It contained info of all of those creatures, and I'm not sure why this is pre order because it should already be out.

1. Edward Eager: Magic By The Lake, etc. - Magic, Adventure, Time Travel ! I loved these books when I was a child. Even then they were somewhat archaic, some set in the s, some in the late s (when they were written). Eager revered E Nesbit’s books (Five Children and It, The Phoenix and the Carpet, The Enchanted Castle… ) which depicted a group of siblings having magical adventures. His books follow the same pattern: children realize they have a magic talisman, have exciting but unpredictable adventures, and must figure out how the magic works. Every story has a character you can identify with, so you feel included in it. Even if you had no siblings, for the duration of the book, and you experience all of fun (and occasional tension) that includes. My favorites are Magic by the Lake, and The Time Garden. They’re fun to re-read as an adult, and sharing them with your children is even better.

1. Absolutely Delightful! - I love how it contains easy parts for younger readers and fact pages for parents or older readers. The illustrations put a smile to anyone's face. Spoiled only by the assertion that an inch is about centimeters (it's millimeters). That should be pretty easy to correct on a digital book, right?

1. Great book - I really enjoyed sharing this book with my daughter. We all have moments where we want to be different and aren't happy with the way that we are. When we are little we want to be big and when we are big we want to be little. The concept in this book is one that needs to be instilled in children early on so that they understand that no matter how they are they are perfect the way they are. Broken children grown up to be broken adults, while whole children grow up to be whole adults. Understanding that one is perfect as they are helps one to be whole. And the price is perfectly perfect!

1. Going to bed book - I have seen other reviews that said this book is not interactive, nothing could be further from the truth. We read this almost every night and not only is it interactive but my two year old can manipulate most of the functions. We also like the music, it is very soothing and fit in with the narrative.

First off, Peters' mother told him not to go to Mr.McGregors garden, and with that being said, he went anyway. The cause of him eating so much was the fact that he got sick. After that, he lost all of his clothes, got lost, & getting caught by McGregor. He disobeyed his mother because he thought he was going to get away with it. See, that's where a lot of children get wrong. As me being years old, I should know how it feels to be punished like that! And I do! I thought I could get away with escaping my bedroom that I shared with my sister, Aria, by both of us being grounded to our room. We were grounded for to our room for the rest of the day! So by escaping, we went to her bedroom window! Once we went back to the window to get back in the room, like seconds later, my mom and dad were standing on the other side of the window staring at us and nodding their heads! We got in huge trouble! But that is where god comes in. He is like our parent and we are like his children. When we disobey, he punishes us greatly! What we need to do as his children, we have to make up for what we did. It's all cause and effect! 2011-12-124. very helpful - I used this version of Peter Rabbit with the children I babysit. The youngest boy, , read with the illuminated words with me before I put him to bed. After a few time practicing read out loud to his parents when they got home. That night I showed his parents how to down load the other Sideways books.
2011-12-055. Peter Rabbit Read by Emma Fielding - What a lovely, lovely edition. Emma Fielding's voice is exactly what you imagine Beatrix Potter would sound like if she were reading the story. You just want to sit on her lap and snuggle in. This a a wonderful book to read to your child or grandchild. Better yet, let them play with it themselves - the way each word highlights as she says it was enthralling to my little one. I hope there are many many more in the series soon.

1. Moo baa la la la - I saw this book as I was perusing iBooks on my new iPad simply by chance and fond memories came roaring back. This book was a big part of our evening rituals when the children were young. Even years later seeing this book by chance puts a big smile on my face. Gentle reading... Fun characters... No big plot... No chapters... just big creator of memories. I recommend for any age, great for bedtime, sibling reader, or grandparent reader to grandchild.
2011-12-272. Love the real book, e-book not as good & overpriced - We have the Moo, Baa La La La board book at home and love it! I was excited to see an "e" version for our iPad, so downloaded the sample. The colors don't seem to be as vivid as the real book. And unlike the Dr. Seuss e-books there are no voice-overs or animations. So at $. this e-book is a total rip-off. Do yourself a favor and get this book in paper format. Maybe if this book was cents or less it might be worth it.

1. My Favorite Since Childhood - Of all Kiplings works, Rikki Tikki Tavi has always been my favorite. I first read about this little , furry, hero when I was seven years-old, and forty years later it still hasn't lost any of its luster. It's a great story to give to your child to get them interested in the wonderful world of reading. It's easy to read,fast paced,and the characters are delightful. I don't think there's one little boy out there who's ever read this who didn't end up wanting a Mongoose of his own.

1. Worth buying!!! - I really liked this book! It skips Sasha's entire YENT camp experience, though, which I was kinda disappointed about and this book starts with her arriving at Canterwood. Overall, I'd say the book was a little bit slow. Those are the only reasons I gave this stars. However, this is an essential book in the series because it ends with the BIGGEST PLOT TWIST EVER. You have to read it- it's sosososososooooo good!

It gets a bit addicting and ends up being hard to put down, but it's worth every single second that I spent reading it. In the reflection of the mirror on the bureau I saw the concern in her eyes, for this being that would do such an insane thing to so many innocent victims. I saw the disbelief. I saw the horror. She had just never experienced that such blatant disregard for life could exist in this world. 1. City secrets - Great book! I love how Sasha and Heather are able to put their differences behind them. And I also like how even though they are in the big city of Manhattan, they are still able to run into Paige. Showing that even thought they are trying to hide their fears and secrets they are draw together by something thicker than blood.

1. Fantabulous! - This was a fantastic canterwood crest book! This series has everything from dealing with friends to learning how to keep your horse calm. This was definitely one of my favorite books in the series. If you haven't read the ones before this you better race down to borders and start reading. Love and horses, horse-girl P.S.
