1. If you like Panic!, you should've bought this a long time ago. - Yet another delightful album released by the Vitamin String Quartet. They did extremely well with the first VSQ/P!ATD album, and this probably fits them even better than the other album did. Interestingly enough, the best titles are probably "We're So Starving", "She's a Handsome Woman", and "From a Mountain In the Middle of the Cabins." Great job, VSQ!

2. OHMYGOD - OK, so the first time I heard this quartet it was because they were covering an Enya song. So recently, just for the fun of it, I began browsing through all pages of their albums. On the very first page I saw their tribute to A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. I crossed my fingers and sure enough, here's Pretty. Odd.!!! Two words-- buy it.

3. very nice - The Vitamin String Quartet really interprets Panic at the Disco's music very well, and Brendon Urie's voice to make an incredible mix of sounds. Both of the tributes to Panic at the Disco were extrordinary and really showed the versitility of violins and string intruments usually used to make classical music. Both, Pretty. Odd. and this tribute to Pretty. Odd. are both great!

4. Love VSQ - I absolutely love Vitamin String Quartet. I'm not necessarily a fan of Panic at the Disco but they are good musicians as well. Nine in the Afternoon is the only song I know from Pretty. Odd. but the other songs seem worth giving a listen to if they sound nice when played by strings. The album seems kind of -dimensional aka all the songs sound the same but it is definitely something to look into if you are into VSQ or PATD

1. Just Awesome - Saw Deanna open for The Lawrence Arms and Red City Radio in Phoenix. She did a solo acoustic show and was really incredible. Immediately bought the album and was just that much more impressed. Great voice, great variety, great everything. Is it punk? Indie? Somewhere in between? I don’t know but I LOVE IT!!!

1. The greatest EP I’ve ever heard - This EP is truly a masterpiece. The rock sound of the ‘s has been brought back in full glory. Little-known but soon to be international rock star Dante, on the drums, captures the angst and power behind songs such as Poor Planning, while Andy, a young vocalist who is showing extreme potential, croons and makes every listener relate to him. Not to mention Dogmeat’s bass, which is spectacular throughout. Give this a listen; you definitely will not regret it. The next big name in music, guaranteed.

1. I absolutely love this band... - A couple of months ago I listened to Kid You Not for the first time and I absolutely loved them! Not long after I got into them I found out 'Never A Dull Movement' was coming out and needless to say, I was pretty stoked. I've spent these past couple of days jamming to it non-stop and I can tell you, there really isn't a dull moment. From beginning to end, the album's entire -minute run time is packed full of fast paced songs and fist pumping choruses. Serving as the perfect follow up to Kid You Not's previous EPs, Never A Dull Movement is everything a debut album should be. It takes all of the best things from the band's previous releases and makes them even better! It's energetic, fun to listen to and super catchy without sacrificing good songwriting. There isn't a bad song on the album and by the time you're finished listening to it, the only thing you'll wish is that it had more songs! Proving that despite the opening line of the first track, 'Heaven For The Climate, Hell For The Company', not everything has been 'done to death'. The lyrics cover an array of different subjects, including love and loss, delivered perfectly by singer/guitarist Patrick Drury's powerful vocals layered on top of the rest of the band's killer instrumental work. It seems like Kid You Not never misses a beat, making this album a must-have for punk fans. Overall, Never A Dull Movement is a terrific album by an extremely talented band and I can't wait to hear what they do next! Fans of bands like Iron Chic, Hot Water Music, Campaign, Frenzal Rhomb and Millencolin will love Kid You Not. Notable tracks from Never A Dull Movement include 'Me And Dead Owls Don't Give A Hoot', 'Be A Lot Cooler If You Did', 'You Know What I Like About Rich Kids? Nothing!' and 'Heaven For The Climate, Hell For The Company'. Album Score: . / .
