2. A whole new level - I'm a long-time fan of CeCe's music, but this new recording takes it to a whole new level. I love the song selection! The "sound" of the recording has somewhat of a "retro" feel, acoustically, which I really like... lots of attention to detail in the tracks... some of them sound as if they were recorded on a huge sound-stage. Add to that, CeCe's amazing vocal gift, and the annointing of the Spirit of The Lord, and it's an all-around !

5. Bridging the Gap - CeCe Winans is my favorite artist, and I must say, this album has done what she wanted. "Let Them Fall In Love" has bridged the generation gap, and I believe her fan base is expanding immensely. From the simple cover of the ballad "Why Me" to the Detroit soul of "Hey Devil", this is, in my opinion, CeCe's best work yet. I love how versatile the musical styles are. Five stars for sure!

3. Love it - This album has brought me closer to God. I had been deep in witchcraft most of my life and wanted nothing to do with God. I saw signs of God calling me to Him but I initially ignored Him. Eventually this album was my first gospel album I purchased. It helped break the rebellious spirit I had. I was listening to it with a closed heart and mind and then the Holy Spirit hit me on "if we had your eyes" and it brought me to tears. I only initially got the album cuz she was from destiny child and I heard this album kinda had a different sound than traditional gospel. Glory be to God. I thank God that He used her to make this type of album. It honestly ministered to me. Contributed to my path towards salvation. I love when she cries - I love when she cries because it gives me a reality check so many girls go through things and find wrong ways to deal with them and this song is also very close to my heart because I had a friend who struggled with cutting but is now happily loving life and it just reminds me that God still hears us when we cry.

1. Wow! - This band popped up on my YouTube feed for some reason so I took a listen and ended up downloading this album. I don't normally listen to bluegrass music or gospel, but I couldn't stop and ended up listening to the whole thing (another rarity for me). The only other bands I remember doing that with was Guns n' Roses (Appetite for Destruction years ago) and ABBA (any of their albums); the Petersens are almost ike the bluegrass version of the Swedish band. You can tell they put a lot of effort into these songs (just like ABBA), and it paid off. It's very tastefully done, and they have a really clear and honest sound that's interesting and very pleasing to listen to, and I bet it's an amazing show live.
