2. This is a long one so buckle up… - I know that you mention that Apollo tricked Artemis into accidentally killing Orion, but there is another variation to the story. Here goes… So, Artemis and Orion were hunting in a clearing. They were remarking on how superior the other was. Well, Apollo didn’t like how close Orion was getting to his sister, and he thought of him as a threat. Apollo thought that Orion would replace him in Artemis’ life. So Apollo hid in a bush while the two hunted. He sent an animal to distract Artemis, who gladly took a chance at hunting the animal. While she was occupied, Apollo shot Orion with his arrow. When Artemis returned, she found Orion on the ground. She blamed herself and thought it was her fault for leaving. She liked him (or maybe loved) him so much, that she made a plea to Zeus to make him a constellation. And he did. Apollo eventually confessed to Artemis, who was livid.

They have their favorite episodes that we come back to again and again, but we also look forward to new episodes each week! I love how they bring in other kids’ podcast storytellers, too. It gives us a chance to try other new podcasts, but ultimately, we keep coming back to this one. These storytellers bring a variety of perspectives and types of stories, so there’s bound to be certain stories or series of tales your kids will latch onto. On a separate note, I recently saw some critical reviews complaining about gender presentation in some episodes. These stories are for everyone. If you don’t personally relate to one, that’s fine. But please don’t try to ruin something so wonderful because you can’t fathom a life experience outside your own. I would have loved to have this as a kid.

2. Outstanding - Your Sleep Train, House, and Christmas Tree episodes are just wonderful! The stories are all good, but those are my favorites. I think most any adult would enjoy them, as I do. While they are super kid friendly, they have a certain magical quality that makes you feel very at peace, entertained, and somewhat like a child again in the best possible way. 6. Good podcast - I think that this is a good podcast, especially because it really draws in younger audiences and so it’s a great podcast for little kids. The stories are always child appropriate, and include characters that some kids may be able to relate to. So if your looking for a good podcast for your kids and you came across this one so your looking through the reviews to see if people like it, or if it would be a good podcast, then you should definitely check this one out. I personally don’t prefer these stories, but my little sister does listen to this podcast and cannot fall asleep without it. So overall, a pretty good podcast.

5. Fantastic Podcast! - Hi! I am Hannah, and I am turning on April th. I really enjoy this podcast because tend to have trouble falling asleep. But this helps me fall asleep! Without this pod cast it can take me - hours to fall asleep, but with these it only takes half an hour to minutes! My only complaint is that i need to go through - episodes to make me fall asleep and sometimes it doesn’t automatically switch to the next episode, so it is slightly inconvenient for me to have to look at the blue light of my phone that makes me less tired. I’ve tried multiple storytime type podcasts but this is the only one that truly engages them and keeps them intently and QUIETLY listening throughout the full episode. And I get some quiet time! 5. rebel getter - Ok so like I love this podcast and all the books and stuff but my complaint is that you can only listen to a handful of the episodes on Apple Podcasts to get the rest of them your have to download the app which I just don’t like. 3. So good. - I am so grateful for this show. It’s such a lovely mix of silly and traditional, with really wonderful storytellers. Our six-year-old absolutely loves it, and as a person who has always loved stories, I enjoy it as well. 9. Furious - Began an episode about Two Dragons with my son, excited about the adventure we were about to hear. However, neither of us were prepared for the storytelling to turn sinister. There should have been a warning that this story was about people looking for the blood of a child. And that it included demons in the otherworld. As a mom who trusted this podcast to be a safe, settling listen before bed (or anytime) I’m absolutely furious that this information was not disclosed. I don’t trust any other episodes now. I’m now dealing with a terrified child at bedtime. So disappointing, upsetting, and infuriating.

1. Amazing podcast content - This is an amazing podcast - my daughter used to beg to listen to this every time we got in the car! The host offers a “Letters from Momo” that she plugs in each episode. I signed up in October and we have not received a single letter! Initially it was going to the wrong address but that was corrected in December. I still have not received a single letter, despite emailing several times. And I cannot even cancel because you have to email to cancel and no one responds to emails!! 10. Refreshing! - I am so pleased to have found stories that highlight virtues throughout the WHOLE STORYLINE. Other resources I’ve found first unfold a plot line with incorrect/unkind ways the characters treated each other, only ending the story with them learning the right way to react (i.e. Arthur/Berenstain Bears). I tell you, my kids picked up on the unkind examples in the first half of those type of stories faster than the virtues in last minutes of them. So it was incredibly refreshing to listen to Lamplighter’s stories the whole way though, thinking, “Yes, this is how I want my kids to treat one another!”

2. Good stories - Good stories and my yo loves listening on repeat, however we enjoyed the previous seasons with multiple voices more. It’s harder to follow who is talking in current season. The podcast also used to release a new episode each Tuesday and my son looked forward to it weekly. Current season is much less regular and many episodes are just compilations of older episodes we have already heard, which is disappointing. Hoping they return to previous format and/or at least more regular new episodes.

3. Love this show - Born and raised in the big city but now work in rural areas so I can appreciate this show about life far out from the more populated areas of Alaska. Besides being cute, Molly is also smart, caring, and resourceful. Living out in the middle of no where, one needs all of these in order to live and survive. 2. mixed feelings… - The nd season is definitely better and the audio isn’t great, there’s a little bit of humor but it just seems like they’re trying too hard. Otherwise, it’s fine… there are not many episodes and some of the things they say make me cringe… Sorry, I don’t wanna be rude or anything, this is just my opinion, but A for effort!

7. Put this on for your child! - I put this on for my child on her Alexa to go to sleep; and when I came back to check in her to see if she was awake, she was fast asleep!! And sometimes I can here the beginning from her room and I heard that they were doing breathing to calm her down! This is so helpful! And if your child has trouble falling asleep, put this on! It helps!

8. What happened to the older episodes? - Hi. Been listening for over a year and I loved the original sound based episodes. Specially the one where she described a walk and sitting on a bench with water and birds. I believe it was episode one or two. I went to turn it on tonight and I can’t find it! Why!?!
