to your inspiration!
2022-12-23
3. Another Great Resource from FWW - I subscribed to the first edition and the first year of Fine Woodworking Magazine in . Almost years later, I continue to enjoy and learn from top-notch woodworkers, but now via multiple platforms. I understand the wide discrepancy in the various reviews; partly that’s the nature of podcasts. For my tastes, I would like Ben to tone it down a bit. I enjoy his humor and casual approach, but as moderator, often wish he would move over and let the guests speak without being interrupted by his opinions and off-topic insertions. As he stated on the latest podcast, “I have no filter,” and as moderator that’s not always good. I respect and learn from him, but for my taste he tends to take up too much of the oxygen in the studio. I think it’s possible to retain Ben’s best qualities while adding a little more purposeful discipline to the format that better serves the primary purpose of the podcast.
2022-11-16
4. What a Good Show This Was! - I enjoy the show every week (I listen in the iOS app, usually). The different perspectives and personalities of the hosts create an hour that is full of superb content, but is also encouraging, relaxing, and gently funny. Speaking of funny, I applaud the addition of Vic Tesolin, whose energy and quick brain are a match for his humor (should I say “humour? I mean, he’s Canadian…). This week, however, having just the “old gang” of Ben, Mike P., and Anissa, was near-perfect. Anissa, who is warm, genial, direct-while-self-effacing, might be my favorite, but the contributions of all the hosts work together to make a show that is both a pleasure to listen to, and instructionally serious about woodworking.
[edit] I want to add that it is due to this show that I’ve become aware of the many women woodworkers out there who contribute so much to this hobby/profession. I’m aware, because you give them visibility.
2022-09-03
5. Parental rights - Tell Ben to stop telling me I am a bad parent because I don’t want the public school system to talk to my year old about trans people. I will have that discussion in my own home that we are all different and should be respected. I want more Mike P giving us real advice and inspiration on woodworking.
2022-04-01
6. Modeling with Clay - Accomplished woodworker Mario Rodriguez teaches Carving the Ball and Claw foot by using clay. His approach is that the first day, the students “build up” the foot from clay, then, when they begin to carve, they have a more complete understanding of what the foot is meant to look like.
2022-02-05
7. Ahhh woke speech in my woodworking podcast… - Kick rocks with your “shame culture” “uneven power dynamic” speech. How about we focus on guests that are actually talented, and keep the uniformed lectures to yourselves. Ben is, hands down, the worst interviewer I’ve had the misfortune of listening to. I’m barley hanging on to my FW Unlimited membership. I want to love this so bad but FW is dropping the ball.
2022-01-28
8. Long time listener, first time reviewer - First off I would like to point out that all of the low ratings on this podcast somehow mention that the the quality of this show has dropped and that/or because there aren’t “accomplished” or respectable, or etc etc woodworkers hosting this show. That’s complete hogwash. If you feel that way, start your own podcast, or buzz off (you probably already have or threatened to). I’ve listened to just about every single episode over the past three years, and many several times from the early days to recent episodes. Every member of the cast on this podcast, past and present, has said something or suggested something, or described, etc etc in a way I haven’t thought of at some point.
2022-01-25
9. Great information and amazing entertainment - I have been loving this podcast for a while, and I have been going back through the many previous episodes for a while now. The information, tips and tricks have been so helpful in my own woodworking, and the hosts are always as entertaining as they are knowledgeable. I recently took a long road trip, about twelve hours each way, and in hour ten of the return trip I came across “Think like a hand plane”. If you haven’t gotten to that yet, then you haven’t yet lived.
2021-12-01
10. Like having buddies in the shop while I work - I love listening to the FWW Podcast while I’m working. It’s like having friends in the shop who give me great tips. Hearing their “smooth moves” helps you realize that even accomplished woodworkers with decades of experience are humans and make silly mistakes now and then.
2021-11-26
11. Feeling part of the conversation - There are a lot of good woodworking podcasts out there and I’ve learned a great deal from them. This one is different because the cast changes and questions get answered but somebody that really knows the answer (most of the time). The thing I really like is the easy flow of conversation. Just good friends talking shop and discussing answers. The laughter and banter are real. The knowledge is very real. And yes, I signed up for Unlimited! Money well spent! Keep doing what nobody else does as well. Dallas Wilkinson

Comments
1. Is this now a sports talk show? - Tbh, I’m extremely disappointed. I used to look forward to the News/Psrashate episodes every week. Unfortunately, they seem to have devolved into Sports Center, and childish, crude “humor.” I have nothing against Tim’s friend, but the chemistry just isn’t there and there’s hardly any actual supernatural/paranormal stories in these episodes. They have become an afterthought, and I find myself not actually wanting to listen anymore. And I’m really saddened by this.
2022-12-16
2. Lost me as a listener - I’ve been a listener of this show since and it’s gotten me thru some tough times in my life. I’ve laughed and cried with these guys, but the last show about Mariupol Ukraine did it for me. The guest made mention about how refugees from other nationalities (Races) are not quite as welcome as caucasian European and Tim took issue with it to the point of making the guest feel bad and apologized for making the statement. That was plain wrong because as a black man living in America, I get a front row seat to the injustice and micro aggressions we suffer mostly in silence everyday. I thought Tim was more open minded and thoughtful than this but.. I guess not. I’m saddened to leave in addition to being disappointed that someone like Tim thinks like this too. I don’t believe in my heart that Tim is racist, but on this issue he needs to do a little more research.
2022-12-14
3. Kathy Stearman Interview - Disappointed in the hosts insistence on not having the same political views. I’ve tried to hang in there, but possibly you should have reconsidered the timing of this interview. I really enjoyed it, and felt she is spot on, but now really don’t feel like I should support Darkness Radio given how emphatically you distanced yourself from her.
2022-08-24
4. Can’t do it anymore. - I’ve been listening to this show about years. I’m unsubscribing today. This show has always been hit or miss, but when they hit a home run, they really hit it out of the park. They haven’t even come close to an extra base hit in years even with Dave. Tim and bruiser are likable enough guys, but Tim thinks he’s quite the comedian. He’s not funny( His and Bruisers alien impressions are just cringe). There’s not a lot of paranormal about it anymore. The topics are boring and the guests are worse. The only conclusion I can come to, after listening to Dave’s new show, is that Tim was dragging him down. By far the best part of the show was parashare, but it seems not many people call or email stories anymore. While Dave had his problems, the show is absolutely unlistenable now. Farewell Darkness Radio. You got me through some stuff through the years, but there is not one ounce of enjoyment I get from this show anymore.
2022-06-01
5. Still One Of The Best - This show was the first paranormal podcast that I discovered about years ago. This past year, due to many factors(mainly health), I lost track and got far behind on listening. Now, I have rediscovered it with Tim at the helm and it is as great as I remember it. Keep up the great work Tim!!
2022-04-13
6. Painful - So sorry but After years of listening and loving it, I’m unsubscribing. I tried to support by listening without Dave but it’s just not good. Painful even. I love Tim but he’s better in a “sidekick” role (and that’s ok). Not everyone has that charismatic personality to keep listeners interested. Im switching to Dave’s new podcast the Paranormal . Good luck Tim.
2022-03-19
7. Long time listener - I’ve been listening to Darkness Radio for about years now. There’s has been some changes over the years but darkness radio always lands on their feet. Tim is taking darkness radio to a new level and I am committed and I will always recommend it and follow it. It’s great to see Tim evolve into a great interviewer, and I love to see the support from his friends when they join him in many episodes.
2022-03-14
8. Truly the best in Paranormal Podcasting. - This show is amazing. Both of these chaps are great interviewers, and give all of their guest a fair shake. They cover many different topics and put their own comical spin to it. They do a great job of taking the topics seriously, while not taking themselves too seriously. The witty repartee between Dave & Tim is great.
2022-02-14
9. Love it!! - I am really enjoying this podcast again. I had never stopped listening to this podcast but it had become almost a chore. Since Tim has been on his own I have begun to enjoy listening to Darkness Radio podcast again. It is easy to pick up on his excitement for the possibilities for the show and be interested in hanging out with him to hear the things he has planned going forward. It is nice to hear the show for its own sake and have a host who is invested in Darkness and its listeners again rather than using the podcast as a constant commercial for other projects.
2022-02-10
10. Looking forward to Dave being gone and having Tim take over. - Updated review from me. I’m happy to have Tim without Dave. Dave is just not a very nice person and I’m so happy for the change Old review before Dave left : These two used to be a lot of fun. Now just Tim is fun. Dave just comes off as bored and uninterested now days. His attitude stinks. His ego is laughable and gross. I’d love to see Tim and Malley Fox do a show together. They were so much fun together back when. Much better chemistry and much kinder people. Worth a listen to Tim though.

11. Tim! - I’m excited to hear what Tim and his guests will do with the show. I missed how things were years ago when he wasn’t just the guy in the background. Dave used to be entertaining, but in recent years he seemed to take over, and the show really suffered from the lack of balance and his increasing ego. For years, I never missed an episode, but lately I lost interest; when I tuned back in finally and heard Tim was taking over, it was a relief.

12. Dave leaving the show - I will continue to support Tim in his new endeavors.Dave has shown himself to be a sorry excuse for a friend and so called brother,as he called Tim so many times. Good luck to Tim and good riddance to Dave. They were once a good team but now it feels like Dave has been lying to the public this whole time. Tim is more than capable to do this show. Dave can go run around chasing bumps in the dark while Tim will finally get to explore his ideas and Dave can keep showboating and using other people for their ideas like The Holzer Files.

1. Good lore, amateur production - This feels like I’m listening to a few high schoolers who decided to make a podcast. The hosts can never stay on topic and this bloats the episode length. I don’t mind long episodes but when they’re long and barely on topic that’s just infuriating. I listen to podcasts while working at a lumber mill so I can’t exactly skip past tangents every time. Many of their jokes fall flat for me too, and I’m not even talking about the offensive stuff, I’ve been in the Warhammer community for long enough to expect some offensive humor, and while that’s not my cup of tea I’m going to whine about it. I’m just talking about the overall humor the hosts have, it feels like I’m listening to, again, high schoolers. Finally, the lore can be really good, but often the hosts argue points among themselves so it makes it seem like they don’t actually know what they’re talking about. Not exactly a mark of confidence to have each host “well actually” one another every few minutes. This isn’t the worst podcast in the world, but I’m sure there’s better if you just want to listen to lore.

2. Four for the Lore, Plus One for the Crying SJWs and Libs. - This is a solid four-star Warhammer k lore when they are able to stay on track; however, they often remind me of the old adage about attempting to herd cats. The audio also isn’t that great and it can be difficult to hear what they’re saying from time to time. I’m giving the show a five-star rating solely for all of the negative reviews by whiny liberals who believe that they should be able to police what words people use and want to ruin them for the heinous crime of WrongThink. And they’re ‘transphobic’ because they know that there are men and women, boys and girls, male and female and that you don’t get to pick which one you want to be. How dare they! Where’s Greta’s annoying butt to come cry and blame them for “climate change”? Any one that makes a bunch of whiny, petulant, idiotic SJWs call for the Waaaambulance while they shelter in place in their Safe Spaces gets a smile from me. Make them madder more often, cause them to cry themselves to sleep night after night, please and thank you.

3. Relatively informed on Warhammer, exceptionally ignorant to the world around them - Most episodes seem to be somewhat coherent with constant interjections on if the hosts recall something correctly (making me feel as if they aren’t as researched as they should be) Aside from this, Mark and Erik strike me as the classic archetype of dudebros who decide to run a podcast in their quarter life crisis. This is only pushed by their edgelord humor and general conversations anytime they aren’t talking warhammer. Overall, while informative they feel like a representation of what the fandom should try to avoid. Their whole deal makes the fandom look bad

4. A few guys arguing about warhammer and occasionally being on topic - I do like this podcast, it gave me a little more insight into the life as well as the consumer base but at the same time I saw the limits to the lore. Each one of the guys have their own opinion on what k “should be” even if the others let alone me as the listener disagree. So, a good thought podcast but does occasionally devolve into nonsense arguments.

5. Eric is the weak link - He is just smart enough to think he is smart, but so simple minded that he can only think from the perspective of exclusively himself. It becomes incredibly annoying when large swathes of the podcast are about thinking as a creature that is exclusively non-human. What makes it worse is that he is so bullish that he domineers most conversations on the show. Also seems fascist
2022-06-24
6. A promising podcast undermined by ignorance - After being out of the GW hobbies for almost two decades, I sought out podcasts that talked about k’s rich lore, and this pod came to me as a suggestion. After a decent start, I started to notice a fair amount of pretty casual use of homophobic slurs, along with some pretty poor taste sexist jokes. I tried to move past these as the pod actually talked about the lore in a way that I was enjoying. However, after thirty odd episodes, the slurs were becoming more frequent, and not something I wanted to continue listening to, regardless of the content. After doing a little research into the background of the Podcast, it seems these attitudes do not change, and in the case of one host, doubling down on their behavior. Avoid.

7. Good info but - I really wanted to like this podcast. I’ve been in the fandom for a bit and wanted a podcast that dives a bit deeper into the lore. This show definitely does that in a compelling way, but a lot of the jokes from older episodes didn’t age well. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, and try some later episodes, but nah it’s still there. One of the main hosts thinks it’s funny that he almost slipped up and said something racist, then the homophobic jokes start pour in a few minutes after. I’m out of this one. GG

8. Great podcast - I love it all! So much good stuff. You can tell they put a lot of effort in and it’s great. My only complaint is that they get sidetracked a bit too much. The best part of the podcast is Jordan’s sultry voice, he doesn’t talk often but when he does it’s like drops of gold dripping from his lips lol keep it up guys!
2022-02-04
9. Hateful Language - After a few episodes in, there is a tirade which uses fat a few times. That was from . This is . That means they have had years to correct language that was used as if it was . Given GWs recent statement about hate, this seems really off putting to a new player. The Imperium Is Driven by Hate. Warhammer Is Not. Don’t listen to these immature turds.
2022-01-19
10. Good stuff - So I have had very little exposure to Warhammerk before listening to this podcast but I found myself really enjoying the lore itself and the banter between these heretics. Jordon’s input in invaluable. I just got to the hive mind episode and the group’s optimistic outlook for was hilarious…in hindsight.
2021-12-28
11. Unfortunate and Problematic - The lore is one of the greatest aspects of Warhammer k, and these guys seem to know it well. Unfortunately, while I understand the podcast comes with an explicit rating, their telling and discussions of this lore is often overshadowed by mildly to blatantly homophobic, racist, and misogynistic tangents and “jokes” that express beliefs I personally find problematic. I’m not trying to take the moral high ground or make sweeping judgements on them as people, I’m just saying that I struggle to engage with the fictional lore the podcast is trying to communicate when it is overshadowed by comments with harmful real world implications. Again, I find that their telling of the lore—which they clearly have a passion for—being overshadowed by such views as unfortunate as it is problematic, and for these reasons I will have to look elsewhere for Warhammer k lore-related content.
2021-12-22
12. Unprepared, wrong, and racist - Say what you will about neckbeards, they actually do get lore of their fandoms right. They know about that. They’re disgusting otherwise. These guys aren’t neckbeards, though. They don’t even get the lore of k right. It’s just a bunch of white guys confidently saying things that are incorrect and then making snide jokes about feminists, Mexicans, and black people. And, if that wasn’t bad enough, the production quality is nonexistent. Why do people listen to this?

1. One of the best sewing podcasts - Their Sewing for a Changing Body is one of their many excellent episodes. As a middle aged female, this has happened to me, sometimes on a daily basis. . There advice is useful and offers you many options, so you can find a solution that works for you. This podcast series offers so many practical tips, fabric advice, packaged in delightful dialogue. Thank you for sharing your experience and guidance, Helen and Caroline!

2. My gold standard sewing podcast - Started listening even before I approached a sewing machine and have only come to love this podcast more and more as I learn. Caroline and Helen are knowledgeable, professional, and so warm in their presentation. I’m so glad I found this podcast and feel it’s given me such a good foundation. These ladies bring real joy to my day!

3. Response to History of sewing patterns - My daughter introduced this podcast to me, which I found so very interesting. I started to sew in the ’s, making clothes because it was so economical, using the big four pattern companies. As the years went in on, I became busier and my sewing interest waned. Then Covid hit, my daughter started to sew, introduced me to the world of indie patterns, which has been so inspiring. My daughter and I have since developed a sewing bond. I let her know what is interesting to me, she shares some pattern and material ideas, then I’m off and running. What fun we have had!

4. Encouraging and thoughtful - I started listened a couple months into , and the informative, friendly and fun episodes helped me keep going through the initial failures and trials. In recent years they have been covering more topics around cultural appropriation, POC and indigenous sewing and art practices, and size inclusivity. I’ve learned so much about sewing and being a thoughtful person, and I see my occasional discomfort as well as the joyful sewing mind expansion as a gift. Keep up the great work Helen and Caroline!

5. Sewing, knowledge, and encouragement - I started listening to Love to Sew a few months after the podcast started. I quickly listened to all the previous episodes and then waited eagerly for the new ones to arrive. Caroline and Helen are like old friends to me. I love the interviews, but I love even more when the two are chatting, sharing little bits about life and business. I hope the podcast continues for many, many seasons to come.

6. The best podcast on sewing! - This is THE best podcast on sewing! Helen and Caroline are organized in the presentation of the information, choose very interesting topics, and both come through as very sweet and lighthearted! I’m in my car all day for work, and I listen to Love to Sew every day. I’ve learned so much!

7. Great for inspiration, tips, and more - I’m getting back into sewing, both as a career and for fun, and it is so nice listening to these two professionals on their own sewing journeys. They give you tips that you can use no matter what level you are, and my favorite is when they even bring up something simple they just learned themselves. I love their two different points of views on things because I love options. I also love hearing the connections they have made and what they learn from our industry being business owners themselves. I hope they continue for a long time so I can listen while I sew!

8. Love To Listen - I’ve been listening since the beginning. I’m sure I left a review many years ago saying how much I enjoy these lovely women and their choices of topics. years later I still enjoy listening. If you sense a but coming, here it is: the use of the word “like” is really bothering me as I listen and I can’t seem to stop hearing it as the episode goes on. My criticism is not meant to degrade, I hope it’s taken as constructive feedback from a loyal listener.
If you could “ totally like” say these two words less I would be % happy. Totally.

9. Helpful and entertaining - Love this podcast. It is helpful, entertaining and love what you guys talk about in each episode. But please shorten the intro humming to at least half of the seconds, sometimes I can’t focus on what you ladies are saying, but maybe it’s just me. Ha ha. Love you ladies thank you for this podcast!

10. The standard bearer podcast for sewists - By far, this is the best sewing related podcast for sewists at all levels. Well researched, thoughtful, timely and most of all, fun. Helen and Caroline are naturals in front of microphones and make their guests feel equally comfortable. I’ve learned and laughed a lot.

11. I think I’m addicted to this podcast - I am a quilter who has always been daunted by garment sewing. I’m also a podcast lover who usually does not like “just two people talking” shows. Yet I LOVE this show and am feeling so empowered to try some garment sewing. I feel excited to keep listening, like I’m sneaking away to do it. thank you!

12. Love Love To Sew - It feels like I’m having out with sewing friends. Love getting advice and learning more about sewing from the gals and their guest and love hearing their personal stories from sewing experience. They have done a great job listing to feedback and taking suggestions. Can’t wait for more episodes!

1. Absolutely Incredible Podcast - I love this podcast! It is so well written and the acting is amazing! Love the story telling. Very well done! The audio in some parts, is the only thing I would say could improve. The voice of Task can get really loud. Every body else is great, but I wish Task’s voice was turned down a little bit. It often sounds like he’s yelling into the mic.

2. DnD in its actuality! - This is a very accurate DnD podcast. I know for a fact that in my years of playing, this is exactly what it sounds like at its core: a group of friends having fun. But coupled with its well planned story, incredible world, and great theatrical effects, this is one of the best DnD podcasts I’ve ever heard. Well done MontyG and the rest of the Unexpectables crew!
2022-05-24
3. Bad and they should feel bad - They really can’t get through an episode without talking over each other so much they give me an actual migraine. It’s actually so annoying to try to make sense of anything through that. It’s a creative story but it wasn’t meant to be a podcast and Monty does not know how to run a show. She gives no actual descriptions of the world or things happening. Borky is the cross talking main problem they all have big egos from their YouTube stuff but I think Borky chiming in to “be dumb for the lols” is the worst.
2022-05-20
4. Absolutely Stellar!!! - When I saw this, I thought “Hey it’s a DND podcast! Let’s give it a shot!” Instead, I have found myself invested in these characters and their storyline. I laugh at the bits, I feel so attached to these characters that all I want is the best for them! I find myself, every time I get ready to listen to this podcast, saying “It’s time to Orcy, it’s time to get Borky!” I guess you could say that me being so in love with this series was….UNEXPECTED!
2022-02-11
5. Lots of fun!!! - I’ve been listening to ‘the prince division’ on my brother’s recommendation and I love it. I was a worried that I’d get distracted because each episode is - hours long and the ttrpg podcast I’m and most podcast listeners are use to will have about minutes to an hour episodes. But it’s super engaging and vary funny so that didn’t turn out to be a problem. So for anyone who might be worried about that don’t be and give this great show a try!

6. Self serving - This podcast can be a lot of fun. They have and are great at role playing their characters, but it’s almost like the listeners are an afterthought. Compared to the other DND podcasts that I listen to, these guys do the worst job of acknowledging that they are playing to an audience. Now it is nice not to hear advertisements or commercials for products during the show but they don’t seem to care at all about the viewers. They do a very poor just of calling out rolls, don’t describe scenes or monsters very well, and don’t bother sharing what upgrades they’ve picked when they level up, which can be frustrating to keep up with the what’s going on. They also have so many inside jokes and a lot of back story that they don’t share with the audience that makes you feel incompetent at times. Lastly, they bicker about rules and “taking away from our time”. To explain, one or two characters will be doing a scene and another chapter out of scene will make a joke, the others will bully the others and shut down the one joke that the audience gets and will laugh at. All-in-all it’s a good podcast, they just need to do a better job at relating to the audience and get over their egos. (Mainly Greckles. Borky on the other hand is hands down the best part of this podcast!) I stopped listening during season . Maybe I’ll get back into it, but I’ve started to feel empty while listening to it and find that other podcasts do a better job of acknowledging the listeners.

7. Fun - I think the cast are funny and professional and unprofessional at the same time. Sometimes they go a little too far with the cursing, but who am I to say they can do what ever they want (Sorry to the unexpectables if you read these and it sounds mean, but you guys are awesome and DnD Is more fun for me because of you guys)
2021-03-18
8. Where to even begin?? - The short of it is, this is one of my favorite D&D podcasts. The story Monty and the others tell are absolutely entrancing. Not just the main series though... over time I have learned to love Da Krew, Prince Division, and the others almost as much as I love the stories told in Alivast. I usually listen to podcasts at work and I have to say, it’s sometimes really hard to hold in laughter. The only downside is, I’m officially caught up and can’t listen to multiple episodes every single day. I really can’t wait to see how the rest of these amazing stories unfold.
2021-02-19
9. Absolutely Amazing - TLDR: Is really good, / you should give it a listen. I started listening after the second arc of TFS at the table, Monty has ruined me for other DnD parties, Connor and Bosco are good, but Monty is the gold standard. I started in during the Winter Festival arc and I’ve listened to the entire podcast in anticipation and to tide me over at least times. The beginning is a bit rougher around the edges, as all things are as they start and I’ve seen a few complaints about Task, and Chris playing him, if you listen to the actual Raunfalt arc on Taka’s channel you realize that he mellowed out before the hungry bois, and it’s all about the character, don’t blame the player for being true to the character. My only complaint is more just me wanting my fix, the delay on uploads is off, sometimes weeks later, sometimes the next day, but that’s just how things are and I just get impatient. In terms of player complaints, it’s only Bosco trying to tell the others how to play and what to do above game, which he has gotten better about but it happens from time to time, and the occasional slip ups on metaknowledge, but that’s genuinely human error and you can tell it’s a slip that has gotten progressively sparser. The party or Monty forgetting a name, losing notes, or forgetting an ability is just human error and helps you remember that they are human and have lives and don’t only have the campaign. The Dogzone, Waterlogged, Pultrygeist, Naked Fear, Hard to Swallow, the beach episode, Levity and Legacy are only a few of the highlights that are absolutely bananas, off the wall with hilarity but also seriousness and tonal whiplash, I don’t know how Monty does it but it’s amazing. Sorry for the paragraph.

10. A Hilarious and Fun DND e podcast worth listening to! - I love the show, Panic and Borki the Orki are some of the best role playing I’ve seen. Grekils is a lot of fun and an excellent Rogue to take tips from to, Task is cool but he could use a chill pill. I wish that the prince division would become an entirely different podcast because it can get annoying going from old fantasy to new. Monte? Monti? The DM is one of the best I’ve ever listened to and from another DM’s perspective I have a lot of respect for the world building and story arcs!
2020-08-19
11. Pretty great - I do love this game and these players (even if Gaijin can be really annoying with metagaming). My one issues with the podcast is that they never describe anything visually. When new characters are introduced it’s clear they’re all looking at photo but no one describes what it looks like. It’s kind of irritating. They also only call out like half of their dice rolls. Otherwise I do like this game a lot. The GM is super creative and great at creating both funny and intense moments. Rulings could be more consistent.

12. Hilarious and Epic in Equal Measure - I’m so glad I found this campaign! The world-building is excellent, the lore is intriguing, and the characters are extremely compelling and endearing. Plus it’s so funny that I had to stop listening to episodes at work. My only regret is that I ran through the archived episodes too quickly. PS: Don’t skip the one-shots. They’re not related to the main story, but they are excellent.

1. Simply the best - Best show on the air. I learn a lot each episode. I put it on at work and sometimes before bed so I can continue to soak up information in my sleep. It paid off! This past year Turkey Time E Magazine ranked me as on their under turkey hunters. I enjoy the show and they always have relevant guests. Thank you!

2. Complain complain complain - All the YouTubers you complain about are doing more for turkey hunting than you are. You’re traveling to hunt just like they are, they’ve just figured out how to make a living doing it, god forbid they reveal what states they hunt. All the whining and moaning on this show drives me nuts
