2. Real CHRIST CENTERED Gospel Music - William McDowell has done it again with "Sounds of Revival!" This CD has enhanced my worship experience and just brings me to a place of worship. I can listen to this song in its entirety! I love that his CDs are lengthy because honestly Gospel music among Black artists are suffering. There isn't enough Christ centered Gospel music. There's too many artists trying to be like secular artists in their musical style and singing about things that are focused on the self and not God. Then they just throw God's name on it. But William is truly anointed and I'm grateful for his ministry! The featured artists on here are great! The instruments are amazing! "Sounds of Revival" will have you doing everything from dancing before the Lord to getting on your knees and crying out to the Father! Special CD right here!

3. Amazing Album! - My father, Clay Bogan, did keys and helped produce this album, and I am so proud of the work everyone that worked on this put fourth! It is extremely amazing and takes you to a place of worship from the first song to the last. My husband and I are constantly listening to the album and singing the songs to our daughters. 4. Amazing is an Understatement! - This album has been on repeat from start to finish since it released. E-V-E-R-Y song has a triple dose of anointing! 5. Its Not About William - This album has a purity of spirit that makes it almost inconsequential it is a William McDowell project. 7. Always a HIT - I wrote a review about this new project and it wasn't even out yet but I knew it would be amazing and I'm so glad to say that I was RIGHT! Again, William McDowell NEVER disappoints. 9. A true posture...it's AMAZING! - Anytime you have a minstrel that truly compels you to know and experience God's presence and not "himself" is rare. Music (not the band) as a background for worship sets. This sounds like two vocalist, a rhythm guitar and a digital drum set. For our situation this is perfect. 2. Anointing on this album - I have no doubt that this album, and specifically the hour instrumental worship song has a strong anointing. I can feel Gods presence when I listen to this album, I love praying with it on in the background. Thank you for producing this, I wish more people knew it was available as an album! 3. Perfect background for spending extended time with God - I've been looking for a good worship instrumental album! 1. Worth the wait ... - I have the privilege of sitting under this man's ministry each and every week, and I admit that I am not completely unbiased. That being said, I do have a bias because I know that the man behind the songs is genuine and super talented. Brandon's heart for people and passion for God shines through on this album, and so do his talents. If you're not averse to taking a stranger's word, believe me when I say that theses songs are a genuine expression of the heart that God has given Brandon for ministering through song. 2. IRONIC- church needs more $ - Culture of a rock concert and Christians translate this as worshipping a so called god that they fear to challenge. I feel sorry for these heavily indoctrinated blind non thinkers. Enjoy the music as it can be enjoyed without an idea of a god. You can feel the many movements and influence of music without a need to exonerate a celestial dictator. It’s scary to think that someone actually wants to stop thinking with their brain and focus their ability to construct thought through an organ like the heart which does nothing other than pump blood to the body. 1. not one of his best - I love to listen to Terry MacAlmon. I believe that there was a special anointing on his Albums. My mother and I loved his songs. This album is alright. But it's almost as if he's performing instead of worshipping God. Don't get me wrong the songs are decent. But it seems like it's missing something. 2. Bravo. - Bravo. This album is, by far, his best yet. It is apparent that Ross has explored into new areas of music, even stretching out into unfamiliar but beautiful combinations of sound and melody. "Win My Soul" is a highlight on this album, with a depth heard in Ross' voice, and its hymn-like lyrics and sound. For those who do not know Ross and his wife Staci personally, the strength in their voices combined is phenomenal. It's as though the Lord has made them better together, in life and voice, than apart. It wouldn't be quite as vibrant without her. May Christ control /our every part./ Thankful for them sharing their hearts in sound.
