1. INCREDIBLE ALBUM!! - Better Than Ezra will always be one of my favorite bands of all time because I had the pleasure of catching many live shows at Ole Miss from - . Pretty soon after that time frame, they begin to gain national exposure and perform shows on David Letterman and beyond. Do yourself a favor and pick up this entire album. 2. Help Jog My Memory - Haven’t gotten this album yet, so don’t know if the answer is waiting there for me but…..I recall there being a song that began with a recording of a message left by a friend who (if my memory severs me well) later died. This could be urban myth, but I seemed to recall it being explained that that was the friend’s last message before his/her death. Are my memories just faulty? Is there a song of Better than Ezra like this out there? Is it on this album? I’ll soon find out but in case it’s not, maybe someone will know the answer.

3. check your facts - Travis McNabb was not the original drummer. and the successful first single was "Good", not "Doubt". Where did these statements come from? I saw Ezra back when they played these songs, and I love this album. The band have issued a statement that they have nothing to do with this reissue. But fans have waited forever for it. I wish the band had put this out. It may seem like a bit of betrayal, but I know many fans will end up buying this, just because we love these songs so much. And most of these have been almost impossible to find. I hate for someone else to benefit from it, but this album is great.

4. Can't Resist - From the tone of the statement by the band, it doesn't sound like they are interested in releasing archival material, so I am going to buy both this and the new album. I have a bootleg of Surprise, but it doesn't sound half as good as the samples here. I don't see how this hurts the band if they aren't interested in releasing it themselves. I admit the timing of the release is terrible, but most people who buy Surprise are fans who will buy the new album as well.

5. Wow! - It doesn't matter who had the rights and who released this. True BTE fans know the significance of this album and appreciate that the world will now have access to it. I never thought this album would be available in itunes, yet here it is. Take note that this album was recorded in and was very progressive way before anyone knew who Nirvana was. Classic early 's rock from a great band.

1. Near Perfect - I have loved this band for years. I never stopped listening to their debut. I even thought their follow up releases are great. But this, this is a triumph of great rock and roll. This is a great release in line with The Faces, Stones, Black Crowes and their own debut. I highly recommend picking up the cd release. The packaging and product make it worth the money. If you loved the debut then get this. I'm seeing their American tour . I cannot wait to see some great rock and roll live.

1. Great songs - These guys got screwed. This was one of the best albums to come out in . I got the CD from a radio station here in Atlanta that was helping to promote the band. I've been listening to it ever since. The first song starts things rockin' and the album never lets up. In the middle is a killer song that deserved to be a hit called "Spaceman". When I hear it I literally stop what I'm doing and just listen. Then I sing it in my head the rest of the day. The title song also should have been a hit. They got dropped by Capitol while making their second album which was also going to be great. I grabbed those songs off the internet and have enjoyed them too. It's really a shame that these guys were denied their chance. It looks like they have tried to regroup and perhaps the world will get to hear Andy's wonderful voice again.

1. hidden gem - This album isn't as good as his previous album, Righteous Anger. But it does have a great song in the title track Suspicious Heart. It would have fit perfectly on his Righteous Anger album. The title track should have been the first song released from the album. I don't know who was in charge of selecting the singles or coming up with the album's cover, but they should have been fired. They didn't even have Van Stephenson shoot a video for the song.

Wonderful Jazz & Blues, not just actors - While on the outside this may just look like five actors from the legendary sci-fi series "Babylon ," this is actually one of t he most fun/foot tapping Jazz/Blues albums you will find. Bill Mumy is no stranger to the music scene. As one half of Barnes & Barnes (you know.. "Fish Heads") and releasing a dozen other albums either solo, or with his side projects he has been on the scene for decades. He spearheaded this album, and wrote a majority of it's songs. Mira Furlan and Claudia Christian have also had their own share of musical releases. Andreas Katsulas, while not necessarily a singer, speaksings his two songs with such power, you cannot help but be drawn in. Peter Jurasik's songs are near autobiographical, and delivered in an amazing blues tone. The final song is a tongue-in-cheek tribute to actors and the fans who love sci-fi shows. I would recommend this album to any fan of the blues/jazz genre, any fan of Babylon , or any fan of these amazing five talents.

1. You will be swept away - This album is at least a tad better than you are anticipating. And by that, I mean, it is MUCH better than you're anticipating. You're probably reading these reviews because someone from the Crystal Lake area (or perhaps Oklahoma) told you to check out this record. I promise you, it will not disappoint. Singer/songwriter, Adam Hendrix, made an honest, relatable album that people need to hear. Buy it! Track Gold

2. Way to go Adam! - I must admit, I am buying this partially as a tribute to an incredible worship leader who will soon depart Crystal Lake for Sooner country. But wow.... talk about going out in style. Terrifc songs made by powerful vocals; I especially love the cover of Where You Go. Keep up the good work!

1. About time - Four great songs. I've been waiting for this for four years. The title track, "Masters Of Reality," is fitting for a band that's been around for so long, but has put out material sparingly. But, when the material comes out, each song is a little nugget of gold. This is no exception. Looking forward to a full release.
