1. Worth a listen... - As The Oaks don't venture into my neck of the woods this is a great representation of what their concerts must sound like. I am also thrilled that there is no auto-tune and other vocal BS on this live recording. From what I've read, they recorded a ton of shows so hopefully a volume will be coming soon.

2. It is a grate album but there is just thing - Boys night out is a great CD oakRidgeBoys make their show so awesome The oakRidgeBoys have had over hits over the years and this CD offers a live version of of the best. But over the years the OakRidgeBoys have made lots of new albums but done in their studio with good sound this album was not and was recorded outside making their voices sound odd at sometimes like in songs like make my life with you and Bobby Sue And in Duane Allen's solo versus he some times it sounds a little old so in some parts it sounds nothing like the OakRidgeBoys they are still great singers but in this certain album the sound was not very good and American-made seem to be a little slow but other than that the album was great and has catchy songs I definitely recommend the cd it's only natural if you enjoyed this one

3. Boy Night Out LIVE!!! - Sounds so great with the Mighty Oaks Band. It really captures the excitement of an actual concert. I prefer to be there with them, but this will be just fine in the meantime! Duane Allen's added yeahs, ooo's, and ahhhs gives me the chills. Just love these guys, they are the real deal, years and going strong!

4. A great night, indeed! - The "Oaks" have been together over years now and do plenty of road work every year (over dates annually, I believe). So they've had lots of time to turn their stage act into a well-oiled machine. It certainly shows. I was particularly pleased to hear "Make My Life With You," as I don't think I've heard them perform it live for a very long time. This album will definitely scratch the itch of a longtime ORB fan who can't make it to a live show as often as they would like, but I would probably recommend a greatest hits album (or the "Collection" release) to someone who is new to the group (good grief, where ya been?!). After you get acquainted with the music, make it a point to see the Boys on stage. Then you'll want to take this album home as a reminder of what it's like to be in the presence of living legends who know how to show a crowd a good time.

1. A Lost Treasure - Jimmie Driftwood was a real American treasure, keeping early American folk songs alive. This is a good sampling of his work, but how it can be called "The Best of" and not include his most famous song, "Battle of New Orleans", is beyond me. Yes, Johnny Horton made it famous, but Driftwood wrote it, and frankly, his version is better than Horton's.

3. SO happy this is finally here!!! - Learning that this album is finally out (almost!) was the best news I'd heard in ages! Lynn sounds awesome on the two advance tracks, and I've heard her sing "He Saw It All" live. Her voice is still amazingly beautiful, so I know the rest of it will be great, too! Can't wait for the release of the entire album!

4. Incredible Sound From A Legend - WOW!! It is was a great suprise to see Lynn release a new album. I have to agree that normally there are a few songs to pick but this one was filled with great inspirational music. I was also excited to see the Oakridge Boys featured on one of the songs. Hope to see this awarded at the CMA's or Grammys. Highly recommend if your a true country music fan a part of your collection.

5. LOVE EVERY SONG ON HERE !! - I've been waiting on a new album from Lynn Anderson and am so excited it's finally here! This is her first country-gospel album (that I know of). Usually, on any album I buy, there are at least - songs I'm not crazy about and skip over. Not the case here ... love every song on this album. You made us wait a while, but you didn't disappoint. Who knew "Drift Away" would work a a contemporary gospel song? One of the few legends of country music who still has the pipes. She's still got it in spades.

6. Bridges - I am so happy that Lynn Anderson has released a brand new CD! This CD is fantastic, I just bought and I love the new version of Drift Away. I can’t wait till the rest of the CD is available. This is a great production and her voice is still amazing! This is a MUST HAVE for your collection! If you are a fan of Country or Country-Gospel. I hope she is touring soon I would love to see her again.

1. Sergeant E-B - Awesome debut album, classic country blended with hidden aspects of red dirt. "What I'm looking for" captures sounds of self written songs, like that of younger better looking George Strait. The deep insight and undering meaning found in "Whisky warms my soul" hints at a torn man searching for reasons in choices made resulting in heartbreak. Searching throughout the depths of his soul he only finds comfort in the bottom of a whisky glass, a sad story indeed. Jeff Douglas essentially captures the essence of the human soul and packages it in an easy to listen to, teeth cutting album. Well done Jeff, well done.

1. McBride can STILL Ride - Can't describe how great this album is! Terry McBride does a masterful job at creating a fantastic hardcore s country record while infusing some modern sounds. "Callin' All Hearts", "Leave the Neon Light On", and "Honky Tonkiest Time I Ever Had" are my favorites from a near perfect record! I can only hope and pray that this is not the last new Terry McBride music we get!

1. Composers not singers are listed - A few -- perhaps many -- of the songs are not performed by the people listed. They've got to be the composers. My best example is "You're Making a Fool Out Of Me" sung by Wanda Jones but credited to Tompall Glaser. "Four Walls" has to be sung by Jim Reeves and not the two listed. Good tunes here, but it helps to listen to the sample to make sure it's really what you want. [I wanted Tompall Glaser but am happier with Wanda Jones and wish I could find more of her stuff.]

1. Packer - This man is beautiful. His music is part of my soul. I began listening to him in the early eighties, but have been listening to country music since Hank Williams was alive and I was six years old. The thing about Gene Watson's songs is that I can visualize what is happening every minute of his songs... that is the mark of an artist that can keep your attention by reaching into your heart. My spirits go up and down with the sounds that Watson makes. His music is my favorite music. That is saying a lot because I know all the country stars.

2. Incredible voice - STILL! - Gene’s first recording was in , at the tender age of . Now, years later, this amazingly talented man’s voice is better than ever! He is such a humble human being, a kind and classy man. His music touches my soul, and I could get lost in the stylings of his songs. I love that he has stayed true to what us “oldsters” fondly call REAL country music. He needs to be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame! I have been following his music and career since the early s and have never given up on hope that he will be given this acknowledgment of his contributions to the music world. The songs in this collection include some re-dos and some new (for Gene) stuff - all SO GOOD!

3. Gene Watson Real country music! - Gene Watson has done it again and stayed true to his classic country roots! Incredible album front to back, and I can't wait to see him in concert. It's a shame mainstream country radio don't play songs like this anymore. All that is being played now is pop-country and I don't know what else, but one thing I do know is it isn't country music. Thank you Gene Watson for singing real country music. :)

4. Real Country Music - Yes, it is! Can't tell you how happy I am to hear this kind of music in . I'm , not that young but not that old. Music like this is what I grew up listening to on country radio stations WHN, WKHK, WYNY. Yes even in NY, the stations played real country music at that time. Meaningful. Heartfelt. Genuine I've lived it to sing it country music. Gene Watson is the best today at making this kind of music, and I thank him for that.
