1. My daily motivation to walk! - I discovered Dave’s podcast last month and have been binge hearing old episodes, trying to catch up to present day. It has been tough for me to overcome the inertia of new habit formation and get out walking. But when I think of Dave walking in the cold rainy weather, I count my blessings and step out into the pleasant early mornings of the Indian summer where temperatures are in the - Deg. Cel. range. I hope I can keep up with this new habit in the monsoons. I already have a plan in place though, after listening to one of the episodes, of how/where I can walk indoors! 1. Excellent !! - This podcast is too good for anyone who wants to go on a weight loss program. The tips and techniques they both give are priceless and easy to understand and implement. I have completed episodes so far in last weeks and already lost kgs.. and on the way to lose another kgs. 2. Amazing podcast, so much to learn - I began following Mike after watching a video recommending him as someone to follow from a YouTube callde Geoffrey Verity Schofield. I then read his book and now listen to his podcast fairly regularly. And boy has it helped. I’ve learnt a lot from it. His episode with Eric Helms on the post competition dieting, with Menno on high frequency and again Menno on antagonist supersets have been some of the highlights for me on the podcast. Wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking to learn more about lifting.
