1. Loving the Album So Far! - I will say this album is starting better off in my opinion than he last album, even thou his last album had bigger known hits that are highly valued and viewed! Growin Up & Gettin Old is a great song, good way to finish off the double album release, Love You Anyway is a song a lot of ppl have been waiting for and there’s a couple more that ppl have been long waiting for too that still have been released and it’s a massive hit already and I’m in love with it! I think my favorite release so far has to be Joe, such a wholesome song that is so Luke Combs personality and he brings his same demeanor to it with a story of which he’s good at! I’m so excited for the rest of the album coming out soon so I can listen to all! I think ppl often hate on Luke these days cause they miss the music type that made him popular, but people have to realize those songs made him popular cause he was going thro a breakup and was still young and livin life to the fullest, now that’s he settled down and married with his wife he’s trying to focus his music on the more serious but still upbeat vibe. Let’s not forget y’all, this is still Luke Combs, and in each album he always knows how to spice it up with some party songs, I jus think his wild crazy party like mentality that he had when he was younger isn’t as strong, he is in his s now and focusing on life, but either way, love the music so far and ready for more!

2. Song selection is key - I am a HUGE Luke Combs fan. He has given us some strong songs on social media but failed to give us a studio cut. We need "Five Leaf Clover" and "We Still Drink Beer" on this album. I can be happy with new music, but without those two songs this album will be incomplete in my eyes. With those two songs my rating goes from to stars.

1. So good! - I love it! Kelsea is just so talented but she really shows it off in this ep. I’m so proud of her and her journey through her music. I’ve been her fan since she came out in ; I was years old. My favorites off of this are Mountain with a View and Penthouse. She is such a talented singer and a powerful songwriter. Keep it up! love you Kelsea

2. Beautiful and Very Emotional - I’ve never gotten emotional over an album but this one has me tearing up. I can hear the pain in her voice in the songs. And the short film was amazing. Takes a lot of courage and strength to share something like this after a short time has passed. Wish her all the best

3. Give this EP all the awards - But more than awards, give Kelsea the songwriter the praise she deserves. WOW. What a piece of art. You can tell she put her whole self into every second of this work. Kelsea — thank you for being so honest, raw, and vulnerable. This is your best work yet. I hope you feel like you’ve unlocked something special in yourself by being this open.

4. Big news - I love how she talks about the marriage and talks about everything that went wrong and everything in between. I like how she admits that she made a mistake in the marriage and she also did in between and they also went there separate ways but I do you like is how she wished him the best even though it was tough.

1. This girl has it going on - Talent talent and some more talent and cannot get enough. I’m obsessed and got her songs on repeat In love the lyrics and Melodie’s and the real country instruments like the lap steel and flat pickin on the guitar and her songs are so relatable and catchy and easy to fall in love with and sing along with. Can’t wait to see her in concert and hope I can afford to

2. Brand New Fan (Thanks Twitter!) - Listen, my mom was a secretary at a country music station growing up, but I’ve always been sort of an “everything but country” people. Mom liked it but not is kids. Lainey made me a fan of the genre. She brought me in. Black people are coming ! Lainey has got it and this album is absolutely stunning. I may not have been a fan as a kid, but I know what could Country sounds like. This is good Country, and it has a Rock flair and some brief moments Funk. I am recommending this album to any young woman I come across. It’s brilliant.

1. Surprised - Not all songs are memorable but most were very well done and respectful to a legendary band.
Last fall I picked up Blackberry Smoke's Stones treibute. It had me running to the originals. This compilation I found much more interesting. The only song I don't care for was Eric Church's "Gimme Shelter". By far the best song was Marcus King's. I wish he and Billy Strings would do an album together.

1. Dude’s got pipes - I tried to sing along with the song “Parachute” and I may never do that again . I had all the voice cracks I could have in the next years just trying to sing that song. HOW DOES HE DO IT?! If I could sing like that dude my family would be millionaires lol. Keep them coming, Chris
Looking forward to more

2. All the stars!!! - Chris is absolutely incredible. Great music and great lyrics with an incredibly talented singer. What’s not to love? I have no clue why all of the reviews have been taken down. Maybe other artists were getting jealous because they weren’t getting as many five stars as he was. LOL. If I could give it more than five stars I would. All of his albums deserve all of the stars.

3. One of the best country albums ever - This is such a terrific album with so many great songs. Everyone knows Chris Stapleton for his hit Tennessee Whiskey but there are so many more great songs, and in my opinion even better songs on this album. Some of my favorite are Daddy Doesn’t Pray Anymore, When the Stars Come Out, Parachute, and Traveller. Please give this whole album a solid and thorough listening, it won’t disappoint!

1. Money Grab - How ironic a Biden loving socialist is re-recording all of her albums for money. I guess she really does love capitalism. I feel sorry for all the people falling for this and buying the EXACT SAME album she already released. She is nothing more than a snake business woman who tries to sing. She is always playing the victim. So, this is on-brand for her. Also, her masters were not stolen from her. She never owned them. You have to own something first for them to be stolen. She signed a contract when she was an up and coming artist. A standard contract that all up and coming artist sign. Now that she is rich and famous she is upset with that contract. Almost every studio owns the artist's masters. So, this is nothing new. It was a LEGAL business deal when they were sold to Scooter (who doesn’t even own them anymore). Also, her dad is on the board. So I don’t believe her when she said she didn’t know about the LEGAL sale. She was also offered a way to get them back. It was her choice not to accept the deal that was presented to her. Studio time is not cheap. Big Machine Record invested in her. Big Machine need to and deserved to earned something in return, as they should. It takes more than just Taylor Swift to make an album (other writers, producers, her band, etc.). The fact that so many people just take her word for what happened and don’t do any research on how the music industry works is just sad. I have actually done a lot of research on this. So stop telling me to go do research. I also enjoy her music. I’ve been to two of her concerts. But, that doesn’t mean I have to blindly follow everything she does. She is a drama queen. She has spent years playing the victim. At the end of the d

2. Not a Cash Grab - Everyone is saying that this is just a cash grab, and telling everyone not to waste their money. Taylor doesn’t do this for the money, she has this career because of her fans (like myself and many others), and she is doing this for her fans, and so that she can own her masters that she has had stolen from her. It’s absolutely ridiculous that everyone is hating on her because of her trying to reclaim a huge part of her past. This is her entire life, writing, singing, and producing music. Other people have said that she doesn’t even write all of her music which is just an out right lie. She has always, and will continue to write and co-write all of the music that she releases. The only exception to this is Untouchable (which is on this album), however she actually does have credits on her version of the song because the original writers told her that her version sounded so different from the original which was actually rock.

3. ( Taylor’s Version) Amazing!! - Taylor you’re doing amazing and deserve every right to own your work!! I’m a local fine artist out here in Phoenix AZ. Painter that is. But I feel for you if what you’re going thru and you’re doing AMAZING just as you always do! To the haters: What’s your point??-
She’s re-recording. So what??? It’s her music she can re-record as many times as she pleases! It’s actually smart what she’s doing! She’s re-recording everything from that specific era like Fearless or Red. BUT SHES ADDING EXCLUSIVE TRACKS!! Which makes them NEW EDITIONS to her collection!! So she has the originals to look back on even though those are sold (I’m sorry Taylor) but she can look back at those and say. That these are even better now than they were before!! What are y’all going to negatively say when her Taylor Swift (Taylor’s Version) comes out in the next year or two?? There’ll be hate from y’all on that one but she’ll still make it an amazing album just like she will , Speak now, and Reputation. Just like she did Red and Fearless. So Speak Now. Or forever hold your peace. Cuz she’s got a blank space. And she’ll write your name. So hate hate hate. She’ll shake it off out of the woods with all the other bad blood.

4. sounds better than the original - first of all, what she’s doing is genius. second of all, the newly recorded tracks sound better than the originals. her vocals have actually improved so much and a prime example is forever & always vs taylor’s version. i wasn’t that big of a fan of fearless until she re-recorded and now i’m obsessed. only buy this and forget about the original.

5. iTunes should have a thirteen star option - The coolest thing about this album is that if you change the level, the emotional aspect changes, like, if you turn it up all the way, Taylor sounds younger. If you make it really quiet, it might sound like she’s right in the room with you, but more like a sad story. By far, these are a collection of Taylor’s favorite songs that she has ever made. I wouldn’t consider myself the biggest fan. There’s a ton of Swiftens out there who know tracklists and every single word way better than I do. But I can still be Taylor’s biggest fan, just for me. Because for me, it’s not a competition.
Every sad track on this twenty six track work, including the super cool vault tracks, are... excellent for processing things when you are super sad and that is your world and you need a super sad song to sad to or cry to or cry sing to or however you feel stuff when you are sad when your world falls apart. And when you are super super happy ecstatic, like when your hair won’t even fall into place, it’s some of the best stuff around. My favorite favorite thing to do is have the Fearless album be friends with other cool music and see how they can interact with each other like a playlist. My personal favorite thing to do a while back before Taylor’s Version ever came out, was to play my songs in between each one of Taylor’s songs, especially with the Fearless album with the white cover.
Fifteen is one of my favorite songs from the album, has been for a long time. I feel like it actually describes me really well. I’ve acted like I was fifteen most of my life. Still do, even at thirty. Even while I feel like an ancient soul of old, on its last leg of existence. I’m still fifteen,... But, when Fearless (Taylor’s Version) came out, I was so so surprised that Spotify put “You Belong With Me” as my top Taylor Swift Song. The Way I Loved You, reminds me of a dream I had about Taylor once that I will never forget, where our roles were reversed, and she was the one working in the restaurant and I found her and got her email address. It was a sad dream because she wasn’t happy there at all, said something smart and I said, “and that’s why I love you”. I grew up having a hard time connecting with Taylor’s “Best Day” song. But in the last year,... anytime I have one of those best days, typically when I invest in thinking about Taylor for the whole day and just loving and enjoying her and her works. I like to end the day with the “Best Day” song. Because, when I was a kid. Well, those memories are so far away for me... it was like I hadn’t been born yet... it’s actually been months since I took some time to remember my childhood. That’s actually not the best thing to do... ( thinking )
Wow, Taylor... thank you for helping me realize that... I need to still remember my childhood, even though there’s been so much pain and heartbreak and having everything taken away from me so many times. Honestly. Moving to New York in the last two weeks because my life fell apart for the enth time in California, I took the plunge and got myself over here. It’s better, it’s not so loud, and I’m not talking about busy streets in California. Anyway...
Being in New York has been a place where track twenty four, “That’s When” [feat. Keith Urban] made sense to me for the first time. I’m really thankful for that. I don’t want to get into it here. I’m % sure now that I would not have made it, like, livingly made it, without Taylor’s joy in her music... she’s the best friend who’s always been there for me, even when I didn’t know it. Just like I used to say on my weird TaylorTime profile on Instagram. I just wish I had an environment where I could actually cry out loud about Taylor because there’s always people around and I don’t like crying in front of people and make noise like that. Eventually I’ll probably have to. It’s just hard when I sound like a little girl when I cry when I look like a Jason Statham type of ’ ” tall person. ( see my Arma Puros Instagram page for proof of that vibe ) I’m sorry for talking about myself so much here, this is supposed to be a happy fearless review.
Just being real. I don’t have anything left in life. I don’t have any friends here, I left everything behind.
I do really love you Taylor.
I don’t know what to do anymore. It gives me strength though. Because in this whole wild world, busy and concerned about other things, I feel like you’re the only one I can really see or feel. You embody love for me and love is something I have that can never be taken away. Because that’s all I have left of me.
All my love,
Love,
- Kevin

6. Sounds better than the originals - With songs, as well. Loving these one-star reviews by people saying she sounds like a second grader wrote them. Where’s their Grammy? They seem so “mean” - their voice like nails on a chalkboard, words like knives. It’s okay, the rest of us know how to shake it off, cuz the haters gonna hate hate hate hate hate. Oh, and Taylor, your indie record’s way cooler than mine. (Two!?!!)

7. Taylor is not doing it for money people.. - Taylor is not doing it for money she’s doing it so she can own the music that she made she wrote and came up with. This version is great, great work taylor! Also people I get that her old label helped her. But she should still have the rights to own her music. Yes she could have Sued. But did she? No because she didn’t want money. She wanted to re recorded. SO SHE CAN OWN HER OWN MUSIC. So stop having pitty comments.

8. fearless (taylor’s version) - what are all of these reviews. complain all you want about her “ripping her fans off for them paying twice,” but it’s their money and she’s not FORCING anyone to purchase her albums. contrary to many reviews, i prefer the smoother, improved vocals of this version. all of these people saying they don’t care about the re-recordings obviously care enough to say something about it. if you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything.
2021-12-29
9. The artist actually gets paid? - I don’t particularly know most of Taylor’s music, but I do like quite a few of her songs. I bought this and the vinyl version on the principle that the artist should get paid. The re-recordings also sound great as far as I can hear. A few of these tracks even have a “live in the room” sound to the vocals. The only thing that would have made this better is if it were re-recorded by Dave Cobb.
2021-12-18
10. HLL NAW THIS AIN'T JUST FOR $$!! - I ain’t a DIE-HARD fan of Taylor, but her music can really touch the hearts of many (she def touched mine ). The only song I know and remember from Fearless is Love Story, and hearing this remastered version took me back . The fact that she is on a real mission to go back and re-record her albums of course is so she can reclaim ownership of her art.
But this is also showing the DEDICATION that she has as an artist, going ALL THE WAY BACK over the years, starting from Square One, and giving the fans nothing but TAYLOR. Keep going! You got this! And may God help you on your journey
2021-11-13
11. She’s FEARLESS - So proud of her for finally taking back what’s rightfully hers. I love this album so much. Also, people in the comments being hateful- DO YOUR RESEARCH! The only reason Taylor is re-recording her music is because Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta unethically stole the rights to her first albums and she is re-releasing them to fully regain control of her art. This is not a “cash grab”, this is a reclaiming of more than a decade of her passion and hard work. Buy and stream Taylor’s Versions only
2021-11-07
12. SHE IS A LIVING LEGEND - HER VOCALS I JUST CANT!!! SHE HAS REIMAGINED THIS FEARLESS UNIVERSE TO A TEA AND I STAN btw to ANYONE saying this is a "cash grab" you know people dont HAVE to buy this right? She literally isnt holding her re recordings hostage like she used to back in the day you can listen for free on youtube. So why all the fake outrage? JOJO re recorded her first albums and nobody said a word, but let Taylor do it and its an issue. If you think its a waste DONT BUY IT! and stop worrying about Taylor's fans spending THEIR hard earned money on something THEY want to buy This fake woke stuff is tired
2021-11-06
13. LEGEND - First off let me say. I am sick and tired of the negativity of the people that have nothing better to do then to take the time to write a review... well news for you apparently you like her to comment about her or she is relevant to you because if not why make a comment? I dislike lots of artist do you see me going on their stuff posting something that doesn’t pertain to me? No. Grow up. Take care of your kids. Secondly. I love that she is doing this within a span of a year. We will hear more about her and continue to hear about her. She is a legend and for someone as vocal and outspoken as Taylor to do what she is doing is saying a lot. She is making a statement. Regardless if we have to buy her albums again but “her version”.. why not we are her fans not the people making a stink about it. Mind your business we can spend our money however we’d like. Worry about paying for your bills. I love Taylor’s music it has an emotion to every song to every lyric. She deserves to be recognized for it. She may not be able to whistle when she sings but let me tell you that doesn’t mean she can’t sing. She can. Her stage presence and how she commands the audience is perfect. We are loyal to her. We are loyal to what’s RIGHT. I’m also grateful because if we didn’t get the Taylor’s Versions we wouldn’t have heard some of her songs that were never heard. Let me just finish with this. I know a lot of people hating are the ones who seem to compare their artist to her... don’t because that will boil your blood. She’s been in this game for too long for you to compare someone that has only been for - years even a little longer. Your artist will have their moment but it’s not now. To the other ones I’m sure it’s the Karens or the old men that seem to think this world is ran by men and can control women. I’m a man and I have news it’s not. If you continue to think like that you will continue to be hateful. Great news for us if you are the older crew we only have to deal with the negative comments for a few more years. This is stop trying to make it be the s women have the same command as a man. To finish it. Congrats Taylor you deserve it all and more. Fighting not just for your rights in the music business but for other artists.

14. so good!!!! - to all the people saying she’s doing this for money, wake up. scoter sold her masters, and didn’t even bother to tell her. of course she wants to own her work. if you were in her place, you would too!! that wasn’t right of scoter, in any way. this album is amazing! and everyone’s saying that it sounds different, yeah. it’s been years since the album came out, of course it’s different. her voice has matured. it doesn’t make the album any less good! the vault tracks are so good, and i love what she’s doing. i love that she’s giving us unreleased songs and having us unscramble words, it’s fun! this album is just amazing, nostalgic, and just overall perfect. love it! go taylor!

1. This guy’s music is wonderful - We live in an age where country music has gone very downhill, gradually reduced to two options: the slick, polished country pop of Carrie Underwood (who I dislike less and less the more I hear her but nonetheless isn’t very country), Blake Shelton, Faith Hill, Gabby Barrett, Sam Hunt, etc.; or the mentally challenged, singleminded bro country of Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Kane Brown, Chris Young, etc. (how many times are you gonna praise ice cold beers, Chevys and girls in taiht geens?). Then you have Chris Stapleton, a man who has huge amounts of real country in his music, blended with blues and southern rock for good measure. And a voice that isn’t hokey country voice with hokey accent, but a soulful one that can belt it out and softly croon all at once. The lyrics he writes are introspective—sometimes funny and sometimes sad, sometimes positive and sometimes negative—and also have highwayman tendencies in the vein of past country stars; you won’t catch Chris Stapleton singing about tight jeans and being psychotically obsessed with cold beers. His material is firmly rooted in older country whose lyrical range was bigger and more meaningful, as well as tougher. You Should Probably Leave sounds like it belongs to the th Century, not the st. Same goes for most of his stuff, and that’s a good thing. Stapleton stands out and rejuvenates country with his traditionalist approach, and he is easily the best country artist in the big leagues right now. He obviously knows and reveres the old music and the others, especially the gross bro country champs, should take the time to learn all about it and submit to it. Stapleton’s albums are great and so is he, he’s one of an almost nonexistent few who are keeping country alive and well. This metalhead who rather likes some old country can get behind that quite happily.

2. Not his best - If you’re a fan of his other albums, songs of drinking, heart ache, rebel like songs skip this album. It’s just upbeat mostly and strays from his previous work. I listened to this at least five times all the way through, nothing memorable or too catchy. It’s just background feel good music from someone I expect more from. Like if you’re favorite singer song writer just pushed out a pop radio friendly album. I hope he gets back to his roots and add more soul and r and b back into his work.

3. WELCOME BACK COUNTRY!!!! - Chris Stapleton hands down has brought country back to its highwayman days. Back to the era of Hank, Waylon, Willie, Kris, Merle, & George. All four of his albums are incredible from the first to the last track. As soon as you press play you get this uncanny urge to grab a beer and a lawn chair call some friends over and enjoy life for Awhile. Surely this fellas will soon join many others in the country music hall of fame with the many other artist who actually have music talent and don’t just Jose pose it on cmt.

4. Chris Stapleton, your music owns my soul - As usual, the master story teller does NOT let me down. Anyone who has ever had the luck of having that one dog in their life that they will NEVER forget will cry with Maggie’s Song. Any of his songs that has “whiskey” in the title always gets my attention. Needless to say I’m so thankful that I now have another one of his albums because after all, I have all of his released albums!

1. Dissapointing - Maybe Sony is pushing too hard but something bad is happening with Luke. Too much too soon. Most of the cuts are dull with no soul...just kind of mouthing the poor lyrics. He can do better. The production is uninteresting and sounds closer to to Nashville formula. Except for a couple of good cuts, it sounded like it was "hurry up, we need to get this out there."
2022-07-29
2. Stand Out Songs & Same Sounding Somgs: Overall Good Though - This album has its fair share of really good songs, and really bad songs that sound repetitive. On the Other Line: A awesome twist song that was included about fishing on the lake and telling his wife they’ll go on that date, it’s catchy, it’s fun, an a good lake vibe song
Middle of Somewhere: I feel in love with this song from the beginning, the ballads, the guitar playing, an the slow sounding acoustic feel to it throughout most of the song makes it relatable to those who live in a small town who don’t have much to offer to outsiders but those things to them are genuine
Going, Going, Gone: Fell in love with this song too, it’s basically a bunch of similes about growing up relating to his past love with someone, and talking about how life changes so fast, and what u thought was good back in the day is now gone in an instant. Great lyric writing, an great message delivery for all young country listeners Doin’ This: This song is his absolute gem in the album, truly shows Luke’s character about how he doesn’t do the music for the fame, glory, or money, he does it cause he loves to do it. I love the message it sends and by far one of his best works to date!
Overall the album is good, solid , but songs like Use to Wish I Was, and Better Back When, even Outrunnin’ Your Memory with Miranda Lambert are flops to me, first two are counter acting one another and jus sound too much like Doin’ This which is perfect the way it is, and Outrunnin’ Your Memory is jus a huge slap in the face to Blake’s old relationship with Miranda, jus don’t like it. As far as Tomorrow Me an The Kind of Love We Make, solid -’s, but not songs that really impressed me to much, still would listen again thou. Last thing: a reviewer said he hated country music an doesn’t like listening to it, my question is why did u waste time writing a review if u hate country music? Sounds stupid to me! Haters gonna hate, an some are jus downright rude and cruel, that guy needs to get a life an stop giving one star reviews on music albums he don’t even like, jus saying bub

3. Gold - Country fans are just as entitled and spoiled as metal fans lol. As a metal head I see this type of stuck up mentality in my community & it seems y’all are just the same way. Luke is incredibly talented and a real person. I’m very biased about certain metal artists who are incredibly talented as well and I constantly crap on em. Do yourself a favor ( because you are numb and bored from the same ole same ole ) , pretend this is his first album. Go into it with the mindset that this Luke Combs fella is a new up and coming country singer. Just try it. I’m a Nashville native and Im sick of Country Music! I love Luke though. Growin Up is very very very good! Though… Any Given Friday Night is garbage lol . It’s the kinda song people think of when they think of why they don’t like country music. Trust me, it’s one of the better lazy songs I have heard from a really good artist. The rest of the album is golden , even that fishing song So quit pretending you deserve an artist as wonderful as Luke , because odds are you deserve sticks and mud. Get ‘em Luke!

4. Great album - To all the reviewers saying the songs sound alike, that happens with pretty much every album ever. They’re a bunch of songs by the same artist… there’s going to be some similarities. But I found this album to be totally worth the purchase. Luke Combs has great style and obviously puts his heart into his songs. After listening to the whole thing, I already have a few new favorite songs.

5. Wow - This man is sensational! It’s like hit after hit after hit! Thank you for gracing us with your God given talent! The voice and the music just works seamlessly together. I love all of the tracks on this album along with the hits from your previous albums. You have earned another fan my friend! Can’t wait until you come on tour to the DMV!
2022-06-29
6. Worth listening to - I’ve only heard songs so far and I know I’m already hooked on this album. I haven’t been a Luke Combs fan for long, but I’ve grown to enjoy country music and himself from listening to each fantastic song after another that gets put out. Many songs I’ve heard from Luke really knows how to speak to you rather than just listening to a catchy tune (which he’s awesome at that as well ). Can’t wait to see where the rest of his music career goes, I know for a fact it’ll be nothing but success!
2022-06-29
7. New Album Review - Absolute /. I have every song saved. Every song has relatable lyrics that really bring you back to the simple life of living country. The album just confirms that Luke is just a simple guy that wants to write songs and share them with the world. He is genuine and loves every single fan he has. Honestly what more can you ask for in an artist??!??

1. Listen to the ENTIRE album - Another triple album. It’s humorous seeing those leaving “he’s a racist” reviews, when they act like they’ve never said anything offensive or poorly EVER in their life. (You’re only lying to yourself). Pretty sure these reviews are from listeners who listened to ’s and early ’s rap and hip hop, where homophobic slurs were used on the regular in SONGS, nonetheless outside of the studio. Still breaking chart records despite people who just want to bring him down over poor judgment; without even personally knowing the dude. After listening to all tracks, the non-single tracks are actually the best ones, and the singles are still great tracks. There are only - songs that I would prob skip over on next play through; those being the heavy hip/hop influenced ones- just not my jam, personally, but to each their own. The album is flooded with great singer/songwriter tracks; and I’d say about % of the album can EASILY be justified as “country” (those saying this “isn’t country” have not listened to any track other than the previously released songs containing trap beats; it’s quite obvious- listen to the WHOLE record :) Won’t be surprised if this album is charting in the top country albums for the next years, as Wallen’s previous double record had already done. SOLID triple album filled with good stories for lyrics; music is excellent as well.

2. Last Night - Oh my, means a lot to me not saying that my parents fight but I’m sure there’s family’s that are struggling with alcohol, and it has a good meaning too. I know he’s just a human but I swear, God heard his amazingly distinct voice. Song after song Morgan just keeps bringing it, doesn’t mean he will always be making the best songs though cause he is human….. barely

1. Chasin You: Best - Fun Fact: liberals will never change, they are the worlds most stubborn people, and think that everyone is a racist, and unfortunately are oblivious to who they choose as president even if that person has dimentia and is destroying what is left of this country that is falling to ruins by the second, we are weak compared to China and Russia, yet libtards think they are the brilliant heroes of the world but they will amount to nothing but whiners who are making this country a socialist agenda. stars to Morgan simply because I can hear that he has an amazing voice, but saying the word he says doesn’t make him great, he is a human: makes mistakes

2. If fecal material could take on audio form… - It is my firm belief that this album is the number one cause of cervical cancer, in men…. Seriously, this is just rehashed cookie cutter Nashville garbage that they pawned off on this googley eyed kid desperate for a record deal. It’s like if Florida Georgia line had an out of wedlock kid with Luke Bryan. It’s that bad. People will make fun of you if they hear you listening to this trash. I cannot imagine a worse album. The only thing worse than this album is the idea that this drivel should be played on the radio. I would rather listen to transcripts from the Nuremberg trials… Seriously, this is album absolute fertilizer….

3. Ignore the one stars - Some of the one star reviews have not even listened to his tunes, they’re just butt hurt from the racial slur incident which he was clearly under the influence (he said the word he should not have to someone who wasn’t offended by it ;it was another white person; if you ACTUALLY READ the entire article about it). Don’t give a review without listening to his music first

4. Great country music - Great country music with an authentic country sound! To all the one star reviews... the review is meant to rate the music/album not rate how you view the artist based on how he is portrayed in the media. If a camera followed you around / what would we hear you say or see you do. Drive with me for an hour in the car and you’ll think I’m a terrible person, work alongside me for a day and you’ll think I’m one of the nicest people you ever met.

1. I have a complaint about this girl - This girl Said Ew well whoever said that you need to shut your mouth and yes I am eight years old so do not try me so that’s why you need to shut your mouth up so who ever said that shut and also I think you write amazing songs. and by the way Alex I think you might be a crappy year old

2. Now go sit in the corner & think about what you did! - The joke in the title is from the "Better Than Revenge" Intro. Anyway I love this album. I feel like all the tracks should be "album only" so that people will be forced to buy the whole album because this album should be bought as a whole instead of a couple tracks. I love Taylor and I'm hoping you do too! Best tracks are "Mine", "Sparks Fly", "Back to December", "Mean", "Speak Now", "Never Grow Up", and "Better Than Revenge". So drop everything now and run to the local Target in the pouring rain buy this album to take away the pain cause I see sparks fly when people buy this album.

3. Don’t buy yet - This album is amazing, and I love it. It’s my favorite and I’m a total Swiftie, so that’s saying something. Don’t buy yet because of the copyright stuff and you will be supporting an awful guy that she hates, but the second she releases the re-recorded version, you really need to buy it.

4. Taylor Swift.....you are the BEST - This album is my favorite album out of all of the other creations she has done. Speak now is such a good album! . My favorite song from this album is BETTER THAN REVENGE! . Best song on the face of the planet! . Taylor I have been a fan since red came out and it has always been my dream to go see you in concert and get your autograph! Maybe even take a selfie with you and make it my screen saver . I hope one day I will get tickets to your concert and I promise you I will sing every single word at the top of my lungs! Love ya T.S keep making great music! Sincerely, your biggest fan

5. Gotta love Taylor!!! - Taylor Swift is very innately talented and she writes such amazing music! Hard to believe it was more than years ago when this album came out. I definitely think that Speak Now is one of Taylor’s best (and most underrated) records!! Along with her self-titled debut and Fearless (as well as her two latest albums folklore and evermore which have more of an indie-pop feel to them), this album just goes to show that Taylor is so much more than just a pop star. All of the genres that this music applies to (country, folk, indie, pop/rock, etc.) are reflective of just how much she’s evolved through the years. I also think this album is the one that best demonstrates her vulnerability. Five stars, Ms. Swift!

6. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS MASTERPIECE - If you didn’t know, Taylor’s old record label is owned by Scooter Braun and Scott Borchetta. Scooter and Scott re-released all of her albums that are released by Big Machine Records to get money off of Taylor’s work. So please do not buy. The money you pay for this album will be going to Scooter Braun, and Scott Borchetta. Not Taylor.

7. Come back Taylor - Not that I don’t like your music now, but you were so good as a country artist. Listening to your music from ten years ago brings me back to a time where everything was simple. I was years old when your first album came out and now I’m . Living in a time where you have no outside information as to what music is you just find out about new sounds from the radio. Listening to the same pop station got old but listening to you and your sweet voice brings me back to memories that I tear up with joy thinking about. When babe came out in . I thought u might make a comeback. Lover was a solid album but let me say there is NO ALBUM that will top this one if you continue on the road you are on. I will always remain a fan and I am in no position to tell you who you should be, but let me suggest that you at least do pop and country so you will gain your fan base that you lost when you chose to do solely pop.

1. She’s bringing country back!! - When I first heard Lainey Wilson on the radio, her song felt like an authentic country song. When I heard her songs from her album, she was hard core Eric Church kinda country!! I loved ever second listening to her songs. I hope she continues write more songs like that

2. Pure country gold - For those that rated this album anything less than stars, tell me you have no appreciation for country music without saying it! I love her voice, sweet and pure with a twang. One song brought me here, but the album is pure country gold. Great songs, she poured out her heart in some and just plain had fun in others. While mainly a member of MilTok family she came across my TikTok feed. She’s genuine country! I spent time in her feed, reading comments and her responses as well her dueting and exhorting and encouraging other aspiring artists. Again, she’s genuine country and this is a great album!

3. This the Lainey I know - Glad to hear you sounding like yourself again ma’am. Having been a fan of the EP’s you’ve dropped since leaving Lone Chief Records but I’m digging all of these new songs here. Would really like to hear another duet between you and ole’ Frank down the road. You guys made a good musical team. Much love from Louisiana!

1. Colaberative MIx - I am a fan of Dierks Bentley and I truly do enjoy his soundtracks. This record not only displays his homesome love for Colorado but for his music past as well. Sun Sets in Colorado (my opinion) is probably his best song he has ever made because it shows the view that most people have (especially me) of the Mountainous state, which is elevation euphoria. it goes through a clever song writing about his son while talking about his mountain west roots. Roll On also talks about his past but is the (Heart of a lonely girl) throwback Dierks we all love with a more Bluegrass twist (which I personally again is musically clever). To end the album review is the appreciation for the absolute beer busting banger of a song Beer at my Funeral. It is Dierk's crassy side meets with I don't care truth. I think this album ( as a whole) is his best work yet. Keep the colorado hits comin' Dierks
2023-03-01
2. Solid return to roots - With maybe the exception of “Beer at My Funeral” there’s none of the tongue-in-cheek humor tracks here. Instead, Dierks has delivered what seems to me to be a back-to-roots heart felt and personal album that feels like more of his early albums. On first listen, no track really stood out. But on each listen since, it’s because each track is strong in its own way. The album isn’t gimmicky. I heard Dierks say he recorded this album three times because he wasn’t happy with the result. The dedication to quality on this one is not unnoticed

3. Awesome New Album - Didn’t realize this was released yet. My favorite so far is Heartbreak Drinking Tour, Sun sets in Colorado is fantastic as well. Something real really brings back what made me dig Dierks music is this punchy entrance of drums . Still is a reflection song (reminds me of the track Living from his song a couple albums ago). Beer At My Funeral is a great drinking song, I see this as a song along at concerts like Drunk On a Plane. Love Cowboy Boots, very traditional slow country song that Dierks does so perfectly, should be a hit on the radio within a week. Gold- an upbeat song along. The most popular song on this album so far. Waking Each Other Home is a fantastic song. Roll On, a great on the road track, especially a road trip. All the Right Places, a great new track. Old Pickup, is my new favorite just sampling this album. High Note, great song with Billy Strings.

2. Amazing album - This album really boosted my love for country music and helped me realize that there’s still real country music out there in an age where pop music is playing on country radio and made Luke Combs the best Luke in Nashville bc the other one keeps getting worse with every album and that’s coming from a Georgia boy

1. Actually Country - I'm not a fan of modern country, although I believe there's a place at the table for everyone and understand that while it's not my thing, its popularity means it obviously connects with a lot of people, which has always been the number one goal of commerical country music. That said, Cody Johnson proves you can still be st century but pure country—and not just from a nostalgic "these are my roots" mentality. Listening to this album, the first thing that stands out is his voice. Again, not to harp on other country artists, but these days I feel like everyone is trying for a certain sound or to sound like someone else. Maybe it's becasue of all the reality singing competition shows or all the covers people post on YouTube and TikTok, but, to me, it's kind of rare that someone with a distinct but genuine voice comes along. I find myself wanting to compare him to, like, a George Strait. But even that's not quite right. I think he has his own sound. It's a strong, manly, country voice, but it has a lot of depth and color to it. It's not nasally or whiny. It's not forcefully gritty or affected. It's just a great, powerful, sound. The second thing that stands out listening to this is the songwriting. Again, he hits the mark. These songs have depth. They're singable and memorable, sometimes rambunctious and sometimes tender, but they're not gimmicky or trying to be so profound that they come off as cheesy. No, these songs seem authentic and personal. He really knows what he's doing, and I buy into it. Thirdly, the production is really good. I mean, the album sounds fantastic through my speakers. The mixing is great, and it puts his voice front and center without taking anything away from the other musicians. Finally, I have to say I like that Cody looks like a country star. What I mean by that is that in the past few years, there's been a slew of country artists who look like people you'd run into at Walmart on any given Friday night. And I get it. That's relatable. But, not to sound old-fashioned, there's something respectable about someone who presents himself like a bonafide star. He doesn't seem cocky or overly primped, just, again, genuinely country and well groomed. I started listening to this album after I saw a couple of the acoustic covers he did on YouTube. I have much respect for him and his music. This ablum is great, and I look forward to hearing more. I think hits all the right notes, literally and figuratively.

2. Cody Johnson - Alright people stop hating. Y’all just need to stop if you don’t like it then go listen to something else, But if someone works their heart into a song and wants to share it to the world you better be dang thankful you can hear it . He is a very inspiring person and don’t just listen to the beats of the music listen to the words it has a lot of meaning so just give it some thought I know you do have your own opinions Bye

3. Amazing! - I loved all of Cody’s other albums .... but this album is top notch. You can sing along, cry, dance, just chill and listen. It’s what country music is supposed to be. Deserves album of the year, male vocalist, single and all the other categories that are out there. Fantastic back up singers, vocals and instrumentals on this album. Thank you Cody.

4. He keeps the raw talent going and going - In a world of pop and rap with country elements mixed and called country, we still have artists throwing out pure country music. CMA and AMA are driving the nails in the coffin of country music by nominating pop crap for the awards instead of this . We love you Cody and thank you for staying true to your Texas Red Dirt country roots.

5. Best new country album I’ve heard in a bit - Truly enjoyed every song on this double album. Of course, some more than others, but to have every song be a song that I’ll listen to repeatedly, is an accomplishment. And there are few albums with that kind of listen ability, while keeping it true to his roots. I’ll be playing this til I can’t. Thank you Cody! I did hear a few of these a few weeks back at his concert and was sold then on buying the whole album, instead of just some of the songs.

1. Dear Heart, …. Love, Soul - Bailey Zimmerman’s poetic lyrics serve as a love letter (or heartbreak letter) from the soul to the heart. An expertly crafted letter I should add. The pain, emotion, and ache that break through his lyrics make their voices loud and clear, which is exactly what is needed. To be able to feel and empathize with his words, finally having someone be able to express exactly how it feels, gives that soul vindication. The trials and tribulations of what the soul went through with the heart were all for not. The outcome is this gorgeous album that makes you feel like you are reading your favorite book that you can’t put down, no matter how much it’s breaking your heart to read. It’s too good to stop reading, too good to skip any songs. It’s been a long time since I have been able to listen to an album from start to finish. But before you know, the album is over and a cathartic sense of calm washes over you. Everything that was kept in has been released. It’s like an emotional cleanse and I am here for it. Spend the $. Worth every single penny. PS: It’d be an honor to shoot one of your shows if you’re ever in the MD/VA/DC neck of the woods.

2. bailey zimmerman - bailey has a voice of an angel. he is going to be country’s biggest star soon. he is developing slowly and his name is getting around. i love him so much. great job bailey!! keep up the good work! also my favorite songs by him are “Where It Ends”, “Fall In Love”, “Rock and A Hard Place”, and “Changes”. i could listen to them on a daily basis and as a matter of fact i do. we love you bailey!!

3. Leave The Light On- - I accidentally downloaded A Rock and a Hard Place by mistake and am glad I did. I love to hear artists who have voices uniquely their own. In world where success leads to copycats everywhere in entertainment, I am drawn to the artists who you know immediately the moment their song begins. Hopefully, Billy will not be a one album wonder and have many more albums in the future. Ride the train while you can Billy!

1. Why? - Fungamemakesgamebetter
I totally agree with you man! I don’t know why people be putting all this hate out here! If you really have a opinion that’s not nice don’t even say it! Country singers have to put up with all this hate all of the time and I don’t think it’s very fair, because they actually make really good music. And for people to go out of their way to say stuff like “oh, these songs shouldn’t be country related, they shouldn’t even be on here.” Or “Why, don’t we have some Morgan Wallen music.” If you guys really want to listen to Morgan Wallen so bad then you by don’t you just look him up it’s not that hard. And I’m also not saying that Morgan is a bad country singer I personally love the guy. But y’all need to stop putting all this hate out just because your not satisfied with whoever puts the music together doesn’t put what you want. It’s not about what you like it’s about what’s popular when the artist who makes the album thinks! treatpeoplehowyouwouldwanttobetreated!

2. Calling this Country is making Hank and Merle roll over in their graves - This is NOT Country music. Whoever put this together should be fired. That being said, the songs aren’t terrible. The music is good, but they all need to to move to the POP genre. Like her or hate her, Taylor Swift got this right. When her music changed, she made the move to Pop. Nashville is killing Country Music like George and Alan sang about in Murder on Music Row… We need some actual Country singers y’all!!
2023-02-25
3. Bad - Till You Can’t being included is the only awesome part of this playlist. “Freedom Was A Highway” and “Waves” are also a decent addition. That said this album is terrible. Walker Hayes, Kelsea Ballerini, Maren Morris, and Dan Shay are pop with zero ounces of country. Also why are there two songs of Maren Morris on this? Ridiculous to not have any songs of Morgan Wallen on here. “Wasted on You” or “Sand in My Boots” should definitely be on here; foolish to not have “Country Again” by Thomas Rhett not included and absolutely atrocious to not include “We Didn’t Have Much”by Justin Moore. Every one of those singles turned into number one hits. Now this is what I call crap for country music with Cody Johnson, Parker McCollum, Luke Bryan, and Jimmie Allen being exceptions.

1. Good Sound, Just Sounds the Same - I really admire the nostalgic country sound I grew up with, but there’s not much substance lyrically. It’s always about a break-up, alcohol and tasteless descriptions about himself. He is pulling a Taylor Swift: all the songs are formulated with the same chords (with the exception of different chord progressions but they’re still the same chords) and the melodies are virtually identical. If he were to deal with a variety of subjects other than the subjects I previously listed, he could reach a much wider audience than he’s already attainted. No animosity in this review, just disappointment.

2. Luke’s Best Work! - I couldn’t believe out of stars for this absolute GEM of a music album, from a truly down to Earth person who has made this album a must-have record in your Country Pandemic Music Collection. His artful soulful voice gives way to just the right lyrics to make you feel at home with his music. Congrats Luke on finding happiness in making music and putting it into an album worth everyone’s attention. To the haters... we’ll ... move on!

1. Amazing and underrated album! - Taylor Swift's debut album is incredible and underrated. It has wonderful music, and is overall near perfect. It may not be her best album, but she has come a long way. You need to stop driving away sales of the original version because "Scooter owns it". Buy the version you prefer. Taylor is a multi-millionaire.

2. Most Genuine Love Songs - No one writes songs like Taylor. This work is from the heart of someone who is sometimes calculatedly reckless in her love life, but with a genuine, wide open heart, something I highly admire and truly value. Through her songs, she really shows how much she cares about others by everything she notices and how even how she processes her own emotions surrounding her feelings. Watch out Universe, something is happening

3. Wish she was still this good - Now she turned into a leftist social justice warrior sellout. Having her fans hoping all the time that she’s a member of lgbt, she’s not she baiting you. She needs to go back to this. This was when her music was worth purchasing. Not her trying to appease the wokes in order to keep her career.

1. The Essential Johnny Cash - Great collection showcasing some of his best known work and most popular songs. However, it is extremely disappointing that you pay one set price for what you think is the collection and then realize you have to purchase another songs individually to have them all. I don’t know if that decision was made by his family or by Apple Music, but either way it’s in poor taste. If they are included as part of a collection, the collection price should reflect the cost for all of the music listed as part of it. I don’t think anyone would have a problem paying for it as long as they knew it up front. Otherwise, the music should not be listed as being a part of that particular collection. The Man In Black was a tremendous talent, legendary in his lifetime and even today. Please take his fans that continue to love him and buy his music into consideration and don’t take advantage of them. I didn’t know Johnny Cash personally. But what I’ve read and seen about him portrayed, he wouldn’t appreciate it either.

2. No reflection on the man in black, he's awesome however iTunes... - Something went wrong while I was downloading JC's album-I was only able to successfully dl out of , yet I was charged & paid for the entire album :( I was bummed! You see like JC my daddy was a "man in black" also, in fact he looked enough like JC that when I'm LA, Reno,Tahoe he would often be asked for his autograph, my daddy away in ...So listening to JC is a walk down memory lane for me (: I'm hoping someone from iTunes can make this right, by either me getting all songs or a credit if that's not possible... Thank you in advance! CindiLou

3. Censorship? NOT FROM ITUNES - The censorship is part of the original song when they were on the radio and all songs from that era were censored . A boy named sue is a recording of a live performance and then replayed on the radio. The censorship I think is just from the radio stations and not iTunes.

4. Best album and best artist - I love Johnny cash my family does too these songs I grew up know they are still the best ! My grandma use to be his fan and has meet him multiple times he knows all the songs , my dad knows them all and I know most , get this album it's the best Johnny cash will forever live in my heart
2015-11-09
5. Censorship - To all of u guys who are giving this legendary album bad reviews because of censorship, i think you need a little history lesson. There was a time in music and television where respectable bands/singers and actors were not allowed to swear in fear of getting taken of the air. At one point in tv history it was considered vile and sinister if you kissed on tv. Honestly times have changed, please dont write negative reviews and make comparisons of music today and then.
2015-07-01
6. Top ten Country Artists In my time....my opinion of course. - I would have loved to not only meet Johnny Cash, but to sit down for a couple of hours and just here some of his stories, and maybe him plukin a couple of tunes for me. He believed in what he said, and for everything I've read about him, he was a very spiritual man, especially towards the end. We lost a good American Man when we lost Johnny Cash! Debbie/Fort Wayne,IN.
2015-05-01
7. Perfection - Anything that Johnny Cash ever put out was absolute gold and will remain classics. One of the best, if not the best album I have ever bought. From what I've noticed, only one song(A Boy Named Sue) is censored, which really isn't as big of a deal as everybody is making it. It's kinda weird hearing a loud beep in the middle of a song, but it only happens once and doesn't affect the overall song. Do yourself a favor and buy it.
2015-04-10
8. Johnny Cash "Essentials" Album - I have been an avid fan of Johnny Cash for years and folk music in particular. I was very disappointed when I was "blocked" by censorship. Come on, this is folk gendre music or folk and other mixes that John did with other groups but nothing offensive to the point it needed to be censored. It ruined the song the album and most of all the spirit Johnny sings in. So what now? The music source I paid decides what's good for me? aside from that the music was well played (as is almost the case with Johnny Cash). One thing about Johnny Cash and his accompaniment they blend beautifully and the result is fabulous music that enriches the spirit and makes the sound Johnny plays goes a giant step beyond the norm. Aside from the censoring the music was as always great. When Johnny and June passed (within four months of one another). It was a great loss to the music world and to us.
2015-03-20
9. It's not really the fact that it's censored... - ...it's the fact that the album and song are not clearly marked as being a "Clean" or "Edited" version. Count me as another very disappointed person who bought "Boy Named Sue" and hated the long beep over a phrase that isn't hasn't been considered profanity for over years.
2013-08-12
10. Not "censored" - All the complainers about "Boy Named Sue" being "censored" in this collection need to understand that most Cash compilations include the single radio release version of this song from , which included the bleeps. The fact that you couldn't use those words on the radio in is part of music history too. If the bleeps really bug you, then buy the original "Live at San Quentin" album. That, or just relax and enjoy the great Johnny Cash!

1. Thank God - Kane Brown did an awesome job with writing Thank God. Katelyn has an incredible voice and it blends so well with Kane’s. I wish i could give this a star rating y’all… its just that good. Its a different type of country but a good type of country. Its not Blake Shelton or Luke Combs …. Its KANE BROWN. So stop hatin and “Thank God” for the small things u have in life.

2. Thank god - Different man is such a great album! I’ve been following this man and his music since he’s started, he has grown so much through his music and his personal life. He is a great singer. He does not need to just be in one genre, the best artists fit into multiple. Thank god, grand, and bury me in Georgia are my favorite songs. Katelyn’s voice is so beautiful, too! Keep it up, Kane!

3. READ THIS NOW - I am sick of people not knowing what hip-hop and rap is compared to country. I mean, you might as well say EVERY SONG is rap because they have to rhyme,DUHHH!!!If a song doesn’t rhyme, it doesn’t make since. Like, if I sing,”My Liiiiiiffffeee is boring boring lives everything is boooooorrrrrriiiinnnngBye”do you think it would make sense? NO IT DOESN’T , DOES IT? Cause every song needs a rhyme, so just call every a rap

4. Different Man, the title says it all! - I have followed Kane from day one. His voice sounds so pure. Different Man is full of great new songs. Too bad only one or two get played on the radio. Kane please stay with the Country Genre! Hopefully you doesn’t stray too far away. Kane’s songs tell great stories and are about down to earth subjects.

5. He walks a thin line - I grew up on Willie, Hank, and Johnny. But I also was in HS during the ’s - so music to me is an outlet. Kane Brown walks a thin line between feel good country and feel good pop. I can see why some country fans say he’s not country enough. But why do we have to be all or nothing? My music spans many genres and I listen to what makes me feel something, whether happiness or sadness. I think Kane has a unique voice and I have his music on several of my “mood” playlists. “Bury Me In Georgia” might be my new anthem this football season! Go Dawgs!!

6. No different than what Shania and Faith did back then - I'm not a coutry music fan - actually hate it. It is boring and depressing for the most part. Kane is changing my perspective of country music just as Shania Twain and Faith Hill did several years back. I, for the first time, starting spending money on the music they created. And I'm so happy that Kane is doing it again - a few of his songs in this album (including Grand) are worth my money and I for one applaud his talents!

7. Great album! - Every freaking song is great. Kane’s ability to move from one sound to another while continuing to keep your interest is what makes this album great. Love, love, love his decision to showcase his diverse talent. Have always loved his deep voice but this album turned me into a true fan. Keep ‘em coming! Oh… and haters gonna hate anyway…..Just let it roll off….

8. LOOOOL - You country fans are pathetic, whining about Kane Brown making a rap song on a “country” labeled album. the fact is, Grand is the ONE single song that stuck out from the iTunes previews, EVERY other songs was the same old generic bro-country slop.
Y’all are afraid of innovation. And that type of mindset will be the death of country, which isn’t even a good genre.

1. Better than Cody Jinks but there are artists I’d rather listen to - I don’t mean to be ugly but too many traditional country fans have made me mad and I’ve pushed me away from that style of country now I’m more of a hard rock fan into bands like skillet and Shinedown but the songs on this album are good to the best is motorcycle drive-by

2. The Real Thing - When I first heard American Heartbreak, I knew I heard the "real thing." This simply proves the point. It annoys me to no end when artists are categorized, especially when they are beyond any castegory. Zach, to me is not a "country" singer. He's a singer and songwriter who writes with passion and experience and has been influneced be ALL the music in his life. He is definitely the real thing...no hat needed.

2. Keep making songs Luke Combs:) - I really like Luke Combs. Anyone can pick up a guitar and play songs; it’s the voice behind the songs that really makes a song. Even though Country takes a small spot in my genre of music, Luke Combs is definitely in my playlist. He reminds me of Randy Travis sometimes. His his songs have that X Factor for sure.

3. Luke Combs SAVES Country Music - Country Music once upon a time told stories that people could connect to. Over the past decade or so, Country Music became nothing more than retread meaningless pop / rap music with a steel guitar or fiddle thrown in, with mentions of “girl”, “trucks” and “drinking”. Mentioning those things without a relevant and meaningful story does not make a song Country Music! Like Randy Travis in the mid-s, Luke Combs come along and becomes the savior of Country Music with songs that tell a great story......now THAT IS NOT JUST COUNTRY MUSIC.....IT IS SIMPLY GREAT MUSIC!!! Thank You Luke Combs!

4. Album of the Year - Every song is a hit! I made the mistake of buying this album before the deluxe edition came out. There was no way around it, I paid extra to get the deluxe album because the extra four songs were as good and better than the first songs. Great CD! The deluxe version is "A MUST HAVE!" No doubt about it!

5. Album of the Decade - This album is humble, honest, and powerful. Luke Combs is on a fast-paced track to become one of the next all-time legends of country music, and he has the relatability to prove it. Being able to harness an entire arena tour solely off of the music in this album (his only, other than the previous version) is record-breaking. Genius songwriting, immaculate production, and hardcore vocals makes this one of my favorite albums I have ever had a chance to listen to. Thank you, Luke Combs.

1. Nice - I like as she’s walking away, i really relate to it. But chicken fried has that one part that talks about our military and others who sacrificed their lives which is why I like Zac brown, he supports our United States and he writes from his perspective. I’m doing a cover of as she’s waking away on SoundCloud, which is a shock to most people because I only do rap sometimes

2. An incredible compilation from an amazing country band! - When I first heard "Chicken Fried" on the radio in , I became an instant fan of ZBB. The melodies, harmonies, and that genuine hometown sound just suited the band and country radio so well. Even the song "Beautiful Drug" from their release Jekyll Hyde (, not on this album) is a great tune, despite having a pop/electronic influence. I'm not sure why the album lists each track as a "Greatest Hits Version". I'd assume it's a version without any intro or outro pieces from their respective album, but I may be wrong. Most radio stations start "Sweet Annie" at : with a : intro, and not include the rock organ intro from the album Uncaged (). Nevertheless, it's a fun compilation of all the hits you've heard on the radio! It's sad that not many country artists today produce compilation albums, but this one and several others are my favorites!

2. A Trip Down Memory Lane - These are the songs that we grew up with as children. We used to sing these songs with our mother as we did chores around the house. When I saw a commercial promoting this album today, I bought it immediately on I-Tunes. I love these songs (and your voice) and still remember the words. Thank you so much.

3. Precious Memories - One of the BEST religious albums I have ever heard. I watched Alan Jackson when he first started in this busy as a lead in singer for the star. His attitude was not the best but his talent was evident. Because of the very personal meaning to Alan Jackson and his Mother, it seems it brought out the very best in Alan Jackson and this is a magnificent album.

4. My favorite albums of hymns. - Alan Jackson has a heart for Jesus and it shows through in this entire album. This may be the most beautiful hymn, worship album I've ever heard. What a great way to start the day listening his his velvety smooth voice and worship our creator! You owe it to yourself to at least listen to the clips!

5. loved by classical musician, in Sacred Music. - I was when accepted and given merit scholarship to Oberlin Conservatory of Music back in . I was accepted into an experimental program for a degree in Sacred Music so got to study in their Graduate School of Theology there then. My major was organ and I had always loved the Episcopal Hymns. But now at , when my step-father just died and we are selecting music for his memorial service, I heard the melody of the song "Blessed Assurance" as I returned from walking my dog last evening, and found the hymn in one of my hymnals. I sang it to my wife, his daughter, and showed how it was telling his story of his peace in heaven. I searched for a matching vocal/instrumental version of this on iTunes and found it in this album, along with other lovely songs that speak to my heart.

1. The definitive collection for every Alabama (and country music) fan. - Some artists don't produce a compilation of hits worthy of praise, but Alabama is one of the few artists to do a great job with it. Eminem's "Curtain Call" has a lot of great classics, Madonna's "Immaculate Collection" spans most of her s career, but Alabama did an excellent job with their compilation.

2. why this album is Not the ultimate Alabama Album. - every song is as good as it gets. theres harmonies that are flawless. cook can play guitar that can make those notes tell a story.randys vocals were as sultry as conways. so,whats the problem? as an Alabama fan, and one of the chosen few to be born in that Great State, it escapes me why they never Add "My homes in Alabama". one of their greatest recordings and the only time you will find it is when you play a record or tape. if its a contractual reason, please figure it out. still a fan but confused.

2. Tim McGraw Greatest Hits - Love Tim! His come back was not this album, but after so many years no album, i HAD to have something else other than his "Still" album. I love my country music and you can't get more of a down home man than Tim with his family! A REAL country star, not a "try to be"country singer!

3. Simply Amazing! - This album is the reason why I fell in love with country music growing up in the 's. Its varied and Tim is one of the most talented music artists I've ever come across. Even now more than years down the road I still love this album. Where The Green Grass Grows is by far in my opinion the greatest country song ever. Being that I'm a 's kid of course.

1. Randy Travis - One of the Greatest Country singers in our modern era. He keeps it real Country and not like these modern singers and country bands who want that modern CRAP, with all their screaming and hollering totally different that real singers. I have had the privilege to have many Country Singers ride in my Police Squad car and Randy was one of the best and most honest and sincere about what real Country Singers should do. I remember one time when I was protecting some singers at our EXPO Center and it was after the show and one of the lead in singers, one Alan Jackson was just starting out and he refused to go to the table and sign autograph pictures and the main singer took him to the side and told him what he better be doing and look how Jackson turned out. Well Randy ask me a local cop what he needed to do and I respectfully told him what I believe and maybe it helped. Randy is great. God Bless Randy Travis.

1. Dolly Parton‘s greatest hits. - There’s a movie just out this October. I heard a clip from it using Head We Go Again and the exultant change of key I remember. The song comes back to me like riding a bike. I never forgot it. But had forgotten how much I loved her. Don’t know how to express it in professional music terms but this song goes from the third dimension in which we live to the fifth dimension where her music lives.

2. My favorite Dolly album! - This album, with songs spanning decades, is not only an ULTIMATE collection, but it conjures up the nostalgia of various times in my life that I remember because of specific Dolly songs. Listening to her sends me back to the hills, fields, and dairy farms of Pennsylvania, to a former job that I loved, to places I've visited, to dive bars where I was either crying in a beer or toasting over a raised shot. When Dolly sings, you can hear right down to her soul...and the experience helps you see the world a little differently. Coat of Many Colors is a true song - the little patch-work coat can be seen in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - the first time I saw it (after being a fan of the song since I was a kid), gave me goosebumps and brought tears to my eyes, as the song itself does..."One is only poor only if they choose to be..." If you like some Dolly and can't decide on an album, this is a good choice because it gives you a little bit of everything over the years.

3. Great Sound, Great Value, Greatest Hits!!! - I picked up the "Better Get To Livin" new song that just came out this year and decided to add more Dolly to the collection. This album has songs! Here You Come Again, Jolene, to , Islands In the Stream, Heartbreaker, I Will Always Love You, Coat of Many Colors. . . and more for less than $.. I hope you enjoy it as much as I am.

4. Get the facts straight on Dolly. - Maddog has no idea what's he's on about...new? Dolly is anything but. She's been writing, singing and playing her music since she was a child. It's time to do your homework if you've never heard of Dolly Parton. She's had top country albums and has been a fixture on the country music scene for decades. Starred in movies. Recently won a Grammy. And the implication that she's Canadian (?) is hilarious. On to the album...while no greatest hits album can cover everything, especially when it's for an artist whose career has spanned years, this one does an admirable job. Most of the hits are here. A good introduction to one of the true legends of country music. If you're not a fan of country, it may not do anything for you. But if you go in with an open mind and listen to the purity and sincerity of her lyrics...you might just be surprised.

1. Whitley was... - The last of the great classic country singers. In the same class of George Jones and Hank Williams, the Almighty took him home too soon. As iTunes describes in the review Whitley's hits were looked over with the ascension of a genre (Garth Brooks) of country music that has turned country music into the abomination it is today. God bless you Keith, you were the last.

2. Country music can be hazardous to your health. - Kieth Whitley is, and always will be a country music legend. Anyone who can bring Nashville back to its country heritage and live ( just ) long enough to tell about it deserves to be remembered. I bought the album because I was asked to learn one song for my steel guitar players sake. Now I wish we could cover the whole album.

1. The man that writes and sings from his heart - Well folks this guy is absolutely one of the best artist of this decade ! His songs are so in depth about true events about his life and ones around him and things that he has seen. I can put any four of his cd's in and listen to them all night long over and over . Im not a drinker , or a roller I'm just a laid back country boy that enjoys well written songs. I'd give anything to sit behind this singer and play all of these great songs. Thanks for sharing your music with me ! J. Phy

2. jamey johnson modern day outlaw - jamey johnson our modern day outlaw. just like waylon, jones, cash, hank jr. its great to hear that outlaw music again.. to bad country radio is just to full of bubble gum, so caled " country pop "....blahhhhhh. that aint country. keep up the great music jamey, you are a true musical icon in the making...

3. Real Music - This is real music. Nobody want to sings real country music anymore. They have no appreciation for real country artists. Most "country" artists now days are putiing on a show to make themselves feel better and then they label themselves country but the aint one bit. This is my music. I Love Jamey Johnson!
2009-04-23
4. Great! - This is the way country should sound. There was a reason George Strait and Alan Jackson sang that song "Murder On Music Row". This is exactly what they were talking about. The loss of REAL country music that thankfully Jamey Johnson is totally true to. Both this and his other album is great country music as it should be.
2009-04-10
5. great album - if you like this one, you like the other one. this man is bringing country back to where it should be. taylor swift, rascle flatts, sugarland and other like them are too comercial. crossover artists don't work with the true country format laid down by greats such as hank, waylon, paycheck, jones or merl, and carried on by the likes of alan jackson, toby keith, brooks and dunn, and aaron tippin. followed by shooter, hank III, jamey johnson, ray scott, trent tomlinson, jake owen, and chris young to name the few that stick out to me. i'm sure there are others that could be mentioned, but the majority of what is heard on country radio is not worth listening to. this album is full of good songs so take a listen and enjoy.

1. A good collection of hits, but... - ...this is not Kenny Rogers best collection of greatest hits as his best album for such was Kenny Rogers Greatest Hits album released in . I do like this album, but the biggest disappointment is that there are no songs with him and Dolly Parton, arguably the best duet for this music genre. RIP Gambler!

2. Great songs by a great guy - Had not listened to Kenny Rodgers for a while, and forgot how much I like his music and personality. I bought this album and played it and my wife heard it and we both started reminiscing about all those -s memories captured while hearing his awesome songs. He will be greatly missed....
