2. Sublime - In an effort to motivate myself to meditate more frequently, I've been purchasing audio tools like guided meditations and music. I LOVE this album! The depth of my meditations while listening and chanting along has increased and I feel so light and refreshed afterwards. The long track that travels up the chakras from the root chakra to the Sahasrara chakra is divine!

3. Excellent chant - This album always leaves me in a state of bliss. I've really enjoyed listening to the long track and chanting om along with the singers. The harmonies add an interesting ethereal quality to the chant. I also like playing the heart chakra on repeat during times of stress and resonating within the heart. Beautiful voices and instrumentation.

4. Quite special - I found this album featured on the World music page and was really happy with the find. The depth of the energy this album generates is amazing! The first couple of times I just meditated while listening to the long OMs track and had beautiful meditations, but once I began to chant with them, it took it to a whole new level. It felt as if my entire being was buzzing with energy. It continues to be an incredible experience. Overall, I found this to be a fantastic purchase.

5. Very evocative--and a perfect holiday gift - This is on the list of my favorite CDs. The opening tracks make me feel like I'm in a movie. That's pretty cool. Also, that feeling--the music and voices--is very evocative. This is a perfect holiday gift as well. Definitely very high quality and could be used in a studio, yoga classrooms, too.

1. Heart over Head - I've done a few meditation practices over the years, but I always seem to hit a ceiling. Looking back I think it's b/c using the mind to quiet the mind ultimately proves quite difficult. The Open Heart Meditation in this (and other) recordings uses the Heart to bring peace, calmness and joy I wasn't able to achieve with other practices. It's been truly transformative!

1. Beautiful - This is really quite beautiful meditative heart chakra music. Very calming and soft, yet I can feel my heart chakra actively responding to it, so there is a movement in your chest area, even while feeling calm and peaceful. The strings of the second track 'East & West' almost put me askeep within a minute - the sound glows and emenates, much as you would imagine the actual energy of your opened heart. The album is meant to be played sequentially - each track seems to build in power on the prior one, not in sound but in effect. Very nice.

1. Down Thirty Pounds and Off Blood Pressure Meds - I started using Kelly's audios four or five months ago. So far, I've lost thirty pounds and am off blood pressure medication that I had taken for more than a decade. BP averages below / now, and it was / when I was on the meds. Highly recommend all of her audios. The only advice is that to make them work you need to take time to listen every day.

1. Unplugged - Unplugged is the perfect mid afternoon delight. Immediately in the first time I experienced it, it completely took me into the Theta state and then when I began to go into Track I felt this huge gush of energy and flows came upon me. The creativity was very evident in this because of the Alpha Waves. Although, I was not in a block mode, it surely did tweak and fine tune it a few more notches up. This program truely delivers and then some, even if you are a good napper, don't miss out on this one, especially if creativity is important to you and you are near overload zone. It leaves you very clear and refreshed afterwards. In addition to using it personally, I began using it in my massage practice, my clients are enjoying this and really relaxing in their session.

2. Heather is truly a beautiful soul - I can’t explain how this album has served me - not only is Heather’s voice soothing and calming but her message is so profound. 3. Refrehing, a wonderful companion to daily meditation practice - Heather's album is a wonderful companion to your daily meditation practice. Each meditation/song starts with Heather's beautiful voice and then slowly she guides you through a specific meditation. Her voice is calming yet guides you. I highly recommend this to those wanting to expand your daily meditation practice. It will be a great addition, as it has been for me!

4. Truly inspiring and uplifting - I never really knew how to meditate, then I found Heather. Her cd gives you everything you need. You start by hearing her amazing voice as she sings and allows you to get focused and set your attentions, then she guides you through a mediation. You may think you do not have the time but each one is no longer than min. We all have min. Trust me when I tell you, you will soon be making more time because you just want more. Sometimes I sit quietly and listen and other times I have the cd playing in my car. Depending on the mood I am in or situation I am dealing with, I can always find comfort in one or all of Heather's meditations.
