1. Best electronic album of all time - Daft Punk changed the course of Electronic Music with this album and of course with their Alive tour. This album is a straight / for me and has nothing but amazing songs on it. From front to back this album has no filler and fantastic music. My go to Electronic album. We miss you Daft Punk!

2. Genius, unique sounds that perfectly describes the style of Daft Punk. - This album perfectly outlines Daft Punk’s style of music. Each song in this album is uniquely different but all similar and still sound amazing after years. Each song is a combination of retro and futuristic sounds and rhythms which make it stand out from the rest of the music at the time and make this an instant classic.

3. Retrospective game changing album. - When I was around years old back in , Toonami did a special where they showcased what would be Interstella : The tory of the ecret tar ystem. They showcased the first - tracks of this now legendary album and it to this day, it was forever engrained in my head. It didn’t take another years for me to finally listened to Discovery in it’s entirety and later watched Interstella : The tory of the ecret tar ystem and it was a monumental album in the electronic music genre in my eyes. I’m a metal guy at heart, but Daft Punk in my view changed and heavily influenced the electronic music genre to the point it was unavoidable to resist. They will be forever missed after years of sharing their art and creativity to the world, but their music and legacy will be immortal. Daft Punk Forever. -

5. Best Album but what? - I bought this album a long time ago before ITunes went completely the opposite. The music is so good but what the hell happened to Aerodynamics and Digital Love? I’m missing two of those even though I bought it on the store? Did they remove it for some reason?? I’m confused.

6. Best album ever!! - I heard daft punk before when I was younger and I didn’t really grasp it’s amazing style of music until nowadays. Love the whole album including my personal favorite harder better faster stronger. It’s digital style of music is great to listen to when working out studying and many other things during your day totally worth buying the whole album!!

7. Where’d my music go, iTunes? - I bought songs on this album:
Aerodynamic
Harder Better Faster Stronger
Superheroes
One More Time. They show up as Purchased when I look up the album itself, but they don’t show up in the Purchased section of my own music on the iTunes Store. That’s messed up. The music is good though

8. Daft Punk's Definitive Masterpiece - Even after RAM, even after Tron: Legacy, Even after Human After All, even after their iconic and monstrously influential debut, Discovery stands the test of time as their magnum opus, an absolute diamond shining so much brighter than their other studio works. Discovery is immensely listenable. It doesn't suffer from the sheer grinding monotony of their other albums which seem to tragically fall flatter on subsequent listens (except Alive ). Every track has a unique feel and the order of everything gives way to about as perfect a listening experience as you'll ever have. It's illustrious and gorgeous and it'll be as fresh to listeners hundreds of years from now as it to newcomers in late . They say life is a sleepwalk between moments of discovering real beauty. I'm glad I found this album because it gives me so much joy and love the best I can hope to do it hand it down to the next generation.

3. my favorite album of all time :) - when daft punk released their fourth and final studio album, i immediately loved it. the guests had me initially excited for the album, julian cascablancas of the strokes, panda bear of animal collective, paul williams, dj falcon, todd edwards, chilly gonzales, nile rodgers, and pharrell. an amazing guest list with some excellent song writers and performers. at first, this album was a bit too long for me, but after listens and listens, along with it helping me through the worst times of my life, it grew to overtake eminem's "the marshall mathers lp" as my favorite album of all time. for years, i waited for a new album. im absolutely devastated by the news. daft punk forever. also, instant crush is the best song of all time.

4. I don't get it - How did this got album of the year? I'm puzzled. While the album is not bad and we have all different tastes, Taylor's album Red certainly is one of the most mature and innovative I've ever seen in music from a female singing in the country genre while appealing to mainstream listeners.

5. Simply Brilliant. - Daft Punk please make a new album already. It’s been Too Long. Don’t let the music become a Random Access Memory. They release a new album in like once every years or so, but it’s well worth the wait. Unlike other artists who pretend to be prolific and release dated music for the hit machine, these guys have longevity because they are meticulous and perfectionists when it comes to their art and music. No compromises on their musical integrity; they are definitely Human After All.

6. Destined for a shopping mall near you… - Sometimes an album comes along that sets the standard in production, innovation, arrangement and composition. Let me back up, rarely is there an album that ticks all these boxes in this day and age but Daft Punks "Random Access Memory" is indeed that record. In short it's a masterpeice and the more I listen to it the more I peal back the layers and learn about what this album is about. Many in the industry have said "albums" are dead and it's about the single, no one listens to albums anymore... Thank god Daft Punk didn't listen and created this work of genius. It's been almost years since it's release and all I can say is I hope this isn't their last full length artist album becuase this duo continues to grow and progress in the most interesting ways. They have set the bar high and are industry leaders who have created a high standard for other artists to aim for. Viva Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter!

7. Not what you'd expect from Daft Punk. - For me this album is what Disco and Funk could/should have been had we let the genre develope over time. I like most of the tracks on here, but there are some weak spots for me.
Top tracks:
Give Life Back to Music
Instant Crush
Beyond
Weakest tracks
Motherboard
Lose Yourself to Dance
I don't listen to Get Lucky much anymore, but it's still good. Not everyone will like or appreciate this album. Maybe I'm a weird duck, but this has been on my top listening albums for years, recently dethroned by Ferry Corsten's Blueprint.

1. ALL HAIL LISA LISA!! - LISA LISA made "The Beat" Hit YOU in your heart and soul!! You won't find another that CAN (make)YOU FEEL THE BEAT the way this sublime Artist impacted the scene with her haunting and towering vocals of love and passion and with TIP TOP Production by the CULT JAM...
truly an AWESOME era for dance music!

2. Love Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam - "Let the Beat Hit 'em" Is one of the greatest songs ever. I remember flipping out when they would play it at the clubs. It was THE JAM and always be one of the best. "the beat goes round and round and up and down..............BASS! L.L. Get FUNKY!!!" (They could have picked a better clip than they did, though...).

3. What happened to LISA? - With a great voice like that and hits. Why nothing now? Am I the only person who wonders why Lisa is not singing any more? Steve Perry of journey i think of in the same way. Are record companys so bad that they forget all the people who made them money in the past. The age of cd stores is comming to a close so the overhead thing is done.BRING BACK THE BIG TALENT.

1. Paula Abdul: Forever! - This was my very st CD I bought when I was . Classic sounds, amazing choreographed videos and dancing. Paula Abdul is truly one of a kind. May she forever bring us her special gifts! iTunes... On Apple music you say she's a Canadian... not true. She was born in the San Fernando Valley, California on June , . Please be accurate with facts you should post and the years all the artist's CD's/Albums were actually released. Apple gets it all wrong a lot of times. That's all.

2. CLASSIC, A MUST HAVE FOR ANY POO COLLECTION - Back in the day Paula's debut Forever Your Girl album scored hits- unheard of by any artist at the time. Great album- I've always likes the remixes/video versions a little better but I had no problem buying EVERY cassette single along with the CD. My first live concert- UNDER MY SPELL TOUR at Jones Beach, NY WITH Color Me Badd as the opening act. AMAZING show, WAYYYYY ahead of it's time-
Paula- please drop another album ASAP!

1. Eurodance At It’s Best. - La Bouche hit it big in with their Eurodance hit “Sweet Dreams” then followed by the equally as good “Be My Lover”. Sadly female vocalist Melanie Thornton died in a plane crash in the late ’s. She was also responsible for Le Click’s hit “Tonight Is The Night” and Orange Blue’s “If You Wanna Be My Only”. Why I-Tunes has not added the long club versions of either “Sweet Dreams” or “Be My Lover” is a mystery. Instead they give us some lame newer version of “Sweet Dreams”.

1. Song purchase - Some are only interested in - songs, why make one purchase the whole album when that’s all they want. I had to find another artist for the gold dust song that I bought just because of this. Otherwise I’d have bought this version. The artist would make more money that way bc there’s a lot of people that love the song but aren’t interested in purchasing the album, so they find the next best version instead, which I did

2. Electronic Music - I’m not saying it’s perfect, it’s from guys. stuff isn’t even the best. But, this album shows great talent all around. Electronic Music is not the push of a button or two. It takes as much skill as normal music making. I get sampling, but making your own music like these people takes real skill. Respect.

3. Great but... - I bought it just like everybody else and loved it until I started listening to the continuous mix. The last song you play on there isnt even listed in the album but then when I found out what it was I was dumb founded because its an extra . for something that should have come with the album.

4. Amazing. - I started to listen to dubstep when I was in th grade two years ago. This was beginner level stuff to songs like bass cannon now the more I discover the more I love. Dubstep is the only music to out chills down my spine. Honestly I used to listen to rap and rock now this is all I listen to. I can honestly say that I have over dubstep songs and from artists from skrillex to krewella to matrida to knife party. By far an amazing up coming genre this cd is a perfect example if good songs.

5. Where's the "E" for the cursing? - Doesn't cursing in the song warrant an E for explicit? My kids were playing this, and then comes the "S" and the "F" words loud and clear. Thanks a lot iTunes. I guess I'll have to remove the iTunes App from their phones. Shame they can't buy any more songs from you.
2013-08-03
6. The whole album?? - Ok, I do like this song alot, but not enough to buy the entire album... If you sold this song separately I would definitely buy it! Whoever is in charge should change that because personally I think you may lose money since not many will buy If they have to get the entire friggin album.

1. Half the artists here weren't even credited - There's some decent stuff on here, but if he credits Showtek and Afrojack, shouldn't he also credit Avicii, Nicky Romero, Stadiumx, Daddy's Groove, Sultan Shepard, and his usual ghost producers and writers (according to the Wikipedia track listing)? Ugh...

2. First time DG listener - I'm old. I don't follow the pop scene closely like I used to in high school. A friend played a few songs from this album and I was blown away by the nice balance of vocals, fantastic lyrics, and the epic beats. I'm a fan of songs that catch you from the beginning of the album to the end. This album does that. Much like Ellie Goulding's "Halcyon" album, but that's a different review...
This album is a star winner.
2015-09-28
3. Just another way.... - Just another way artists try to sell more units of their lame songs and make their life involved. This album is a joke and the music is trash. Music is eh and the vocalsaren't even decent. I expected more out of David. I don't let his divorce be an excuse for my disappointment in this album. Should have been better.

4. Totally loving this - I don't see the purpose of people disliking this! If you hate it, don't listen to it or even enter! Jeez! I, on the other hand am a huge EDM fan and a Dubstep listener bigtime, and this my friends, is pure gold! Although I was looking for something more House-y like NOTHING BUT THE BEAT, too bad it's more commercial!

1. - I honestly can't figure out why everyone loves deadmau so much. All his songs sound completely the same, except with different time lengths. That's another thing, too. The songs are all so long and boring as heck. I guess it might be good at parties, but to me, it only serves as annoying background music that never changes or drops or anything.

2. DeadMau Is My Favorite DJ - I Favorite Song Is Ghost 'n' Stuffs,Just One Song,But It's My Theme Song But I Will Put On YouTube, I'll Get a YouTube Channel And I'll Make Video Called "Theme Of Nicole Manty", that Will The best Theme Ever That I Use Forever. But Thanks to Deadmau, That He make Ghost 'n' Stuffs It's my favorite Song Of all time

3. -_- dubstep freaks - For those of you year old kids complaining this isn't dubstep, just shut up already. Of course it's not dubstep, it's not BPM, and there's no wobbles or drops. It's something much better, house music! Get over dubstep, it's almost the exact same thing every time, only slightly different. Meanwhile with house, you can be much more creative. Now about the album, definitely one of Joel's best. Definitely recommend buying the entire album so you can have the masterpiece strobe, it's amazing from start to finish
2013-03-24
4. The best - I have listened through all of deadmau's albums, and this is the most unique and interesting. The first half of it rocks, but from the start of Bot to the end of Strobe, this is a PHENOMENAL progressive house album. I can hear a story in it. Like if you listen closely to the music, it's truly an incredible album.

5. Stupid Haters - I don't give a crap about if some hater says "It's repetitive" and "pointless" I like it and I'm giving it an honest review besides I saw someone who wrote a review who literally said "TECHNO IS POINTLESS" he works hard on these things and people enjoy it. So my opinion is I like this.

6. A good listen, with some flaws. - The N here. After reviewing some Daft Punk albums(Alive ,Human After All,Homework),I figured that it was time to review a Deadmau album. This album is pretty good. There are some very good tracks on here.Ghosts N Stuff is addicting. This album is almost worth buying for this. Why almost?Because the real reason to buy this album is Strobe. While it's very lengthy, clocking in at over minutes,it is well worth the $. My problem with this album is that there aren't many stand out tracks other than the ones I've just mentioned(not to say that they aren't any good,as they can be pretty good). I would have to say that this is a perfect album to play at parties. This album is recommended to electronica music fans and Deadmau lovers(such as myself) everywhere. ./ Download:

7. What about this album is good? - The beats in % of the songs in this album are identical, and they're not all that complex, the general vibes of the album are almost all the same, and they don't progress at all. This entire album is B-side material, and it's not the good kind. The first song I heard by Deadmau was "Ghosts N Stuff" and from that second I wanted nothing to do with him until I heard "Proffessional Griefers" and I tried out a few other songs by Deadmau. Compared to some true music like x or album title goes here , this album should've stayed a single. Don't waste your time on this one, but check out those other two albums instead.

8. good for beginners - Although it doesn't give u the original ghosts n stuff. the album is a decent pick. I didn't like half the songs but I got into the song Strobe after hearing a part I had never heard. I am a judge by cover type of person so when I listened to the st minute, I thought it sucked. Don't do what I did. Hope this helps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

1. - This is Joel at his absolute most try-hard stage and I love it. Starts good and keeps you involved but then end of Some Kind of Blue just leads you into the brightest melody Brazil nd edit and from there just keeps a steady flow of great songs until the resounding end of So There I Was. I’ll age with this album for the rest of my life it’s great.

2. Classic but not my favorite. - Wow, it has been a decade since this thing dropped. This is what made him popular. That's insane. It's awesome to see a dude like this still in the game after all these years. Wow. Anyways, even though it is very much a classic, I won't say it is really my favorite by him. Now I don't hate the album, hell I really love it, but I wouldn't consider it one of his best in my opinion. I still think that this is a very defining album of his and one you shouldn't miss, but I think something that has more diversity (see Get Scraped, album title goes here , while( ), and stuff i used to do) would more likely win me over than something that is straight-up house tracks. Now, I do like these types of tracks, but it is kinda lacking some diversity for me at least. That isn't to say some of the tracks on this album are solid. I'll highlight a few that I really like:
Slip is one hell of a track. Once I first heard it, I fell in love with it immediatly. There's something about that track that is undeniably catchy and, whenever it comes on, I go crazy. Plus the melody and the synths are amazing as well. My god I love this track so much.
Some Kind of Blue is a pretty interesting track. First of all, that beginning is amazing. The drum pattern is insanely catchy right off the bat, and from there the track gets even better. I think this is the most minimalistic track on this album for me and I really like it. I think the main reason why I like this song so much is because it flows together really nicely and I love when tracks do that. Solid from front to back.
Brazil, while being very pop-like, still has that deadmau flare to it that never gets tiring at all. I think the breakdown on this track has to be one of my favorite breakdowns from the guy to date. Such a good song. And.. that's pretty much it. Solid from front to back and every track on here is solid.

3. Every song here is excellent. - When I need to get work done but am too tired and distracted to easily be able to do so, I resort to Random Album Title. When listening to this album, my work has no sidetracks, but instead is a linear highway from start to end. I am now cranking out work consistently and without distraction. This makes me feel euphoric, thrilled, and secure.
2016-08-04
4. Concerning Faxing Berlin - This is a comment on Faxing Berlin only. I purchased FB from my phone. While it is a great song, I would NOT recomend this album version and I feel disappointed that I paid for a min sec version of the song. Not being able to view the length of the song from my phone before purchasing left me feeling cheated.
2016-04-19
5. Really good - deadmau is one of my all time favorite electronic artists. He can make a simple song using some beats and adds words. I really like the song “I Remember” because it’s softness yet deep be a makes you just…. forget everything. It’s a really good song. The album all in all is good as well.
2014-11-03
6. Finely Executed Dance/Trance - With Random Album Title (RAT), Deadmau proves that he can make a finely-produced, coordinated album as well as rock the dance floor. The cohesiveness of the album is next only to x , and the songs collected onto RAT are some of his best. Sometimes Things Get, Whatever is the perfect launch pad for the album, showing Joel's skill with both creating finely-tuned sounds as well as mixing dance with hints of trance. Complications is a progression of the first track, mixing in a heavier dose of sound production and impeccable rhythm. Definitely one of the top three tracks on the album, and one of Joel's greatest songs. Slip is a nice, refreshing track after digesting the heaviness of the first two tracks, and its "slippery" main hook is a very well executed, if eventually tiring, piece of sound production. Some Kind of Blue is one of the albums most atmospheric pieces, with reverberating beats and reversed melodies. It's one of the songs that you truly have to trance to, to get inside, to appreciate, else you might get bored after the first three minutes. Brazil (nd Edit) is a very syrupy sweet track, and is the second most uplifting track of the album. A very well done trance song, yet it's as long as it needs to be. Alone With You is also a stunner, acting as the album's best trance track. Once you get inside this song, you'll never want to leave. I Remember is the album's hit single, and while there are a lot of things I like about it- the rhythm and beat, as well as the vocals and melody- are what also deter me... this song simply gets old after about four minutes, five when I feel generous. It's obviously more geared toward the dance floor, but on an album, it simply acts as more house music than anything. Moving on. Faxing Berlin (Piano Acoustic Version) is simply delightful, and is very memorable considering how short it is. I'll have to place it in the top three just for loveliness and fantastic writing alone. The shorter, -minute version of Faxing Berlin, however, is not up to the calibre of the original, almost minute recording- however, few dance songs in general even come close to the brilliance of that track, so it could be considered a good pocket-sized, condensed version of the original. [Side Note: What I would like to see would be the minute recording and the acoustic-piano version fused together. Whether this would be amazing or too mind-numbingly long remains to be seen.] Not Exactly is one of the top three of the album, perfecting Joel's heavy mix of trance with house music. Arguru is an amazing piece, titled in honor of a passed dance and electronic music innovator from across the seas. The most uplifting track, the timing and build-ups of the song are excellent. It's definitely a runner up to my top three. So There I Was is an excellent wind-down track, helping you to ease of the powerful beats and drones of the album's past tracks. A very slow, hard-hitting track in the beginning turns into a lighter progression of beats, waning you of the album's heaviness. A fitting closing track for the album. All in all, Joel manages to create a very subtle yet mind-tracing album of trance and house beats on RAT that can be opted to the dance floor with ease, and the balance of both heavy and light tracks helps to keep the album rolling. An excellent album worth buying if your new to his style, or for experienced lovers of trance. Buy it now.

7. I don't see what all the hype is about - The tracks are good, if not great, but I personally found the quite repetitive. Not in the way of there is one thing going on for the entire song, but there's nothing new after about seconds. I really like. Overall, the albums definitely not bad, But I don't see it all the best album Deadmau made. But that's my opinion on it. You might really like it.

8. Best EDM Album - Okay so I have had this album for a while and decided that it was time to write a review. This is, I believe, the best album by deadmau and possibly the best album in all of EDM. Every song on this album is great, and my favorite part is the flow of this album. Deadmau I can tell took a good amount of time figuring out the order for this album so that each song flows perfectly into the next. Each song is a star on this album and are great to listen to on their own, but you really don't get the full experience until you liisten to the whole album. Now for the song ratings Sometimes Things Get, Whatever - ./ - This is a great album opener. I love the bass in the song, and the lyrics are interesting in a good way. My only complaint is that it is fairly repetitive. Complications - / - This is probably my least favorite song on the whole album. It is too similar to Sometimes Things Get, Whatever. I don't like the beat in this song as good as in the others. My biggest complaint is the annoying beeping in the background. Slip - / - I would give this song a if I could. This is by far my favorite song on the whole album, and possibly one of my favorites of all of deamau's songs. I love the lead in this song so much, and it is very melodic. The beat is great. I just can't describe how good this song is, so if you only can afford one song on the album, buy this one. Also, the remix by Sebastian Leger in the single is amazing. Some Kind of Blue - ./ - This is a pretty good song. Compared to the others though, it is on the bottom end of the list. Very mysterious. Its got decent bass, and the beat is good. Brazil (nd Edit) - / - This is a great song! It is so melodic and happy sounding which I love. It is great for calming yourself down, studying, or something like that. This just an amzing song. Alone With You - / - This is a great song. Love the beat and the melody. Another happy sounding song. I Remember - / - This is an amazing song. The melody is amazing, as with the beat. The lyrics from Kaskade are great also. MY favorite part is how this song dosen't sund like some others where the song wthout lyrics was produced and they threw lyrics over it. The lyrics go perfectly with the song. If you love this song and want a great remix, buy the caspa one. Faxing Berlin (Piano Acoustic Version) - / - This a better intro to the song than the one in the original single. I love the piano, and I wish the whole song was piano instead of it switching back to the original synth. Faxing Berlin - / - This is the song that made deadmau famous. It is an awesome song and it really showcases Zimmereman's talent at creating progressive house masterpieces. One of my favorite songs. If you really like this song, buy the full version in At Play (Volume ). Not Exactly - / - I love the melody that comes in later on in the song. Also, I like the bass synth in the start. When the two come together, its great. This song feels a lot simpler than the others, but that isn't a bad thing. Could be a little better. Arguru - ./ - The piano part in the intro is amazing! My biggest complaint is that doesn't go on for the whole song. But the synth later on is still great. Beat is great. Another happy song. Don't want to miss out on this so if you can't buy the ffull album, buy the single. Remixes for this are great. So There I Was - / - I love the beat on this song. Possibly my favorite. This song is also mysterious. Love the bass synth. The melody that comes in is very soft and soothing, making this a great closer Overall - / - Great melodies, beats, and overall flow. BUY THIS ALBUM NOW!!!

1. Lindsey forgot why we like her music - WAY too many songs with vocals. Barely any songs with just Lindsey. I don’t mind a few of those and they are fine as singles as well, but I hated this album because it just felt like a compilation album from many different artists. Felt nothing like a Lindsey stirling album.

2. Seriously Amazing-A work of true art - Every once in a while you’ll see something unique, but Lindsey combines some of the most different musical elements- dubstep, electronic, and classical- to create something so sheerly unique and beautiful that she was able to make her music her life. People pushed her away for the same reason others absolutely adore her- she’s different. I never ever want to listen to another artist again!:) Jk as long and Lindsey’s there somewhere! I love how she’s able to collaborate with other artists and still receive the spotlight in her songs. Also how she comes from a humble background and tries to understand and meet her fans- unlike most other artists who honestly don’t care about the people behind their success. Lindsey is truly unique and has created an amazing community of Stirlingites who know what it means to support each other to the end. I hope she knows that we will support her forever and ever!!!:):):):):) I love this album and the tour especially because of all the love and effort she put in it. She was grieving for her best friend and still she wrote the album and planned the tour and learned all the dance steps. She’s truly one of a kind!! I know most people are upset and sometimes angry about the amount of guest singers but im not BECAUSE i know SHE wrote those words and SHE was behind all the vocals so really i dont think that it took away from her talent because she is talented in SONGWRITING and she wrote those songs so really its all her there! Thank You Lindsey Stirling for all you do for us!!! I hope i get to meet you someday!

3. Painfully beautiful - Lindsey's music always provokes strong emotions in me. This album is no exception. It seems like each song is tailored for a very specific feeling. But everything has an energy that drains me by the end. Full disclosure. I received the signed CD, signed vinyl and download as a patron so I have more than a little affection for her work.

4. Didn't like it nearly as much - There were only a couple songs on here that were good. The rest were very disappointing, especially the ones that sounded more like soda and cotton candy than violin rock or dubstep should, and the ones with the singers featured were some of my least favorite. The previous two albums are worth buying all of, but the majority of this one I didn't like.

5. Awesome Variety and Perfect Tone - Incredible inclusion of current artists that really boost Lindsey's breadth of talent.
Can't wait to see what see comes up with next.
Great Job, Lindsey, you always seem to keep your authentic soul
in your music.
Thank you for sharing your incredible gift with all of us!

6. Awesome! - Got into this artist through instrumental tracks and ended up really appreciating the songs with lyrics as well. I've definitely been inspired by it all! There's some interesting history here too, especially with this album, which I learned about in Lindsey's movie. Overall, I'm glad to have become a fan. (it's) Very emotional and well constructed music: touching on notes of fun, sad, enchanting, exciting, etc. The hooks & loops are great, right up my alley. I especially enjoy the quirky squeaky voice which pops up every now and then in Those Days. Don't Let This Feeling Fade is a cool one too. Highly recommended!

7. Too many complainers - Wow I was reading some of the reviews and was surprised by all the people who disliked the songs with singing in them. I understand some people just want instrument but really to judge an album on or songs with singing in them is kind of lame. I think this album is great and love it with singing is mixed in with a violin or other instruments. I also like songs without singing too. Judge on the quality of the music and the message you feel or get from it, not because you don't like that some have words in them. She's an artist that has a lot of different fields to pull from and the fact she can make them work so well is amazing. Five Stars!!

8. Brave Soul - Lindsey has inspired me so much! Her music is so beautiful and amazing! I remember after I first heard Shatter Me, the first I ever heard by her, I begged my parents for a violin. They still haven't gotten me one, but I hope that I get one when I'm older. Thank you so much for all of your beautiful music Lindsey! I love you so much!

1. All great songs.... No skrillex allowed tho - .... I literally thought I had died and went up to heaven after I finished this album, maybe that was because my gf walked into my room, idk but choose me was one of my favorites along with dubba Johnny
If you people want more heavy bass, sick dubstep... I suggest you read my reviews and follow me... I find new artists daily, and I'm happy to review them, listen out for Forward Momentum (that's me)& Decay!

2. Kinda Dubstep - This a great album for people who want to start to get into dubstep and show some Dj's and It sounds great. The only thing I have to complain about is that first off, half of the songs are not dubstep. They are trance, and I should know since I listen too a lot of that like ASOT or and It kinda doesn't make sense to add trance to a dubstep album. Another thing is that Skrillex shouldn't be in there. He is a good Dj and I like some of his songs but he doesn't do dubstep. Not only that, but he has a bad reputation of playing his songs off iTunes when he is at a concert or having other people remix the songs while he dances on stage and most people say that Skrillex is the best and that's to only DJ they know and it is frustrating to a person who actually likes dubstep like me. This album is good for people who want to get into dubstep, but if you are a true dubstep fan, SEARCH!!!! It is not hard to find DJ's and become a true dubstep fan. Look at the artists, find out what other songs they made, and do the research! you will enjoy it, trust me!
2012-05-11
3. Great Buy - All of these songs are amazing. Huge amount of music for so little cost. PS: To the guy that gave it stars. Skrillex and dubstep are not the same thing. You should look up what you are listening to before you complain about it. That is like listening to country and then rock and being mad because it is so different.

1. They’re Talented The Way They Are - It doesn’t matter about the name or anything. Don’t listen to their music if you don’t like it. They have a different way of singing and no one, absolutely no one, can change that. I didn’t like Closer either, but when I heard it again, I remembered it, so now I like it. Setting Fires is so good now, in just seconds after I played it, it’s already touching my soul. Setting Fires is on fire, literally. It’s so catchy, and it’s hard to stop. I can’t get enough of it. I’ll say that Closer, Setting Fires, and Don’t let me down are my fav songs. For Setting Fires- it’s totally a /. For Don’t Let Me Down- definitely /. For All We Know- /. And for Closer- /. That’s all I have for now. I’ll think of other things later.

2. Awesome!!! (for the most part - Ok wow! All the songs in this album are ok but,.... closer is my favorite song! This is my favorite song with Halsey in it. Her voice is sooo good! Closer by Halsey and the Chainsmokers is stars for sure, but the other songs are not too impressive so this album is stars.
2020-11-12
3. I LOVE Don’t Let Me Down!!! - Chill Everybody, Geez, DON’T LET ME DOWN IS SO GOOD! I Know This Song Is WAY TOO Overplayed But Just Because It’s Overplayed Doesn’t Mean It’s A Bad Song, That’s My Opinion, So Let’s Talk, And The Lady Gaga Fans Why Are You Commenting On Chainsmokers, You Ain’t Know How Good They Are, I Like Lady Gaga, BUT GET OUT, Okay, First Of All, I Only Downloaded Don’t Let Me Down Because It’s SO GOOD!!! Thank You For The Song, UnicornKitten

4. Pretty Solid EP - I found this to be a pretty solid EP. My only gripe is there aren’t enough songs. I love the collaborations and “Don’t Let Me Down” has quickly become one of my favorite songs ever. “Closer” and “All We Know” are equally solid singles. I’m not here to rate the artists; I’m here to rate the art and this is a pretty good collection of songs. We need more of them. I would have given it stars if it had been twice as long with about or solid songs. Let’s not steer listeners wrong with emotionally hurt reviews. Good music is good music.

5. Good but not that good at the same time - All we know -/-it’s got a good beat. Don’t let me down- /-I really like Daya’s voice with the beat. Setting fires- /-its a good song the beat so good with her voice. Inside out- /- I don’t really like the beat and charlee’s voice together Closer-/-it’s kinda annoying when u play it more than times. So that’s my review. Also this is my opinion.

1. I don’t like roses, but I love new you’re city - I being honest, I just like that song out of the whole EP. It’s so chill and I like to hear it once in a while. I don’t like roses thought. The first thing I noticed is that the singers song is called ROZES and the song is called roses. …I don’t know. I found that funny.
2022-12-19
2. Remarkable, Captivating, and a Surprising album. - The Chainsmokers is an American DJ composed of Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart. This album "Bouquet" has an enlivening feeling to it, especially my preferred song "Roses". I actually bought this album a couple of years ago, and I just didn't give it a review. If you are interested in EDM, I suggest you buy this album, because you will not be disappointed listening to it.

3. Best work they've done - Well, here goes why I love this EP Waterbed: The vocals are annoying, no significant drop, and the lyrics are kinda repetitive. I like the guitar on the intro though. / Good Intentions: Vocals are ok, beat is nice, lyrics are good, and it's up there with Erase as a good song that is forgotten. I still use Hall of Fame by The Script as an inspirational song. / Roses: Where to start? Drop is fantastic, and the lyrics and vocals are good. Even the Chainsmokers themselves used the beat in Something Just Like This (Something Just Like This's drop doesn't compare). ./ New York City: Why is this so underrated? It is the nd best song on the EP. Great lyrics, vocals, beat, and drop. Did I mention how great Victoria Zaro sounds on this song? Overall, amazing song. Definitely one of their best songs. But, Give Victoria credit. / Until You Were Gone: Best on the EP, hands down. Great drop, vocals, beat, and lyrics. Tritonal has done most of this, fun fact. I just can't say how good this song is. / Well, that's it. It will take home a ./. Not bad for the duo. This will forever be their best EP/Album.
2017-05-01
4. BELIEVE THE HYPE - The Chainsmokers are an aboslutely phenomenal duo and the every song they create is an instant HIT (well besides that selfie garbage) these guys are definitely on a roll and I have a feeling they have a lot more in store for us. If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and see them live!

1. One of my heroes - As a Dance Music Producer, I Have been listening to Kaskade for years now, and this album is by far one of my favorites for inspiration. The "Fire" part of the record pumps me up, gives me energy, while the "Ice" section is great for relaxation and stress relief... Anyone who gave this album a bad review needs their ears cleaned out. Kaskade always delivers - It is years later and this album is still great to throw on. Thank you Ryan. - One of your biggest fans
2015-08-06
2. Fire & Ice - Great album, been listening to it since it's release. But, I will be straightly forward and honest. My favorite track is and always will be Room for Happiness. years later and I'm still listening to that song. Kaskade is a great artist & adding Skylar Grey to the mix, with that dark, mysterious, siren like voice that just by the first secs of her singing, you're automatically sucked right in, and can't change it. :-) Again, great album, awesome tracks & good featured artist as well. If your a Kaskade fan, and never gotten this album up? I'd recommend it. You won't be disappointed.

3. By far the best all-around album I've ever bought.......definitely worth it - It's a steal for just $
It seriously just never gets old.....this sounds corny but it makes you feel x better after listening to any song....the best relaxing music, the best dancing music, the best purchase I've made in a while....
2012-05-24
4. Amazing - Kaskade's music has the capability of bringing people into a different dimension, fire and ice is such an amazing album.. Before kaskade I could not stand house music now thanks to him Im in love with it.. Love turn it down... Puts me in such a good mood everytime I hear it... Room for happiness is just beautiful Can't wait to see kaskade in Hartford this summer.

5. Can't Get Enough!! - I like the concept of fast and slow version of the same songs for this CD. I use the fast versions for working out. But I have to tell you I can't get enough of Let Me Go (featuring Marcus Bently). I've played that song about times already since I purchased it. Wish the song was longer than the : minutes. Love the beat and the words. Also bought Lick It. I will continue to follow Kaskade!!
2012-01-03
6. The Best Dance Album Of - Perfect, perfect, perfect is all I can say. Sure, 'Sorry For Party Rocking' and 'Nothing But The Beat' were ok, and maybe a little stronger as albums, but they weren't as clean as Fire & Ice. I love the classic upbeat Kasade feel, only modernized. I also love his adoption of progressive house for his songs. Some of the best out there. Fire & Ice is really interesting because not only did Kaskade produce tracks virtually by himself, but he then remixed the all as well on a second disc. I got the physical copy for Christmas today and I'm very satisfied. His other stuff was great, but doesn't come close to this. If you're a Kaskade fan like I am, get it here, get it now. You won't regret it.

1. Best of Kygo - Seriously this is one of the best collections of songs by Kygo I have heard. FIrestone is a top hit that most people who enjoy melodic dance hits will listen to over and over again. All of the guest vocalists who team up to create this album, deliver one of the best dance pop albums of the 's.
2020-03-16
2. Awesome Debut Album - This album is one of the best albums I've listened to in a long time. I never thought I'd be into electronic music, mostly because of all the auto tuning that's done to the voices of the singers, but the way Kygo puts his songs together is just so awesome. I especially love how he collaborates with singers that have unique voices, and I like that they are not auto tuned. My four favorite songs on this album are "Carry Me", "Firestone", "Stay" and "Nothing Left". I recommend this album to anyone who is into electronic music, as well as to people who love good music in general.
2017-03-19
3. Kygo is amazing! - I absolutely love Kygo's music, it's so nice and peaceful. Especially, Stay, Carry me, Fiction, Firestone, Happy Birthday, and Oasis. And the people who are saying that "everyone song sounds the same" well it's because he does tropical music so it's sounds similar but every song is unique. Also, you guys have to give him credit he did really great for his debut album.
2017-01-20
4. How Serious Not More Popular? - Every single song on this album is absolutely amazing. Kygo will be a huge force in music for years to come - this guy seriously has talent. Amazing first album. However, how is Serious one of the least popular songs on the album? It has touches of genius in every beat! My favorite song :)
2016-12-05
5. great album - I was introduced to jugs by my friend who showed me Firestone, and I honestly had it on repeat for the longest time. Then I was waiting and waiting for this album and it was so worth waiting for! Some of my favorites on this album: raging, oasis, stay, Firestone (of course!), and carry me. All of these songs are amazing though:))

1. Imposters United - For anyone who is familiar with music, they know the album and tracks are all covers and subsequently the album discount ( cover tracks for $). If you really don't care, then purchase the entire album for the discount price. However, if you lean towards purchasing single tracks...why purchase the cover tracks when you can purchased the original for the same price?

2. good for a trance beginner - I mean. all this stuff is really old for the most part, and most are not real trance in the least. Maybe alittle techno (although i dont know much from the genre) But for somebody like my friends over here in the U.S. its a good album to get them to start appreciating this type of music. You cant just give somebody some of Armin's State of Trance albums right off the back, because all u.s. people think trance is for is raving.
2009-03-10
3. Good, not Great - Well I purchased this album last week and it has been a bit below my expectations, but not bad in any way. Personally I would prefer the sequel to this album more, it has more high energy beats than bass low energy beats. Any other techno fans should also check out DJ Italian SenSation. He is not on itunes (and i don't think even has an album) but his stuff is all over YouTube and is definitely worth checking out. He breaks the stereotype that all techno artists have one good song. Each song I have heard by him is fantastic.

4. dance like an indian - you know when you buy something because you think your getting a great deal and its what your looking for. Then you buy it to try it out. Then somehow it changes your life, and you love it. Well thats kinda what happened with this compilation. Sometimes i just cant help but to dance by myself. I have been put into a trance by this music plenty of times. I think the most extrem is when i start dancing around like an indian.

5. Do the math. It's worth it. - Now songs for $. may seem like a good deal, but most of these songs arent all that great. Fortunately there are GREAT songs on here that make the ten bucks worth wasting. So Great songs for $ bucks is a good deal. Even if you wanted to buy these songs independently and not buy the whole album you'd be losing money when you could buy the whole album for dollars less. The songs I found to be exceptional are: Mayday Renegade Master Falling Stars Sandstorm Loving U The Dream Bladerunner Flying Birds (this song is probably the Thickest and Tranciest on here) Deep Space Da Vinci Insomnia Yeh Rog Different Reality But of these that I would HIGHLY recommend are Yeh Rog, Different Reality, Flying Birds and Mayday. NOTE: This Album is filled with songs that attempt at sounding Trancy. And fail miserably. But these songs I listed are the good ones. And if you liked the songs I showed you then I would recommend Searching for Artists like Accuface, CJ Stone, DJ Shog, Wavetraxx, and Sunlounger. The albums I would recommend arent on iTunes but some good ones are Drizzly Trance Sessions, and Nukleuz vol. . Hope you found my review helpful.

6. Luhve it, get it - Lots of really great songs for clubbing for a really low price, my favorite would probably be pull:D it's really an amazing deal, I wouldn't buy this many songs for $ because they kinda sound the same but for that price I think i can get em all! it's really good, i recommend it definitely, Avenged Sevenfold on NOVEMBER TH AT THE RAVE IN MILWAUKEE DON"T FORGET TO SEE!!
2008-09-29
7. Who Knew - This is a really great mix. I have to say, there are lots of songs to get you hype for whatever you're doing. A lot of the artists I searched for, their top songs, when I clicked on them took me here. That must be saying a lot. I'm sure the other volumes are just as good, maybe even better. You decide. Get this!

1. Why this album got such positive reviews is beyond me - Lacks energy. Has a low-energy beat. Low-quality. Not real trance. Repetitive, chilly.
Even Kaleidoscope is better than this.
Get some older albums by Tiesto, or get Armin Van Buuren stuff before . Also get Paul Van Dyk and other German musicians. Darude has super-driving beats, at least until recent years. Sean Tyas is high-quality. Talla XLC is high-tech.

2. Elements of life - By far best album in the universe this album takes me back to the good ol days when my life was perfect and now things are much deferent.. I listen to this and I go back in time I get goosebumps with every song..in the dark was my favorite for the longest time, now I can't listen to it because of the emotions it causes..this album will forever be gold to me!
2016-04-30
3. Great Trance, Amazing Artist - I personally am not a fan of trance, but when Tiesto makes trance, I just want to dance. I personally am a fan of his Club albums, like the songs We Own The Night and Zero . What I am not a fan of is his current path, which is more like a House mixed with Pop. Ten Seconds Before Sunrise, Break My Fall, and Elements of Life are my favorite songs in this album, and I hope one day he will go back to the Trance Dj he used to be.
2014-11-12
4. and still it-to you guys who don't like trance-dont talk crap ab Tiesto PLUR - Is and ALWAYS will be my favorite DJ- I hate that so many talk crap about artists.. We all have our own tastes..constructive critism is ok..but don't talk mad crap- if your a "techno fanatic" then don't you understand PLUR?? Tiesto is wonderful...if not why would he still be rippin it up at all the good spots such as ULTRA...sold out shows...etc in ! Love u Tiesto keep it up! You have more fans than haters!

5. Like many artists, Tiesto wants something new. I love it. - As I scroll my way through countless one star reviews, all I see are people trying to feel original because they listened to Tiesto's beautiful ISOS. But after a long history of trance success, he finally decides to give it a rest and in predictable fashion, his trance addicted fans go a-wall, giving his new album oppertunity and credit for its true brilliance. For Tiesto, this kind of reaction was probably no surprise at all, but for those of us willing to see just how capable Tiesto is, this album is no disappointment. Every song on this album is gold with Knock You Out, Century, Who Wants To Be Alone, Here On Earth, and You Are My Diamond all being incredible. Honestly, the entire album will have you starting from top to bottom if you can dig the new direction he's headed in. It only gets better the further into the album you get. Truly amazing. Thanks again for another finely crafted album Tiesto. Do what your heart wants most and true fans will follow.

6. Amazing album - Of course not all the songs are going to be liked by everyone, just like other arist albums, you are not going to like every single song of the album, but most of this album for me are awesome. I rated /, because is a great album and to make a song it takes a lot of job just like any other job, nothing is easy!

7. simply the best - this is what dance music is all about. with out a doubt the greatest single dance record of all time. tiesto is the best and shows his skills here. if you remotely like dance music and or trance this album will complete your transition to a full out dance-a-holic. Buy it and burn it for someone else to share it. i garuntee you will listen to it over and over again.

8. why i love Tiesto - Elements of Life is amazing, im a dj so i do enjoy this album in particular, i used Driving to Heaven, along with element of life as opening tracks for a mix i just made...i dj just for fun and friends but i honestly believe that this is his best album that Tiesto has made, im talking legit not In search of Sunrise - and Kaliedoscope...even EOL re-mixed has soooo many options and things to do that havent been touched on yet. i saw Tiesto live on Oct. , and he even played with his mixes up on stage, but that was Kaliedoscope. point is this is my fav album by far...respect him and BUY his music, dont torrent it or download it please he is amazing and deserves this respect for his incredible work

1. Okay, I've changed my mind. - I'm giving this album an even LOWER score than I did before. I like Waves and Snowflakes, but I don't like Prayer In C. For those that believe in God, the song calls out God and blames him for all our world problems. They're basically just sitting around waiting for God to do something, but that's not how it goes. God gave us free will. He rarely comes to us, and He will not pressure us to do what we don't want to do. If we don't want Him, then He won't bother us. We have to come to Him. He will help us if we want it. The singer claims to be an atheist, but the way that she explains her faith in interviews makes her seem more like a deist if anything. For those that are wondering, a deist is someone who believes God created the universe, but left it behind and abandoned us. It's kind of like a more elaborate form of agnosticism. The girl is racially Jewish, but she isn't religious. She claims to be an incredibly depressed person and is a pessimist. She refuses to see the brighter side of things and be happy. I will be praying for her. It's a shame, because I like the music, but the lyrics are horrible.
2015-02-12
2. Shouldn't be in "Dance" genre - This is dance music? What the heck. Dance music is Hardwell, Zedd, Martin Garrix, D-Guetta, etc. Sure, some of his songs have some synths, but it's so easy to make. Anyone can repeat some guitar melody, some bongos, a simple kick and snare, and that's just as good as Robin Schulz. They should've put this in Reggae or something. Idk. Anything else but dance. Doesn't belong here.
2015-02-11
3. I hardly call this dance music. - What does the artist expect us to do? Slow trot slow-mo arm movement? Sun goes down is the only good dance song here. I cannot see how you would dance any of the other songs. For the religious out there, Prayer in C is doubting God and how he has neglected us and how we hate him for it. Non deserving of even top in DANCE. Maybe another genre, but this is not dance music.

4. Incredibly Beautiful - This Album is an incredible arrangement of sound. Robin out does himself and creates perfectly layered beats that tantalize the ears while exuding magical positivity passion behind every beat. Beautiful, Beautiful sounds. 1. Great album, but the sales... - Great hybrid of trance and house, the best album since , but I find it disturbing that only a couple of songs have popularity - Alone, and especially This is what it feels like. Those are not big songs. The other, great songs have such little popularity in comparison. Another thing, Don't like "Reprise"; when I listened to it, I expected a house beat to come after that strings buildup, but instead was downtempo rock, not house even after that, but actually not a bad way to END the album, because you would hear it at the END of a movie, though not a great way. I heard "This is what it feels like" on FM radio, not thinking it was Armin, but some modern rock band. "Alone" is not trance. I like Pulsar, but the beat is not great. Album still gives me goosebumps, though. Not so poppy like the last album Mirage, but another different thing - Progressive/electro house; But it still has trance. Forever is ours is great, not really trance, but super-driving. Love never came is good, but not great, and has negative lyrics. Bland, without bassline. Turn this love around sounds like a lesser form of the classic "Love you More." Oh, don't get me wrong, this is one of the greatest Armin Van Buuren albums (the other is ), it's mostly just that people are not buying the best songs. I do think Armin has gotten better since Shivers starting with Imagine, through Mirage all the way to this, but starting with the album Embrace, Armin got worse.
Also, where's The Most Intense Edition? Maybe it's not available in my country. I'm in the United States. Or it's not released in digital (e.g. MP or AAC) format. But why?
Just get Intense, Waiting for the Night, Won't Let You Go, Pulsar(?), Forever is Ours(?), In years From Now, Last Stop Before Heaven, and Who's Afraid of . Don't get the others!
I would like bpm!

2. Dude omg - I don't know how this wasn't given a Grammy for like album of the year, regardless of genre. It's amazing, every song hit home and this one is definitely in my top three albums of all time. And for those of you who are comparing Armin to tiesto, listen to Armin's song "intense" then go listen to tiesto's "red lights" and I mean come on. This album is absolutely brilliant and beautiful. Very, VERY well done, Armin.

3. Tears of joy - Ever since I was in middle school I have loved Armin from his first album "" some songs were "yet another day" and "burned with desire" and I must say he never disappoints. There is a reason he continues to be in the top rankings and has won more dj awards than any other dj. Buy the album to support such a inspiring artist you will never be disappointed with his work
2013-12-13
4. Impeccable - This album is REALLY interesting, catchy, especially who really like a more upbeat trance and dance. "Reprise" is especially amazing to me. This is a really diverse album that will AT LEAST satisfy every trance addict and fan. Though I think Armin may have made better songs, I think that every song in this album is great (usually there are always one or two songs to which I would say "meh") But this album is ABSOLUTELY worth it.

5. Like it a lot, BUT THIS ISN'T TRANCE ! - Yes I like this a lot. It is very good at being whatever it is, Techno pop?
TRANCE IT IS NOT !!!
AVB is leading the way out of the Trance genre and no doubt making more money because of it. HOWEVER
There is something that is more melodic than my other favorites Above and Beyond who's "Progressive" stuff is nearly monotonous compared to both their own and AVB older material. Bottom Line? Time to stop calling it Trance.
2013-06-18
6. Oh my dear sweet lord. - I wasn't really into AvB's previous albums like I am this one. This is the first time in a long, long time that I've felt the need to write a review to tell you all how much I LOVED an album, for any artist! I haven't found a single track I didn't like. He got the rhythm and the energy on this one PERFECT, and I do mean PERFECT. Love love love.
2013-06-13
7. Love- best of AvB's recent work - I have to say the last albums I brought from Armin I swore I'd never buy another one. I felt his music was getting repetitive and there lacked variety within tracks and among tracks. This album is so much better. Emotional yet fun. Trance but still modern & fresh sounding enough to party to. Beautiful vocals but not too feminine. I absolutely love Above & Beyond and I think this will please their fans, as well as true AvB fans. Those of you who want to return to - just go listen to your old CD collection. No need to trash new music on iTunes.

1. Kaskade you have out done yourself!!!!! - No really you have outdone yourself these are the songs that make me reminisce of the past years the good years with great friends and having adventures with them great job kaskade, you, Swedish house mafia, Dash Berlin, and Above & Beyond can only make me tear up love this....
2015-01-02
2. not what i expected... - I expected a continuation of inovation from a creative artist...this just is not that. From the songs introductions on through, there just aren't that many bright spots of creative spark that he's shown in the past. I gues after as much as he has done, having a clinker in the basket is half expected. Everything up to Dynasty has been great, so I will sit this one out, and wait to see which tune on this release gets used on a car commercial, or maybe it will be a macdonals ad,who knows, maybe a government psa ad...i'll pass on this one.
2013-10-12
3. This album is terrible - I'm a long time Kaskade fan. Strobelite Seduction is one of my favorite albums ever. Dynasty was disappointing but it was okay. Fire & Ice was a return to greatness for Kaskade; I really enjoyed that CD (at least, the Fire side). But this album is by far his worst. It's boring, uninspiring, repetitive. It doesn't evoke feeling the way his prior albums have. It's a major disappointment. Many of the songs (like every song with the airport titles) sound like elevator music.
2013-10-10
4. DISAPPOINTED!!!! - Been a fan of kaskade since the beginning and i can understand he is trying something new but his roots to simple grooves has dissappeared...extremely dissappointed...does not capture the culture and most importantly the sf scene where he once started...only song that is worth it is the title of the album...
2013-09-21
5. Diverse and great - Songs like " No one knows who we are" and "floating" help me with my anxiety, I calm and relax.
Songs like "Atmosphere" and "Last Chance" make me happy and want to dance. This is just what the doctor ordered. Great variety. I love that Kaskade doesn't compromise
talent, lyrics, melody, and mixing, musicality or beats. He makes sure the songs are great and not gimmicky
2013-09-19
6. So Worth It! - I've been a long-time fan of Kaskade's work and this release does not disappoint at all. I'm so glad he decided to go back to his roots and give listeners a more chill approach to EDM. For those who are itching for faster-paced beats and intensity, I'm pretty sure there will be remixes out soon to satisfy your fiend. I love all the tracks on this album and adding the Atmosphere video just made it even more special. BOY CAN SANG!
2013-09-14
7. Atmosphere being the key word - this album is for true Kaskade lovers. he defines his true creativity as an artist in the album. the whole album has a beautiful and ambient theme progressing throughout every track. the lyrics and the melodies make you feel as if you are going through all the waves in his atmosphere. thank you Kaskade, for once again leaving us so overwhelmed and astonished with your talented creations. we all LLOVE you!
2013-09-14
8. Unless you came to slow dance.... - I really don't understand the people who get so pumped about this. It's so soft! In the live videos people are jumping up and down screaming and yelling while background music is playing. I mean if you like more old school dubstep, or whatever this is, Kaskade is your man. If you want to go crazy, well....

1. Excellent, Amazing Album - Galantis brings a fresh, new vibe to EDM not many artists can conceive. Pharmacy is the best example of how amazing their music is. The bass and tone of the music is fabulous, and the lyrics' depth can sometimes be surprising. This album is true art.
"Forever Tonight," "In My Head," and "Kill 'Em With The Love" are exceedingly fun songs to listen and dance to and jsut bring a feeling of "wow dis is so epicz" as the sounds pound through your ears. "Gold Dust," "Runaway (U & I)," "Don't Care" just give this amazing feeling of happiness which most songs can't create. "Dancin' To The Sound of a Broken Heart," "Water," and especially "Call If You Need Me" are surprisingly deep with the lyrics, whether they be mildly depressing or plain encouraging. Even "Louder, Harder, Better," "Peanut Butter Jelly," and "You" sound annoying judging by the quick iTunes preview, but are actually quite enjoyable once you've heard the full song - in fact, this applies to every song. I recommend you listen to the full songs on YouTube before you decide nto to purchase certain tracks - these are all amazing. If you like EDM, it's almost certain you'll enjoy this work of art of an album."

2. Out Of !!! - This album is literally the best I've ever bought. It's a perfect combo of beats and lyrics that will make you want to get up and dance no matter where you are. "In My Head", "Runaway (U and I)", and "Forever Tonight" are all great songs that start out with a fairly calm beat that you know will only lead inot an awesome beat drop. And that's exactly what Galantis gives you. Anyway, I definitely recommend this album to anyone who is doubting, it. AWESOME!! :)
2016-09-13
3. A Genius Album - I've listened to some of these songs close to sixty times, and I still enjoy them like the first time I heard them. I find something new in each song each time I listen to it. Especially Noteworthy are Gold Dust and Peanut Butter Jelly, and Runaway but each song on this album is a joy to listen to. Good job Galantis, your musical genius and talent makes this album pure Gold (Dust).
2016-05-15
4. Gold Standard of Edm - After several months with pharmacy, I think I can say that this one of the most well rounded and consistent albums in the genre that I've heard. I would score the songs as such: .) Forever Tonight- A pretty strong opening to a fantastic album. Nothing overly special, but a great tune nonetheless. / .) Gold Dust- This song starts off with a great piano peace and beautiful, haunting vocals, which transition into a hard hitting dance track. Absolutely amazing in its production and progression. / .) In My Head- My second favorite song on the album, this is a must own. Easily one of the strongest tracks, it keeps me coming back all the time. It has a habit of sticking in my head (no pun intended) and warrants a second play every time it comes on. / .) Run Away (U and I)- A very strong single that hooked me from the get go. This track just doesn't seem to get old and is a must own from Galantis. / .) Dancin' To the Sound of a Broken Heart- My least favorite song on the album, this track still has many high points which make it an overall enjoyable experience. / .) Louder, Harder, Better- Probably my favorite track on the album with it being one of the best Edm songs I've heard in recent memory. Definitely a must own and I would say it's the most well rounded track off the album. / .) Kill 'Em With the Love- An extremely fun song that is unlike most I've heard. Highly recommend giving it two listens as it tends to grow on people over time. / .) Call if You Need Me- I love this song and it has a great beat with an awesome drop. It has managed to grow on me the most out of all the songs and has easily become a standout track. Do not overlook this one. / .) Peanut Butter Jelly- This is one wired song. It has a lot of character and will definitely appeal to a certain crowd, but it's just not for me. I still like it but it has been unable to garner as much attention as the other songs on the album for me. Not bad, but not great. / .) Firebird- The first song I heard by Galantis and is still one of their bests. It's one the most standout songs by them and the progression is just great. It also has my second favorite drop of all the songs. / .) Don't Care- A good song but remains somewhat forgettable. It comes toward the end of the album and while not bad, it just doesn't carry any weight. It's mixed in with some of the most memorable songs on here, like You and Firebird, and so it can be quickly overlooked and forgotten. There's nothing special with this track. / .) You- A great track that seems to carry over the same kind of sound as Run Away. Definitely one of the most popular songs from Galantis, and for good reason. / .) Water- An absolutely fantastic ending to a fantastic Edm album. The song is just pure perfection and has the best build up on the album. A great way to finish of the album and I think it's one of the best on here. /

5. Best Album of All Time - There are a lot of amazing dance albums out there, but this is by far, THE BEST. Every song is perfect. I love their sound, it makes you really want to dance to it. My favorite song of all is Dancin' to The Sound of a Broken Heart. You guys really know how to make an album, keep it up .

6. A landmark album - Simply put, you don’t find albums like Pharmacy in the EDM genre. This is an album that was made with sincere, heartfelt passion, and it shines through in songs like Gold Dust, U & I, and Don’t Care. The one word that can encapsulate the experience of listening to Pharmacy is: joyous. Each track flows seamlessly to the next, and no song feels forced or out of place. I could write an entire article on why Pharmacy is the top EDM album of , but that wouldn’t do it justice. Well done, Galantis.

1. Great Job; Room For Improvement - Don't confuse the outline and summary of this review. I do enjoy song on this LP. Steve Aoki is a strong producer, with his droning four-on-the-floor beats and house/trance style. But, there is room for improvement in his lyric writing. Some of the lines seem like they were written by a six year old. For example, the line, "The moon is sad, the food is eaten" (from Ladi Dadi). It just really didn't catch me. All in all, this is a great album. Good Song include (but not limited to!):
Earthquakey People
Ladi Dadi Come With Me (Deadmeat) Livin' My Love
2013-03-28
2. Hmmm - Please don't sell out like Guetta with his repetitive, dumbed down, quasi electrodub sounds. I used to love your music and witnessed your epic performance on HolyShip, but this album, with exception to Ladi Dadi part II and few others, seems to be produced for low IQ individuals. Still respect you though, but not sure for how much longer.
2012-02-08
3. Not as bad as some say - I'll admit I am a little let down in some areas but the album isn't bad... It's definitely not as bad as some of the reviews are saying. I think Steve may have been testing the waters-of-the-future with this. Music evolves. People evolve; including Steve. Accept that, and you won't be unhappy about purchasing this album. Thanks Steve!
2012-01-26
4. Trash - This is not at all the steve aoki that i saw at EDC a few years ago. His music has turned into overdone electro trash. I downloaded the CD in high hopes, and i literally took it out and threw it out after one listen. the only track worthy on the whole album is "no beef". otherwise, seriously don't waste your time this album is awful
2012-01-20
5. ANOTHER YEAR ANOTHER SELLOUT - In all honesty this isnt even mainstream, this isnt house, electro electrostep, trance, techno. This is nothing more then a man selling himself out of an industry, losing respect by his peers. If you want real music, listen to Richie Hawtin, Kaskade, ATB, AVB, Logisitics, London Elektricity. Stop wasting your time with this junk, educate yourself.
2012-01-20
6. Aoki Runs This from Start to Finish - Steve Aoki is one of the more wildcard forces in the Dance Music scene. The man constantly bounces around from completely different spectrums in the genre, from dubstep to dirty dutch, from house to electro, Aoki has it covered. The album's greatest strength is the versatility and variety possessed within. Say, if you are listening to one track and you are not feeling the dirty dutch feel, the next song will be borderline drum and bass. The sheer amount of music contained in the album is admirable as it really is a risk in the industry to produce an album that is not the same sound for ten tracks straight. Finally, all of the tracks feel well done and have a fun danceable groove to them. A for Mr. Aoki on this one. Some Highlights of the Album: Cudi the Kid- A very spacey song with good vocal support and a thick dubstep feel.
Turbulence- This anthem rocked the clubs and still does with a thumping synth, hard kick, and Lil' Jon screaming over it all.
No Beef- On this track Aoki collabs with Afrojack to create a really bouncy dirty dutch song.
Livin my Love- The track throws some serious star power onto a catchy dance tune that is sure to burst onto top stations everywhere. In conclusion, the entire album is entirely well put together and diverse. If I were asked to provide one album that captured the current dance music scene in the most complete way possible, this album would be brought up without a moment of hesitation. Steve Aoki combines excellent vocals from top artists with club smashing beats, and produces a quintessential album for the dance music fan. / Do: Buy the album and jam out!
Don't: Say Aoki is the next David Guetta

7. Wow so worth the wait! - This is so going on my iPod. Steve Aoki is always amazing. Whoever said he isn't on Guetta's level yet is crazy! Sure Guetta has more experience , but Aoki knows what he's doing too. The only reason it's not a star album is because some songs on here i can't stand. I know that happens , but they were terrible.

1. Disappointed - I love Tiesto and his music. I listen to club life every week, and have listened to some episodes times. This album is just average. Some of the songs are plain annoying (bullets). There's only about songs worth buying (my opinion at least). These songs don't really represent club life, which is why this album is disappointing.

2. Heiress of Valentina (Alesso Remix) - I bought this day on Thursday, the day before Avicii's gig at The Music Box in Hollywood. It is now :am Monday morning, and according to iTunes, after having re-synced my Nano and GB iPod, I have a total of plays on this track alone! This song was well worth EVERY. SINGLE. CENT.

3. EPIC!!!! - To me his is a genius. I've seen him in show times and the last time was feb in Vegas. Must say it was amazing. I love what he envisions and it comes out through his work. It all started on Oct st with " in search of sunrise"
I still get chill when I listen to that album. Coming to see u again in Dec
Can't wait. Rock on and kill it!!!!!!

1. The Best Kaskade - This is Kaskade’s best album. It’s right now and he hasn’t even gotten close to touching the atmosphere created on this album or the many unique, interesting, and soothing vocal styles on any other album. I wish he made a SS-. If you are just getting into Kaskade, start HERE.
2016-05-02
2. Strobe light, album only? - Dude, thats not fair!, everything else's cheap if you pay separately, & yet that one ''single song'' you ''want for $.??'' thats a bit greedy, you'll still get you're cash either way, NO ALBUM ONLY SONG! i had to pretty much add the whole album on my wish list just for that "one song" very dumb idea!
2014-10-23
3. Near Perfect Album ! - Its rare nowadays for me to listen to a whole Album from start to finish and like ALL the tracks on it. Kaskade succeeds in blending the perfect mix of "electronica" and other elements together to create a unique sound. More of this and less of overly produced dubstep/electro clash taking over dance music please !
2012-06-30
4. Kaskade's Best Album, A Must Have for Everyone - Lots of amazing tracks here. Step One Two is great. Angel On My Shoulder and Your Love Is Black have amazing singers. The deadmau co-produced tracks I Remember and Move For Me have exquisite sound to them. (I still prefer the minute mix on deadmau's album though.) The tracks are sublime, and the vocals are wonderful.

5. One of the best.... - One of my favorite albums ever. If any one of my friends asks me about dance music or what I listen to; one of the first albums I mention, is "Strobelite Seduction" because let's face it...it's full of life. It's got great range from killer dance tracks like "Move For Me" (which is a classic in my book) and "I Remember" (another classic) to groovy 'chill' tracks like "Pose" and "One Heart".
2010-09-10
6. Kaskade continues to shine....... - This album is probably one of the best examples of House music I have heard in a long time. This album can be listened to in the car, at parties, or just chilling out. The music is just that good. The songs flow into one another nicely, and there are great hooks on every track. BUY THIS ALBUM!!!!
2010-05-13
7. Unquestionably Great! - This is an essential buy for anyone who is a fan of dance music. Every track is has a fantastic sound to it. With the exception of one song, I was hooked. Kaskade is one of the best Dance music artists there is. Although many feel Dance music is all the same, I see the originality in his music. It's that signature that all great artists have. One thing I did not like is that there are too few tracks. It seems like it ends almost as quickly as it began. But that's probably because I enjoyed it so much. I highly suggest this for those who are into dance/trance/house, and all those looking to get into these genres. Good stuff.
2010-04-13
8. What a great find! - I managed to find most of this album through Pandora Radio and finally looked it up. While I individually purchased those songs that I had heard on my station ( AM, I remember, Step one two, move for me and angel on my shoulder) the rest of the album blends so perfectly. If you're looking for a chill-er album for relaxing to or something to work out with that has and up and down pattern through the album this is it. The only song that I wasn't entirely thrilled with is 'Pose', but that was the one exception and I still would have gotten it just to make the album flow perfect. Great summer album, and if you can see by those below the people back in agreed. So give this album from Kaskade a try, this is probably his best one out here. :)

1. European Trance Inducement - Heard this song on the radio on the way back from Sunken Meadow park in Long Island. I fell in love with it then, and am still on love with it. There are very few songs that I still love after I replay them to death, but this is one of them. Like many have said before, it transports you to some European city where everyone is dancing and you can't help but dance with them! Love, Love, LOVE this song!!!!

2. Amazing - Edward Maya and Vika Jigulina show how dance music can truely be of course. It's a perfect blend of dance and instrumental that blend efficiently into the vocals giving it a twist that isn't ever truely seen in dance music. What more can be said? Besides they need to bring his Desert Rain with Vika Jigulina over. Been out for around a year now.

1. I was hoping for something better... - It’s a good album, don’t get me wrong and I realize that you want to highlight some of the great songs of the past, but maybe like less than half the songs on this album are new. You had everyone excepting some new things out of you but you let someone us down. All I’m saying is it could have been better.

2. Favorite DJ Never Lets Me Down - I have been a big fan of Deadmau for quite a while, and everyday I am jamming out to at least of his songs. Every album and song he has made is pure gold across a wide variety of sounds and styles. Here are my favorite albums by Deadmau:
. x
. While ( )
. album title goes here . Get Scraped
. Random Album Title
. For Lack of a Better Name
. At Play
. Vexillology Even my least favorite album "Vexillology" is a wonderful album and so are his others. Here are my top favorite songs by Deadmau:
. Ghosts N' Stuff
. Seeya
. I Remember
. Strobe
. Raise Your Weapon
. The Veldt . Right This Second
. Bleed
. Intelstat
. One Trick Pony For all the people that are complaining about Deadmau and how is beats are too repetitive, just telling you; every song has a repetitive beat to it if you think about it, so back off if you aren't used to his style. Even if Deadmau changes completely, I will always be on his side supporting him.

3. Learn to Read. - It's like a lot of these reviewers bought a greatest hits album and then got upset because it didn't have new material on it... Even though it had a ton of great remixes thrown in as a second disc, all while keeping the price under bucks. Also many of the old tracks have been edited and improved in terms of sound quality. / for beginners and fans alike.
2014-12-06
4. Random Review A-la Mau - In many ways, Joel Zimmerman (aka Deadmu) continues to create music of quality. His wide coverage of EDM genres allows that anyone can find a song they like, should they be picky or not. Not only that, but he takes a lot of time when it comes to the mastering process to keep the track sounding like what it was meant to be and not just a track. This culmination of his work over the years of his current career takes the best of his maudom and combines it with talented artists’ takes on his work, all culminated into a pure masterpiece of an Electronic album. It is definitely worth a -star rating in my book. I would have the readers of this youtube some these songs. See if you like them for yourself!
