3. Pretty Good - So this honestly aged pretty welll. I listened to the full album with my little brother in , when all I listened to was like Imagine Dragons, NF and TOP. Back then this was one of my favorite albums; the production was very crisp, and NFs lyricism in my opinion complemented the production pretty well. years later, I have decided to listen to this again. I now have listened to basically everything. I have to say, some of the B sides especially aged well. For instance, the acoustics on Only give the song a very chill feel. The reverb is a nice touch, and overall this has excellent production. However, there are a few skippable songs on this album, and honestly songs is too many for me. Time gives off Will Smith vibes, as NFs voice is lacking. Hate myself is sad but almost to a cringeworthy extent. A few songs also really lack a strong chorus but have strong hooks and vice versa. I look foreword to seeing how one of my most cherished artists of my middle and high school years develops. Suggestions: I wish that you would incorporate more acoustics and sung vocals. 2. Get this album. Now. - This is a hip hop essential. The breakout album from three kids out of Brooklyn. It's a-MA-zing. The sampling, the banter, the double entendres, all of it. Now, I love 's pop, 's southern rock, 's new wave, 's grunge, and even classical music. This album is a pure pleasure, and I will never apologize for it. If you don't have it, get it. That is all.

6. Absolute Masterpiece - Can’t even believe how good this is. I discovered NF when he released his single, “Clouds,” and holy crap I was hooked. I listened to all of his old music and was in love. Then he released the rest of this album and omggggg. He is unbelievable— ha, punny. “Layers” is my favorite song literally in for freaking ever. It’s so good. “Just Like You” is beautiful, same goes for “Drifting.” “Story” is literally so insane. I can’t wait to see this guy live and hear more music from him. Love love love!

4. Wowwww - I heard of NF before but never listened to him like that. The video for Clouds popped up on my YouTube channel and I clicked on it then started going back and watching every video of his I could. I’ve been looking to listen to an artist as great as him for awhile. Im just glad that video popped up for me to watch. This mixtape is absolutely amazing. Amazing beats, great lyrics and his videos are awesome like watching a movie. The world needs an artist of his caliber right now and I hope to see him blow the industry away.

5. Love this - I’ve been listening to him for a while, and while his first couple of albums weren’t great lyrically(even tho I still liked them) he’s improved so much. This mixtape has great lyrical wordplay, beat drops, emotion, and speed throughout it. While many are claiming he’s the best artist rn I completely disagree, even tho he is one of my favorite. He’s got a way to go, the best artists rn include Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, and more.

3. Pls read (Sorry it is so long) - I am not a Christian, but that does not mean I immediately hate NF. It isn’t a bad thing to not have a religion or to have one. He has the best and most inspirational songs of all time. When I grow up I wanna be a singer (and maybe an actor/comedian) like NF. Except NF is a Christian and a rapper. I enjoy his music and I know lots of people do, too! I struggle with Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and maybe OCD. 5. I know it’s long, but I beg you… just read it. ALL. - I hadn’t realized I’d heard of NF until this past December. My friend and I were doing karaoke and he put on the song “The Search”. I listened to the lyrics and they intrigued me. I looked up him up and listened to the rest of his albums. It wasn’t til “Let You Down” came up that I realized I’d heard of NF before (I was one of those people—“Let You Down’s the only song you’ve heard of? Well then you’re behind”) I continue to listen to NF (as I am right now while I write this review) and await his next album. I have a lot of respect for the man. He simply writes what he feels, however there's nothing simple about his music. One thing my friend (who introduced me to NF) and I were talking about was about we love the fact that he knows the Lord and includes that in some of his songs, but also that he doesn’t allow him to pretend that just because he knows God that his life is perfect, and that he acknowledges the fact that he still deals with heavy, captivating emotions. This is one thing that really made me gain respect for NF. And what’s wild is most of the time I can’t even really relate to his music. I’m not depressed or writhing in pain or feel like I’m alone all the time. But there are times where I DO need to hear his words, because, in the moment, I AM depressed or I AM alone or I DO Hate Myself, and it’s extremely refreshing. I wanna go on about the songs I love and why, but who knows how long I’d be typing for. ;) Thanks for reading.
